밀폐부（292 가배출구（27 를폐쇄시킨상태를유지하도록하고,용기본체（10 내부의압력상승으로밀폐부（292이에일정압력이상,예를들어가압부（293이가 밀폐부（292이를가압하는압력보다큰압력이밀폐부（292이에가해지면 작동되어밀폐부（292 가배출구（27이를개방시키도록한다.가압부（293 는 외부압력에의해탄성력을제공하는탄성부재로이루어질수있으며 ,본 실시예는이에한정하지않고외부압력에의해움직일수있는다양한부재로 이루어질수있음은물론이다.
[147] 또한,가압부（293이는밀폐부（292 가배출구（27 를개방시킨상태에서 용기본체（10이에수용된화장품이저장공간 으로배출할수있도록하는 통로가마련되어야한다.이에따라가압부（293이는다수의막대부재로 형성되거나,원판부재로형성되되원판에다수의구멍이구비되도록형성될수 있다.
[148] 상기한흐름제어부재（29이는고정부（291 ,밀폐부（292 ,가압부（293이를
포함하는구성으로설명하였지만,흐름제어부재（29이의작동원리가
배출구（27 를폐쇄시킨상태를유지하다가용기본체（10이내부의압력을 상승시키는것이므로,체크밸브의작동원리와유사또는동일한바,본 실시예의흐름제어부재（0는상기한구성에한정되지않고체크밸브의작동 원리를이용하여다양하게구현할수있음은물론이다.
[149] 이하,도 20을참조하여，본발명의제 5실시예에따른화장품용기（5）의
사용방법을설명하기로한다.
[15이 사용자가용기본체（10 의내용기（14 를가압하면,배출수단（60 의펌핑 동작에의해용기본체 0이내부의압력이상승되고,내압에의해

밀폐부（292 가배출구（27 를개방시켜적정량의화장품（（：0幻을사용전에미리 저장공간 으로이동시킬수있다.
[151] 다음으로,사용자가용기본체（10 의내용기（14 를가압하지않은상태에서 용기본체（10 를뒤집어볼부재（21 가피부 에맞닿게하여마사지하면, 저장공간 에저장된화장품（（：0幻이볼부재（21 의회전에의해피부 로 토출된다.따라서,마사지와동시에화장품（（：0幻을바를수있게된다.이때 흐름제어부재（29 의밀폐부（292 는내압이해제된상태이므로가압부（293 에 의해배출구（27이를폐쇄시킨상태를유지하게되고,이로인하여
용기본체（10 가뒤집어 있는상태임에도불구하고용기본체（10 에수용된 화장품（（：0幻이저장공간 으로흘러들어오지않게된다.
[152] 이후,사용자가저장공간 에화장품（（：0¾이존재하는상태에서마사지를 멈추고용기본체（10 를똑바로세우더라도흐름제어부재（29이의
밀폐부（292 가배출구（27 를폐쇄시킨상태를유지하게있어 ,저장공간 에 쓰고남은화장품（（：0幻이용기본체（10이로역류하는것을방지할수있다. 저장공간 에잔류하는화장품（（：0幻은사용자가다시사용하거나,사용자가 부족하다고판단될경우용기본체（10 의내용기（14이를가압하여
저장공간 에화장품을리필시킨후사용할수있다.
[153] 이를통해본실시예는,흐름제어부재（29 를배출구（27 에마련함으로써, 배출구（27이를통해외부로배출된화장품이용기본체（10이로유입되는것을 방지할수있어,용기본체（ 이내부의화장품이오염되는방지할수있을뿐만 아니라,사용자가용기본체（ 이내부의압력을상승시키지않는한화장품이 외부로배출되지않아사용자가용이하게토출량을조절할수있다. [154] 또한,본실시예의흐름제어부재 (29이는상기한구조를갖는화장품용기 (5)와 같은제품뿐만아니라다양한제품에도적용할수있다.예를들어 ,저점도 액상제형의제품에있어기존의볼어플리케이터가적용된제품들은롤링을 하면서내용물이배출되는단순한구조이거나디스펜스펌프와결합되어 펌핑에의해토출된내용물을볼로롤링하는형태,연질용기를스퀴즈하여 사용하는형태등여러가지제품에도적용하여,단순구조의경우흘러나오는 내용물의양을제어할수없으며롤링하는동안에는멈추지않고계속배출되는 문제를해결할수있게하고,디스펜스펌프타입의경우 1회펌핑에대한 정량배출이가능하나내용물이조금씩자연스럽게배출되는것이아닌정해진 양이한번에볼의외부로토출되는형태로흐름성이강한저점도액상제형의 사용에는불편함이있는문제를해결할수있게한다.
[155] 본발명은상기에서설명된실시예로한정되지않으며 ,상기실시예와
공지기술을조합한것을새로운실시예로포함할수있음은물론이다.
[156] 이상본발명을구체적인실시예를통하여상세히설명하였으나,이는본 발명을구체적으로설명하기위한것으로,본발명은이에한정되지않으며,본 발명의기술적사상내에서당해분야의통상의지식을가진자에의해그 변형이나개량이가능함은명백하다고할것이다.
[157] 본발명의단순한변형내지변경은모두본발명의영역에속하는것으로본 발명의구체적인보호범위는첨부된청구범위에의하여명확해질것이다.

상기커버내측에구비되어상기볼부재를지지하며,상기전달부로부터 전달된화장품이배출되는배출구를갖는볼브라켓을더포함하는것을 특징으로하는화장품용기 .
