It should be noted that the branch conduit 12D, the cleaning nozzle 18, and the nozzle on-off valve 19 may be provided, for example, in three or more pieces, or in a single (one) piece.
- the pressure regulator 20 is a pneumatic device (for example, a pressure reducing valve) that adjusts the pressure of the compressed air flowing in the extended pipe 12C of the supply passage 12.
- the pressure of the compressed air (wet air or dry air) ejected from the cleaning nozzle 18 is adjusted by the pressure regulator 20 so that the pressure is reduced to fall within a predetermined pressure range.

- the operation switch 22 is manually operated by an operator when performing the air cleaning process shown in FIG. 5, for example. As a result, the air cleaning process shown in FIG. 5 is started. Further, the operation switch 22 is not manually operated by the operator, but is automatically turned on/off by a detection signal from another controller (neither is shown) when, for example, a stain on a cleaning target is detected by a dedicated sensor.

- the memory 21A stores, for example, an air cleaning process program shown in FIG. 5 and a threshold value (predetermined time) for the determination process of step 4 shown in FIG.
- the controller 21 controls the drive of the electric motor 3 based on signals from the pressure sensor 11 and the operation switch 22. In addition to this, the controller 21 outputs a control signal to the supply passage opening/closing valve 13, the regeneration opening/closing valve 15, the nozzle opening/closing valve 19 and the like, and these valves 13, 15, 19 (specifically, each solenoid). ) Are individually excited or demagnetized. As a result, the supply passage opening/closing valve 13 is switched to either the valve closing position (a) or the valve opening position (b) shown in the drawing, and the regeneration opening/closing valve 15 and the nozzle opening/closing valve 19 are also set to any of the above. It can be switched to the position.
- the compressed air supply device has the above-described configuration, and its operation will be described next.

- the pressure in the tank 10 is detected by the pressure sensor 11.
- the pressure in the tank 10 reaches a predetermined high pressure side threshold value
- the driving of the compressor 2 by the electric motor 3 is stopped, and the compression operation is stopped.
- the pressure in the tank 10 decreases to, for example, a predetermined low-pressure side threshold value
- driving of the compressor 2 by the electric motor 3 is restarted. Therefore, the pressure in the tank 10 is maintained in the pressure range between the low pressure side threshold value and the high pressure side threshold value described above.
- step 1 when the control process of FIG. 5 starts, it is determined in step 1 whether or not the air cleaning is executed. For example, when the operation switch 22 is automatically or manually turned on to start air cleaning, it is determined to be “YES” in step 1 and the process proceeds to step 2. While the determination in step 1 is "NO", the next switch operation is awaited.
- step 2 the regeneration on-off valve 15 is switched from the closed position (c) to the open position (d) in order to start the air cleaning.
- step 3 the nozzle opening/closing valve 19 is switched from the valve closing position (e) to the valve opening position (f). Therefore, the compressed air in the tank 10 flows in the reverse direction in the air dryer 6 (supply/discharge pipe line 5) along the arrow in FIG. At this time, the dried compressed air is decompressed and flows backward in the air dryer 6. Therefore, the desiccant in the air dryer 6 is desorbed by the dry air. As a result, the desiccant in the air dryer 6 is regenerated and returned to a state capable of absorbing water again.
- the compressed air that has regenerated the desiccant in the air dryer 6 becomes compressed air in a non-dried state (that is, moist air), and flows from the position of the connection point 5A in the regeneration passage 14 in the direction of the arrow in FIG. Then, it is supplied into the supply passage 12 via the regeneration opening/closing valve 15.
- the moist air supplied from the regeneration passage 14 into the supply passage 12 through the regeneration opening/closing valve 15 is supplied to the branch passages 12D of the supply passage 12 and the nozzle opening/closing valve 19. It is ejected from the cleaning nozzle 18 on the side 17 toward an object to be cleaned (for example, a camera/sensor mounted on the vehicle).
- step 4 it is determined whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed since the opening/closing valve 15 for regeneration was opened.
- This predetermined time can be changed to a time desired by an operator or a manager, for example. While the determination is "NO” in step 4, the process returns to step 2 and the subsequent processes are continued. Then, when it is determined to be "YES” in step 4, the desired amount of moist air is jetted and supplied to the object to be cleaned from the cleaning nozzle 18 over a predetermined time.
- the regeneration on-off valve 15 is switched from the open position (d) to the closed position (c) and closed.
- the injection of the moist air from the cleaning nozzle 18 is stopped.
- the compressed air in the tank 10 is stopped from flowing toward the inside of the air dryer 6 (supply/discharge pipe line 5) by closing the opening/closing valve 15 for regeneration, and the regeneration treatment of the desiccant in the air dryer 6 is also stopped.
- the supply passage opening/closing valve 13 is switched from the closed position (a) to the open position (b) and opened.
- the supply passage opening/closing valve 13 switched to the valve opening position (b) supplies the compressed air (dry air) in the tank 10 in a dry state from the supply/discharge pipe passage 5 to the supply passage 12(. Supply to the supply-side 17 via the internal conduit 12A). Therefore, the dry air is jetted toward the object to be cleaned from the cleaning nozzle 18 on the supply-side 17 via each branch conduit 12D of the supply path 12 and the nozzle opening/closing valve 19.
- step 7 it is determined whether or not a predetermined time has passed since the supply passage opening/closing valve 13 was opened. This predetermined time can be changed to a time desired by an operator or a manager, for example. While the determination is “NO” in step 7, the process returns to step 6 and the subsequent processes are continued.
- the supply path opening/closing valve 13 is opened to the open position (step 8) in the next step 8.
- the valve is closed by switching from b) to the valve closing position (a).
- step 9 the nozzle opening/closing valve 19 is switched from the valve opening position (f) to the valve closing position (e) to be closed, whereby the controller 21 ends the air cleaning process.

- the compressed compressed air (dry air) from the tank 10 is supplied from the supply path 12 to the supply side 17. Moreover, the method similar to this is also adopted.
- the damp air after regeneration of the dryer is not released into the atmosphere and discarded, but is sprayed from the washing nozzle 18 of the supply-side 17 toward the washing target object. It is possible to make use of it in the cleaning work, and it is possible to prevent the compressed air from being exhausted unnecessarily. Then, after the moist air (regenerated air) is supplied to the cleaning nozzle 18 to clean the object, the last dry air is jetted from the cleaning nozzle 18 to the object, so that the object to be cleaned is effectively dried. Can be made. In addition, it is possible to prevent rusting of the nozzles and regulators and blockage due to freezing.
- the supply passage opening/closing valve 13 is opened to dry the compressed air in the tank 10. Air (dry air) is supplied from the supply path 12 to the cleaning nozzle 18 on the supplied side 17. Therefore, the object to be cleaned can be cleaned in a state where it is wet with the regenerated air and in a state where the dirt component adhering to the surface is wet. On this, the object can be washed with dry air so as to be dried, and the dirt of the object (camera washing or the like) can be easily removed.
