使用时,将镜片29放于清洁槽26内,推动按块51,通过长板49、挤压块54以及连杆55带动连通块56滑出连通腔57,此时通过导液针61吸入清洁液并存放于储液腔53内,松开按块51并转动盒盖47,进而使导液针61扎穿吸尘板31,同时拉动拉杆46,进而使拉杆46绕拉杆轴44转动,同时推动推动块69上滑,进而通过滑动块68带动挡板67上滑,拉杆46进入下拉动腔63内后松开推动块69,在伸缩弹簧65弹力作用下带动挡板67下滑并抵住拉杆46,此时眼镜盒处于关闭状态,此时推动按块51,通过挤压块54将清洁液推入清洁膜27内,此时启动电机12,通过动力轴13带动主带轮15转动,同时通过反向带16带动副带轮17反向转动,同时通过同步带18带动同步带轮19同步转动,进而通过同步轴22带动清洁盘25与清洁膜27转动,同时主带轮15通过连接轴20带动大带轮35转动,进而通过传动带37带动小带轮40转动,进而通过连接杆39带动清洁球28转动,通过清洁球28与清洁膜27之间的相反的转动方向,进行对镜片29的清洁。
有益效果是:需要清洁隐形眼镜时,将隐形镜片放入清洁腔内,注入清洁液后进行持续清理,保证无菌无尘的环境,本发明装置不但避免手直接接触镜片,而且在密封环境下自动清洁镜片,在吸取清洁液时保证清洁液与外界隔离,防止清洁液被污染。
    本领域的技术人员可以明确,在不脱离本发明的总体精神以及构思的情形下,可以做出对于以上实施例的各种变型。其均落入本发明的保护范围之内。本发明的保护方案以本发明所附的权利要求书为准。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种隐形眼镜清洁盒,包括盒体,所述盒体内设有驱动装置,所述盒体内开口向上的设有盒腔,所述盒腔内设有清洁装置,所述盒腔一侧设有锁盒装置,所述盒体上连接有注液装置,所述驱动装置包括设置于所述盒体内的传动腔,所述传动腔内转动的设有主带轮,,所述传动腔下侧内壁内固设有电机,所述主带轮下端通过动力轴动力连接于所述电机,所述传动腔内对称且转动的设有副带轮,一侧的所述副带轮与所述主带轮之间连接有反向带,两侧的所述副带轮之间连接有同步带,所述传动腔上侧内壁相连通且对称的设有轴孔,所述轴孔上侧内壁相连通于所述盒腔,所述副带轮上端固连有同步轴,所述同步轴上端连接于所述清洁装置,所述主带轮上端固连有连接轴,所述盒腔内滑动的设有吸尘板,所述吸尘板内滑动的设有连接板,所述连接板内设有传动腔,所述传动腔内转动的设有大带轮,所述大带轮内开口向下的设有连接槽,所述连接轴上端可连接于所述连接槽,所述传动腔内对称且转动的设有小带轮,所述小带轮内固连有连接杆,所述连接杆下端连接于所述清洁装置,所述小带轮与所述大带轮之间连接有传动带,所述连接轴与所述连接杆上固连有封闭块;启动所述蓄电池,通过所述动力轴带动所述主带轮转动,进而通过所述反向带与所述同步带带动所述反向带轮与所述同步带轮转动,所述反向带轮与所述同步带轮的转动方向相同且与所述主带轮的转动方向相反,进而通过所述同步轴驱动所述清洁装置,同时所述主带轮通过所述连接轴带动所述连接带轮转动,进而通过所述传动带带动所述传动带轮转动,进而通过所述清洁球杆驱动所述清洁装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜清洁盒,其特征在于:所述清洁装置包括固连于所述同步轴上端的清洁盘,所述清洁盘下端相抵于所述盒腔内壁,所述清洁盘内开口向上的设有清洁槽,所述清洁槽内壁内固设有清洁膜,所述连接杆下端固连有清洁球,所述清洁槽内滑动的设有镜片;通过所述驱动装置带动所述清洁盘与所述清洁球转动,所述清洁盘与所述清洁球的转动相反,通过所述清洁膜与所述清洁球对所述镜片进行清洁。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种隐形眼镜清洁盒,其特征在于:所述注液装置包括转动设置于所述盒体上侧的盒盖,所述盒盖内开口向下的设有盖腔,所述盒体内设有开口向上且开口朝外的连接腔,所述连接腔内转动的设有转轴,所述盒盖固连于所述转轴,所述盒盖与所述连接腔内壁之间固连有连接扭簧,所述盖腔上侧内壁内设有长板腔,所述长板腔内滑动的设有长板,所述长板腔上侧内壁相连通且开口向上的设有按块腔,,所述长板上端固连有按块,所述长板下端与所述长板腔下侧内壁之间固连有按压弹簧,所述长板腔下侧内壁相连通且两侧对称的设有储液腔,所述储液腔内滑动设有挤压块,所述挤压块上端固连于所述长板,所述挤压块下端固连有连杆,所述连杆下端固连有连通块,所述储液腔下侧内壁相连通的设有连通腔,所述连通腔相连通于所述盖腔,所述盖腔上侧内壁上固连有注液块,所述注液块内上下贯通的设有注液腔,所述注液块下端固连有导液针,所述导液针内上下贯通的设有导液孔,所述导液针下端穿过所述吸尘板;通过拉动所述按压块,进而通过带动所述连通块的滑动将清洁液吸入所述清洁液腔内,转动所述盒盖并封闭所述盖腔,此时所述导液针扎入所述吸尘板内,此时推动按压块,进而通过所述挤压块将清洁液推入所述清洁装置内。
  4. 根据权利要求1-4所述的一种隐形眼镜清洁盒,其特征在于:所述锁盒装置包括设置于所述盖腔一侧内壁内且开口朝外的上拉动腔,所述上拉动腔下侧内壁内相连通的设有上拉杆腔,所述上拉杆腔下侧内壁相连通且对称的设有上通槽,所述上通槽开口向下,所述上拉杆腔内固连有拉杆轴,所述拉杆轴上转动的设有拉杆,所述拉杆内贯通的设有轴腔,所述拉杆轴穿过所述轴腔,所述拉杆内开口向下的设有拉杆槽,所述拉杆两端与所述上拉杆腔两侧内壁之间固连有复位扭簧,所述盒体内对称的设有下通槽,所述下通槽开口向上,所述下通槽下侧内壁相连通的设有下拉杆腔,所述下拉杆腔下侧内壁相连通的设有下拉动腔,所述下拉动腔上侧内壁相连通的设有挡板腔,所述挡板腔内滑动的设有挡板,所述挡板上端与所述挡板腔上侧内壁之间固连有伸缩弹簧,所述挡板腔一侧内壁相连通的设有开口朝外的滑动块腔,所述挡板一端通过所述滑动块连接有推动块;当关闭所述盒盖时,拉动所述锁定杆,进而使所述锁定杆绕所述锁定杆轴转动并进入所述下锁定杆腔内,通过所述挡板阻挡所述锁定杆,防止其复位,可通过滑动所述推动块,进而带动所述挡板滑动解锁。
