Technical Field of the Invention
The subject-matter of the invention generally falls within the area of toilet flushing reservoirs, and specifically relates to the toilet flushing tanks with balancing reservoir, which can be installed as in-wall (concealed), high-mounted / low-mounted, directly on the toilet bowl, and with electronic flush control.
According to the International Patent Classification (IPC), the invention is classified and indicated by the classification symbols: E03D1 / 20, E03D1 / 14, E03D5 / 09.
Technical Problem
The technical problem solved by this invention is the following: construction of a toilet flushing tank that can be installed as in-wall (concealed), high-mounted, low-mounted, directly on the toilet bowl, and with electronic flush control, and with a balancing reservoir which, upon pushing a lever or touching a screen, allows water to be released as desired, from minimum to full emptying, thus preventing uncontrolled water leakage from the tank. The invention provides long-term use without special maintenance and elimination of unpleasant odors by air exhaustion from the toilet through the flush tank and ventilation system outside the room where the toilet is located.
Existing technical solutions
There are different generally known types of toilet tank/cistern units - BUILT-IN (CONCEALED), MONOBLOC, LOW INSTALLATION, HIGH INSTALLATION, with mechanical and electronic flushing operation, and with similar mechanical elements for flush control, mainly dual flush (smaller and larger amount of water). These types of units generally have a problem with lime deposits on flushing mechanisms, resulting in undesirable leakage over time and creating unnecessary losses of drinking water and higher costs. In addition, frequent cleaning of lime deposits is necessary on a large number of tanks, and after many years of use they must be replaced.

The essence of the invention
The essence of the invention is in the construction of the toilet tank/cistern, consisting of: the body, balancing tank with affixed balancer, and a shaft running from the back of the body through the balancer and affixed at the center of the discharge at the front of the tank body. On this side there is also an opening to which a tunnel with a protector is mounted, with an opening for a handle connected to a pull button which, when pulled, causes the balancing tank to rotate, discharging the water into the space between the body and the balancing tank, and after that through the opening at the bottom of the cistern directly to the toilet.
The essence of the invention is also reflected in the fact that the tank/cistern design completely eliminates the need for interventions due to scale build-up on the water discharge mechanism, noting that flush regulation (from small to maximum water amount), whether mechanical or electronic type, achieves significant savings, which is especially important when using multiple units, e.g. in public institutions, schools, hospitals, etc.
Another essential aspect of the patent is the balancing tank with attached balancer with chambers and openings that allow gradual fill-up and discharge of water, keeping the balancer in a rotated position for as long as its effective emptying requires, and then easy return to the initial position.
What makes this unit completely different from numerous similar products is the application of a balancing tank, which renders lime scale deposits irrelevant for efficient operation, which is extremely important as it completely prevents uncontrolled water leakage. We particularly stress the fact that the amount of water used for flushing is not reduced to just two possibilities but the flushing of the toilet bowl is performed several times in succession, by releasing water from the minimum to the maximum amount. In addition, the air remains constantly clean, as odors are exhausted from the toilet by a fan through the supply pipe and flushing cistern and through the ventilation pipes outside the toilet room.
It should also be emphasized that no water droplets condense on the cistern in question, because water is not in direct contact with the external body of the cistern, which is especially important for built-in models as there is no wall humidity. The life span of such a cistern is virtually unlimited, so service and maintenance are almost completely eliminated. A novelty of the invention is that there are openings on the cistern, positioned to allow simple and easy installation of exhaustion fans for unpleasant odors, which is significant from the aspect of comfort of modern consumers: with slight structural modifications this unit is easily applied as built-in, atop the bowl, low-mounting or high-mounting, with both mechanical and electronic controls, making it compatible with various architectural requirements.
The invention can be regarded as“green” because it brings significant water saving, which is becoming increasingly more important each day.

Detailed description of the invention
The basic solution of the present invention is a built-in mechanical cistern, shown in Figures 1 to 53 and 92 to 97, consisting of: balancer 204 in the form of two plates 37 and 38, interconnected at their circumference by a wall 48 with openings 41, 42 for water intake and opening 45 for water discharge. The balancer also has a partition wall 39 with openings 43 and 44 for water discharge. The partition wall 39 divides the interior of the balancer into two chambers 46 and 74. The balancer 204 is rigidly coupled to the balancing tank 203, relying on the bracket 29 with its semicircular ring 40, and being drawn by its groove 36 to the cog 35 of the balancing tank 203, which is made in the form of two plates 26 and 27 chamfered by radius 31 at height h from the center of radius 31. The front and back panels are interconnected along the rim by the wall 28 and the holder 29 with the hole 33 for the shaft 23. On the outer side 27 there is a circular annular outlet 32. The balancer 204 and the balancing tank 203 are also housed in a body 201 with a tightly closed lid 202. The body 201 has the front side 1 and the back side 2 plate-shaped panels, made in the lower part by radius 18 and inter-connected by a wall 3.The front 1 of the body 201 has a notch with the lateral edges 9 and on the sides of the inner walls 1 and 2 there are outlets 17 and 16 with a center corresponding with the center of radius 18. Through opening 15 on the side 2 of the body 201 and through opening 30 of the balancing tank 203 passes the shaft 23, which is tightly screwed into the center of the outlet 17 on the side 1 of the body 201. On the rear side 2 there is a stopper 5 with a buffer 20, an opening 6 with a fan 212, an opening 13 for the cable, an opening 12 for water connection and a slanted holder 8 with an opening 14 for the shaft 22 and connector 21. On the wall 3 there is a carrier 11 into which the water level regulator 210 is firmly attached by its outlets 74, which is connected by a nut 81 to the water connection 211, stepper motor mounts 10, the vent 6 for the fan 212 with the cap 24 as well as screw holes 7. At the bottom of the body 201 there is an opening for the pipe 4 for water supply to the toilet bowl.At the side edges 9 of the front 1 of the body 201 there is a tunnel 206 with grooves 51, through which a carrier 207 with outlets 55 is placed. From the rear, the carrier 207 has outlet with an opening 60 through which runs an axle 22 with a connector 21, and on the front there is an outlet 56 to which the lever 209 is attached through the opening 65. At the outlets 57 of the carrier 207, a cover 208 is attached. At rear 2 of the balancing tank 203 there is a hook 86 of the puller 85 which is partially placed over the ring outlet 32 of the tank 203 and goes over the first connector 21 and the second connector 21 through channel 67 and is fixed with a clamp 69 through the opening 66. When filling the balancing tank 203, water is also poured into the balancer 204 through openings 41 and 42 and fills it to the intended level. When the lever 209 is pulled, a puller 85 rotates the balancing tank 203 and the balancer 204 and the water contained in the chambers 46,47 of the balancer 204 acts as counterweight and keeps the balancing tank 203 in a rotated position until water flows out of the chamber 46 into the chamber 47 and through the opening 45 together with the water from the balancing tank 203 into the toilet bowl through the tube 4 The balancing reservoir 203, after rotation, returns to the starting position and fully emptied and then refilled. The body 201 is bolted to the carrier 213 through the holes 7 screwed into the holes 103 with threads and rests on the holders 89 made at the same time on the inner sides of the profile 98, which have recessed threads 94 at their lower ends, which serve to adjust the height and are fixed with two screws 91 screwed into the openings 95 on the rectangular plates 92 .The square profiles 98 are interconnected by a single U profile 97 with openings 90 for securing the toilet bowl and the outlet bracket 100 for supplying the water to the toilet bowl. A square profile 96 with openings 101 and grooves 102 for fixing pipes for drainage of water from the toilet cup is made at the bottom of the carrier.
The variant solution of the balancer 204 shown in figures 24 to 27 is designed to have openings 49 housing the inlets 50.
The tunnel 206 shown in figures 28 to 31 is made in the form of a frame of segments 52 that can be cut as needed. On the inner sides of the segments 52 on both sides there are grooves 53 with outlets 55 of the carrier 20. Tunnel 206 has two runners 51 by which it isattached onto the side edge 9 of the body 201.
Carrier 207 shown in figures 32 to 34 is in the form of a plate having at its rear a bracket with a connector 21 opening 60 for a shaft 22 and an opening 59 for the cable 136. At the front, the plate has a support 56 for the lever 209 , in the frame with outlets on its sides.
The lever 209 shown in figures 38 and 39 at one end has a circular opening 65 by which it is attached to the outlet 56 and at the other end is a circular outlet 64, slid through the slit 62 of the cover 208 . The lever 209 has a channel 67 into which a puller 85 is fixed by means of a clamp 69 through the opening 66 . The lever at the rear has a groove 68 .
The cover 208 shown in figures 36 and 37 has a slot 62 for the lever outlet 64, and at the rear there are outlets 63 which are connected to the carrier outlets 57.
The water level controller 210 shown in figures 42 and 43 is well known in the field and is only schematically shown to prove the feasibility of the invention, making the application simplified and invention easier to understand. The water level controller 210 is pressed through outlets 74 into the carrier 11 of the body 201. As the balancing tank 203 is being filled the float 73 is raised, thereby interrupting the water supply, and when the balancing tank 203 is emptied, float 73 is lowered and water can be refilled to fill up the balancing tank 203.
The water connection 211 with valve 79 shown in figures 44 and 45 is also well known in the field and is only shown schematically for the purpose of proving the feasibility of the invention. The water connection 211 is connected by a nut 81 screwed onto the groove 72 of the water level regulator 210. The fan 212 shown in figures 46 and 47 is standard construction and is only shown schematically. The fan 212 firmly housed in the opening 6 exhausts air through the interior of the cistern, directly from the toilet through the tube 4 and the ventilation tube 128 connected to the ventilation installation.
The puller 85 shown in figures 48 to 50 is made of a flexible material and at one end has a solid bent hook 86 hooked to the rear 27 of the balancing tank 203 and the other end is tightened and fixed by a clamp 69 through the handle opening 66.
Bumper 20 , connector 21 , shaft 22,23 shutter 24 and gasket are shown in figures 7 to 15. Low-mounting cistern
The first solution of the present invention is the low-mounting cistern shown in figures 54 to 64, consisting of: body 201 on the side of which a water level regulator 210 is fixed through the opening 106 by a nut 105. On the other side, the body 201 has a connector holder 120 into which a shaft 22 with a connector 21 is placed. The bottom of the outer body 201 is provided with a grooved pipe 4, gasket 118 and a nut 119 for connecting to the toilet bowl to the main water supply. Lever 107 ring 110 is attached to the outlet 16 on the rear 2 of the body 201, and the lever projection 115 fits into the groove 114 which restricts its rotation by a certain angle. On the side 2 of the body 201 there is a slot 112 and an opening 113 for fixing the cistern.The upper end of the lever 107 with the opening 109 is threaded through the slot 104 of the cover 202. The nut 117 is screwed through the opening 109 of the lever 107 into the handle-nut 116. On the back 27 of the balancing tank 203, a hook 86 of the puller 85 is attached, which is partially wrapped around the ring outlet 32, passes over the connector 21 through the opening 108 on the handle 107 and on the other side of the opening 108 fixed by the clamp-screw 111. By pulling the handle 116, the puller 85 rotates the tank 203 and water flows out.
Atop the toilet bowl
The cistern atop the toilet bowl as another solution of the present invention, shown in figures 65 to 72, consists of: a body (201) constructed with an outlet 121 at the bottom, with a central opening 143 for supplying water to the toilet bowl. The outlet 121 has openings 123 with extensions 124 for screws that connect the body 201 to the toilet bowl and on the underside of the outlet 121 there is a housing 122 for a standard gasket. High-mounting cistern
The high-mounting cistern as a third solution of the present invention, shown in figures 73 to 77, consisting of: a body 201 having a slit 126 for the connector 21 on the side and a carrier 127 into which the shaft 22 of the connector 21 is attached. The puller 85 is tightly secured in the extension 34 of the outlet 33 and, supported at the middle of the wall 28 of the reservoir 203 , it passes over the connector 21 and is connected to the lever 125 at the other end. By pulling the lever 125 the reservoir 203 is rotated.
Electronic built-in cistern
The fourth solution according to the basic solution of the present invention is an electronic in-wall water cistern, shown in figures 78 to 85, consisting of: a balancing tank 203 with attached weight 129 at the rear opening 141 by which the balancing tank is pressed against the buffer. On the carrier 10 there is a firmly attached carrier 133 of the stepper motor 130 with a connector 142 on it, to which a puller 85 is connected via the groove 137.
The cover 208 has an electronic control unit attached to it 132, with a touchscreen that allows different levels of flushing based on a programmed scale with five different levels and is shown schematically. By touching a certain field on the touch screen, the connector 142 on the stepper motor 133 will rotate as programmed and wind the puller and thereby rotate the tank 203 and flush water and then rotate in the opposite direction to return the tank to the starting position and refill. In addition to the five different fields on the touch screen scale, there are two fields for turning the fan on and off.
Electronic cistern atop the toilet bowl
The fifth solution according to the basic solution of the present invention, including the second and fourth solution, is an electronic toilet cistern atop the toilet bowl, shown in Figures 86 to 91, consisting of: the lid 202 with an opening 6 with a cap 24 and an opening 139 with the housing 140 for the electronic control unit 132.

Claims

1. Device for flushing a toilet -built-in mechanical cistern , is characterized in, consisting of: balancer (204) in the form of two plates (37) and (38), interconnected at their circumference by a wall (48) with openings (41, 42) for water intake and opening (45) for water discharge the balancer also has a partition wall (39) with openings (43 and 44) for water discharge, The partition wall (39) divides the interior of the balancer into two chambers (46 and 74), The balancer (204) is rigidly coupled to the balancing tank (203), relying on the bracket (29) with its semicircular ring (40), and being drawn by its groove (36) to the cog (35) of the balancing tank (203), which is made in the form of two plates (26 and 27) chamfered by radius (31) at height (h) from the center of radius (31), The front and back panels are interconnected along the rim by the wall (28) and the holder (29) with the hole (33) for the shaft (23), On the outer side (27) there is a circular annular outlet (32), the balancer (204) and the balancing tank (203) are also housed in a body (201) with a tightly closed lid (202), the body (201) has the front side (1) and the back side (2) plate-shaped panels, made in the lower part by radius (18) and inter connected by a wall (3), the front of the body (l)has a notch with the lateral edges (9)and on the sides of the inner walls (1 and 2) there are outlets (17 and 16) with a center corresponding with the center of radius (18) through opening (15) at the side (2) of the body (201) and through opening (30) of the balancing tank (203) passes the shaft (23), which is tightly screwed into the center of the outlet (17) on the side (1), On the rear side (2) there is a stopper (5) with a buffer (20), an opening (6) with a fan (212), an opening (13) for the cable, an opening (12) for water connection and a slanted holder (8) with an opening (14) for the shaft (22) and connector (21), On the wall (3) there is a carrier (11) into which the water level regulator (210) is firmly attached by its outlets (74), which is connected by a nut (81) to the water connection (211), stepper motor mounts (10), the vent (6) for the fan 212 with the cap (24) as well as screw holes (7), At the bottom of the body (201) there is an opening for the pipe (4) for water supply, at the side edges (9) of the front (1) of the body (201) runs a tunnel (206) with grooves (51), through which a carrier (207) with outlets (55) is placed, from the rear, the carrier (207) has outlet with an opening (60) through which runs an axle (22) with a connector (21), and on the front there is an outlet (56) to which the lever (209) is attached through the opening (65) at the outlets (57) of the carrier (207), a shield (208) is attached, at rear (2) of the balancing tank (203) there is a hook (86) of the puller (85) which is partially placed over the ring outlet (32) of the tank (203) and goes over the first connector (21) and the second connector (21) through channel (67) and is fixed with a clamp (69) through the opening (66) the body (201) is bolted to the carrier (213) through the holes (7) screwed into the holes (103) with threads and rests on the holders (89) made at the same time on the inner sides of the profile (98).

Device for flushing a toilet - high-mounting cistern, according to the application 1 , 2 and the third version, is characterized in, consisting of: a body (201) having a slit (126) and a carrier (127) with attached shaft (22) of the connector (21), the puller (85) is tightly secured in the extension (34) of the outlet (33) and, supported at the middle of the wall (28) of the reservoir (203) it passes over the connector (21) and is connected to the lever (125).
5. Device for flushing a toilet, electronic built-in cistern, according to the application 1 and the fourth version, is characterized in, consisting of: a balancing tank (203) with attached weight (129) at the rear opening (141), a carrier (10) witha firmly attached housing (133) of the stepper motor (130) with a connector (142), to which a puller (85) is connected via the groove (137), electronic control unit with touch screen (132) is attached to the buffer (208).
6. Device for flushing a toilet, electronic atop the toilet bowl, according to the application 1, 2, 3 and the fifth version, is characterized in, consisting of: the lid (202) with an opening 6 with a cap (24) and an opening (139) with the housing (140) for the electronic control unit with touch screen (132).
7. Device for flushing a toilet - cistern, balancer, according to application 1, 2 , 3 and 4, consisting of: balancer (204), with opening(49) with outlets(50).
