機に係り、特にドレン排出機構の構造に関する。

を下方からの着脱可能な下方サービス勝手方式の
分割構造となすことにより、点検サービス性の改
善をはかり、もつてドレン排出機能を長期に亘り
安定的に発揮せしめるようにしたものである。

た筒部9Aと、雌ねじ部が内周に設けられ前記筒
部9Aに螺合してその略々全部に掩わせる底蓋部
Bとにより前記落し込み部9を形成せしめて、
筒部9Aの外周に嵌め込んだリング状のシール部
材14をドレンパン8の底と前記蓋部9Bの上端
縁とで挟み付けることによつて落し込み部9の液

からドレンポンプに対するサービスが簡単にしか
も楽な姿勢で行なえるものであつて、ここに所期
の目的は達成される。

て有し、空気吸込口2には吸込グリル4を配設
し、空気吹出口3には吹出グリル5を配設してい
る。 そしてケーシング内を仕切板を兼ねるドレンパ
ン8と側板13とによつて空気吸込口2に臨むフ
アン室と空気吹出口3,3に臨むコイル室とに区
分せしめ、フアン室には、シロツコ型等の遠心式
フアン7を配置して、その吐出口をコイル室に臨
ませて設けており、一方コイル室には、室内側コ
イル6,6をドレンパン8の上方に配設せしめて
いる。 そしてフアンモータ7を付勢すると、空気吸込
口2から室内空気を吸込んでこれを室内側コイル
6,6を経て前記側板13の外側のチヤンバーを
通つて空気吹出口3,3から冷風あるいは温風と
して室内に送出する空気循環が成される。 前記ドレンパン8は、室内側コイル6,6の直
下部に延びる部分と、この2つの部分をつなぐ部
分とからなるコ字状をなす浅底形の皿を成してい
て、前記フアン7の吐出口を囲繞させて配設して
いるが、その底で空気吸込口2からのサービスが
可能な個所の一部を他部に比して一段低くさせ、
後述するドレンポンプ10を収容するに足るだけ
の容積を持つ落し込み部9に形成せしめドレンパ
ン8を二段底構造となしている。 上記落し込み部9は、第2図及び第3図に示す
ように、ドレンパン8本体に対して着脱可能に係
合し得る分割構造となしているが、係合するため
の接合部分を本体側が外周に雄ネジを有する筒部
Aに、該筒部9Aに係合させて相手側が内周に雌
ねじが設けられた円形深皿状をなして筒部9A
略々全部に掩わせる底蓋部9Bに夫々形成せしめ
ていて螺合による係合を行なわせている。 この場合、係合部分において漏水が生じないよ
うにするために、Oリング状のシール部材14を
用いてこれを外周に雄ネジを有する筒部9Aの周
りに嵌め込ませてドレンパン8本体側の外底面と
前記丸深皿部をなす底蓋部9Bの上端縁との間に
挟圧下で介在せしめるようにしており、かくして
接合面からの漏水は確実に防止できる。 なお、前記落し込み部9はドレンパン8の下方
のフアン室からの着脱可能であつて、底蓋部9B
を脱した際に落し込み部9が下向きに開口して空
気吸込口2からのサービスが行える下サービス勝
手となる形態をとり得るものであることが肝要で
ある。 以上の如く構成した落し込み部9の内方にドレ
ンポンプ10を収設するが、このドレンポンプ1
0は上下方向の寸法が小さい薄形であつて、これ
にドレン排水管12を接続すると共に小形モータ
11を軸直結せしめて、適当な支持部材15を介
してケーシングに固定する。 上記ドレンポンプ10は例えば遠心形ポンプで
あつて上下方向に薄いポンプハウジング内に回転
子を縦軸の水平に配置して、該回転子と前記モー
タ11とを軸結せしめるが、ポンプハウジングの
底板で前記回転子の直下部に吸入口を開口せしめ
ると共にポンプハウジングの側板に吐出口を開口
せしめた構造であつて、ドレンパン8の高い方の
上底よりも低い位置に前記吸入口が存する如く配
設せしめるものである。 なお、ドレンポンプ10の固定に際しては、落
し込み部9の分割体を脱した際に、下向きの開口
部からドライバなどの工具を用いて取り付け、取
り外しが可能なようにすることが好ましく、図示
例は前記支持部材15をケーシングに固定したブ
ラケツト部材

容易に手の届く個所を選定して設けるようにする
