背景技术
指纹锁因为给用户带来极大的方便而受到大家的欢迎,但是,现有的大部分指纹锁与传统机械锁有较大的区别,需要经过培训的专业人员安装、维护,使指纹锁有较大的使用成本,给普及带来障碍。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种在把手立柱内的开锁机构,把整个指纹锁的结构部分都放置于把手内。使指纹锁的安装、使用最简化,降低指纹锁的使用成本,利于指纹锁的推广、普及。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:这种在把手立柱内的开锁机构,主要包括步进电机、凸轮、滑块、离合A、离合B,步进电机与凸轮配合连接并能带动其旋转,外部套装有弹簧A的滑块位于凸轮正前方,使得凸轮向前旋转时能推动滑块并压缩弹簧A,离合A一端与弹簧A连接,另一端连接弹簧B,弹簧B又与离合B相连,步进电机外套装有电机盖A及电机盖B,离合A外套装有限位盖A及限位盖B,电机盖A与限位盖A、电机盖B与限位盖B相互配合连接并固定安装在把手内,离合B安装在把手内,在弹簧A的作用下离合A向前顶并能与离合B咬合,此时下压把手即可开门;开门完成后,步进电机反转并带动凸轮回转,滑块、离合A在弹簧B的作用下回退至原位,此时离合A与离合B分离,下压把手无法开门。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述弹簧A的弹性系数大于弹簧B,保证即使在较小的行程下,弹簧A产生的弹力足够使离合A与离合B咬合。
本发明的有益效果为:整个指纹锁的结构部分都放置于把手内,使指纹锁的安装、使用最简化,降低指纹锁的使用成本,利于指纹锁的推广、普及。

实施例:如附图所示,这种在把手立柱内的开锁机构,主要包括步进电机1、凸轮2、滑 块3、离合A5、离合B7,步进电机1与凸轮2配合连接并能带动其旋转,外部套装有弹簧A4的滑块3位于凸轮2正前方,使得凸轮2向前旋转时能推动滑块3并压缩弹簧A4,离合A5一端与弹簧A4连接,另一端连接弹簧B6,弹簧B6又与离合B7相连,步进电机1外套装有电机盖A9及电机盖B10,离合A5外套装有限位盖A11及限位盖B12,电机盖A9与限位盖A11、电机盖B10与限位盖B12相互配合连接并固定安装在把手8内,离合B7安装在把手8内,在弹簧A4的作用下离合A5向前顶并能与离合B7咬合,此时下压把手8即可开门;开门完成后,步进电机1反转并带动凸轮2回转,滑块3、离合A5在弹簧B6的作用下回退至原位,此时离合A5与离合B7分离下压把手无法开门。
所述弹簧A4的弹性系数大于弹簧B6,保证即使在较小的行程下,弹簧A4产生的弹力足够使离合A5与离合B7咬合。
本发明过程:当指纹有效开锁时,步进电机转动,带动凸轮旋转并推动滑块前顶直至凸轮最高点,滑块下压弹簧A,在弹簧A的作用下,离合A前顶直至离合B与离合A咬合,此时下压把手即可开门;开门延时时间到后,步进电机反转,带动凸轮回转,滑块、离合A在弹簧B作用下回退至初始位置,此时滑块位于凸轮最低点,离合A和离合B分离,即完成一次开门动作,两离合器分离后,下压把手无效,实现锁门。
当把手不在正常原位时(一般把手的正常原位是在水平位置),离合器A、B相互错位,导致离合A无法下压,即无法与离合B配合,此时即使指纹验证通过,因为离合器不能完成配合,开锁失败。但是,由于指纹验证通过后,步进电机完成旋转过程,凸轮、滑块完成前顶动作,令弹簧A处于压紧状态,一旦把手回到原位(开锁时,开锁人发现无法开锁时,会下压把手几次尝试开锁),离合A和离合B在弹簧A作用下即刻完成咬合,再次下压把手有效,并能完成开锁动作。

  1. 一种在把手立柱内的开锁机构,其特征在于:主要包括步进电机(1)、凸轮(2)、滑块(3)、离合A(5)、离合B(7),步进电机(1)与凸轮(2)配合连接并能带动其旋转,外部套装有弹簧A(4)的滑块(3)位于凸轮(2)正前方,使得凸轮(2)向前旋转时能推动滑块(3)并压缩弹簧A(4),离合A(5)一端与弹簧A(4)连接,另一端连接弹簧B(6),弹簧B(6)又与离合B(7)相连,步进电机(1)外套装有电机盖A(9)及电机盖B(10),离合A(5)外套装有限位盖A(11)及限位盖B(12),电机盖A(9)与限位盖A(11)、电机盖B(10)与限位盖B(12)相互配合连接并固定安装在把手(8)内,离合B(7)安装在把手(8)内,在弹簧A(4)的作用下离合A(5)向前顶并能与离合B(7)咬合,此时下压把手(8)即可开门;开门完成后,步进电机(1)反转并带动凸轮(2)回转,滑块(3)、离合A(5)在弹簧B(6)的作用下回退至原位,此时离合A(5)与离合B(7)分离,下压把手无法开门。
