具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式，进一步阐述本发明。应理解，这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解，在阅读了本发明阐述的内容之后，本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改，这些等价形式同样落于本发明权利要求书所限定的范围。
如图1至图5所示，实施例1，本发明提供的一种具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩，包括口罩体10、隙缝20、固接段30及挂带组40，分别论述如下：
如图1所示，口罩体10，具有鼻梁片15、折叠的第一皱褶11、第二皱褶12、第三皱折13以及第四皱折14，其中沿A-A剖断面呈锯齿状，如图2所示，并在第一皱褶11与第二皱褶12连接处形成有叠接段16，叠接段16是叠接于第一皱褶11与第二皱褶12之间。口罩体10内部依次设有外层17、至少一个中层18及内层19，如图8所示。外层17为拨水层可为例如拨水功能不织布(或具有拨水功能的无纺布)，防止水份、液体渗入。中层18为过滤层可为例如静电高密度过滤不织布(或静电高密度熔喷无纺布)，以过滤尘霾及病毒细菌。内层19为亲水层可为例如亲水超细复合纤维不织布(或亲水超细复合纤维无纺布)，柔软舒适，有效吸收水气。口罩体10可包括三层、四层如活性碳口罩、五层或六层以上结构，例如防尘口罩美规N系列或欧规FFP系列，但不限制。
缝隙20，可呈例如水平直线且长度可介于5mm～60mm(毫米)范围，其开设在口罩体10约中央位置处并位于叠接段16与第二皱褶12之间。因折皱或折叠的缘故，从口罩体10的正面观察(如图1)，缝隙20位于第一皱褶11的后方，即缝隙20被第一皱褶11给遮盖，无法看见缝隙20，故缝隙20以虚线表示，另从口罩体10的背面观察(如图2)则可见缝隙20。
固接段30，如图3所示，固接第一皱褶11、叠接段16与第二皱褶12，并位于缝隙20下方的左右两侧且可平行于缝隙20，而在缝隙20所对应的正下方并没有固接段30(如图3所示)，藉此可提供它物经由没有固接段30的部分伸入于缝隙20中。它物可为吸管、鼻胃管、哨子或其他等物品。
挂带组40，包括两个挂带41，可为耳挂式分别固定在口罩体10的左右两侧，其中挂带41是以一端固接于口罩体10的上侧端，另一端则固接于口罩体10的下侧端。挂带41为耳挂也可为头带、或绑带等，但不以此为限。
需注意的是，如图5所示，本实施例1中的具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩展开 后，第二皱褶12、第三皱褶13及第四皱褶14也都可展开，仅第一皱褶11经固接段30固接的部分无法完全打开，这是因为固接段30固接第一皱褶11、叠接段16及第二皱褶12所导致。此时，缝隙20仍保持例如呈水平直线，并隐藏于口罩体10内。用户配戴本实施例1中的具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩或将本实施例1中的具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩展开后，缝隙20仍为闭合状态，故能防止口罩漏气，维持良好过滤效率PFE/BFE及密合度。
如用户佩戴本实施例1中的具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩后，需要进行吸食时，如图5所示，使用者可将吸管2插入口罩体10的没有固接段30的部分(即缝隙20的下方部位)，再穿进缝隙20并伸入置于口内，即可通过吸管方便吸食茶水、咖啡、饮料或鼻胃管喂食等，故用户配戴本实施例1中的具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩时仍可方便进行饮食等作业。
如图7、图8所示，实施例2，本发明提供的一种具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩，本实施例2与前述实施例的不同之处在于，还包括一对反折片50，分别从口罩体10的两侧边延伸出，且反折后50以其两端固接于口罩体10上。反折片50可填补脸部两侧与口罩之间的孔隙，避免口罩漏气，大幅提升口罩密合度及安全性。
如图9、图10所示，实施例3，本发明提供的一种具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩，本实施例3与前述实施例的不同之处在于，还包括一对气密片60，分别包覆于口罩体10的两侧边，并以其两端固接于口罩体10上。气密片60可为单层或多层结构。配戴本实施例3中的具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩时，气密片60可沿脸部的两侧紧贴，有效密合脸部、防止口罩漏气，大幅提升密合度，并具有结构简单、制程良率(即产品成功率)高及成本低等特色。
如图11、图12所示，实施例4，本发明提供的一种具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩，本实施例4与前述实施例的不同之处在于，其中口罩体10可成型有至少两个纵向皱褶70，其分别位于鼻梁片15的左右两侧，且分别通过第一皱褶11、第二皱褶12、第三皱褶13与第四皱褶14。因此，展开皱褶时可形成立体空间，达到呼吸顺畅、讲话自然，且佩戴舒适、美观大方。
如图13所示，实施例5，本发明提供的一种具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩，本实施例5与前述实施例的不同之处在于，口罩体10可成型有纵向皱褶70与气密片60，纵向皱褶70分别通过第一皱褶11、第二皱褶12、第三皱褶13及第四皱褶14，气密片60则包覆于口罩体10的侧边。因此，本实施例5中的具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩展开后可形成立体空间，达到呼吸顺畅、讲话自然且可有效防止口罩侧漏，大幅提升口罩密合度。
如图14、图15所示，实施例6，本发明提供的一种具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩，本实施例6与前述实施例的不同之处在于，还包括置入型鼻垫80，设于口罩体10上部内，且其包括有鼻梁条81及弹性体83，鼻梁条81由塑料件811及其包覆金属线812所构成，弹性体83可为泡棉或气囊等。使用置入型鼻垫80可紧贴鼻梁，有效防止灰尘、微粒子从鼻梁缝隙钻入，以达到防病菌与尘霾的效果。
如图16所示，实施例7，本发明提供的一种具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩，本实施例7与前述实施例的不同之处在于，配戴本实施例7中的具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩后，可将哨子3插进口罩体10的隙缝20并伸入置于口内，可提供交警配戴口罩执勤时，仍可方便吹哨进行交通管制或执行其他勤务。并可达到前述的功能及功效。
如图17所示，实施例8，本发明提供的一种具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩，本实施例8与前述实施例的不同之处在于，还包括有绑带组90，包括至少两个绑带91，每一绑带91分别沿口罩体10的左侧边及右侧边固接，其两端则延伸出口罩体10外。绑带91的长度较佳地可介于40至95公分(即厘米)之间。使用时，可将绑带91捆绑于头部固定。另外，绑带91也可沿口罩体10的上侧边及下侧边固接。
如图18所示，实施例9，本发明提供的一种具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩，本实施例9与前述实施例的不同之处在于，还包括绑带组90和气密片60。绑带组90，包括至少两个绑带91，每一绑带91分别沿口罩体10的左侧边及右侧边固接，其两端则延伸出口罩体10外。气密片60，分别包覆于口罩体10的两侧边，并以其两端固接于口罩体10上。因此，配戴本实施例9中的具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩后，先展开口罩体10，将绑带91捆绑于头部固定，气密片60可沿脸部的两侧紧贴，以有效密合脸部、防止口罩漏气，大幅提升密合度。
综上所述，本发明相较于现有技术具有以下有益效果：配戴本发明具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩时，用户仍可方便进行吸食茶水、咖啡、饮料、鼻胃管喂食或吹哨子等多项作业，同时可防止口罩漏气，维持良好过滤效率(PFE/BFE)及密合度。本发明具有可自动化生产、制程时间短，具成本低、易商品化等诸多优点。
综上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已，并非用来限定本发明的实施范围。各部件的结构、尺寸、设置位置及形状都是可以有所变化的，在本发明技术方案的基础上，凡根据本发明原理对个别部件进行的改进和等同变换，均不应排除在本发明的保护范围之外。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩，包括一个口罩体、一个缝隙和一个固接段，其特征在于：所述口罩体上具有折叠的一个第一皱褶和一个第二皱褶，并在第一皱褶与第二皱褶的连接处形成有一个叠接段；所述缝隙设于第二皱褶与叠接段之间；所述固接段固接第一皱褶、叠接段和第二皱褶。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩，其特征在于：所述固接段设于缝隙下方的左右两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩，其特征在于：所述固接段与缝隙平行，且缝隙长度范围为5mm～60mm。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩，其特征在于：所述具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩还包括一个绑带组，该绑带组包括至少两个绑带，每一个绑带分别沿口罩体的两侧边固接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩，其特征在于：所述具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩还包括一对反折片，该对反折片分别从口罩体的两侧边延伸出，且反折后以其两端固接于口罩体上。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩，其特征在于：所述具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩还包括一对气密片，该气密片分别包覆在口罩体的两侧边，并以其两端固接于口罩体上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩，其特征在于：所述气密片为单层或多层结构。
  8. 根据权利要求2或3或4或5或6或7中任意一项所述的具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩，其特征在于：所述口罩体成型有两个纵向皱褶，该纵向皱褶分别通过第一皱褶及第二皱褶。
  9. 根据权利要求2或3或4或5或6或7中任意一项所述的具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩，其特征在于：所述口罩体的断面呈锯齿型。
  10. 根据权利要求2或3或4或5或6或7中任意一项所述的具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩，其特征在于：所述具吸食吹哨多功能防护口罩还包括一个置入型鼻垫，该置入型鼻垫设于口罩体上部内。
