- 一种具有雾化功能的手机套,包括套于手机外的套体;其特征在于,所述套体上设有存储液体的储液腔、将所述液体雾化喷出的雾化器和控制所述雾化器启停的控制组件;还包括给所述雾化器供电的电源;所述电源为外设电源或设于所述套体上的电池或所述手机的蓄电池。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其特征在于,所述套体的侧面开有组合槽;所述组合槽内固设有密封板;所述密封板将所述组合槽分隔成前后分布的保护区和雾化区;所述保护区用于安装所述手机;所述雾化区内设有隔离带;所述隔离带将所述雾化区分隔成所述储液腔和安装所述控制组件的控制组件安装腔;所述组合槽对应所述储液腔处开有给所述雾化器提供所述液体的供液口;所述雾化器固设于所述组合槽外对应所述供液口处;所述雾化器与所述组合槽的外表面紧密贴合;所述雾化器和所述控制组件通过电气连接件实现电连接;所述组合槽对应所述控制组件安装腔处开有供所述电气连接件穿过的电气过孔。
- 根据权利要求2所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其特征在于,所述储液腔包括用于注入液体的注液区、用于存储液体的存液区和用于给所述雾化器提供所述液体的供液区;所述组合槽的底面对应所述注液区处开有用于注入所述液体的注液口;所述注液口不注液时由堵塞堵住;所述供液口开设于所述组合槽的底面对应所述供液区处。
- 根据权利要求3所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其特征在于,所述隔离带包括两个分别设于所述供液口两侧的档条;所述档条沿背离所述存液区的方向延伸;两个所述档条形成所述存液区中的所述液体进入所述供液区内的流道。
- 根据权利要求4所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其特征在于,所述组合槽的底面对应所述供液区处比对应所述存液区处更靠近所述密封板;所述组合槽的底面对应所述流道处为斜面;所述斜面靠近所述密封板的一端与所述注液口连通,远离所述密封板的一端位于所述存液区内。
- 根据权利要求4所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其特征在于,所述密封板朝向所述组合槽底面的侧面开有与所述流道配合的腰型槽;所述腰型槽一端位于所述存液区内,另一端位于所述供液区内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其特征在于,所述组合槽的底面对应所述存液区处开有用于观测水位的观测窗口;所述组合槽的底面还固连有遮挡所述观测窗口的透明挡板;所述透明挡板与所述组合槽的连接处没有缝隙。
- 根据权利要求2所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其特征在于,所述控制组件包括电路板;所述电路板上设有控制所述雾化器启停的按压开关;所述组合槽的底面开有供所述按压开关露出的露出口;所述雾化器、所述按压开关均与所述电路板电连接;所述组合槽的外底面滑动连接有遮挡所述雾化器的出雾口的滑板;所述滑板上固设有与所述按压开关配合的压块;所述压块在所述滑板将所述雾化器的出雾口让开后压下所述按压开关;所述按压开关在被压下时控制所述雾化器启动;所述滑板上转动连接有支撑所述手机的支撑板;所述支撑板一端与所述滑板转动连接,另一端与所述滑板卡扣连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其特征在于,所述电源为所述手机的蓄电池;还包括与所述手机的充电孔配合的插头;所述插头与所述电路板通过导线电连接;所述组合槽上开有供所述导线通过的导线过孔;所述组合槽对应所述手机的充电孔处开有充电过孔;所述导线过孔与所述充电过孔连通;所述插头位于所述组合槽外。
- 一种具有雾化功能的手机套的制造方法,基于权利要求1至9任一所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其特征在于,所述制造方法包括:步骤一:成型所述套体;所述套体的侧面成型有所述组合槽,所述组合槽的内底面成型有所述隔离带,所述隔离带将所述雾化区分隔成所述储液腔和所述控制组件安装腔,所述组合槽上还成型有所述供液口、所述电气过孔和所述注液口;步骤二:将所述电气连接件的一端与所述控制组件电连接;步骤三:将所述电气连接件的自由端从所述电气过孔中穿过后,将所述控制组件安装于所述控制组件安装腔中;步骤四:将所述雾化器安装于所述组合槽外对应所述供液口处,并使所述雾化器与所述组合槽的外表面紧密贴合;步骤五:将所述电气连接件的自由端与所述雾化器电连接;步骤六:将所述密封板安装于所述组合槽内,将所述组合槽分隔成前后分布的所述保护区和所述雾化区;步骤七:用所述堵塞将所述注液口塞住。
