一种具有雾化功能的手机套及其制造方法 技术领域
本发明涉及手机套技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种具有雾化功能的手机套及其制造方法。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,手机已经逐渐成为人们日常生活中的必备品,但是手机比较贵重,所以人们会在手机上套手机套来对手机进行保护,但是现有的手机套只具备保护功能,功能单一。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种具有雾化功能的手机套和一种具有雾化功能的手机套的制造方法。
技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一方面,提供了一种具有雾化功能的手机套,包括套于手机外的套体;其中,所述套体上设有存储液体的储液腔、将所述液体雾化喷出的雾化器和控制所述雾化器启停的控制组件;还包括给所述雾化器供电的电源;所述电源为外设电源或设于所述套体上的电池或所述手机的蓄电池。
优选地,所述雾化器为震雾器。
本发明所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其中,所述套体的侧面开有组合槽;所述组合槽内固设有密封板;所述密封板将所述组合槽分隔成前后分布的保护区和雾化区;所述保护区用于安装所述手机;所述雾化区内设有隔离带;所述隔离带将所述雾化区分隔成所述储液腔和安装所述控制组件的控制组件安装腔;所述组合槽对应所述储液腔处开有给所述雾化器提供所述液体的供液口;所述雾化器固设于所述组合槽外对应所述供液口处;所述雾化器与所述组合槽的外表面紧密贴合;所述雾化器和所述控制组件通过电气连接件实现电连接;所述组合槽对应所述控制组件安装腔处开有供所述电气连接件穿过的电气过孔。
优选地,所述组合槽内固设有支撑所述密封板边缘的支撑带;所述密封板通过超声波焊接技术与所述支撑带和所述隔离带焊接在一起;所述支撑带和所述隔离带的超声面上均开有超声槽;所述密封面的超声面上固设有与所述超声槽配合的超声线。
优选地,所述套体的背板由硬胶制成;所述套体的围边由软胶制成;所述套体通过所述围边套啤所述背板制成。
本发明所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其中,所述储液腔包括用于注入所述液体的注液区、用于存储所述液体的存液区和用于给所述雾化器提供所述液体的供液区;所述组合槽的底面对应所述注液区处开有用于注入所述液体的注液口;所述注液口不注液时由堵塞堵住;所述供液口开设于所述组合槽的底面对应所述供液区处。
优选地,所述组合槽的外底面对应所述供液口处开有雾化器容纳槽;所述雾化器设于所述雾化器容纳槽内且与所述雾化器容纳槽的内底面固连;所述雾化器与所述雾化器容纳槽的连接处没有缝隙;所述电气过孔开设于所述雾化器容纳槽的槽壁上。
优选地,所述雾化器通过胶水黏贴在所述雾化器容纳槽的内底面;所述雾化器容纳槽的内底面开有用于容纳所述胶水的点胶槽;所述点胶槽为环形槽。
优选地,所述堵塞包括设于所述组合槽外底面的连接片;所述连接片一端与所述组合槽的外底面固连,另一端固设有与所述注液口配合的堵头。

本发明所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其中,所述密封板朝向所述组合槽底面的侧面开有与所述流道配合的腰型槽;所述腰型槽一端位于所述存液区内,另一端位于所述供液区内。
本发明所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其中,所述组合槽的底面对应所述存液区处开有用于观测水位的观测窗口;所述组合槽的底面还固连有遮挡所述观测窗口的透明挡板;所述透明挡板与所述组合槽的连接处没有缝隙。

本发明所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其中,所述控制组件包括电路板;所述电路板上设有控制所述雾化器启停的按压开关;所述组合槽的底面开有供所述按压开关露出的露出口;所述雾化器、所述按压开关均与所述电路板电连接;所述组合槽的外底面滑动连接有遮挡所述雾化器的出雾口的滑板;所述滑板上固设有与所述按压开关配合的压块;所述压块在所述滑板将所述雾化器的出雾口让开后压下所述按压开关;所述按压开关在被压下时控制所述雾化器启动;所述滑板上转动连接有支撑所述手机的支撑板;所述支撑板一端与所述滑板转动连接,另一端与所述滑板卡扣连接。
优选地,所述雾化器和所述滑板之间设有遮挡所述雾化器的挡片;所述挡片固设于所述组合槽上;所述挡片对应所述雾化器的出雾口处开有供雾气喷出的通孔。

优选地,所述组合槽的外底面开有供所述滑板滑动的第一滑槽;所述滑板上固设有两个滑条,两个所述滑条分别位于所述滑板的两侧;所述滑条沿所述滑板的滑动方向延伸;所述第一滑槽的侧面开有与所述滑条配合的第二滑槽。

步骤一:成型所述套体,所述套体的侧面成型有所述组合槽,所述组合槽的内底面成型有所述隔离带,所述隔离带将所述雾化区分隔成所述储液腔和所述控制组件安装腔,所述组合槽上还成型有所述供液口、所述电气过孔和所述注液口;
步骤二:将所述电气连接件的一端与所述控制组件电连接;
步骤三:将所述电气连接件的自由端从所述电气过孔中穿过后,将所述控制组件安装于所述控制组件安装腔中;
步骤四:将所述雾化器安装于所述组合槽外对应所述供液口处,并使所述雾化器与所述组合槽的外表面紧密贴合;
步骤五:将所述电气连接件的自由端与所述雾化器电连接;
步骤六:将所述密封板安装于所述组合槽内,将所述组合槽分隔成前后分布的所述保护区和所述雾化区;
步骤七:用所述堵塞将所述注液口塞住。
本发明的有益效果在于:手机套套于手机外,保护手机;在储液腔中加入液体,由控制组件控制雾化器将液体雾化然后喷至待喷位置,在手机套上增加雾化功能,手机套功能多样;不需额外使用其他的雾化装置,使用者使用体验更佳;另外,本发明体积小巧,携带方便。
有益效果
液体可以是液态化妆品,譬如化妆水、爽肤水等,经雾化器雾化后对准使用者的脸部或者手部喷出,雾化后的化妆品更加方便皮肤吸收,护肤效果好,而且可以节约化妆品的用量;液体也可以是纯水,经雾化器雾化后喷出,加大使用者周围环境的湿度,在秋冬这类干燥季节使用,有益效果更佳明显;液体还可以是香水、精油或者液态趋避剂,经雾化器雾化后喷至待喷位置,然后产生相应的愉悦身心、抗病去毒及灭虫驱蚊等功效,在储液腔中添加的液体是液态化妆品时,效果尤佳,使用者可以随时随地进行护肤工作,使用方便。

本发明较佳实施例的具有雾化功能的手机套的结构示意图如图1所示,同时参阅图2至图14;包括套于手机10外的套体14;套体14上设有存储液体的储液腔14010、将液体雾化喷出的雾化器15和控制雾化器15启停的控制组件12;还包括给雾化器15供电的电源(图中未示出);电源为外设电源或设于套体14上的电池或手机10的蓄电池;套体14套于手机10外,保护手机10;在储液腔14010中加入液体,由控制组件12控制雾化器15将液体雾化然后喷至待喷位置,增加雾化功能,功能多样;不需额外使用其他的雾化装置,使用者使用体验更佳;另外,本发明体积小巧,携带方便。

如图3和图4所示,套体14的侧面开有组合槽140;组合槽140内固设有密封板11;密封板11将组合槽140分隔成前后分布的保护区1400和雾化区1401;保护区1400用于安装手机10;雾化区1401内设有隔离带22;隔离带22将雾化区1401分隔成储液腔14010和安装控制组件12的控制组件安装腔14011;组合槽140对应储液腔14010处开有给雾化器15提供液体的供液口1402;雾化器15固设于组合槽140外对应供液口1402处;雾化器15与组合槽140的外表面紧密贴合;雾化器15和控制组件12通过电气连接件(图中未示出)实现电连接;组合槽140对应控制组件安装腔14011处开有供电气连接件穿过的电气过孔1403;密封板11将组合槽140分隔成保护区1400和雾化区1401,保护区1400用于实现对手机10的保护功能,雾化区1401用于实现雾化功能,利用密封板11对组合槽140进行功能分区,结构简单;储液腔14010和控制组件12均设于雾化区1401内,更加美观;利用套体14本身成型储液腔14010,结构更加紧凑。
需要说明的是,电气连接件可以是导线等可以实现电气连接功能的元器件。
如图5和图6所示,组合槽140内固设有支撑密封板11边缘的支撑带23;密封板11通过超声波焊接技术与支撑带23和隔离带22焊接在一起;支撑带23和隔离带22的超声面上均开有超声槽230;密封面11的超声面上固设有与超声槽230配合的超声线110;通过超声波焊接技术将密封板11与支撑带23和隔离带22焊接在一起;密封效果好,有效防止储液腔14010漏液;焊接时,将超声线110放入超声槽230中,有效防止焊接过程中跑胶。
如图1至图14所示,套体14的背板由硬胶制成;套体14的围边由软胶制成;套体14通过围边套啤背板制成;套体14的背板由硬胶制成,不易变形,当储液腔14010中没有液体时也依然可以保持套体14的形状,更加美观。
如图2、图4、图5和图14所示,储液腔14010包括用于注入液体的注液区140100、用于存储液体的存液区140101和用于给雾化器15提供液体的供液区140102;组合槽140的底面对应注液区140100处开有用于注入液体的注液口1404;注液口1404不注液时由堵塞17堵住;供液口1402开设于组合槽140的底面对应供液区140102处;往储液腔14010中注入液体时先将堵塞17拿开,注入液体后再用堵塞17将注液口1404塞住,防止漏液。
如图5和图7所示,组合槽140的外底面对应供液口1402处开有雾化器容纳槽1406;雾化器15设于雾化器容纳槽1406内且与雾化器容纳槽1406的内底面固连;雾化器15与雾化器容纳槽1406的连接处没有缝隙;电气过孔1403开设于雾化器容纳槽1406的槽壁上。
如图7所示,雾化器15通过胶水黏贴在雾化器容纳槽1406的内底面;雾化器容纳槽1406的内底面开有用于容纳胶水的点胶槽1407;点胶槽1407为环形槽。
如图5、图7、图8、图13和图14所示,堵塞17包括设于组合槽140外底面的连接片171;连接片171一端与组合槽140的外底面固连,另一端固设有与注液口1404配合的堵头170;堵塞17固设于套体14上,防止堵塞17丢失。
如图5所示,隔离带22包括两个分别设于供液口1402两侧的档条220;档条220沿背离存液区140101的方向延伸;两个档条220形成存液区140101中的液体进入供液区140102内的流道24;使用者启用雾化功能时,将本发明倾斜,使存液区140101中的液体靠自身重力经流道24进入供液区140102中,经供液口1402进入雾化器15内,流道24的结构简单,而且可以起到给液体导向的作用,保证液体流向的准确性。
如图5和图6所示,组合140的底面对应供液区140102处比对应存液区140101处更靠近密封板11;组合槽140的底面对应流道24处为斜面;斜面靠近密封板11的一端与注液口1402连通,远离密封板11的一端位于存液区140101内;组合槽140的底面对应流道24处为斜面,便于液体流动,改善雾化效果。
如图5和图6所示,密封板11朝向组合槽140底面的侧面开有与流道24配合的腰型槽111;腰型槽111一端位于存液区140101内,另一端位于供液区140102内;控制进入供液区140102内的流量,改善雾化效果。
如图2、图5、图7以及图11至图14所示,组合槽140的底面对应存液区140101处开有用于观测水位的观测窗口1405;组合槽140的底面还固连有遮挡观测窗口1405的透明挡板13;透明挡板13与组合槽140的连接处没有缝隙;透过透明挡板随时观测储液腔14010中的液体的水位,安全性高。
优选地,透明挡板13上设有公司标志,提高美观性的同时起到宣传作用。
优选地,透明挡板13由硬胶制成;透明挡板13通过超声波焊接技术焊接于组合槽140的内底面;透明挡板13由硬胶制成,不易变形,更加美观;透明挡板13通过超声波焊接技术焊接于组合槽140的内底面,密封效果好,防止漏液。
如图7以及图9至13所示,控制组件12包括电路板120;电路板120上设有控制雾化器15启停的按压开关121;组合槽140的底面开有供按压开关121露出的露出口1408;雾化器15、按压开关121均与电路板120电连接;组合槽140的外底面滑动连接有遮挡雾化器15的出雾口的滑板18;滑板18上固设有与按压开关121配合的压块180;压块180在滑板18将出雾口让开后压下按压开关121;按压开关121在被压下时控制雾化器15启动;滑板18上转动连接有支撑手机10的支撑板19;支撑板19一端与滑板18转动连接,另一端与滑板18卡扣连接;滑板18在本发明的雾化功能未启用时将雾化器15的出雾口挡住,启用时将出雾口让开,不但可以防止灰尘等杂质经出雾口进入雾化器15内而且不会影响出雾;要启用本发明的雾化功能时,滑板18沿让开出雾口的方向滑动,出雾口被让开后,滑板18继续滑动,在此过程中,滑板18上的压块180将按压开关121压下,雾化器15开始工作,防止雾化器15已经开始工作但是出雾口未让开这一情况的发生,提高运行可靠性;滑板18上转动连接有支撑板19,使用者想观看视频时,将支撑板19撑开,支撑板19即可将手机10支撑起来,给本发明增加了手机支架功能,解放了使用者的双手,改善了使用者的使用体验。
如图2以及图12至图14所示,雾化器15和滑板18之间设有遮挡雾化器15的挡片16;挡片16固设于组合槽140上;挡片16对应雾化器15的出雾口处开有供雾气喷出的通孔160;挡片16将雾化器15遮挡住,更加美观。
如图10所示,压块180朝向按压开关121的侧面为凸弧面;凸弧面朝按压开关121凸起;降低压块180的磨损,延长使用寿命,提高可靠性。
如图7、图10和图12所示,组合槽140的外底面开有供滑板18滑动的第一滑槽1409;滑板18上固设有两个滑条181,两个滑条181分别位于滑板18的两侧;滑条181沿滑板18的滑动方向延伸;第一滑槽1409的侧面开有与滑条181配合的第二滑槽1410;组合槽140的外底面开设第一滑槽1409,滑板18位于第一滑槽1409内,降低了本发明的厚度,更加美观;通过滑条181和第二滑槽1410的配合将滑板18滑动连接于组合槽140的外底面,结构简单。
如图10至图14所示,滑板18背离组合槽140外底面的侧面开有容纳支撑板19的凹槽182;支撑板19位于凹槽182内,降低了本发明的厚度,更加美观。
如图7以及图10至图14所示,注液口1404位于第一滑槽1409内;凹槽182与第一滑槽1409连通;支撑板19未撑开时,将注液口1404挡住,更加美观;需要注液时,将支撑板19撑开即可,操作简单。
如图7、图13、和图14所示,第一滑槽1409的底面开有与堵塞17配合的堵塞容纳槽1411;注液口1404位于堵塞容纳槽1411内;堵塞17位于堵塞容纳槽1411内,降低了本发明的厚度,更加美观而且不影响支撑板19的扣合。
如图1、图2、图5、图7和图9所示,电源为手机10的蓄电池;还包括与手机10的充电孔配合的插头21;插头21与电路板120通过导线20电连接;组合槽140上开有供导线20通过的导线过孔1412;组合槽140对应手机10的充电孔处开有充电过孔1413;导线过孔1412与充电过孔1413连通;插头21位于组合槽140外;将插头21插入手机10的充电孔中,就可利用手机10的蓄电池给雾化器15供电,只要手机10的蓄电池还有电量,电源就不能成为启用本发明的雾化功能的限制因素,可以随时随地启用本发明的雾化功能,受时间、地点等外界因素的影响小,使用场合多样而且使用便利;充电过孔1413和导线过孔1412连通,加工方便,而且组装时,插头21可经充电过孔1413拿至组合槽140外,组装方便。
本发明较佳实施例的具有雾化功能的手机套的制造方法的流程图,如图15所示,根据上述的具有雾化功能的手机套,包括:
S01:成型套体14,套体14的侧面成型有组合槽140,组合槽140的内底面成型有隔离带22,隔离带22将雾化区分隔成储液腔14010和控制组件安装腔14011,组合槽140上还成型有供液口1402、电气过孔1403和注液口1404;
S02:将电气连接件的一端与控制组件12电连接;
S03:将电气连接件的自由端从电气过孔1403中穿过后,将控制组件12安装于控制组件安装腔14011中;
S04:将雾化器15安装于组合槽140外对应供液口1402处,并使雾化器15与组合槽140的外表面紧密贴合;
S05:将电气连接件的自由端与雾化器15电连接;
S06:将密封板11安装于组合槽140内,将组合槽140分隔成前后分布的保护区1400和雾化区1401;
S07:用堵塞17将注液口1404塞住;
制作过程简单。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其特征在于,所述套体的侧面开有组合槽;所述组合槽内固设有密封板;所述密封板将所述组合槽分隔成前后分布的保护区和雾化区;所述保护区用于安装所述手机;所述雾化区内设有隔离带;所述隔离带将所述雾化区分隔成所述储液腔和安装所述控制组件的控制组件安装腔;所述组合槽对应所述储液腔处开有给所述雾化器提供所述液体的供液口;所述雾化器固设于所述组合槽外对应所述供液口处;所述雾化器与所述组合槽的外表面紧密贴合;所述雾化器和所述控制组件通过电气连接件实现电连接;所述组合槽对应所述控制组件安装腔处开有供所述电气连接件穿过的电气过孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其特征在于,所述储液腔包括用于注入液体的注液区、用于存储液体的存液区和用于给所述雾化器提供所述液体的供液区;所述组合槽的底面对应所述注液区处开有用于注入所述液体的注液口;所述注液口不注液时由堵塞堵住;所述供液口开设于所述组合槽的底面对应所述供液区处。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其特征在于,所述隔离带包括两个分别设于所述供液口两侧的档条;所述档条沿背离所述存液区的方向延伸;两个所述档条形成所述存液区中的所述液体进入所述供液区内的流道。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其特征在于,所述组合槽的底面对应所述供液区处比对应所述存液区处更靠近所述密封板;所述组合槽的底面对应所述流道处为斜面;所述斜面靠近所述密封板的一端与所述注液口连通,远离所述密封板的一端位于所述存液区内。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其特征在于,所述密封板朝向所述组合槽底面的侧面开有与所述流道配合的腰型槽;所述腰型槽一端位于所述存液区内,另一端位于所述供液区内。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其特征在于,所述组合槽的底面对应所述存液区处开有用于观测水位的观测窗口;所述组合槽的底面还固连有遮挡所述观测窗口的透明挡板;所述透明挡板与所述组合槽的连接处没有缝隙。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其特征在于,所述控制组件包括电路板;所述电路板上设有控制所述雾化器启停的按压开关;所述组合槽的底面开有供所述按压开关露出的露出口;所述雾化器、所述按压开关均与所述电路板电连接;所述组合槽的外底面滑动连接有遮挡所述雾化器的出雾口的滑板;所述滑板上固设有与所述按压开关配合的压块;所述压块在所述滑板将所述雾化器的出雾口让开后压下所述按压开关;所述按压开关在被压下时控制所述雾化器启动;所述滑板上转动连接有支撑所述手机的支撑板;所述支撑板一端与所述滑板转动连接,另一端与所述滑板卡扣连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其特征在于,所述电源为所述手机的蓄电池;还包括与所述手机的充电孔配合的插头;所述插头与所述电路板通过导线电连接;所述组合槽上开有供所述导线通过的导线过孔;所述组合槽对应所述手机的充电孔处开有充电过孔;所述导线过孔与所述充电过孔连通;所述插头位于所述组合槽外。
  10. 一种具有雾化功能的手机套的制造方法,基于权利要求1至9任一所述的具有雾化功能的手机套,其特征在于,所述制造方法包括:
    步骤一:成型所述套体;所述套体的侧面成型有所述组合槽,所述组合槽的内底面成型有所述隔离带,所述隔离带将所述雾化区分隔成所述储液腔和所述控制组件安装腔,所述组合槽上还成型有所述供液口、所述电气过孔和所述注液口;
    步骤二:将所述电气连接件的一端与所述控制组件电连接;
    步骤三:将所述电气连接件的自由端从所述电气过孔中穿过后,将所述控制组件安装于所述控制组件安装腔中;
    步骤四:将所述雾化器安装于所述组合槽外对应所述供液口处,并使所述雾化器与所述组合槽的外表面紧密贴合;
    步骤五:将所述电气连接件的自由端与所述雾化器电连接;
    步骤六:将所述密封板安装于所述组合槽内,将所述组合槽分隔成前后分布的所述保护区和所述雾化区;
    步骤七:用所述堵塞将所述注液口塞住。
