Abstract

일 실시예에 따른, 특정한 신경전달물질을 증가 또는 감소시키는 약물의 효능을 평가하기 위해, 뇌 지도를 참고하여 뇌 내의 특정한 부위에서 상기 특정한 신경전달물질의 농도의 변화를 측정하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 뇌 지도에서 상기 약물이 증가 또는 감소시키는 제1 신경전달물질의 농도가 가장 높은 것으로 표시된 부위에 대응되는 동물의 제1 부위를 미세투석 대상 영역으로 선정하는 단계; 및 상기 동물에 상기 약물을 주입하고 상기 약물의 주입 전과 주입 후 사이의 상기 제1 부위에서의 상기 제1 신경전달물질의 농도 변화를 확인하는 단계;를 포함하고, 상기 뇌 지도는, 인간의 뇌의 복수의 부위에서 획득한 샘플에 대해 질량분석을 수행하여 획득한 세로토닌, 도파민, 가바(GABA), 글루타메이트(glutamate) 및 이들의 대사체를 포함한 11종 이상의 복수의 신경전달물질 농도 분포 - 이하 제1 농도 분포 -와 원숭이의 뇌의 복수의 부위에서 획득한 샘플에 대해 질량분석을 수행하여 획득한 세로토닌, 도파민, 가바(GABA), 글루타메이트(glutamate) 및 이들의 대사체를 포함한 11종 이상의 상기 복수의 신경전달물질 농도 분포 - 이하 제2 농도 분포 -를 획득하고, 상기 인간의 뇌의 복수의 부위 및 상기 원숭이의 뇌의 복수의 부위를 상기 획득된 제1 농도 분포 및 상기 획득된 제2 농도 분포에서 확인된 개별 신경전달물질의 농도 분포의 유사성을 기초로 대응시킨 적어도 11개 이상의 상관 관계 데이터를 포함하는 제1 상관 관계와, 상기 제2 농도 분포를 이용하여 획득되고, 상기 제1 부위는, 상기 제1 농도 분포에서 제2 부위에 상기 제1 신경전달물질의 양이 가장 많은 경우, 상기 제2 농도 분포에서 상기 제2 부위에 대응되는 부위인 약물 효능 평가 방법에 관한 것이다.
