- 화분의 바닥판과, 상기 바닥판에 결합되고 화분의 측면을 이루는 측면판으로 이루어지는 화분에 있어서,상기 측면판의 하단은 바닥판의 둘레를 따라서 결합되며,상기 측면판에서 바닥판에 결합하는 변의 길이가 바닥판의 둘레보다 10 내지 50% 길게 구성되어 상기 측면판의 일부가 서로 겹쳐지되, 상기 측면판의 양측은 서로 분리되어 있으며,상기 측면판의 일측에는 상하 방향으로 소정 간격으로 단추 구멍들이 형성되고, 상기 측면판의 타측에는 상기 단추 구멍들에 결합되는 스트립들이 화분의 상하 방향으로 소정 간격으로 형성되고,상기 스트립을 단추 구멍들에 결합하여 측면판의 양측을 서로 결합하고, 상기 스트립을 단추 구멍들에서 분리하여 측면판의 양측을 서로 분리하며,상기 바닥판과 상기 측면판은 토양에 맞닿는 면으로 천연섬유의 생분해성 시트로 형성된 제1 부직포층과, 황토혼합물로 이루어진 중간층과, 상기 화분의 바깥쪽 부분으로 극미세 섬유사로 이루어져 미세한 기공을 형성한 제2 부직포층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 화분.
- 화분의 바닥판과, 상기 바닥판에 결합되고 화분의 측면을 이루는 측면판으로 이루어지는 화분에 있어서,상기 측면판의 하단은 바닥판의 둘레를 따라서 결합되며,상기 측면판에서 바닥판에 결합하는 변의 길이가 바닥판의 둘레보다 10 내지 50% 길게 구성되어 상기 측면판의 일부가 서로 겹쳐지되, 상기 측면판의 양측은 서로 분리되어 있으며,상기 측면판의 일측 말단의 배면에는 상하 방향으로 길게 암밸크로가 부착되고, 상기 측면판에서 상기 암밸크로가 형성된 일측에 대향하는 타측에는 상기 암밸크로로부터 상기 바닥판의 둘레만큼 수평 방향으로 이격된 위치에 상기 암밸크로에 결합되는 수밸크로가 상기 측면판의 상하 방향을 따라 형성되며,상기 바닥판과 상기 측면판은 토양에 맞닿는 면으로 천연섬유의 생분해성 시트로 형성된 제1 부직포층과, 황토혼합물로 이루어진 중간층과, 상기 화분의 바깥쪽 부분으로 극미세 섬유사로 이루어져 미세한 기공을 형성한 제2 부직포층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 화분.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 부직포층은 섬유의 굵기가 30 내지 80㎛이고, 기공이 5 내지 20㎛ 정도이며, 황마, 볏집, 코코넛 껍질 중 하나 이상으로 이루어진 천연섬유에 광물수용액이 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 화분.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 부직포층은 접촉 면적을 높이기 위하여 상하 방향으로 지그재그로 접어진 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 화분.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 광물수용액은 정제수 100 중량부에 광물분말 5 내지 10 중량부를 혼합하여 이루어지며, 상기 광물분말은 100 중량%을 기준으로 황토 40 중량%, 운모 20 중량%, 일라이트 25 중량%, 벤토나이트 15 중량%을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 화분.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 중간층의 황토혼합물은 황토분말 50 내지 60 중량%, 숯가루 10 내지 20 중량%, 볏집 30 중량%을 혼합한 것으로 마이크로 입자 또는 나노 입자로 분쇄된 후, 물을 혼합하여 성형틀에 넣고 일정 온도를 가열하여 일정 형태를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 화분.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 중간층은 3 내지 10mm의 두께이고, 30 내지 50mm 관통홀이 복수개 뚫려 있는 망상 구조의 그물망 형태로 형성되며, 철, 구리 등의 금속재과, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 아크릴 수지 중 어느 하나의 합성수지재로 구성되는 제1 메쉬층과 제2 메쉬층; 및상기 제1 메쉬층과 제2 메쉬층의 사이에 충진되고, 상기 제1 메쉬층과 제2 메쉬층에 의해 지지되고, 황토분말 50 내지 60 중량%, 숯가루 10 내지 20 중량%, 볏집 30 중량%을 혼합한 것이며, 마이크로 입자 또는 나노 입자로 분쇄한 후, 물을 혼합하여 성형틀에 넣고 일정 온도를 가열하여 일정 형태를 형성하는 황토혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 화분.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2 부직포층은 상기 화분의 바깥쪽 부분으로 3 내지 20㎛의 굵기의 극미세 섬유사로 이루어져 미세한 기공을 형성하고, 수분을 증발을 막아주는 코팅막을 외면에 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 화분.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 코팅막은 폴리비닐알코올, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스, 하이드록시에틸셀룰로오스, 폴리비닐피롤리디논, 테라콘트롤 중 하나 또는 이들의 조합으로 구성되고, 수분 증발을 막아 수분 보유력을 개선하고, 물과 반응하여 방수 기능을 가진 피막을 형성하는 고분자를 모두 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 화분.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 스트립들은 중간 부분이 상기 측면판에 봉재되어 결합되고, 상기 스트립들의 양쪽 끝단은 제1 자유단과 제2 자유단을 이루며, 상기 제1 자유단이 단추구멍으로 통과한 후, 상기 제2 자유단에 고름 형태로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 부직포 화분.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 측면판의 일측의 상단에는 보조 단추구멍이 형성되고, 상기 측면판의 타측의 상단에는 보조 스트립이 형성되며, 상기 보조 스트립과 상기 보조 단추구멍은 상기 바닥판의 둘레만큼 이격된 지점에 형성되며, 상기 보조 스트립은 상기 측면판의 배면에 봉재되어 결합되고, 양쪽 끝단이 제3자유단과 제4자유단을 이루게 되며, 상기 제3 자유단이 상기 보조 단추구멍을 통과한 후, 상기 제4 자유단에 고름 형태로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 화분.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 측면판의 상단에는 상기 측면판의 일측으로부터 수평 방향으로 소정 간격 이격한 곳에 손잡이용 제1 절개부가 형성되고, 상기 제1 절개부로부터 상기 바닥판의 둘레의 절반에 해당되는 거리만큼 이격된 지점에는 손잡이용 제2 절개부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 화분.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 측면판의 타측의 일측 끝단에는 보조 암밸크로가 형성되고, 상기 측면판의 배면에는 상기 바닥판의 둘레의 차이에 해당하는 거리만큼 이격된 지점에 상기 보조 암밸크로가 결합되는 보조 수밸크로가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 화분.
- 부직포 화분에 있어서,토양에 맞닿는 면으로 천연섬유의 생분해성 시트로 형성된 제1 부직포층과, 황토혼합물로 이루어진 중간층과, 상기 화분의 바깥쪽 부분으로 극미세 섬유사로 이루어져 미세한 기공을 형성한 제2 부직포층을 포함하는 사각형의 부직포부재로 이루져 있고, 상기 부직포부재는 작물 굵기에 대응되는 일정 크기의 홀이 중앙 부위에 형성되고, 네 군데의 테두리 부분에 대지에 고정하기 위하여 다수의 고정핀이 형성되며, 상기 부직포부재는 상기 작물 주위를 덮는 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 화분.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 제1 부직포층은 섬유의 굵기가 30 내지 80㎛이고, 기공이 5 내지 20㎛ 정도이며, 황마, 볏집, 코코넛 껍질 중 하나 이상으로 이루어진 천연섬유에 광물수용액이 코팅되고,상기 중간층의 황토혼합물은 황토분말 50 내지 60 중량%, 숯가루 10 내지 20 중량%, 볏집 30 중량%을 혼합한 것으로 마이크로 입자 또는 나노 입자로 분쇄된 후, 물을 혼합하여 성형틀에 넣고 일정 온도를 가열하여 일정 형태를 형성하며,상기 제2 부직포층은 상기 화분의 바깥쪽 부분으로 3 내지 20㎛의 굵기의 극미세 섬유사로 이루어져 미세한 기공을 형성하고, 수분을 증발을 막아주는 코팅막을 외면에 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는부직포 화분.

- 화분의 바닥판과, 상기 바닥판에 결합되고 화분의 측면을 이루는 측면판으로 이루어지는 화분에 있어서,상기 측면판의 하단은 바닥판의 둘레를 따라서 결합되며,상기 측면판에서 바닥판에 결합하는 변의 길이가 바닥판의 둘레보다 10 내지 50% 길게 구성되어 상기 측면판의 일부가 서로 겹쳐지되, 상기 측면판의 양측은 서로 분리되어 있으며,상기 측면판의 일측에는 상하 방향으로 소정 간격으로 단추 구멍들이 형성되고, 상기 측면판의 타측에는 상기 단추 구멍들에 결합되는 스트립들이 화분의 상하 방향으로 소정 간격으로 형성되고,상기 스트립을 단추 구멍들에 결합하여 측면판의 양측을 서로 결합하고, 상기 스트립을 단추 구멍들에서 분리하여 측면판의 양측을 서로 분리하며,상기 바닥판과 상기 측면판은 토양에 맞닿는 면으로 천연섬유의 생분해성 시트로 형성된 제1 부직포층과, 중간층과, 상기 화분의 바깥쪽 부분으로 극미세 섬유사로 이루어져 미세한 기공을 형성한 제2 부직포층으로 이루어지고,상기 중간층은 부직포의 내부에 멤브레인 헤파 복합 필터 천, 희토류 토르말린으로 이루어진 음이온 분말 점토 및 미네랄 성분의 구리 산화물을 일정 비율로 포함하고, 상기 부직포의 외면에 코코넛 껍질 활성탄을 코팅하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 화분.
