The present invention relates to an advancing/retreating device including a case and an advancing/retreating member capable of advancing/retreating with respect to the case.
BACKGROUND ART In vehicles such as automobiles, as a device for opening and closing a fuel lid that covers a fuel supply port, an advancing/retreating movement device that advances and retracts an advancing/retreating member between a pushing position that closes the fuel lid and a projecting position that opens the fuel lid is used (for example, patent Reference 1).
In the advancing/retreating device of Patent Document 1, an axial push rod as an advancing/retreating member is advanced and retracted in the axial direction to open and close the fuel lid attached to the vehicle body via a hinge.
When the push rod moves back and forth between the pushing position and the projecting position, the protrusion on the main body of the device slides in the spiral groove on the outer circumference of the push rod, so that the push rod rotates about the push rod axis while moving back and forth. Rotate in the direction.
A lid locking portion is provided at the tip of the push rod, while a lid locked portion is provided at a corresponding portion of the fuel lid. Then, when the push rod is in the pushing position, the lid locking portion is locked to the lid locked portion of the fuel lid, and the fuel lid is closed. Also, in the process of the push rod moving to the protruding position, the push rod and the lid locking portion rotate, the locking between the lid locking portion and the lid locked portion of the fuel lid is released, and the push rod moves to the protruding position. The fuel lid is open when it is in position.
When the fuel lid is changed from the open state to the closed state, the fuel lid is moved in the closing direction, and the push rod at the protruding position is pressed via the fuel lid so as to move in the backward direction. When the advancing/retreating member is pressed from the fuel lid side, the advancing/retreating member rotates in the direction opposite to that when moving from the pushing position to the protruding position while the spiral groove and the projection slide, and moves to the pushing position.
Further, the opening/closing device of Patent Document 1 is provided with a locking mechanism that locks the push rod forward and backward. When the push rod is located at the push-in position, the locking mechanism locks the lid locking member on the push rod by the motor so as to prevent the push rod from moving back and forth. Since the locking mechanism is locked, even if the fuel lid is operated, the push rod does not move forward and backward, and the fuel lid does not open.
However, in the conventional opening/closing device for opening and closing the fuel lid, the push-rod moves backward and forward while rotating the push-rod to open and close the fuel lid. When an external force is applied in one direction so that the advancing/retreating member moves to the retracted position, there is a problem that the locking mechanism automatically locks it.
An object of the present invention is to prevent an advancing/retreating device that moves an advancing/retreating member from moving in the retracting direction even when the advancing/retreating member in the advancing position receives an external force in one direction moving in the retracting direction due to a mischievous operation or the like. It is to provide an advancing/retreating movement device.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
The advancing/retreating device of the present embodiment moves the advancing/retreating member forward/backward with respect to the case. In the present embodiment, the opening/closing device for the fuel lid is given as one application example, but the advancing/retreating movement device of the present embodiment may be applied to a device different from the opening/closing device for the fuel lid.
[Switching device 100 to which the advancing/retreating movement device 1 is applied]
As shown in FIG. 1, an opening/closing device 100 is a device that opens/closes a lid of an opening that accommodates a fuel filler port of a vehicle. To the opening/closing device 100, the advancing/retreating movement device 1 of the present embodiment is applied. There is. The opening/closing device 100 is a so-called fuel inlet box, and is a device installed in the refueling opening 2a of the vehicle body 2 for injecting fuel into the fuel tank of the vehicle.
The opening/closing device 100 includes a box body 110 that is attached to the fuel supply opening 2a of the vehicle body 2, a fuel lid 120 that is a lid that closes the fuel supply opening 2a, a hinge 130 that rotatably supports the fuel lid 120, and a forward/backward movement device 1. Have.
The box body 110 is attached to the refueling opening 2a to form a refueling chamber that surrounds the refueling pipe on the refueling port side. The box body 110 shown in FIG. 1 is formed in a tubular shape, and one opening 112 out of two openings (only one opening 112 is shown in FIG. 1) is continuously attached to the oil supply opening 2 a, and another box not shown is provided. One end of an oil supply pipe (not shown) is fitted into each of the openings. One end of the oil supply pipe is arranged so as to project into the box body 110 and has an oil supply port. The fuel filler port is closed by a screw cap 160 as shown in FIG. The screw cap 160 can be removed when refueling.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 10, the advancing/retreating movement device 1 includes an advancing/retreating member 11 and a lid locking portion 12 provided at the tip of the advancing/retreating member 11, and the advancing/retreating member 11 advances and retracts to allow the fuel lid 120 to move. Open and close. FIG. 2 is a diagram for explaining the relationship between the lid locking portion 12 of the advancing/retreating member 11 and the lid locked portion 140 of the fuel lid 120, and FIG. 2A is the lid locking seen from the inside of the lid locked portion. FIG. 2B is a diagram showing an engaged state of the portion 12 and the lid locked portion 140, and FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view showing the lid locked portion 140 taken along line LL in FIG. 2A. 2B, for convenience, the angle of the lid locking portion 12 is shown as an angle that can be inserted into the hole of the lid locked portion 140. Further, in the advancing/retreating movement device 1 shown in FIG. 3, a plane cover is omitted for convenience sake in order to illustrate the internal configuration thereof.
The fuel lid 120 is provided with a lid locked portion 140 capable of locking the lid locking portion 12 of the advancing/retreating member 11 (see FIGS. 1 and 2). The lid locked portion 140 is, for example, a hole having an opening through which the lid locking portion 12 can pass when the lid locking portion 12 is at a predetermined angular position. In the present embodiment, the predetermined angular position is the position when the advancing/retreating member 11 is located at the forward position. At the ceiling of the hole that is the lid locked portion 140, the tip of the lid locked portion 12 is abutted, and the shaft of the lid locked portion 12 in the substantially horizontal state is abutted in the hole of the lid locked portion 140. A rotation assisting portion 142 that assists in rotation around the center is provided.
As a result, when the lid locking portion 12 inserted into the opening of the lid locked portion 140 presses the ceiling in the hole, the lid locking portion 12 abuts the rotation assisting portion 142 and the lid locked portion 142 is engaged. Rotation in the engagement direction with the stopper 140 is promoted. For example, when the lid locking portion 12 is located at a predetermined angular position and is insertable into the opening of the lid locked portion 140, the rotation assisting portion 142 is attached to the lid locking portion 12. When pressed, the lid locking portion 12 is guided to rotate about the axis by the rotation assisting portion 142, and rotates about the axis (for example, the arrow R direction) in a substantially horizontal state. By this rotation, the engagement portion 46 described later can be slid along the inhibition portion 15. The rotation assisting portion 142 may be, for example, a protrusion, a tapered surface, or the like.
It should be noted that the lid locking portion 12 is pressed in the backward direction on the ceiling surface inside the lid locked portion 140 of the fuel lid 120 to rotate the lid locking portion 12 to reach the engagement position with the lid locked portion 140. You may have the guide wall part which guides.
[Operation of the opening/closing device 100 to which the advancing/retreating movement device 1 is applied]
According to such an opening/closing device 100, when the fuel lid 120 is closed, the fuel lid 120 pushes the advancing/retreating member 11 inward of the case 4, so that the advancing/retreating member 11 retracts inward of the vehicle body 2. When the fuel lid 120 is closed and comes into contact with the lid locking portion 12 of the advancing/retreating member 11, the lid locking portion 12 is at a predetermined angular position (see the lid locking portion 12 shown in phantom in FIG. 2). It passes through the opening of the lid locked portion 140 and enters the inside of the lid locked portion 140. Further, when the advancing/retreating member 11 retracts, the lid locking portion 12 located inside the lid locked portion 140 rotates and its angle changes (see the lid locking portion 12 shown by the solid line in FIG. 2). ), the lid locking portion 12 is locked to the inner surface of the lid locked portion 140. When the lid locking portion 12 is locked with the lid locked portion 140, the advancing/retreating member 11 is located at the retracted position, and the advancing/retreating movement thereof is restricted by the restricting member 90 described later. As a result, the fuel lid 120 in the closed state is locked.
In the advancing/retreating device 1 of the present embodiment, the advancing/retreating member 11 does not move to the retracted position when it is simply pushed inward of the vehicle, that is, inside the advancing/retreating device 1 toward the retracted position.
When the restriction mechanism 30 is unlocked with the fuel lid 120 closing the refueling opening 2a, a biasing force acts on the advancing/retreating member 11 and the advancing/retreating member 11 advances to the outside of the vehicle body 2. At this time, the lid locking portion 12 of the advancing/retreating member 11 rotates and its angular position reaches a predetermined angular position, whereby the locking between the lid locking portion 12 and the lid locked portion 140 is released. This causes the fuel lid 120 to open.

The advancing/retreating member side member holding portion 42 slidably holds a part of the advancing/retreating member side member 21.
The advancing/retreating member side member holding portion 42 is arranged at a position facing the advancing/retreating member holding portion 41 in the case 4.
The advancing/retreating member side member holding portion 42, together with the advancing/retreating member holding portion 41 and the spring accommodating portion 52, forms an advancing/retreating movement space for the advancing/retreating member 11 and the advancing/retreating member side member 21 in the case 4. The advancing/retreating member side member holding portion 42 has an abutting surface that abuts on the outer peripheral surface of the advancing/retreating member side member 21 and suppresses the advancing/retreating member side member 21 from rotating around the axis of the advancing/retreating member 11. When the advancing/retreating member side member 21 slides, the contact surface slides on the outer peripheral surface.

The drive portion main body holding portion 45 is adjacent to the limiting member holding portion 50 in a direction (that is, a width direction) orthogonal to the advancing/retreating direction of the advancing/retreating member 11 with respect to the limiting member holding portion 50 and on the side opposite to the advancing/retreating member 11. Is provided.
The restriction member holding unit 50 holds the transmission member 70 and holds the restriction member 90 slidably.

The limiting member holding portion 50 rotatably holds the drive shaft 64 and the rotary gear 74 that meshes with the gear of the drive shaft 64, and slidably supports the limiting member 90 with respect to the rotation of the rotary gear 74.
The spring housing portion 52 houses the biasing member 27. The spring accommodating portion 52 is continuously arranged in the case 4 on the retracted position side of the advancing/retreating member holding portion 41. The biasing member 27 is arranged so as to be located along the advancing/retreating direction of the advancing/retreating member 11. In addition, the biasing member 27 is partially inserted into the advancing/retreating member 11 through an opening provided at the rear end of the advancing/retreating member 11 so that the end portion is connected to a spring seat provided inside the advancing/retreating member 11. It may be arranged in the spring accommodating portion 52. Further, in the present embodiment, the rear end side of the retracted advancing/retreating member 11 is accommodated in the spring accommodating portion 52.
As a result, the advancing/retreating member 11 and the advancing/retreating member side member 21 provided on the advancing/retreating member 11 side are attached to the case 4 by the advancing/retreating member 11, the advancing/retreating member side member holding portion 42, and the flat and bottom covers of the case 4. It can be moved without rattling. Further, the movement of the advancing/retreating member side member 21 can be restricted at a predetermined position by the restricting member 90 held by the restricting member holding portion 50.
Further, in the present embodiment, the advancing/retreating member side holding portion 42, the limiting member holding portion 50, and the drive portion main body holding portion 45 are arranged in the direction in which the advancing/retreating member holding portion 41 and the spring accommodating portion 52 are arranged (that is, It is arranged in a direction orthogonal to the forward/backward direction).
The lead-out hole 48 is arranged on the side opposite to the advancing/retreating member side member holding portion 42 with respect to the limiting member holding portion 50 and adjacent to the drive unit main body holding portion 45 and the limiting member holding portion 50. The lead-out hole 48 has a length extending in a direction including the advancing/retreating direction as a direction component. In the present embodiment, the lead-out hole 48 is provided so as to extend substantially parallel to the advancing/retreating direction, and guides the wiring connected to the terminal 66 in parallel with the advancing/retreating direction to lead it out.
As described above, in the case 4, the advancing/retreating member side member holding portion 42, the driving portion main body holding portion 45, the spring accommodating portion 52, and the limiting member holding portion 50 are arranged adjacent to each other so as to be lined up on a plane including the advancing/retreating direction. There is. Further, in the present embodiment, the guide hole 48 is arranged adjacent to the limiting member holding portion 50 on the opposite side of the limiting member holding portion 50 from the spring accommodating portion 52. Due to the adjoining relationship among the advancing/retreating member side member holding portion 42, the drive portion main body holding portion 45, the limiting member holding portion 50, and the spring accommodating portion 52, the case 4 is configured to be longer and thinner in the width direction than in the vertical direction. There is.
Further, the case 4 has an engaging portion 46 that engages with the engaged portion 14 provided on the advancing/retreating member 11.
By engaging the engaged portion 14, the engaging portion 46 regulates the relative movement of the advancing/retreating member 11 in the axial direction with respect to the case 4, and thereby slides on the engaged portion 14.
In the present embodiment, the engaging portion 46 is a protrusion that protrudes from the case 4 side toward the center side of the advancing/retreating member 11. The engaged portion 14 is a spiral groove provided in a spiral shape so as to extend in the direction around the axis of the advancing/retreating member 11. The engaging portion 46 may be provided on the advancing/retreating member 11, and in this case, the engaged portion 14 is provided on the case 4.
[Advancing/retreating member 11]
The advancing/retreating member 11 is a member capable of advancing/retreating with respect to the case 4. The advancing/retreating member 11 is provided so as to relatively move in the axial direction of the advancing/retreating member 11 while relatively rotating with respect to the case 4 by sliding of the engaged portion 14 and the engaging portion 46.
The advancing/retreating member 11 moves between an advancing position advanced to the case 4 and a retracted position retracted to the case 4. It should be noted that moving forward means moving toward the outside of the case 4, and moving backward means moving toward the inside of the case 4. The forward position is the stop position of the forward/backward moving member 11 that has moved forward (see FIG. 3 ), and the backward position is the stop position of the backward moving forward/backward member 11.
Therefore, if both the forward movement position and the backward movement position are outside the case 4 as in the present embodiment, for example, in the forward movement position, a specific portion of the forward/backward moving member 11, for example, the tip of the forward/backward moving member 11 is compared to the backward movement position. Away from Case 4.
In the opening/closing device 100 (see FIG. 1), the forward movement position is a position where the lid locking portion 12 and the lid locked portion 140 of the fuel lid 120 are unlocked and the fuel lid 120 is opened. Further, in the opening/closing device 100, the retracted position is a position where the lid locking portion 12 and the lid locked portion 140 of the fuel lid 120 are in a locked state and the fuel lid 120 is held in a closed state. This state is the position where the advancing/retreating member 11 is locked in the advancing/retreating movement by the restricting member 90.
Note that, as a modification, both the forward movement position and the backward movement position may be inside the case 4. In that case, a specific portion of the advancing/retreating member 11, for example, the tip of the advancing/retreating member 11 is closer to the outside of the case 4 than the retracted position. Further, the forward movement position may be outside the case 4 and the backward movement position may be inside the case 4. In that case, a specific portion of the advancing/retreating member 11, for example, the tip of the advancing/retreating member 11 appears in and out of the case 4.
The advancing/retreating member 11 is provided on the case 4 so as to move forward/backward while rotating relative to the case 4.
In this embodiment, the advancing/retreating member 11 has a cylindrical or cylindrical rod portion and a lid locking portion 12 provided at the tip of the rod portion. In the present embodiment, the advancing/retreating member 11 is arranged such that the axial direction of the advancing/retreating member 11 coincides with the advancing/retreating direction (advancing direction and retracting direction) of the advancing/retreating member 11. As shown in FIGS. 3, 5, 7, and 9, the rod portion is provided with an annular groove 13 in a part in the axial direction. The annular groove 13 is an example of a fitted portion into which an advancing/retreating member-side member 21 described later is fitted so as to be relatively rotatable. In the present embodiment, the annular groove 13 is provided in the central portion of the rod portion, and the engaged portion 14, which is a spiral groove, is provided on the rear end side of the annular portion 13 in the rod portion. The annular groove 13 is provided on the outer periphery of the rod portion so as to be perpendicular to the axis of the advancing/retreating member 11. The annular groove 13, which is the fitted portion, is provided so that when the advancing/retreating member 11 rotates in the axial direction, the advancing/retreating member side member 21 is displaced and the restriction by the restricting member 90 is not obstructed.
The advancing/retreating member 11 is inserted into the through hole 43 of the front side wall portion 40, and is slidably held by the advancing/retreating member holding portion 41 of the case 4 so as to be orthogonal to the extending direction of the front side wall portion 40. .. The advancing/retreating member holding portion 41 is provided with a wall surface (a wall surface on the bottom side of the case 4 in this embodiment) that holds the advancing/retreating member 11, and the advancing/retreating member 11 is slidably engaged with the wall surface. A protrusion serving as the portion 46 is provided.
The advancing/retreating member 11 is arranged so that the engaging portion 46 on the bottom wall surface of the case 4 is inserted into the spiral groove that is the engaged portion 14. The bottom side of the case 4 corresponds to the side of the case 4 opposite to the side to which the front cover is attached (see FIG. 5). Further, the advancing/retreating member 11 is restricted from moving in the direction orthogonal to the axial direction by the advancing/retreating member side member 21 (see FIG. 10), the front cover and the wall surface of the case 4, and the protrusion serving as the engaging portion 46 is covered. Detachment from the spiral groove that is the engaging portion 14 is suppressed.
As a result, when the advancing/retreating member 11 moves in the advancing/retreating direction, the position of the engaged portion 14 in the circumferential direction is constrained by the engaging portion 46, and the advancing/retreating member 11 rotates about the axis. That is, the advancing/retreating member 11 moves forward/backward while rotating around the axis, as an example of moving forward/backward while rotating relative to the case 4.
The engaged portion 14 of the advancing/retreating member 11 has an inhibiting portion 15.
When the advancing/retreating member 11 is pressed in the retreating direction without the sliding of the engaging portion 46 and the engaged portion 14, the inhibiting portion 15 abuts the engaging portion 46 to retreat the advancing/retreating member 11. Inhibit.
Specifically, the inhibition portion 15 has an inhibition surface 16 continuously provided on the rear end side of the spiral groove of the engaged portion 14 and extending in a direction intersecting the axial direction.
The inhibition surface 16 inhibits the engagement portion 46 from moving in the axial direction, releases the inhibition of the engagement portion 46 when the advancing/retreating member 11 rotates and the inhibition portion 15 moves in the circumferential direction, and The joining portion 46 is guided to the spiral groove portion of the engaged portion 14.
The inhibition portion 15 has an engagement surface facing the rear end side of the advancing/retreating member 11 and engaging with the engagement portion 46. In the present embodiment, the inhibition portion 15 is provided on the outer circumference of the advancing/retreating member 11, extends in the circumferential direction, and is provided continuously with the spiral groove on the rear end side. That is, the engagement surface of the inhibition portion 15 is provided continuously with the wall surface facing the rear end side of the spiral groove. The inhibition portion 15 is provided as a concave cutout portion that opens to the rear end side. In the present embodiment, the inhibition portion 15 is a non-helical wall portion and has a surface extending in the axial direction. The inhibition portion 15 may have any configuration as long as it abuts the engagement portion 46 and inhibits the retreat of the advancing/retreating member 11. For example, when the spiral groove as the engaged portion 14 is provided on the case 4 side and the protrusion as the engaging portion 46 is provided on the advancing/retreating member 11 side, the inhibition portion 15 is provided on the case 4 side. Further, the inhibition portion 15 is provided as a sliding surface on which the engaging portion 46 can slide by the urging force of the urging member 27 for urging the advancing/retreating member 11, which will be described later, in the axial direction.
The protrusion as the engaging portion 46 of the advancing/retreating member holding portion 41 and the spiral groove as the engaged portion 14 of the advancing/retreating member 11 move forward and backward while the relative movement of the advancing and retracting member 11 relative to the case 4. Configure the mechanism.
The spiral groove as the engaged portion 14 of the advancing/retreating member 11 is an example of a trajectory guide portion that guides the advancing/retreating member 11 along the trajectory of the rotational movement of the advancing/retreating member 11, and the engagement of the advancing/retreating member holding portion 41. The section 46 is an example of a trajectory guide section guided by the trajectory guide section. As a modification, the advancing/retreating member holding portion 41 may be provided with a trajectory guide portion such as a spiral groove, and the advancing/retreating member 11 may be provided with a trajectory guide portion such as a protrusion. That is, one of the case 4 and the advancing/retreating member 11 has a trajectory guide portion that guides the movement trajectory of the advancing/retreating member 11 so as to move forward/backward while rotating relative to the case 4, and the other has a trajectory guide portion. It is possible to adopt a configuration having a trajectory guide portion guided by.
In the present embodiment, as an example of the behavior of the advancing/retreating member 11 moving forward/backward while rotating relative to the case 4, continuous rotation accompanying the advancing/retreating movement of the advancing/retreating member 11 is mentioned. Other behaviors are possible. For example, it may be a temporary rotation of the advancing/retreating member 11 in the process of advancing/retreating movement of the advancing/retreating member 11, or at the start or end of the advancing/retreating movement, or intermittent rotation of the advancing/retreating member 11. May be. In either case, when the advancing/retreating member 11 is pressed in the backward direction without the sliding of the engaging portion 46 and the engaged portion 14, the inhibition portion 15 contacts the engaging portion 46 and the advancing/retreating member. Inhibit the retreat of 11.
The advancing/retreating member 11 is restricted by the case 4 and the advancing/retreating member side member 21 from advancing/retreating between an advancing position advanced to the case 4 and a retracted retracted position.
In the present embodiment, the advancing/retreating member 11 is provided with an advancing/retreating member side member 21 that is movable in the advancing/retreating direction together with the advancing/retreating member 11.
The advancing/retreating member 11 is capable of advancing/retreating along with the biasing member 27 by the advancing/retreating member side member holding portion 42, the front side wall portion 40 and the rear end side wall portion of the case 4.
The movement of the advancing/retreating member 11 in the advancing/retreating direction, the forward movement position, and the backward movement position are all determined by the relative positional relationship with the case 4.
[Advancing/retreating member side member 21]
The advancing/retreating member-side member 21 shown in FIGS. 7 and 10 is provided in the advancing/retreating member 11 by being relatively rotatably fitted to the advancing/retreating member 11 about the axis of the advancing/retreating member 11.
The advancing/retreating member side member 21 moves in the axial direction of the advancing/retreating member 11 together with the advancing/retreating member 11. The advancing/retreating member side member 21 has a fitting portion that fits into a circumferential groove provided in the advancing/retreating member 11, and guides the advancing/retreating movement of the advancing/retreating member 11 while allowing the axial direction of the advancing/retreating member 11.
The advancing/retreating member side member 21 regulates the forward movement position and the backward movement position of the advancing/retreating member 11 moving in the forward/backward direction with respect to the case 4 by moving in the case 4.
The advancing/retreating member side member 21 is disposed between the front side wall portion 40 and the rear end side wall portion of the case 4, and between the advancing/retreating member side member holding portion 42 and the advancing/retreating member 11.
When the advancing/retreating member side member 21 moves in the advancing direction with respect to the case 4 together with the advancing/retreating member 11, the advancing/retreating member side member 21 comes into contact with the front side wall portion 40 to restrict the advancing/retreating member 11 from moving in the advancing direction. The advancing/retreating member side member 21 moves in the retreating direction with respect to the case 4 together with the advancing/retreating member 11 to come into contact with the rear end side wall portion or a part of the case 4 in the vicinity of the rear end side wall portion. Restrict movement in the backward direction.
In this embodiment, the advancing/retreating member side member 21 defines an advancing position and a retracting position of the advancing/retreating member 11.
Further, in the present embodiment, the advancing/retreating member side member 21 has a recess 24 as an example of an engaged portion that engages with the restriction member 90. The advancing/retreating member side member 21 is provided to facilitate engagement with the restricting member 90, and can engage with the restricting member 90 because it does not rotate in the axial direction of the advancing/retreating member 11.
As shown in FIG. 10 and the like, the advancing/retreating member side member 21 is arranged parallel to the axis of the advancing/retreating member 11 and slides on the advancing/retreating member side member holding portion 42, and a first plate-shaped portion 21a. 21a, that is, the second plate-like portion 21b that is provided perpendicularly to the axis of the advancing/retreating member 11 from the end side of the advancing/retreating member 11 on the advancing side in the advancing/retreating direction and that faces the front side wall portion 40. Have.
The first plate-shaped portion 21 a of the advancing/retreating member side member 21 is provided with a recess 24.
The recess 24 engages with the restriction member 90 to restrict the movement of the advancing/retreating member side member 21 in the direction along the central axis of the advancing/retreating member 11. The engaging piece 91 (see FIGS. 3 and 5) of the restricting member 90 enters the recess 24 from the front surface side of the first plate-shaped portion 21a, specifically, from the advancing/retreating member side member holding portion 42 side. In addition, in the recess 24, the advance/retreat length of the advance/retreat member 11 restricted by the engaging piece 91 of the restricting member 90 according to the axial position of the surface of the first plate-shaped portion 21 a that partitions the recess 24 in the retract direction. Can be changed. In the present embodiment, the recess 24 is provided at a position where the engaging piece 91 is inserted when the advancing/retreating member 11 is located at the retracted position. The recessed portion 24 that is the locked portion has a shape that is cut out in the thickness direction of the case 4 on the side portion of the first plate-shaped portion 21a on the bottom surface side of the case 4, and the advancing/retreating member 11 is located at the retracted position. At this time, it is provided at a position facing the engaging piece 91 of the limiting member 90.
As shown in FIG. 10, the second plate-shaped portion 21b has a C-shaped fitting portion 23, and the fitting portion 23 is the annular groove 13 of the advancing/retreating member 11 shown in FIGS. 3, 7, and 9. To fit. As a result, the second plate-shaped portion 21b slides on the annular groove 13 in the axial direction of the advancing/retreating member 11, but the second plate-shaped portion 21b and the advancing/retreating member 11 in the axial direction of the advancing/retreating member 11 and the vertical direction thereof. The relative movement of the is regulated. Therefore, the advancing/retreating member 11 and the advancing/retreating member side member 21 can relatively rotate in the rotation direction about the axis of the advancing/retreating member 11, and the advancing/retreating member 11 and the advancing/retreating member 11 move in the axial direction of the advancing/retreating member 11. The member 21 is relatively immovable. Further, when the advancing/retreating member 11 moves in the forward direction, the second plate-shaped portion 21b comes into contact with the front side wall portion 40 to restrict the movement of the advancing/retreating member 11 in the advancing direction.
Further, the advancing/retreating member side member 21 is provided with a third plate-shaped portion 21c so as to intersect the first plate-shaped portion 21a and the second plate-shaped portion 21b at a right angle.
The third plate-shaped portion 21c is slidably provided along the bottom surface of the case 4, and in the present embodiment, the advancing/retreating member-side member 21 has a short side portion on the rear end side of the first plate-shaped portion 21a. The rear end side portion of the third plate-shaped portion 21c contacts a part of the case 4 such as the rear end side wall portion of the case 4. As a result, the movement of the advancing/retreating member 11 to which the advancing/retreating member side member 21 is attached in the backward direction is restricted.
When the fitting portion 23 is fitted in the annular groove 13, the advancing/retreating member side member 21 is configured to surround the advancing/retreating member 11 in the circumferential direction by the first plate-shaped portion 21a and the third plate-shaped portion 21c. It is attached to the advancing/retreating member 11. Further, the advancing/retreating member side member 21 is provided with a curved surface 25 having a shape along the outer surface of the rod portion of the advancing/retreating member 11. Then, with the curved surface 25 along the outer surface of the rod portion of the advancing/retreating member 11, the advancing/retreating member side member 21 and the advancing/retreating member 11 relatively rotate. This provides a rattle-free rotation. The position of the second plate-shaped portion 21b having the fitting portion 23 on the advancing/retreating member side member 21 is set such that when the advancing/retreating member side member 21 moves as the advancing/retreating member 11 advances, It is only necessary that the three plate-shaped portions 21c be in contact with the inner wall surface around the through hole 43 of the case 4.
The fitting structure of the advancing/retreating member 11 and the advancing/retreating member side member 21 may be any structure as long as the two can relatively rotate about the axis of the advancing/retreating member 11, for example, the advancing/retreating member 11 A ring-shaped protrusion may be provided on the front-rear member, and the advancing/retreating member-side member 21 may be provided with a ring-shaped groove that fits the ring-shaped protrusion. The annular protrusion may be replaced with a plurality of protrusions. The advancing/retreating member side member 21 and the advancing/retreating member 11 move when the advancing/retreating member side member 21 moves along with the advancing/retreating movement of the advancing/retreating member 11 in the axial direction, and when the movement of the advancing/retreating member side member 21 is restricted, the advancing/retreating member 11 moves. If the advancing/retreating member 11 is fitted to the advancing/retreating member side member 21 such that the advancing/retreating member 11 can rotate relative to the advancing/retreating member side member 21, the specific shape thereof is not particularly limited. If one of the fitting portion of the advancing/retreating member side member 21 and the fitted portion of the advancing/retreating member 11 is annular, it becomes easy to attach.
[Biasing member 27]
The urging member 27 urges the advancing/retreating member 11 from the retracted retracted position side to the advanced position side advanced to the case 4. The biasing member 27 biases the advancing/retreating member 11 in one rotation direction.
In the present embodiment, the urging member 27 also functions as a torsion coil spring, and the spring coil portion 27a moves forward and backward at both ends 27b and 27c of the spring so that the winding axis of the spring coil portion 27a becomes the same axis as or parallel to the axis of the forward and backward movement member 11. It is fixed to the member 11 and the case 4 side.
In the present embodiment, one end portion 27b of the spring as the urging member 27 is held at the end portion on the retracted position side of the advancing/retreating member 11, and the other end portion 27c is the case side spring of the spring accommodating portion 52 of the case 4. It is fixed to the holding part. Accordingly, the biasing member 27 biases the advancing/retreating member 11 in the axial direction while biasing the advancing/retreating member 11 in the advancing direction in the winding axis direction. By the biasing member 27 biasing the advancing/retreating member 11 in the axial direction, the engaging portion 46 guided from the spiral groove to the inhibition portion 15 can be guided to the spiral groove again.
Although the biasing member 27 is a coil spring in the present embodiment, the biasing member 27 is not limited to this, and may be any elastic body that biases the advancing/retreating member 11 in one rotation direction when the advancing/retreating member 11 advances.
In the present embodiment, the advancing/retreating member 11 urged by the urging member 27 in the advancing direction is moved forward by the advancing/retreating member side member 21 fitted relatively rotatably in the case 4 through the through hole 43 in the front side wall portion 40. It is regulated by coming into contact with the inner wall surface around the.
The forward/backward movement of the advancing/retreating member 11 is caused by the urging force of the urging member 27, and the backward/moving movement of the advancing/retreating member 11 is caused by the external force.
[Configuration of limiting mechanism 30]
The limiting mechanism 30 includes a driving unit 60, a rotating gear 74, a lock position detecting unit 80, and a limiting member 90. The limiting member 90 moves linearly by the rotation of the drive shaft 64 and the rotating gear 74.
The restriction mechanism 30 engages with the advancing/retreating member 11 (in the present embodiment, the advancing/retreating member side member 21 provided in the advancing/retreating member 11), and restricts the movement of the advancing/retreating member 11 in the advancing/retreating direction.
Specifically, the limiting mechanism 30 rotates the rotary gear 74 by driving the driving unit 60 to drive the limiting member 90, and causes the engaging piece 91 of the limiting member 90 to move to the advancing/retreating member 11 (in the present embodiment, in the present embodiment). , And engages with the advancing/retreating member side member 21) provided on the advancing/retreating member 11 to lock the advancing/retreating member 11.
[Driving unit 60]
The driving unit 60 generates a driving force that moves the limiting member 90. The drive unit 60 includes a drive unit main body 62 that generates a drive force and a drive shaft 64 that rotates by the drive force of the drive unit main body 62. In the present embodiment, a motor is applied as drive unit 60.
The drive unit main body 62 is a motor main body driven by electric power supplied through the terminal 66, the drive shaft 64 is a motor output shaft, and has a drive gear. The drive unit 60 may lock the restricting member 90 by driving it independently, but in the case where the restricting member 90 is provided in the vehicle, the drive unit 60 performs the locking operation in conjunction with the locking operation by the key operation of the vehicle. In this embodiment, the drive shaft 64
And the conversion mechanism section 93 are arranged so as to extend in substantially the same direction. The terminal 66 is arranged at a position communicating with the lead-out hole 48.
In the present embodiment, the terminal 66 is disposed adjacent to the drive unit 60 on the retracted position side of the advancing/retreating member 11, one end is connected to the drive unit main body 62 of the drive unit 60, and the other end is led out. It is arranged in the hole 48 so as to face the opening direction of the lead-out hole 48.
The drive shaft 64 protruding from the drive unit main body 62 is arranged parallel to the direction in which the advancing/retreating member 11 extends (corresponding to the advancing/retreating direction). In the present embodiment, the drive unit 60 is held by the drive unit main body holding unit 45, so that the drive unit 60 is adjacent to the restriction member holding unit 50 in the case 4 in the direction orthogonal to the forward/backward direction.
The drive gear is fixed to the drive shaft 64 so as to rotate by the drive of the drive unit 60. The drive gear meshes with the rotary gear 74 to drive the rotary gear 74 to rotate.
The rotary gear 74 is the transmission member 70 that transmits the driving force of the drive unit 60 to the limiting member 90. That is, the limiting member 90 is moved by transmitting the rotational force of the drive shaft 64 to the limiting member 90. The rotation gear 74 rotates about a rotation axis parallel to the drive shaft 64 by the rotation of the drive shaft 64.
In the present embodiment, the rotary gear 74 integrally includes a large gear portion that engages with the drive gear and a small gear portion that has the same axis as the large gear portion, and these constitute the transmission member 70.
[Lock position detector 80]
The lock position detector 80 determines the timing at which the restricting member 90 locks the advancing/retreating member 11 that moves back and forth.
In the present embodiment, the lock position detection unit 80 determines the position at which the forward/backward member 11 is locked when the fuel lid 120 is in the closed state, that is, when the lid locking portion 12 and the lid locked portion 140 are in the engaged state. To detect.
The lock position detector 80 has an abutting portion 83, a position detecting biasing member 84, and a movement detector 86.
The abutting portion 83 is movably arranged in parallel with the advancing/retreating direction of the advancing/retreating member 11 in a state in which the protruding portion 83a is protruded from the front side wall 40 to the outside through the through hole formed in the front side wall 40. Has been done. The contact portion 83 is urged by the urging member 84 in the protruding direction, that is, in the forward direction of the advancing/retreating member 11.
The contact portion 83 is pushed by the fuel lid 120 by the end surface of the protruding portion 83a, and the inner portion 83b moves in the backward direction against the biasing force of the biasing member 84.
The protruding portion 83a of the contact portion 83 that protrudes from the front side wall portion 40 to the outside is covered with a telescopic cylinder portion 82 that expands and contracts in the advancing/retreating direction. Therefore, even if the protruding portion 83a is pressed and the contact portion 83 moves in the retreating direction with respect to the front side wall portion 40, the protruding portion 83a of the contact portion 83 is covered with the telescopic cylinder portion 82 in the front surface. It appears on the side wall 40.
The inner portion 83 b of the contact portion 83, which is arranged inside the case 4 with respect to the front side wall portion 40, has a biasing force of the biasing member 84 and the biasing member 84 for the detecting portion that detects the moving contact portion 83. Move in the backward direction against.
The contact portion 83 is arranged so as to extend in the advancing/retreating direction, and the internal portion 83b is arranged in the case 4 so as to be movable in the advancing/retreating direction.
The movement detection unit 86 detects the internal portion 83b of the contact portion 83 and outputs it to the drive unit 60 or a control unit that controls the drive of the drive unit 60. The movement detector 86 is composed of, for example, a switch or a sensor.
The movement detection unit 86 detects the movement of the contact portion 83 to detect the movement of the fuel lid 120 that presses the contact portion 83 to the closed position. When the fuel lid 120 is in the closed position, that is, when the lid locking portion 12 and the lid locked portion 140 are in the engaged state, the advancing/retreating member 11 is located in the retracted position. As a result, the movement detector 86 detects the closed position of the fuel lid 120, and drives the limiting member 90 at that timing.
In this way, when the internal portion 83b moves in the case 4 against the urging force of the urging member 84, the movement detecting portion 86 detects the movement of the abutting portion 83 in the backward direction. The motor, which is the drive unit main body 62, is driven to move the limiting member 90.
[Limiting member 90]
When the advancing/retreating member 11 moves to the retracted position, the restricting member 90 engages with the advancing/retreating member 11 side (in the present embodiment, the advancing/retreating member side member 21) so that the advancing/retreating member 11 is movable in the axial direction. The forward/backward movement is restricted. The restricted state is a state in which the advancing/retreating member 11 is held at the retracted position and is restricted so as not to move forward/backward. The restricting member 90 is movably provided between a restricting position in which the advancing/retreating member 11 is in the restricting state and a releasing position in which the restricting state is released.
In the present embodiment, the restricting member 90 sets the advancing/retreating member 11 in the restricted state, that is, the locked state by engaging the advancing/retreating member 11 with the advancing/retreating member side member 21 at the restricting position. As an example, in the present embodiment, the position of the advancing/retreating member 11 when the lid locking portion 12 is engaged with the lid locked portion 140 of the fuel lid 120 is the limiting position. In this embodiment, this position is the position of the advancing/retreating member 11 when the movement detecting portion 86 of the lock position detecting portion 80 detects the movement of the contact portion 83 in the backward direction. In addition, as an example of the restricted position, the advancing/retreating member side member 21 may be at the same position as a position regulated by a part of the case 4, for example, the rear end side wall portion.
As described above, when the advancing/retreating member 11 is located at the retracted position, the restricting member 90 limits the movement of the advancing/retreating member 11 to the advancing position by the lock position detector 80. Note that the limit position does not have to be the retracted position held by the advancing/retreating member side member 21, and the lid locking portion 12 and the lid locked portion 140 are in the middle of the movement of the advancing/retreating member 11 from the retracted position to the advanced position. It may be configured to limit the movement of the advancing/retreating member 11 until the locked state with is released. The restricted state in which the forward/backward movement is limited is a state in which both the forward movement and the backward movement are limited, as will be described later. The movement in only one direction may be restricted.
In the present embodiment, the limiting member 90 includes an engaging piece 91 that engages with the recess 24 provided in the advancing/retreating member side member 21 at the limiting position, and a conversion mechanism portion 93 that converts the rotation of the rotary gear 74 into a linear motion. Have. In the limiting member 90, the conversion mechanism 93 converts the rotation of the rotary gear 74 and linearly moves the engaging piece 91 to linearly move.
In the present embodiment, the limiting member 90 is formed in a flat plate shape as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, and has an engaging piece 91 and a conversion mechanism section 93 connected to the rotary gear 74. ..
The engagement piece 91 is provided so as to extend from the conversion mechanism section 93 in a direction intersecting with the advancing/retreating direction of the advancing/retreating member 11, and can be engaged with the recessed portion 24 of the advancing/retreating member 11, specifically, the advancing/retreating member side member 21. .. The conversion mechanism portion 93 is a rack that meshes with the rotary gear 74, and moves in the extending direction of the engagement piece 91.
The limiting member 90 is held by the limiting member holding portion 50 of the case 4 so as to be slidable in the direction orthogonal to the advancing/retreating direction. The limiting member 90 is biased by the biasing member 96 for the limiting member 90 in the direction in which the engaging piece 91 engages with the recess 24. The drive unit 60 moves the limiting member 90 to the advancing/retreating member 11 side against the biasing force of the biasing member 96.
When the advancing/retreating member 11 is in the retracted position and the restricting member 90 moves by a predetermined amount or more, the engaging piece 91 of the restricting member 90 enters the recess 24 of the advancing/retreating member side member 21, and the recess 24 that is the engaged part. To move the advancing/retreating member 11 into a restricted state in which the advancing/retreating movement is restricted. The tip of the engagement piece 91 may have a tapered portion 911 to facilitate insertion into the recess 24. In particular, it is preferable that a side of the engagement piece 91 on the advance position side is provided with a taper portion 911 that descends toward the recess position toward the recess 24. As a result, when the advancing/retreating member 11 is located at the forward position, the engaging piece 91 is located at the engaging position with the recess 24, and when the advancing/retreating member 11 is moved to the retracted position, the biasing force of the biasing member 96 is applied. Alternatively, the taper 911 of the engagement piece 91 may slide on the first plate-shaped portion 21a of the advancing/retreating member side member 21 so that the engagement piece 91 engages with the recess 24.
When the restricting member 90 is in the release position, the advancing/retreating member 11 can move forward and backward. The configuration in which the advancing/retreating member 11 is in the restricted state is not limited to the configuration in which the engaging piece 91 of the restricting member 90 enters the recess 24 of the advancing/retreating member side member 21, and various engaging structures may be applied. .. For example, the advancing/retreating member 11 may be provided with a convex portion, the limiting member 90 may be provided with a concave portion, and when the limiting member 90 is located at the limiting position, the concave portion may engage with the convex portion and the advancing/retreating member 11 may be in a restricted state.
[Operation of forward/backward moving device 1]
In the advancing/retreating movement device 1, when the advancing/retreating member 11 is located at the retracted position, the restricting member 90 is in a restricted state, and movement in the advancing direction is restricted. At this time, the lid locking portion 12 and the lid locked portion 140 are in the engaged state, and the fuel lid 120 is located at the closed position.
When the advancing/retreating member 11 is in the retracted position, the restricting member 90 is biased by the restricting member biasing member 96 in the direction in which it is engaged with the advancing/retreating member 11 side, that is, the recess 24 of the advancing/retreating member side member 21. There is. Therefore, when the fuel lid 120 is in the closed position, the advancing/retreating member 11 can move in the advancing/retreating direction, specifically, the advancing direction even if the power to the motor of the driving unit main body 62 of the driving unit 60 is not supplied. Is regulated so that there is no
When the advancing/retreating member 11 is moved from the retracted position to the advancing position, that is, when the fuel lid 120 is moved from the closed position to the open position, the driving unit 60 is driven to move the restricting member 90 through the rotary gear 74 and the advancing/retreating member. Rotate in the direction away from the 11 side. As a result, the engagement piece 91 of the restricting member 90 moves in the direction away from the recess 24 and disengages from the recess 24, and the restricted state of the advancing/retreating member 11 is released.
The advancing/retreating member 11 in the restricted state is biased in the forward direction by the biasing force of the biasing member 27 and moves in the forward direction. At this time, the advancing/retreating member 11 slides with the spiral groove serving as the engaged portion 14 guided by the projection serving as the engaging portion 46, and the advancing/retreating member 11 rotates relative to the case 4 while advancing/retreating member 11. 11 moves in the axial direction.
Due to the rotation of the advancing/retreating member 11, the lid locking portion 12 at the tip of the advancing/retreating member 11 also rotates, and the angular position thereof becomes a predetermined angular position in the lid locked portion 140. As a result, while the engagement with the lid locked portion 140 is released, the advancing/retreating member 11 pushes up the fuel lid 120 in the forward direction and moves to the forward position. Thus, the fuel lid 120 is located in the open position.
When moving the advancing/retreating member 11 from the advancing position to the retracting position, the advancing/retreating member 11 is moved in the retracting direction while sliding the protrusion which is the engaging portion 46 in the spiral groove which is the engaged portion 14. An external force is applied to the advancing/retreating member 11. In the present embodiment, moving the advancing/retreating member 11 from the forward movement position to the backward movement position corresponds to moving the fuel lid 120 from the open position to the closed position.
In the present embodiment, the fuel lid 120 is moved to the closed position side and the advancing/retreating member 11 is pressed in the retreating direction.
Specifically, the fuel lid 120 is moved to the closed position side, the lid locking portion 12 is inserted into the hole of the lid locked portion 140, and the advancing/retreating member 11 is pressed in the backward direction via the fuel lid 120. A tapered guide bottom surface for guiding the lid locking portion 12 may be provided in the hole around the hole of the lid locked portion 140 of the fuel lid 120.
As a result, the lid locking portion 12 is guided into the hole of the lid locked portion 140 and further pressed in the backward direction, so that the lid locked portion 140 is locked in the lid locked portion 140. Rotate in the direction of the angular position.
The spiral groove of the advancing/retreating member 11 is guided by the projection of the case 4 to the retracted position so that the lid locking portion 12 creates a movement trajectory of the advancing/retreating member 11 that engages with the lid locked portion 140. Moving.
With the rotation of the lid locking portion 12 as described above, the advancing/retreating member 11 itself rotates, and the inhibiting portion 15 does not obstruct the movement of the protrusion that is the engaging portion 46, and the protrusion is in the circumferential direction on the inhibiting surface 16. The sliding member 11 is slid to guide the spiral groove of the engaged portion 14, and the advancing/retreating member 11 moves to the retracted position while rotating.
When the fuel lid 120 is located on the closed position side, the advancing/retreating member 11 moves to the retracted position side, and the fuel lid 120 causes the protruding portion 83a of the contact portion 83 covered by the telescopic cylinder portion 82 of the lock position detecting portion 80 to move to the case. It is pushed to the 4 side and moved in the backward direction.
As a result, the contact portion 83 moves to the retracted position side against the urging force of the urging member 84, and the movement detection unit 86 detects the movement of the contact portion 83. Based on the detection of the movement of the contact portion 83, the drive unit 60 drives the drive unit main body 62, rotates the drive shaft 64, and transmits the drive force to the rotary gear 74. The rotary gear 74 is rotated by the transmitted driving force and is transmitted to the conversion mechanism portion 93 of the limiting member 90 to linearly move the conversion mechanism portion 93. The engaging piece 91 of the limiting member 90 moves to the advancing/retreating member 11 side by the movement of the conversion mechanism portion 93, engages with the recess 24 of the advancing/retreating member 11, and the advancing/retreating member 11 is in the restricted state at the retracted position.
[Effect of advancing/retreating movement device 1]
According to the advancing/retreating device 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, in the engaged portion 14 including the spiral groove, the advancing/retreating member 11 engages with the protrusion serving as the engaging portion 46. When it is pressed in the retreating direction without sliding with the portion 14, it has an inhibiting portion 15 that comes into contact with the engaging portion 46 and inhibits the retreat of the advancing/retreating member 11.
As a result, in the advancing/retreating movement device 1, the advancing/retreating member 11 in the advancing position, the protrusion serving as the engaging portion 46, and the engaged portion 14 having the spiral groove are disposed in the advancing position by a mischievous operation without using the fuel lid 120. Even if the engaging portion 46 is pressed against the retracting direction without sliding, the engaging portion 46 contacts the inhibiting portion 15, so that the retracting of the advancing/retreating member 11 can be inhibited.
Therefore, unlike the prior art, even if the advancing/retreating member itself is directly pressed in the backward direction by an external force, it does not move to the backward position. As a result, in the retracted position, the recess 24 does not engage the engaging piece 91 of the restricting member 90, and the restricting state does not occur.
As described above, according to the advancing/retreating movement device 1, the advancing/retreating member 11 is not located at the retracted position and the restricted state is not caused by the mischievous operation. According to the advancing/retreating device 1, the advancing/retreating member 11 can be normally moved to the retracted position only when the fuel lid 120 is used to move the fuel lid 120 to the closed position.
Also, when the advancing/retreating movement device 1 is applied to the opening/closing device of the fuel lid, the advancing/retreating movement device 1 itself can be made compact without using a heart cam, and can be accommodated even in a thin and narrow accommodating space in the thickness direction.
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, but can be variously modified. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the limiting member 90 moves straight has been described, but the limiting member 90 may make a circular motion to engage with the advancing/retreating member side member.
Further, although the fuel lid opening/closing device is exemplified as the opening/closing device, the advancing/retreating movement device of the present invention can be similarly applied to various flap type opening/closing devices. Further, the advancing/retreating movement device is not limited to the opening/closing device, and may be mounted on various devices.
