Definitions
- the invention relates to a rotor of an electric motor and an electric motor with a corresponding rotor.
- a shaft-hub connection of the motor shaft to the magnet of the rotor cannot usually be achieved by a press connection, since the permanent magnet is made of a brittle magnetic material such as e.g. Ferrite or ceramic is formed.
- the invention has for its object to provide a rotor which is adapted such that the motor shaft can be attached to the permanent magnet via a press connection. This object is achieved by the combination of features according to claim 1.
- a rotor of an electric motor is proposed with a permanent magnet extending around an axis of rotation of the rotor, on which a plastic encapsulation is provided, which determines a shaft passage for attaching a motor shaft of the electric motor along the axis of rotation.
- a press bushing is arranged directly adjacent to the shaft passage formed by the plastic extrusion, into which the motor shaft can be pressed by a press connection and can be fixed to the rotor.
- the motor shaft is thus not directly attached to the permanent magnet or its plastic encapsulation on the rotor, but indirectly via the press bushing, which engages in the plastic encapsulation. This makes it possible to use the brittle permanent magnet as a compact.
- An advantageous embodiment of the rotor provides that the press bush and the permanent magnet are arranged at the same axial height along the axis of rotation and, seen in axial section, overlap at least partially, preferably completely.
- the radial forces acting on the press bush when pressing in the motor shaft are thus supported on the permanent magnet. Forces that could cause tilting between the press bush and the permanent magnet are thus eliminated.

Description
Rotor eines Elektromotors und Elektromotor
Beschreibung:
Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Schnittansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Ro tors;
