本申请要求2019年1月28日提交的、申请号为201920147139.7、发明名称为“电池模组”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及电池领域,具体涉及一种电池模块。
现有的二次电池之间通常采用U型连接片相互电连接,在实际操作过程中,U型连接片的一侧与相应的二次电池的电极引线焊接完成后,其另一侧在与相应的二次电池的电极引线进行焊接时,超声波的振动必定会拉扯先前的焊接区域,影响焊接强度,进而影响电池模块的使用安全及使用寿命。
为了避免二次焊接的第二次焊接对第一次焊接的影响,因此采用一次焊接,将需要电连接的电极引线弯折到一起进行焊接。二次电池包括第一电极引线和第二电极引线。由于单个电池的电压电流较小,常常需要对其进行串并联,此时需要多个第一电极引线和多个第二电极引线依次层叠进行连接。由于第一电极引线与第二电极引线的材质不同,焊接时,具有多个不同的焊接层,即第一电极引线与第一电极引线焊接层、第一电极引线与第二电极引线焊接层、第二电极引线与第二电极引线焊接层。超声波焊接时,第一电极引线与第一电极引线焊接以及第二电极引线与第二电极引线焊接的温度不同,温度高的焊接层会影响温度低的焊接层,造成焊接时,塑性流动过度,形成空穴问题,影响焊接强度。
发明内容
本申请提供一种电池模块,提高电池模块中电极引线的连接可靠性。
本申请实施例提供一种电池模块,其包括第一电池单元以及第二电池单元,第一电池单元以及第二电池单元分别包括N个二次电池,N为大于等于2的整数,每个二次电池包括极性相反的第一电极引线和第二电极引线,第一电极引线的熔点与第二电极引线的熔点不同;其中,电池模块具有第一组连接点、第二组连接点,第一组连接点将第一电池单元的N个第一电极引线电连接,第二组连接点将第二电池单元的N个第二电极引线电连接,第一组连接点和第二组连接点相互错位;电池模块还包括电连接件,第一电池单元的至少一个第一电极引线通过电连接件与第二电池单元的至少一个第二电极引线连接。
根据本申请的前述任一实施方式,第一电极引线、第二电极引线均沿第一方向延伸,第一电极引线包括第一连接部,第二电极引线包括第二连接部,第一电池单元的第一连接部与第二电池单元的第二连接部在第二方向上相互避让设置,第二方向与第一方向相交,第一组连接点将第一电池单元的N个第一电极引线的第一连接部与电连接件连接,第二组连接点将第二电池单元的N个第二电极引线的第二连接部与电连接件连接。
根据本申请的前述任一实施方式,第一电极引线、第二电极引线均为片状引线,第一电池单元的第一电极引线与第二电池单元的第二电极引线在第二方向上相互错位。
根据本申请的前述任一实施方式,每个二次电池还包括电池主体,第一电极引线设置有第一根部,第一根部连接电池主体与第一连接部,第二电极引线设置有第二根部,第二根部连接电池主体与第二连接部,其中,在第二方向上,第一连接部的尺寸小于第一根部的尺寸,第二连接部的尺寸小于第二根部的尺寸。
根据本申请的前述任一实施方式,在第二方向上,第一连接部的尺寸小于第一根部尺寸的一半,和/或,在第二方向上,第二连接部的尺寸小于第二根部尺寸的一半。
根据本申请的前述任一实施方式,电连接件设置有片状的电连接部, 电连接部包括沿第二方向排列的第一电连接区和第二电连接区,第一组连接点将N个第一电极引线与第一电连接区连接,第二组连接点将N个第二电极引线与第二电连接区连接。
根据本申请的前述任一实施方式,第一电连接区与第二电连接区之间开设有开槽。

根据本申请实施例的电池模块,第一电极引线的熔点与第二电极引线的熔点不同,电池模块具有连接N个第一电极引线的第一组连接点、连接N个第二电极引线的第二组连接点,第一组连接点和第二组连接点相互错位,使得每组连接点仅连接同样熔点的电极引线,避免了连接点同时连接熔点不同电极引线时、为满足焊接高熔点电极引线时焊接温度对包括低熔点电极引线的焊接面的影响,从而提高各组连接点处的焊接强度以及电池模块的电极引线的连接可靠性。
在一些可选的实施例中,电池模块包括的电连接件具有第一电连接区和第二电连接区,第一电连接区与N个第一电极引线连接,第二电连接区与N个第二电极引线连接。其中,第一电连接区与第二电连接区之间开设有开槽,从而防止焊接时第一电连接区处的焊接过程与第二电连接区处的焊接过程相互振动影响,提高焊接质量。

本申请实施例提供一种电池模块,图1、图2分别示出本申请实施例的电池模块的立体示意图、立体分解图。该电池模块包括第一电池单元G1以及第二电池单元G2,第一电池单元G1以及第二电池单元G2分别包括N个二次电池100,N为大于等于2的整数,每个二次电池100包括极性相反的第一电极引线121和第二电极引线122,第一电极引线121的熔点与第二电极引线122的熔点不同。在本实施例中,二次电池100可以为袋状二次电池。
本实施例中以每个第一电池单元G1包括两个二次电池100、每个第二电池单元G2也包括两个二次电池100为例进行说明,每个第一电池单元G1包括的两个二次电池100之间相互并联,每个第二电池单元G2包括的两个二次电池100之间相互并联,第一电池单元G1与第二电池单元G2之间进行串联连接。可以理解的是,在其它一些实施例中,根据电池模块的设计需要,每个第一电池单元G1包括二次电池100的数量可以是三个、四个等其它数目,同理每个第二电池单元G2包括二次电池100的数量可以是三个、四个等其它数目。
此外,电池模块可以仅包括串联连接的第一电池单元G1和第二电池 单元G2,也可以是以串联连接的第一电池单元G1和第二电池单元G2为重复单元,在厚度方向上进行重复堆叠并串联形成,在其它一些实施例中,还可以包括其它的电池单元。
需要说明的是,本文中的术语“第一电极引线121的熔点”、“第二电极引线122的熔点”,具体可以理解为第一电极引线121表面材料的熔点、第二电极引线122表面材料的熔点。例如,在一些实施例中,第二电机引线122为铝材料制成,第二电极引线122的熔点即铝材料的熔点;在一些实施例中,第一电极引线121为铜材料的表面镀镍形成,则第一电极引线121的熔点即镍材料的熔点。
如上所述,在一些实施例中,第一电极引线121为铜材料制成,并且第一电极引线121的表面具有镀层,例如是镀镍,从而避免铜制电极引线与电池中包括的密封塑料之间发生加速老化的现象。当第二电极引线122为铝材料制成时,由于铜铝焊接的扩散区域厚度约20微米,在一些实施例中,第一电极引线121表面的镀层(例如是镍层)的厚度大于等于20微米,以保证焊接仅有铝镍扩散,保证焊接一致型和稳定性。
如上所述,第一电池单元G1的N个二次电池100、第二电池单元G2的N个二次电池100分别并联,第一电池单元G1与第二电池单元G2之间进行串联连接。具体地,可以将第一电池单元G1的N个第一电极引线121和第二电池单元G2的N个第二电极引线122电连接,以下将通过多种实施方式具体描述该处电极引线的连接结构。
图3a、图3b分别示出本申请实施例的一种电极引线连接结构的立体示意图、立体分解图。电池模块具有第一组连接点P1、第二组连接点P2,其中,第一组连接点P1将第一电池单元G1的N个第一电极引线121电连接,第二组连接点P2将第二电池单元G2的N个第二电极引线122电连接,第一组连接点P1和第二组连接点P2相互错位。
需要说明的是,在图3a、图3b所示实施例中,以第一组连接点P1包括一个连接点、第二组连接点P2也包括一个连接点为例进行说明。然而,在其它一些实施例中,第一组连接点P1包括的连接点的数量可以是两个、三个等其它数值。当第一组连接点P1包括的连接点数量为两个以上时,可 以是每个连接点连接全部N个第一电极引线121,也可以是一个连接点连接数量小于N的对应若干第一电极引线121,并且两个以上连接点使得N个第一电极引线121相互电连接。第二组连接点P2的设置与上述第一组连接点P1的设置同理,并且第二组连接点P2的连接点数量与第一组连接点P1的连接点数量可以相同,也可以不相同。
前述的第一组连接点P1、第二组连接点P2包括的连接点,可以是焊接过程中形成的连接点,其中焊接过程可以采用超声波焊接,焊接过程中使得金属件在一定静压力下,通过超声高频振动使焊接金属界面摩擦生热致其发生塑形流动最终达到原子应力范围形成金属键合。
本申请实施例中,每个二次电池100的第一电极引线121的熔点大于第二电极引线122的熔点,当第一电极引线121的熔点大于第二电极引线122之间的熔点时,由于焊接时达到塑性流动时的温度(以下简称焊接温度)与熔点成正比,因此第一电极引线121的焊接温度大于第二电极引线122的焊接温度,此时第一电极引线121即高熔点电极引线,第二电极引线122即低熔点电极引线。
如果高熔点电极引线的熔点记为T1,低熔点电极引线的熔点记为T2,当T1-T2>50%T2时,焊接高熔点电极引线时会对焊接低熔点电极引线的焊接稳定性造成较大的影响。具体的,高熔点与高熔点电极引线、低熔点与低熔点电极引线同时焊接时,高熔点电极引线的焊接温度高,导致低熔点电极引线焊接时塑性流动快,容易产生空穴等问题。
根据本申请实施例的电池模块,第一组连接点P1和第二组连接点P2相互错位,使得每组连接点仅连接同样熔点的电极引线,避免了连接点同时连接熔点不同电极引线时、为满足焊接高熔点电极引线时焊接温度对包括低熔点电极引线的焊接面的影响,从而提高第一组连接点P1处、第二组连接点P2处的焊接强度以及电池模块的电极引线的连接可靠性。
电池模块还包括电连接件200,第一电池单元G1的至少一个第一电极引线121通过电连接件200与第二电池单元G2的至少一个第二电极引线122连接,从而实现上述电极引线连接结构中N个第一电极引线121与N个第二电极引线122的电连接。
在本实施例中,第一电极引线121、第二电极引线122均沿第一方向X延伸。第一电极引线121包括第一连接部121a,第二电极引线122包括第二连接部122a。其中第一电池单元G1的第一连接部121a与第二电池单元G2的第二连接部122a在第二方向Y上相互避让设置,第二方向Y与第一方向X相交。在一些实施例中,第二方向Y与第一方向X垂直。
在本实施例中,第一组连接点P1将第一电池单元G1的N个第一电极引线121的第一连接部121a与电连接件200连接,第二组连接点P2将第二电池单元G2的N个第二电极引线122的第二连接部122a与电连接件200连接。
第一电池单元G1的第一连接部121a与第二电池单元G2的第二连接部122a在第二方向Y上相互避让设置,使得第一组连接点P1、第二组连接点P2在第二方向Y上相互避让。第一组连接点P1、第二组连接点P2可以在两次以上焊接中分别形成。
需要说明的是,通过电连接件200将N个第一电极引线121与N个第二电极引线122电连接的方式可以不限于上述方式。在其它一些实施例中,N个第一电极引线121中的部分数量(至少一个)的第一电极引线121可以设有第一互连部,该部分第一电极引线121可以通过第一互连部与电连接件200连接;N个第二电极引线122中的部分数量(至少一个)的第二电极引线122可以设有第二互连部,该部分第二电极引线122可以通过第二互连部与电连接件200连接,从而实现N个第一电极引线121与N个第二电极引线122的电连接。
请同时参考图1至图3b,在一些实施例中,每个二次电池100还包括电池主体110。第一电极引线121设置有第一根部121b,第一根部121b连接电池主体110与第一连接部121a;第二电极引线122设置有第二根部122b,第二根部122b连接电池主体110与第二连接部122a。
其中,在第二方向Y上,第一连接部121a的尺寸小于第一根部121b的尺寸,第二连接部122a的尺寸小于第二根部122b的尺寸。第一连接部121a、第二连接部122a分别可以是在条形、片状电极引线上裁切部分结构后得到。在第二方向Y上,第一电极引线121的第一根部121b与第二电极 引线122的第二根部122b的尺寸相同,提高第一电极引线121、第二电极引线122的制造统一性,此外相对于第一连接部121a尺寸更大的第一根部121b、相对于第二连接部122a尺寸更大的第二根部122b能够用于提高散热性能。
进一步地在一些实施例中,在第二方向Y上,第一连接部121a的尺寸小于第一根部121b尺寸的一半,和/或,在第二方向Y上,第二连接部122a的尺寸小于第二根部122b尺寸的一半,从而避免在上述电极引线连接结构中第一电极引线121的第一连接部121a与第二电极引线122的第二连接部122a发生重叠。
图4示出本申请实施例的电连接件的立体示意图,电连接件200设置有片状的电连接部210,在一些实施例中,电连接件200还设有支撑部220,支撑部220与电连接部210连接且相对电连接部210弯折。
电连接部210包括沿第二方向Y排列的第一电连接区211和第二电连接区212,第一组连接点P1可以将N个第一电极引线121与第一电连接区211连接,第二组连接点P2可以将N个第二电极引线122与第二电连接区212连接,从而实现N个第一电极引线121与N个第二电极引线122的电连接。
其中,电连接部210的厚度大于第一电极引线121的厚度,且电连接部210的厚度大于第二电极引线122的厚度,以保护第一电极引线121、第二电极引线122在焊接过程中焊接免于开裂或损伤。
本实施例中,第一电连接区211与第二电连接区212之间开设有开槽230,从而防止焊接时第一电连接区211处的焊接过程与第二电连接区212处的焊接过程相互振动影响,提高焊接质量。
在一些实施例中,开槽230在第二方向Y上的尺寸大于等于0.1毫米,从而将第一电连接区211处的焊接过程与第二电连接区212处的焊接过程相互的振动影响降至合理范围内,保证合格的焊接质量。
在一些实施例中,开槽230延伸至支撑部220内,并在支撑部220形成圆角结构240,从而减少开槽230部位的应力集中以避免焊接时的高频振动造成的开槽230处的疲劳开裂。
在上述图3a、图3b示出的电极引线连接结构中,以每个第一电池单元G1包括两个二次电池100、每个第二电池单元G2也包括两个二次电池100为例进行了说明。可以理解的是,每个第一电池单元G1、每个第二电池单元G2分别包括的二次电池100也可以是其它数量。
图5示出本申请实施例的另一种电极引线连接结构的立体分解图,该电极引线连接结构中大部分结构与前述实施例的结构大致相同,不再详述。其中,与前述实施例不同的是,本实施例的电池模块中,每个第一电池单元G1包括三个二次电池100、每个第二电池单元G2也包括三个二次电池100。
每个第一电池单元G1包括的三个二次电池100之间相互并联,每个第二电池单元G2包括的三个二次电池100之间相互并联,第一电池单元G1与第二电池单元G2之间进行串联连接。
电池模块具有第一组连接点P1、第二组连接点P2,其中,第一组连接点P1将第一电池单元G1的三个第一电极引线121电连接,第二组连接点P2将第二电池单元G2的三个第二电极引线122电连接,第一组连接点P1和第二组连接点P2相互错位。
第一电极引线121、第二电极引线122均沿第一方向X延伸。第一电极引线121包括第一连接部121a,第二电极引线122包括第二连接部122a。其中第一电池单元G1的第一连接部121a与第二电池单元G2的第二连接部122a在第二方向Y上相互避让设置,第二方向Y与第一方向X相交。在一些实施例中,第二方向Y与第一方向X垂直。
电池模块还包括电连接件200,在本实施例中,第一组连接点P1将第一电池单元G1的N个第一电极引线121的第一连接部121a与电连接件200连接,第二组连接点P2将第二电池单元G2的N个第二电极引线122的第二连接部122a与电连接件200连接。
可以理解的是,每个第一电池单元G1、每个第二电池单元G2分别包括的二次电池100的数量可以不限于两个、三个,还可以是其它数量,可以根据电池模块的设计需要调整。因此,电池模块可以根据设计需要对第一电池单元G1、第二电池单元G2的二次电池100数量以及电极引线数量 进行调整,提高电池模块设计的灵活性。
每个第一电池单元G1包括的两个以上第一电极引线121均通过第一组连接点P1相互电连接,每个第二电池单元G2包括的两个以上第二电极引线122均通过第二组连接点P2相互电连接,电连接件200又将至少一个第一电极引线121与至少一个第二电极引线122电连接,从而实现第一电池单元G1的全部第一电极引线121与第二电池单元G2的全部第二电极引线122的电连接。第一组连接点P1、第二组连接点P2可以在两次以上焊接中分别形成,从而提高焊接时的灵活性以及便捷性。
在上述图3a、图3b示出的电极引线连接结构中,第一电极引线121设置有第一根部121b和第一连接部121a,第二电极引线122设置有第二根部122b和第二连接部122a。其中,在第二方向Y上,第一连接部121a的尺寸小于第一根部121b的尺寸,第二连接部122a的尺寸小于第二根部122b的尺寸,使得电极引线连接结构中第一电极引线121的第一连接部121a与第二电极引线122的第二连接部122a相互避让设置。在其它一些实施例中,也可以通过其它方式实现第一电极引线121的第一连接部121a与第二电极引线122的第二连接部122a的相互避让。例如,第一连接部121a位于第一电极引线121的第二方向Y一侧,且相对第二电极引线122在第二方向Y突出;第二连接部122a位于第二电极引线122的第二方向Y的另一侧。相对第一电极引线121在第二方向Y的另一侧突出,以实现第一连接部121a与第二连接部122a的相互避让。
图6示出本申请实施例的又一种电极引线连接结构的立体分解图,在图6所示实施例中,第一电极引线121、第二电极引线122均为片状引线,具体可以是沿第一方向X上延伸的矩形片状引线。其中,第一电池单元G1的第一电极引线121与第二电池单元G2的第二电极引线122在第二方向Y上相互错位,使得第一电极引线121上设置的第一连接部121a与第二电极引线122上设置的第二连接部122a在第二方向Y上相互错位。
本实施例的电池模块包括电连接件200,电连接件200设置有片状的电连接部210,电连接部210包括沿第二方向Y排列的第一电连接区211和第二电连接区212。第一电池单元G1的第一电极引线121的位置以及在 第二方向Y上的尺寸可以与第一电连接区211的位置以及在第二方向Y上的尺寸对应;第二电池单元G2的第一电极引线122的位置以及在第二方向Y上的尺寸可以与第二电连接区212的位置以及在第二方向Y上的尺寸对应。
第一组连接点P1可以将N个第一电极引线121与第一电连接区211连接,第二组连接点P2可以将N个第二电极引线122与第二电连接区212连接,从而实现N个第一电极引线121与N个第二电极引线122的电连接。片状的第一电极引线121、第二电极引线122相互错位,使得第一组连接点P1和第二组连接点P2相互错位,使得每组连接点仅连接同样熔点的电极引线,避免了连接点同时连接熔点不同电极引线时、为满足焊接高熔点电极引线时焊接温度对包括低熔点电极引线的焊接面的影响,从而提高各组连接点处的焊接强度以及电池模块的电极引线的连接可靠性。
依照本申请如上文所述的实施例,这些实施例并没有详尽叙述所有的细节,也不限制该申请仅为所述的具体实施例。显然,根据以上描述,可作很多的修改和变化。本说明书选取并具体描述这些实施例,是为了更好地解释本申请的原理和实际应用,从而使所属技术领域技术人员能很好地利用本申请以及在本申请基础上的修改使用。本申请仅受权利要求书及其全部范围和等效物的限制。
Claims (10)
- 一种电池模块,包括第一电池单元(G1)以及第二电池单元(G2),所述第一电池单元(G1)以及所述第二电池单元(G2)分别包括N个二次电池(100),N为大于等于2的整数,每个所述二次电池(100)包括极性相反的第一电极引线(121)和第二电极引线(122),所述第一电极引线(121)的熔点与所述第二电极引线(122)的熔点不同;其中,所述电池模块具有第一组连接点、第二组连接点,所述第一组连接点将所述第一电池单元(G1)的N个所述第一电极引线(121)电连接,所述第二组连接点将所述第二电池单元(G2)的N个所述第二电极引线(122)电连接,所述第一组连接点和所述第二组连接点相互错位;所述电池模块还包括电连接件(200),所述第一电池单元(G1)的至少一个所述第一电极引线(121)通过所述电连接件(200)与所述第二电池单元(G2)的至少一个所述第二电极引线(122)连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池模块,其中,所述第一电极引线(121)、所述第二电极引线(122)均沿第一方向(X)延伸,所述第一电极引线(121)包括第一连接部(121a),所述第二电极引线(122)包括第二连接部(122a),所述第一电池单元(G1)的所述第一连接部(121a)与所述第二电池单元(G2)的所述第二连接部(122a)在第二方向(Y)上相互避让设置,所述第二方向(Y)与所述第一方向(X)相交,所述第一组连接点将所述第一电池单元(G1)的N个所述第一电极引线(121)的第一连接部(121a)与所述电连接件(200)连接,所述第二组连接点将所述第二电池单元(G2)的N个所述第二电极引线(122)的第二连接部(122a)与所述电连接件(200)连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电池模块,其中,所述第一电极引线(121)、所述第二电极引线(122)均为片状引线,所述第一电池单元(G1)的所述第一电极引线(121)与所述第二电池单元(G2)的所述第二电极引线(122)在所述第二方向(Y)上相互错位。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电池模块,其中,每个所述二次电池(100) 还包括电池主体(110),所述第一电极引线(121)设置有第一根部(121b),所述第一根部(121b)连接所述电池主体(110)与所述第一连接部(121a),所述第二电极引线(122)设置有第二根部(122b),所述第二根部(122b)连接所述电池主体(110)与所述第二连接部(122a),其中,在所述第二方向(Y)上,所述第一连接部(121a)的尺寸小于所述第一根部(121b)的尺寸,所述第二连接部(122a)的尺寸小于所述第二根部(122b)的尺寸。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电池模块,其中,在所述第二方向(Y)上,所述第一连接部(121a)的尺寸小于所述第一根部(121b)尺寸的一半,和/或,在所述第二方向(Y)上,所述第二连接部(122a)的尺寸小于所述第二根部(122b)尺寸的一半。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电池模块,其中,所述电连接件(200)设置有片状的电连接部(210),所述电连接部(210)包括沿所述第二方向(Y)排列的第一电连接区(211)和第二电连接区(212),所述第一组连接点将N个所述第一电极引线(121)与所述第一电连接区(211)连接,所述第二组连接点将N个所述第二电极引线(122)与所述第二电连接区(212)连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电池模块,其中,所述第一电连接区(211)与所述第二电连接区(212)之间开设有开槽(230)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电池模块,其中,所述开槽(230)在所述第二方向(Y)上的尺寸大于等于0.1毫米。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电池模块,其中,所述电连接件(200)还设有支撑部(220),所述支撑部(220)与所述电连接部(210)连接且相对所述电连接部(210)弯折,所述开槽(230)延伸至所述支撑部(220)内,并在所述支撑部(220)形成圆角结构(240)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电池模块,其中,所述电连接部(210)的厚度大于所述第一电极引线(121)的厚度;且所述电连接部(210)的厚度大于所述第二电极引线(122)的厚度。
