Abstract

本发明公开了一种带导光柱灯泡,包括灯罩、发光组件、导光柱、灯头一体化散热件和保护套,所述灯头一体化散热件包括标准灯头段和扩口连接段,所述标准灯头段和扩口连接段由金属件一体成型,所述灯罩的底部与灯头一体化散热件的扩口连接段内的接口固定连接,所述发光组件固定安装于灯头一体化散热件内,其光源朝向灯罩一侧,所述导光柱位于灯罩内且一端贴近光源,所述保护套覆盖扩口连接段的外侧。相较于现有灯头与连接座需要隔断设置的技术方案,本技术方案的在同一规格的灯泡下散热能力会提升30-80%,有助于降低灯珠温度,令灯泡寿命更长。同时其灯头一体化散热件能够直接与灯罩固定连接,简化封闭灯泡内部空间的流程。

Description

一种带导光柱灯泡
技术领域
本发明涉及照明装置连接结构技术领域,特别涉及一种带导光柱灯泡。
背景技术
由于LED球泡灯需要预留安装散热构件和电源构件的空间,因此其灯罩与灯头之间需要设置连接座以用于安装上述构件。同时出于用电安全的考虑,连接座与灯头的接触处通常以绝缘的塑料材质或陶瓷材质制成,再通过留孔或直接外露的方式令散热构件可与外界连通。但是这样的结构会导致灯头与连接座之间的散热通道被绝缘件阻断,造成灯头本身大量的铝散热面积浪费。
同时,由于灯头与连接座之间采用不同材质制成,其整体的组装过程也必须分步完成,即LED灯的灯头与泡壳需要分别与连接件相对固定才能实现整个外壳的连接,这样的结构导致LED灯的外壳在生产过程中需要经过两次组装才能将完成。
发明内容
本公开对LED球泡灯的外壳结构进行创新,利用灯头进行辅助散热,所以将灯头与散热器做成了灯头一体化散热件后再进行包塑,这样大大增加了散热器的散热及传热能力;同时也令灯泡整个外壳的连接结构由现有的三段式改为两段式,使产品构造更为简练可靠。
一种带导光柱灯泡,包括灯罩、发光组件、导光柱、灯头一体化散热件和保护套,所述灯头一体化散热件包括标准灯头段和扩口连接段,所述标准灯头段和扩口连接段由金属件一体成型,所述灯罩的底部与灯头一体化散热件的扩口连接段内的接口固定连接,所述发光组件固定安装于灯头一体化散热件内,其光源朝向灯罩一侧,所述导光柱位于灯罩内且一端贴近光源,所述保护套覆盖扩口连接段的外侧。灯头一体化散热件既有助于灯泡内部热量的传递扩散,提升散热效果,同时也能够直接与灯罩固定连接,简化封闭灯泡内部空间的流程。
进一步,所述扩口连接段包括至少两层级的环形台阶平台,所述相邻的环形台阶平台之间通过台阶连接,的所述环形平台的内径自下而上逐级增大,能够实现与灯罩轮廓的流畅过渡。
进一步,扩口连接段内的接口可以是螺纹连接、卡扣连接或粘结连接,根据不同的使用场合可以选择合适的方案进行替换。
进一步,所述保护套的底端设有可供标准灯头段穿过的通孔,所述保护套的顶端设有勾紧扩口连接段顶端的勾件。保护套起到的主要作用是防止扩口连接段外露而导致发生漏电事故。所述扩口连接段外侧设有限位槽,所述保护套对应限位槽处设有限位凸起。
进一步,所述标准灯头段的尺寸为E26、E27、B22、E14、B15d或B12标准灯头。
进一步,所述发光组件包括灯板和灯珠,所述灯板与所述扩口连接段内壁固定连接,所述导光柱通过支架固定于灯板上。灯板与扩口连接段固定连接,将除了灯珠以外的其余发光组件封装于灯头一体化散热件内,使得后续灯罩与灯头一体化散热件的组装更为方便。
进一步,所述导光柱为管状构件,其远离光源的一端设有曲面。所述曲面能够起到聚集灯珠光线的作用,使得该端部亮度更高,可以模仿传统钨丝灯的装饰效果。
进一步,所述导光柱外周面设有凹陷或凸起的漫反射花纹。所述漫反射花纹能够适当将导光柱内的光线导出,形成花纹图案,无需像钨丝灯一般形成一个通电的回路。
上述公开的带导光柱灯泡由于其灯头的标准灯头段和扩口连接段是金属件一体制成,使得安装在其内部的散热构件或电源构件只需直接与灯头任意一处接触即可实现热传导。相较于现有灯头与连接座需要隔断设置的技术方案,本技术方案的在同一规格的灯泡下散热能力会提升30-80%,有助于降低灯珠温度,令灯泡寿命更长。同时其灯头一体化散热件能够直接与灯罩固定连接,简化封闭灯泡内部空间的流程。

实施例1:如图1和2所示,一种带导光柱灯泡,包括灯罩100、发光组件、导光柱200、灯头一体化散热件300和保护套400,所述灯头一体化散热件300包括标准灯头段310和扩口连接段320,所述标准灯头段310和扩口连接段320由金属件一体成型,所述灯罩100的底部与灯头一体化散热件300的扩口连接段320内的接口固定连接,所述发光组件固定安装于灯头一体化散热件300内,其光源朝向灯罩100一侧,所述导光柱200位于灯罩100内且一端贴近光源,所述保护套400覆盖扩口连接段320的外侧。灯头一体化散热件300既有助于灯泡内部热量的传递扩散,提升散热效果,同时也能够直接与灯罩100固定连接,简化封闭灯泡内部空间的流程。所述扩口连接段320包括至少两层级的环形台阶平台,所述相邻的环形台阶平台之间通过台阶连接,的所述环形平台的内径自下而上逐级增大,所述台阶的外侧构成限位槽321。扩口连接段320内采用粘结连接的接口与灯罩进100行相对固定,使得灯罩100与灯头一体化散热件300的组装更为方便。所述保护套400的底端设有可供标准灯头段310穿过的通孔,所述保护套400的顶端设有勾紧扩口连接段320顶端的勾件410。保护套400起到的主要作用是防止扩口连接段320外露而导致发生漏电事故。所述扩口连接段320外侧设有限位槽321,所述保护套400对应限位槽321处设有限位凸起420。所述发光组件包括灯板510和灯珠520,所述灯板510与所述扩口连接段320内壁固定连接,所述导光柱200通过支架530固定于灯板510上。灯板510与扩口连接段320固定连接,将除了灯珠520以外的其余发光组件封装于灯头一体化散热件300内,使得后续灯罩100与灯头一体化散热件300的组装更为方便。所述导光柱200为管状构件,其远离光源的一端设有曲面210。所述曲面210能够起到聚集灯珠光线的作用,使得该端部亮度更高,可以模仿传统钨丝灯的装饰效果。所述导光柱200外周面设有凹陷或凸起的漫反射花纹(附图中未显示)。所述漫反射花纹能够适当将导光柱200内的光线导出,形成花纹图案,无需像钨丝灯一般形成一个通电的回路。
作为进一步优选的实施方式,所述标准灯头段310的尺寸为E26、E27、B22、E14、B15d或B12标准灯头。

  1. 一种带导光柱灯泡,其特征在于:包括灯罩、发光组件、导光柱、灯头一体化散热件和保护套,所述灯头一体化散热件包括标准灯头段和扩口连接段,所述标准灯头段和扩口连接段由金属件一体成型,所述灯罩的底部与灯头一体化散热件的扩口连接段内的接口固定连接,所述发光组件固定安装于灯头一体化散热件内,其光源朝向灯罩一侧,所述导光柱位于灯罩内且一端贴近光源,所述保护套覆盖扩口连接段的外侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带导光柱灯泡,其特征在于:所述扩口连接段包括至少两层级的环形台阶平台,所述相邻的环形台阶平台之间通过台阶连接,的所述环形平台的内径自下而上逐级增大。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的带导光柱灯泡,其特征在于:所述接口为螺纹连接、卡扣连接或粘结连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的带导光柱灯泡,其特征在于:所述保护套的底端设有可供标准灯头段穿过的通孔,所述保护套的顶端设有勾紧扩口连接段顶端的勾件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带导光柱灯泡,其特征在于:所述扩口连接段外侧设有限位槽,所述保护套对应限位槽处设有限位凸起。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的带导光柱灯泡,其特征在于:所述标准灯头段的尺寸为E26、E27、B22、E14、B15d或B12标准灯头。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的带导光柱灯泡,其特征在于:所述发光组件包括灯板和灯珠,所述灯板与所述扩口连接段内壁固定连接,所述导光柱通过支架固定于灯板上。
