根据本申请实施例的窗式空调器10,通过在机壳2的顶壁设有向下凹入的容纳槽21,窗户4的至少一部分可伸入到容纳槽21内。这样不仅便于将窗式空调器10安装到窗口31内,便于提高窗式空调器10的安装可靠性和稳定性,而且便于窗式空调器10与窗户4相配合,便于使窗式空调器10安装后的外观更加美观。
进一步地,容纳槽21由机壳2的顶壁向下凹入,相比相关技术中容纳槽由机壳的底壁向上凹入的方式,不仅可以使窗式空调器10的受力更加均匀,避免窗式空调器10的顶壁受力较大而发生损坏,提高窗式空调器10的设置可靠性和工作性能,而且可以使窗式空调器10的出风口设置位置较高,便于出风气流在室内空间进行流动,便于提高窗式空调器10的调温效率,便于提高窗式空调器10对室内温度的调节效果。
并且,通过使密封组件1包括第一连接部件100,第一连接部件100包括固定部件110和滑动块120,这样不仅可以利用固定部件110将密封组件1安装到窗式空调器10上,便于密封组件1的设置,避免密封组件1发生丢失,而且通过滑动块120与固定部件110之间的滑动配合,可以对第一连接部件100的长度进行调节,从而对密封组件1的密封长度进行调节,使密封组件1可以对不同尺寸的窗户4进行密封,便于提高密封组件1的密封效果,便于提高密封组件1的使用范围,从而便于提高窗式空调器10的应用范围,便于提高窗式空调器10的功能性和适用性。
此外,通过设置多个第二连接部件200,使至少一个第二连接部件200与滑动块120可拆卸连接,任意两个第二连接部件200之间可拆卸连接。这样便于提高密封组件1的结构灵活性,可以通过连接不同数量的第二连接部件200来调节密封组件1的长度,便于提高密封组件1密封长度的变化范围,便于使密封组件1与不同尺寸的窗户4相适配,进一步便于提高密封组件1的密封可靠性和稳定性,进一步便于提高密封组件1 的使用范围。
因此,根据本申请实施例的窗式空调器的密封组件1具有密封长度可变、使用方便等优点。
下面参考附图描述根据本申请具体实施例的窗式空调器的密封组件1。
在本申请的一些具体实施例中,如图1-图28所示,根据本申请实施例的窗式空调器的密封组件1包括第一连接部件100和第二连接部件200。
具体地,滑动块120和第二连接部件200组成密封配合件700,密封配合件700与固定部件110相连,密封配合件700可转动至伸出容纳槽21以止抵在窗口31的内壁上。这样通过调节密封配合件700的长度可以调节密封组件1的密封长度。
可选地,如图7所示,密封组件1还包括转动支座300,转动支座300固定在机壳2上,固定部件110可转动地设在转动支座300上以使密封组件1可转动至收纳在容纳槽21内。这样不仅便于固定部件110的安装设置,而且便于实现固定部件110相对转动支座300的转动,便于对密封组件1进行收纳,便于减小密封组件1占用的空间。
进一步地,如图12所示,固定部件110上设有枢转轴114,转动支座300上设有枢转孔310,枢转轴114与枢转孔310转动配合。这样枢转轴114和枢转孔310可以相互配合,便于实现固定部件110的顺畅转动,便于提高固定部件110转动的可靠性。
具体地,如图7所示,密封组件1还包括角度定位组件400,角度定位组件400分别与转动支座300和固定部件110配合、以在固定部件110转动至设定角度时将固定部件110定位在当前角度。这样可以将固定部件110定位在特定的角度,例如定位固定部件110与水平方向的夹角为90°、45°或30°,便于用户根据需求对固定部件110的转动角度进行定位,便于提高密封组件1的使用性能。
更为具体地,角度定位组件400包括定位凸起410和多个定位凹槽420,转动支座300和固定部件110中的其中一个设置定位凸起410,转动支座300和固定部件110中的另一个设置多个定位凹槽420。
进一步地,定位凸起410设在固定部件110上,多个定位凹槽420设在转动支座300上。具体地,多个定位凹槽420排布成圆环形,转动支座300转动时定位凸起410可与多个定位凹槽420切换配合,定位凸起410与其中一个定位凹槽420配合时以定位固定部件110。这样可以利用定位凸起410和定位凹槽420对固定部件110的转动角度进行定位,便于提高固定部件110的定位可靠性和稳定性。
更进一步地,如图11所示,定位凸起410为多个,多个定位凸起410排布成环形,多个定位凸起410与多个定位凹槽420一一对应配合。这样可以使角度定位组件400的受力更加平衡,便于提高角度定位组件400的结构强度,便于提高角度定位组件400 的定位可靠性和准确性。
具体地,如图9所示,转动支座300包括相对设置的配合板320,每个配合板320的朝向彼此的端面设有凸起部330,每个凸起部330上设有枢转孔310和多个定位凹槽420。这样便于枢转孔310和定位凹槽420的加工设置,便于实现转动支座300与固定部件110之间的转动配合。
可选地,如图11-图12所示,固定部件110包括两个间隔设置的配合凸起111,每个配合凸起111分别与转动支座300转动配合。这样便于枢转轴114和定位凸起410的设置,便于固定部件110与转动支座300相配合,便于固定部件110相对转动支座300进行转动。
进一步地,如图9所示,转动支座300上设有固定孔340,固定孔340位于两个配合凸起111之间,通过穿过固定孔340的固定件将转动支座300固定在机壳2上。具体而言,固定孔340在前后方向上的宽度大于10毫米(前后方向如图1-图2中的箭头B所示)。这样便于转动支座300的固定安装,便于对转动支座300进行安装操作,便于提高密封组件1的装配效率。
具体地,如图11和图12所示,密封组件1还包括滑动定位组件500,滑动定位组件500设在固定部件110上且与滑动块120配合、以将滑动块120定位在当前位置。这样可以利用滑动定位组件500对滑动块120进行定位,便于使密封组件1保持在特定的密封长度,便于提高密封组件1结构稳定性,便于实现密封组件1的可靠密封。
更为具体地,如图14所示,固定部件110内设有滑动腔112,滑动块120的至少一部分伸入到滑动腔112内。这样便于固定部件110和滑动块120的配合设置,便于滑动块120相对固定部件110进行滑动。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图11-图13所示,滑动定位组件500为旋转件,所述旋转件可旋转地穿设在固定部件110且与固定部件110螺纹配合,所述旋转件转动以调整所述旋转件伸入到滑动腔112内的部分的长度,所述旋转件可止抵在滑动块120上以定位滑动块120。这样用户通过旋转所述旋转件可以控制滑动块120能否进行滑动,进一步便于用户根据需要对滑动块120的长度进行调节。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,如图26-图28所示,固定部件110上设有与滑动腔112连通的避让孔116,滑动定位组件500包括弹性扣位510和多个配合扣位520,多个配合扣位520沿滑动块120的移动方向间隔设在滑动块120的外周壁上,弹性扣位510可变形地设在避让孔116的内周壁上以与至少一个配合扣位520斜面配合或者脱离,滑动定位组件500被构造成在弹性扣位510与配合扣位520斜面配合时滑动件120可沿远离固定部件110的方向移动、在弹性扣位510与配合扣位520脱离时滑动件120 可沿朝向固定部件110的方向移动。这样用户通过弹性扣位510可以控制滑动块120的滑动方向,可以避免误触滑动块120而使滑动块120向靠近固定部件110的方向移动,便于提高滑动定位组件500的定位可靠性和准确性,进一步便于用户根据需要对滑动块120的长度进行调节。
可选地,如图15所示,滑动腔112的内壁上设有滑动凸筋113,滑动块120的外壁上设有与滑动凸筋113配合的滑动槽121。这样不仅可以利用滑动凸筋113和滑动槽121对滑动块120的滑动进行定位和导向,便于使滑动块120的滑动更加顺畅,而且便于提高密封组件1的结构强度,进一步便于提高密封组件1的结构可靠性和稳定性。
具体地,如图8所示,每个第二连接部件200包括插入部210,每个第二连接部件200和滑动块120均设有插入腔室220,每个插入部210可插拔地与插入腔室220配合。这样便于相邻的第二连接部件200相连接,便于实现多个第二连接部件200的装配成型,进一步便于改变密封组件1的密封长度。
可选地,在第二连接部件200的插拔方向上,插入部210的外周面由后向前向内倾斜设置。
更为具体地,如图8所示,插入部210和插入腔室220的内壁的其中一个设有第一弹性凸起221,插入部210和插入腔室220的内周壁的另一个设有第一凹槽211,第一弹性凸起221可伸入到第一凹槽211内。这样可以利用第一弹性凸起221和第一凹槽211实现相邻第二连接部件200的可靠连接,便于提高多个第二连接部件200的连接强度,进一步便于提高密封组件1的结构稳定性。
进一步地,如图17和图18所示,第一弹性凸起221设在插入腔室220内,在第二连接部件200的插拔方向上,第一弹性凸起221具有相对的两个导向斜面222,两个导向斜面222的第一端固定在插入腔室220的内壁上,两个导向斜面222的第二端朝向彼此倾斜延伸。这样可以利用两个导向斜面222对插入部210的插入和拔出进行导向,不仅便于插入部210顺畅地与插入腔室220进行拆装,而且便于提高插入部210与插入腔室220的连接可靠性。同时,可以提高第二连接部件200的外观整齐性和美观性。
具体地,第一凹槽211的前壁面具有由下向上向前倾斜延伸的导向面。
可选地,如图7所示,密封组件1还包括密封端盖600,密封端盖600用于密封离固定部件110最远的插入腔室220的开口端。这样不仅便于对离固定部件110最远的插入腔室220进行密封,提高第二连接部件200的密封性,而且可以使多个第二连接部件200具有相同的结构,便于第二连接部件200的加工制造,便于提高第二连接部件200的互换性。
当然,在多个第二连接部件200上可以添加标记,使多个第二连接部件200具有一 定的排列顺序。
具体地,密封组件1的顶壁设有密封海绵,窗户4止抵在所述密封海绵上。这样不仅可以避免窗户4与密封组件1直接接触,便于减少窗户4与密封组件1的接触磨损,而且可以提高窗户4与密封组件1之间的密封效果。
更为具体地,如图11所示,第一连接部件100和每个第二连接部件200上设有用于容纳所述密封海绵的第二凹槽230。这样便于所述密封海绵的设置,进一步便于提高所述密封海绵的密封性能。
可选地,如图11所示,固定部件110的顶端设有导向槽115,滑动块120的顶端设有与导向槽115配合的导向凸台122。这样可以利用导向槽115和导向凸台122对滑动块120的滑动进行定位和导向,进一步便于滑动块120的顺畅滑动,进一步便于提高滑动块120的滑动准确性和可靠性。
具体地,密封组件1可以为塑料、钣金、橡胶、硅胶等材料件。
下面描述根据本申请实施例的窗式空调器10。窗式空调器10支撑在墙体3的窗口31上,窗口31内设有可移动的窗户4,窗式空调器10包括机壳2和密封组件1,机壳2的顶壁设有向下凹入的容纳槽21,窗户4的至少一部分可伸入到容纳槽21内。密封组件1为根据本申请上述实施例的窗式空调器的密封组件,密封组件1分别与窗户4和窗口31接触。
根据本申请实施例的窗式空调器10,通过利用根据本申请上述实施例的窗式空调器的密封组件1,具有密封长度可变、使用方便等优点。
具体地,如图20-图23所示,机壳2包括底盘22、后箱体23和前箱体24,后箱体23固定在底盘22上,后箱体23内容纳有室外换热器。前箱体26固定在底盘22上,前箱体26与后箱体23前后间隔设置以限定出容纳槽21。这样不仅便于容纳槽21的形成,便于窗式空调器10与窗户4相配合,而且便于机壳2的加工制造,便于提高机壳2的外观美观性。
更为具体地,如图20-图23所示,机壳2还包括中间隔板27,中间隔板27固定在底盘22上且位于容纳槽21内,中间隔板27的前后两端分别与后箱体23和前箱体26配合。这样便于窗户4的下表面止抵在中间隔板27上,便于窗式空调器10进行走线和排水,便于提高窗式空调器10的工作可靠性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图21所示,密封组件1包括转动支座300,固定部件110可转动地设在转动支座300上以使密封组件1可转动至收纳在容纳槽21内。
中间隔板27上设有顶部敞开的放置空间270,转动支座300收纳至放置空间270内,固定部件110设有容纳空间117,密封组件1转动至伸出容纳槽21时、放置空间 270的外侧边缘伸入到容纳空间117使得密封组件1与中间隔板27大致平齐。从而使得密封组件1位于密封窗口的状态可与底盘22平行或者大体平行,降低密封组件1处于密封窗口31的状态时相对窗口31的高度,可以进一步保证密封效果。
在本申请的具体示例中,两个配合凸起111位于固定部件110的上部,两个配合凸起111的一部分伸入到放置空间270内,两个配合凸起111下方的空间为容纳空间117,当密封组件1转动至容纳槽21外时,固定部件110的位于两个配合凸起111下方的部分位于底盘22的外侧,固定部件110的位于两个配合凸起111的下方的部分的内周壁可以止抵在底盘22的外周壁上。从而可使得密封组件1位于密封窗口的状态可与底盘22平行或者大体平行,保证了密封效果。
进一步地,转动支座300与中间隔板27通过螺钉连接。
可选地,如图20-图23所示,后箱体23包括后箱体座24和后箱体盖25,后箱体座24的顶部敞开且固定在底盘22上,后箱体盖25外罩在后箱体座24的顶部。这样便于提高后箱体23的结构灵活性,便于对后箱体23内的零件进行拆卸和安装。
进一步地,前箱体24为钣金件或塑料件,后箱体23为钣金件,中间隔板27为塑料件。
具体地,如图22所示,后箱体座24的顶壁的一部分设有支撑板241,后箱体座24的顶壁的另一部分为支撑台阶面242,后箱体盖25外罩在支撑板241的外侧且后箱体盖25的下端支撑在所述支撑台阶面242上。这样便于后箱体座24和后箱体盖25进行装配和连接,便宜提高后箱体座24和后箱体盖25的连接可靠性,进一步便于提高机壳2的结构稳定性。
更为具体地,如图22所示,支撑板241上设有多个间隔设置的支撑凸台243,每个支撑凸台243止抵在后箱体盖24的内周壁上。这样可以利用支撑凸台243对后箱体盖24的内周壁进行支撑,便于提高箱体座24和后箱体盖25的连接强度。
可选地,如图22所示,支撑台阶面242上设有扣位孔244,后箱体盖25的下端设有卡扣伸入部251,卡扣伸入部251伸入到扣位孔244内。这样便于对后箱体盖25的安装进行定位,便于后箱体盖25进行拆装操作,进一步便于提高后箱体座24和后箱体盖25的连接可靠性。
具体地,底盘22为一体成型件,后箱体23在底盘22上的位置固定,前箱体26在底盘22上的位置固定。相比相关技术中底盘为分体件且底盘与后箱体或前箱体之间可动的方式,这样不仅可以简化底盘22的结构,避免窗式空调器10的结构过于复杂,便于底盘22的生产加工,而且可以提高底盘22的结构强度,提高窗式空调器10的结构可靠性和稳定性。
根据本申请实施例的窗式空调器的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

  1. 一种窗式空调器的密封组件,所述窗式空调器支撑在墙体的窗口上,所述窗口内设有可移动的窗户,其特征在于,所述窗式空调器包括机壳,所述机壳设有容纳槽,所述窗户的至少一部分可伸入到所述容纳槽内,所述密封组件分别与所述窗户和所述窗口的内壁接触,所述密封组件包括:
    长度可变的第一连接部件,所述第一连接部件包括固定部件和滑动块,所述固定部件的至少一部分设在所述容纳槽内,所述滑动块与所述固定部件滑动配合;
    多个第二连接部件,至少一个所述第二连接部件与所述滑动块可拆卸连接,任意两个所述第二连接部件之间可拆卸连接用以调节所述密封组件的长度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,所述密封组件还包括转动支座,所述转动支座固定在所述机壳上,所述固定部件可转动地设在所述转动支座上以使所述密封组件可转动至收纳在所述容纳槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,还包括角度定位组件,所述角度定位组件分别与所述转动支座和所述固定部件配合、以在所述固定部件转动至设定角度时将所述固定部件定位在当前角度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,所述角度定位组件包括定位凸起和多个定位凹槽,所述定位凸起设在所述固定部件上,所述多个定位凹槽设在所述转动支座上且排布成圆环形,所述固定部件转动时所述定位凸起可与多个定位凹槽切换配合,所述定位凸起与其中一个定位凹槽配合时以定位所述固定部件。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,所述固定部件包括两个间隔设置的配合凸起,每个所述配合凸起分别与所述转动支座转动配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,还包括滑动定位组件,所述滑动定位组件设在所述固定部件上且与所述滑动块配合、以将所述滑动块定位在当前位置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,所述固定部件内设有滑动腔,所述滑动块的至少一部分伸入到所述滑动腔内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,所述滑动定位组件为旋转件,所述旋转件可旋转地穿设在固定部件且与所述固定部件螺纹配合,所述旋转件转动以调整所述旋转件伸入到所述滑动腔内的部分的长度,所述旋转件可止抵在所述滑动块上以定位所述滑动块。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,所述固定部件上设有与所述滑动腔连通的避让孔,所述滑动定位组件包括弹性扣位和多个配合扣位,所述多个配合扣位沿所述滑动块的移动方向间隔设在所述滑动块的外周壁上,所述弹性扣位可变形地设在所述避让孔的内周壁上以与至少一个所述配合扣位斜面配合或者脱离,所述滑动定位组件被构造成在所述弹性扣位与所述配合扣位斜面配合时所述滑动件可沿远离所述固定部件的方向移动、在所述弹性扣位与所述配合扣位脱离时所述滑动件可沿朝向所述固定部件的方向移动。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,所述滑动腔的内壁上设有滑动凸筋,所述滑动块的外壁上设有与所述滑动凸筋配合的滑动槽。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,每个所述第二连接部件包括插入部,每个所述第二连接部件和所述滑动块均设有插入腔室,每个所述插入部可插拔地与所述插入腔室配合。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,所述插入部和所述插入腔室的内壁的其中一个设有第一弹性凸起,所述插入部和所述插入腔室的内周壁的另一个设有第一凹槽,所述第一弹性凸起可伸入到所述第一凹槽内。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,所述第一弹性凸起设在所述插入腔室内,在所述第二连接部件的插拔方向上,所述第一弹性凸起具有相对的两个导向斜面,两个所述导向斜面的第一端固定在所述插入腔室的内壁上,两个所述导向斜面的第二端朝向彼此倾斜延伸。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,还包括密封端盖,所述密封端盖用于密封离所述固定部件最远的所述插入腔室的开口端。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,所述密封组件的顶壁设有密封海绵,所述窗户止抵在所述密封海绵上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接部件和每个所述第二连接部件上设有用于容纳所述密封海绵的第二凹槽。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,所述密封组件还包括:密封配合件,所述密封配合件与所述固定部件相连,所述固定部件可转动至伸出所述容纳槽以使得所述密封配合件以止抵在所述窗口的内壁上。
  18. 根据权利要求4所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,所述定位凸起为多个,多个所述定位凸起排布成环形,多个所述定位凸起与多个所述定位凹槽一一对应配合。
  19. 根据权利要求2所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,所述固定部件上设有枢转轴,所述转动支座上设有枢转孔,所述枢转轴与所述枢转孔转动配合。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,所述转动支座包括相对设置的配合板,每个所述配合板的朝向彼此的端面设有凸起部,每个所述凸起部上设有所述枢转孔和所述多个定位凹槽。
  21. 根据权利要求5所述的窗式空调器的密封组件,其特征在于,所述转动支座上设有固定孔,所述固定孔位于两个配合凸起之间,通过穿过所述固定孔的固定件将所述转动支座固定在所述机壳上。
  22. 一种窗式空调器,所述窗式空调器支撑在墙体的窗口上,所述窗口内设有可移动的窗户,其特征在于,所述窗式空调器包括:
    机壳,所述机壳设有容纳槽,所述窗户的至少一部分可伸入到所述容纳槽内;
    密封组件,所述密封组件为根据权利要求1-16中任一项所述的密封组件,所述密封组件分别与窗户和所述窗口接触。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的窗式空调器,其特征在于,所述机壳包括:
    底盘;
    后箱体,所述后箱体固定在所述底盘上,所述后箱体内容纳有室外换热器;
    前箱体,所述前箱体固定在所述底盘上,所述前箱体与所述后箱体前后间隔设置以限定出所述容纳槽。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的窗式空调器,其特征在于,所述机壳还包括中间隔板,所述中间隔板固定在所述底盘上且位于所述容纳槽内,所述中间隔板的前后两端分别与所述后箱体和所述前箱体配合。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的窗式空调器,其特征在于,所述密封组件包括转动支座,所述固定部件可转动地设在所述转动支座上以使所述密封组件可转动至收纳在所述容纳槽内;

  26. 根据权利要求23所述的窗式空调器,其特征在于,所述后箱体包括后箱体座和后箱体盖,所述后箱体座的顶部敞开且固定在所述底盘上,所述后箱体盖外罩在所述后箱体座的顶部。
  27. 根据权利要求23-26中任一项所述的窗式空调器,其特征在于,所述底盘为一体成型件,所述后箱体在所述底盘上的位置固定,所述前箱体在所述底盘上的位置固定。
  28. 根据权利要求26所述的窗式空调器,其特征在于,所述后箱体座的顶壁的一部分设有支撑板,所述后箱体座的顶壁的另一部分为支撑台阶面,所述后箱体盖外罩在所述支 撑板的外侧且所述后箱体盖的下端支撑在所述支撑台阶面上。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的窗式空调器,其特征在于,所述支撑板上设有多个间隔设置的支撑凸台,每个所述支撑凸台止抵在所述后箱体盖的内周壁上。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的窗式空调器,其特征在于,所述支撑台阶面上设有扣位孔,所述后箱体盖的下端设有卡扣伸入部,所述卡扣伸入部伸入到所述扣位孔内。
