背景技术
目前,一副蓝牙耳机的两个耳机之间的信息同步技术主要包括蓝牙技术和磁场耦合技术。但是,蓝牙技术所使用的频率过高,而人体对高频信号的衰减较大,因此,使用蓝牙技术时需要使用较大的发射功率,以便信号“绕着”人脑进行传输,其通信功耗过大。磁场耦合技术需要定向性好的磁芯,这种磁芯的体积一般比较大,会和无线耳机的小型化的设计需求发生冲突。
耳机与充电盒之间的信息同步技术主要包括电力线载波通讯技术和串口通信技术。类似地,电力线载波通讯技术的电路设计过于复杂,并且需要额外的电路芯片。串口通信技术会降低电路连接的可靠性,进而降低了通信质量。此外,电力线载波通信技术和串口通讯技术都需要物理触点,会降低耳机与充电盒之间的连接的可靠性。
因此,本领域急需一种体积小、通信功耗低、结构简单且通信质量和连接可靠性高的耳机或充电盒。
发明内容
提供了一种传输信息的方法、通信装置、便携式设备和通信系统,不仅能够在降低便携式设备(例如耳机或充电盒)的通信功耗的基础上,提高通信质量和连接可靠性,而且,能够减小所述便携式设备的体积,简化结构,进而提升用户体验。
第一方面,提供了一种传输信息的方法,应用于便携式设备;所述方法包括:通过设置于所述便携式设备上的第一耦合电极和对端的第二耦合电极,以电场耦合的方式接收和/或发送信息。
本申请实施例中,针对便携式设备(例如耳机或充电盒)的通信方式,通过在便携式设备中内置第一耦合电极,使得所述便携式设备可以通过所述第一耦合电极和对端的第二耦合电极,以电场耦合的方式进行通信。
由于人体对电场的衰减较小,且通过两个耦合电极就可以实现采用电场耦合的方式进行通信,因此,这种通信方式不仅能够在降低所述便携式设备的通信功耗的基础上,提高通信质量,而且能够减小所述便携式设备的体积,简化结构,进而提升用户体验。
此外,由于人体主要成分为水,是一种高介电常数的介质;所述第一耦合电极和所述第二耦合电极均贴着人体皮肤时,相当于所述第一耦合电极和所述第二耦合电极形成的耦合电容之间插入介电常数非常大的介质,能够进一步提高所述便携式设备的通信质量。
而且,通过电场耦合的方式进行通信,能够避免为所述便携式设备设置物理触点,能够增加所述便携式设备的连接可靠性。例如耳机或充电盒之间的连接可靠性。

下面将结合图1至图17,详细介绍本申请实施例的传输信息的方法、通信装置、便携式设备和通信系统。
需要说明的是,为便于说明,在本申请的实施例中,相同的附图标记表示相同的部件,并且为了简洁,在不同实施例中,省略对相同部件的详细说明。应理解,附图示出的本申请实施例中的各种部件的厚度、长宽等尺寸,以及耳机和充电盒的厚度、长宽等尺寸仅为示例性说明,而不应对本申请构成任何限定。

以通过所述第一耦合电极和所述第二耦合电极发送调制信号为例,所述便携式设备的发射电路可以在获取基带信号后,基于所述基带信号生成调制信号,并向所述第一耦合电极注入所述调制信号,由此可以通过所述第一耦合电极向所述第二耦合电极发送所述调制信号。
具体地,所述便携式设备将所述调制信号输入到所述第一耦合电极后, 会引起所述第一耦合电极的周围电场发生变化。由于所述第一耦合电极和所述第二耦合电极的距离较近,会使得所述第二耦合电极的周围电场也发生变化。因此,所述对端可以通过所述第二耦合电极感应所述第二电极的周围电场的变化,进而接收所述便携式设备发送的调制信号。或者说,所述第一耦合电极和所述第二耦合电极形成耦合电容,所述便携式设备将所述调制信号输入到所述第一耦合电极后,所述耦合电容的周围电场会发生变化,所述对端可以通过所述第二耦合电极感应所述耦合电容的周围电场的变化,生成交流信号。其中,所述交流信号可以用于传递信号或能量。例如,所述交流信号可以用于传输所述调制信号。

换句话说,所述第一耦合电极和所述第二耦合电极均与人体皮肤接触时,相当于所述第一耦合电极等效强耦合所述第二耦合电极,能够有效降低通信打码频率。例如,所述第一耦合电极和所述第二耦合电极不与人体皮肤接触时,其工作频率需要位于1-10Mhz之间,所述第一耦合电极和所述第二耦合电极与人体皮肤接触时,其工作频率可以为KHz级别的频率。
基于这个原理,本申请实施例中,所述第一耳机和所述第二耳机采用电场耦合的方式进行通信时,不仅对所述第一耦合电极和所述第二耦合电极的要求较低,而且还能够对所述第一耳机和所述第二耳机是否由一个人佩戴进行检测。具体地,所述第一耳机和所述第二耳机之间信息交互失败时,确定所述第一耳机和所述第二耳机不是由一个人佩戴,此时可以控制所述第一耳机和所述第二耳机分别独立上传语音信息,进而实现多方通信。进一步地,通过所述第一耳机和所述第二耳机独立上传语音信息,可以有效保护使用者的隐私。
应理解,本申请实施例中的一副耳机可以是包括用于左耳佩戴的耳机和用于右耳佩戴的耳机,即左耳机和右耳机。所述左耳机和所述右耳机可以通过配对的方式组成一副耳机。例如,所述一副耳机可以为头戴式耳机时,所述第一耳机和所述第二耳机可以分别为所述头戴式耳机的两个耳罩所在的部分。又例如,所一副耳机为挂耳式耳机时,所述第一耳机和所述第二耳机分别为所述挂耳式耳机的挂在两只耳朵上的部分。又例如,所述一副耳机为半入耳式耳机或者全入耳式耳机时,所述第一耳机和所述第二耳机分别为塞入两只耳朵的部分。
还应理解,本申请实施例的所述一副耳机的两个耳机可以是物理上分开的左耳机和右耳机,也可以是物理上相连接的左耳机和右耳机,本申请实施例对此不做具体限定。
以所述方法100应用于充电盒为例,例如第三耳机的充电盒。所述充电盒可以通过所述第一耦合电极和所述第二耦合电极,以电场耦合的方式向对端发送信息。例如,所述充电盒可以通过所述第一耦合电极和所述第二耦合 电极,以电场耦合的方式向所述对端发送所述第一耳机的以下信息中的至少一项:
状态信息、电池信息以及语音信息;
其中,所述语音信息为所述充电盒从与所述充电盒连接的终端设备获取的信息。所述充电盒的状态信息可以用于表示所述充电盒的是否处于可充电充电,例如,所述充电盒是否剩余有用于容纳所述第三耳机的槽或孔。所述电池信息可以包括所述充电盒的电池的参数信息以及所述充电盒的电池的电量信息。
所述方法100应用于所述充电盒时,所述对端可以为所述第三耳机,也可以是能够使用所述充电盒进行充电的其它电子设备。
上文结合图1对本申请实施例的便携式设备传输信息的方法进行了说明,下面结合图2至图6对本申请实施例的通信装置和包括所述通信装置的电子设备进行说明。
图2是本申请实施例的通信装置210的示意性框图。
如图2所示,所述通信装置210可以包括第一发射电路201、第一接收电路202以及第一耦合电极203,所述第一发射电路201和所述第一接收电路202分别与所述第一耦合电极相连。其中,所述第一发射电路201用于通过所述第一耦合电极203和对端的第二耦合电极,以电场耦合的方式向所述对端发送信息,所述第一接收电路202用于通过所述第一耦合电极203和所述第二耦合电极,以电场耦合的方式接收所述对端发送的信息。
具体地,所述第一发射电路201可以用于获取基带信号;然后基于所述基带信号生成调制信号;最后通过所述第一耦合电极203和所述第二耦合电极,以电场耦合的方式,向所述对端发送所述调制信号。
可选地,所述调制信号的调制度和/或信号强度,与所述第一耦合电极203和所述第二耦合电极相关。
可选地,所述第一耦合电极203在第一平面的投影面积与所述第二耦合电极在所述第一平面上的投影面积之差小于或等于预设阈值,所述第一平面平行于所述第一耦合电极203所在的平面或所述第二耦合电极所在的平面。

下面对将所述通信组行至210应用于所述第一耳机和所述充电盒的具体实现方式进行详细说明。
所述通信装置210应用于所述第一耳机时,所述第一耦合电极203可以设置在所述第一耳机的任一位置,或者所述第一耳机的某一器件可以用作所述第一耦合电极203。
图3和图4是本申请实施例的包括图2所示的通信装置210的第一耳机200的示意性结构图。如图3和图4所示,所述第一耳机200可以包括所述通信装置210、耳机的耳塞220以及耳机的杆部230。其中,所述通信装置可以包括第一发射电路201、第一接收电路202以及第一耦合电极203。
如图3所示,所述第一耦合电极203可以设置于所述第一耳机200的杆部230。例如,所述第一耦合电极203可以设置于所述第一耳机200的杆部230的靠近所述第一耳机的耳塞220的第一侧壁,或者,所述第一耦合电极203设置于与所述第一侧壁相对的侧壁。以所述第一耦合电极203设置在所 述第一侧壁为例,所述第一耦合电极203可以设置在所述杆部230的第一侧壁的内部,也可以设置在所述第一侧壁的外部,甚至所述第一耦合电极203可以是所述第一侧壁的一部分。例如,所述第一侧壁的部分导电侧壁可以用作所述通信装置210的所述第一耦合电极203,以减少空间开销,进而能够减小所述第一耳机200的体积。
如图4所示,所述第一耦合电极可以设置于所述第一耳机200的耳塞220内。所述第一耦合电极203可以为所述第一耳机200的扬声器221的导电外壳。换句话说,所述第一耳机200的耳塞220内的扬声器221的导电外壳可以用作所述第一耦合电极203。由于扬声器221的磁铁不会对用于通信的电场造成影响,因此,这种实现方式不仅能够保证所述第一耳机200的通信质量,而且不需要额外制作所述第一耳机200的发射电极,能够有效减少空间开销,进而能够减小所述第一耳机200的体积。
应理解,图3和图4仅为本申请实施例的一种示例,不应理解为对本申请实施例的限制。
例如,在其他可替代实施例中,可以通过其它实现方式将所述通信装置210设置于所述第一耳机200的内部。例如,所述第一耳机200的耳塞230的内部可以单独设置有所述第一耦合电极203。又例如,所述第一耦合电极203可以设置在所述第一耳机的耳塞的后壳以及前置外壳等任一部件。又例如,所述第一耳机的耳塞的后壳以及前置外壳等任一部件的一部分可以用作所述第一耦合电极203。
所述通信装置210应用于充电盒时,所述第一耦合电极203可以设置在所述充电盒的任一位置,或者所述充电盒的某一器件可以用作所述第一耦合电极203。
图5和图6是本申请实施例的包括图2所示的通信装置210的充电盒300的示意性结构图。所述充电盒300可以是第三耳机的充电盒。如图5和图6所示,所述充电盒300设置有用于容纳所述第三耳机的槽或孔320,所述槽或孔320的形状可以为所述第三耳机的形状。所述第一耦合电极203设置于所述槽或孔320的侧壁。如图5所示,所述第一耦合电极203可以设置在所述槽或孔320的靠近所述第三耳机的杆部的侧壁。如图6所示,所述第一耦合电极203也可以设置在所述槽或孔320的靠近所述第三耳机的耳塞的侧壁。
应理解,图5和图6仅为本申请实施例的一种示例,不应理解为对本申请实施例的限制。
例如,在其他可替代实施例中,所述充电盒300的槽或孔320的形状可以是其它通用形状,又例如,所述充电盒300的槽或孔320的侧壁的一部分为导电材料时,可以将所述槽或孔320的侧壁一部分用作所述第一耦合电极203。
上文结合图2至图6对本申请实施例的包括所述通信装置210的第一耳机200和充电盒300进行了说明。下面结合图7至图17对本申请实施例的通信系统进行详细描述。所述通信系统可以是所述方法100或者装置200适用的系统。所述通信系统可以包括多个电子设备,例如便携式设备。所述通信系统中的电子设备可以配置有如图2所述的通信装置200,以便所述多个电子设备可以采用如图1所示的方法100进行通信。换句话说,所述通信系统可以包括采用如图1所述方法100的多个电子设备或者配置有如图2所示的通信装置210的多个电子设备。
图7是本申请实施例的通信系统400的示意图。
如图7所示,所述通信系统400可以包括第一发射电路201、第一耦合电极203以及第二接收电路302。所述第一耦合电极203与所述第一发射电路201连接。所述第二接收电路302与所述第二耦合电极303相连。其中,所述第一发射电路201用于通过所述第一耦合电极203和所述第二耦合电极303,以电场耦合的方式向所述第二接收电路302发送信息。
可选地,如图7所示,所述通信系统400还可以包括第一接收电路202和第二发射电路301。所述第一接收电路202与所述第一耦合电极203相连。所述第二发射电路301与所述第二耦合电极303相连。其中,所述第一接收电路202用于通过所述第一耦合电极203和所述第二耦合电极303,以电场耦合的方式接收所述第二发射电路301发送的信息。
具体地,所述第一发射电路201可以用于获取基带信号;然后基于所述基带信号生成调制信号;再通过所述第一耦合电极203和所述第二耦合电极303,以电场耦合的方式,向所述第二接收电路302发送所述调制信号。
可选地,所述调制信号的调制度和/或信号强度,与所述第一耦合电极203和所述第二耦合电极303相关。

下面对所述通信系统400的具体实现方式进行详细说明。
图8至图11是本申请实施例可适用的由一副耳机形成的通信系统。
如图8所示,所述第一耦合电极203可以设置于左耳机的杆部的靠近耳塞的侧壁,所述第二耦合电极303可以设置于右耳机的杆部的靠近耳塞的侧壁。所述第一耦合电极203和所述第二耦合电极303对称设置。所述左耳机和所述右耳机之间可以通过所述第一耦合电极203和所述第二耦合电极303,以电场耦合的方式进行通信。这种设计方式不仅能够有效降低耳机的生产难度、而且利于电场耦合通信。
如图9所示,在使用所述左耳机和所述右耳机过程中,所述第一耦合电极203和所述第二耦合电极303相对人体的头部410对称设置,所述第一耦合电极203和所述第二耦合电极303之间形成电场耦合路径420,并通过所述电场耦合路径420进行通信。
如图10所示,所述第一耦合电极203可以设置于左耳机的耳塞的内部,所述第二耦合电极303可以设置于右耳机的耳塞的内部。所述第一耦合电极203和所述第二耦合电极303对称设置。所述左耳机和所述右耳机之间可以通过所述第一耦合电极203和所述第二耦合电极303,以电场耦合的方式进行通信。这种设计方式不仅能够有效降低耳机的生产难度、而且利于节省空间开销,进而减小耳机的体积。
如图11所示,在使用所述左耳机和所述右耳机过程中,所述第一耦合电极203和所述第二耦合电极303相对人体的头部410对称设置,所述第一耦合电极203和所述第二耦合电极303之间形成电场耦合路径420,并通过所述电场耦合路径420进行通信。
图12至图17是本申请实施例可适用的由耳机和耳机的充电盒组成的通信系统。
如图12所示,所述第一耦合电极203可以设置于右耳机的杆部的侧壁,所述第二耦合电极303可以设置于充电盒的用于容纳右耳机的结构的靠近所述右耳机的杆部的侧壁。所述第一耦合电极203正对所述第二耦合电极303设置。所述充电盒和所述右耳机之间可以通过所述第一耦合电极203和所述第二耦合电极303,以电场耦合的方式进行通信。这种设计方式不仅能够有效降低耳机和充电盒的生产难度、而且利于电场耦合通信。
如图13所示,所述充电盒还可以通过线缆430(例如USB线缆)与计算机设备440相连,所述充电盒可以从所述计算机设备440获取语音信息, 并通过所述第一耦合电极203和所述第二耦合电极303,以电场耦合的方式发送至上所述右耳机。
如图14所示,所述第一耦合电极203可以分别设置于右耳机的杆部的侧壁和所述右耳机的杆部的侧壁,用于为所述左耳机和所述右耳机充电的充电盒可以分别为所述左耳机和所述右耳机设置一个第二耦合电极303。
如图15所示,所述第一耦合电极203可以设置于左耳机的耳塞的内部,所述第二耦合电极303可以设置于充电盒的用于容纳所述左耳机的结构的靠近所述左耳机的耳塞的侧壁。所述第一耦合电极203正对所述左耳机的耳塞设置。所述充电盒和所述左耳机之间可以通过所述第一耦合电极203和所述第二耦合电极303,以电场耦合的方式进行通信。这种设计方式不仅能够有效降低耳机的生产难度、而且利于节省空间开销,进而减小耳机的体积。
如图16所示,所述充电盒还可以通过线缆430(例如USB线缆)与计算机设备440相连,所述充电盒可以从所述计算机设备440获取语音信息,并通过所述第一耦合电极203和所述第二耦合电极303,以电场耦合的方式发送至上所述左耳机。
如图17所示,所述第一耦合电极203可以设置于右耳机的杆部,所述第二耦合电极303可以设置于充电盒的用于容纳所述右耳机的结构的远离所述右耳机的耳塞的侧壁。这种实现方式适特别用于通过容纳所述右耳机的杆部进行充电的充电盒。
如图18所示,右耳机的扬声器的外壳用作所述第一耦合电极203时,所述第二耦合电极303可以设置于充电盒的的用于容纳右耳机的结构的靠近所述右耳机的耳塞的任一平面上,且所述第一耦合电极203正对所述第二耦合电极303设置。
应理解,图8至图18仅为所述通信系统400的示例性描述,不应理解为对本申请实施例的限制。
例如,所述通信系统400还可以用于电子手表和充电盒之间的通信。
又例如,所述通信系统400可以是充电盒和充电盒之间的通信。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及电路,能够以电子硬件、或者计算机软件和电子硬件的结合来实现。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来 实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本申请的范围。

  1. 一种传输信息的方法,其特征在于,应用于便携式设备;
    所述方法包括:
    通过设置于所述便携式设备上的第一耦合电极和对端的第二耦合电极,以电场耦合的方式接收和/或发送信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于一副无线耳机中的第一耳机,所述第一耦合电极设置于所述第一耳机的杆部,或者,所述第一耦合电极为所述第一耳机的扬声器的导电外壳。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一耦合电极设置于所述第一耳机的杆部的靠近所述第一耳机的耳塞的第一侧壁,或者,所述第一耦合电极设置于与所述第一侧壁相对的侧壁。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过设置于所述便携式设备上的第一耦合电极和对端的第二耦合电极,以电场耦合的方式接收和/或发送信息,包括:
    通过所述第一耦合电极和所述第二耦合电极,以电场耦合的方式向所述对端发送所述第一耳机的以下信息中的至少一项:
    状态信息、电池信息、配对信息以及语音信息。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    确定所述一副无线耳机是否由同一个用户佩戴;
    所述一副无线耳机不是由同一个用户佩戴时,控制所述第一耳机独立上传语音信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述一副耳机是否由同一个用户佩戴,包括:
    接收所述对端发送的信息失败时,确定所述一副耳机不是由同一个人佩戴。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于充电盒,所述充电盒设置有用于容纳所述对端的槽或孔,所述第一耦合电极设置于所述槽或孔的侧壁。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过设置于所述便携式设备上的第一耦合电极和对端的第二耦合电极,以电场耦合的方式接收和 /或发送信息,包括:
    通过所述第一耦合电极和所述第二耦合电极,以电场耦合的方式向所述对端发送所述充电盒的以下信息中的至少一项:
    状态信息、电池信息以及语音信息;
    其中,所述语音信息为所述充电盒从与所述充电盒连接的终端设备获取的信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一耦合电极在第一平面的投影面积与所述第二耦合电极在所述第一平面上的投影面积之差小于或等于预设阈值,所述第一平面平行于所述第一耦合电极所在的平面或所述第二耦合电极所在的平面。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一耦合电极正对所述第二耦合电极设置。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过设置于所述便携式设备上的第一耦合电极和对端的第二耦合电极,以电场耦合的方式接收和/或发送信息,包括:
    获取基带信号;
    基于所述基带信号生成调制信号;
    通过所述第一耦合电极和所述第二耦合电极,以电场耦合的方式,接收和/或发送所述调制信号;
    其中,所述调制信号的调制度和/或信号强度,与所述第一耦合电极和所述第二耦合电极相关。
  12. 一种通信装置,其特征在于,应用于便携式设备,
    所述通信装置包括:
    第一耦合电极;
    第一发射电路和第一接收电路,分别与所述第一耦合电极相连;
    其中,所述第一发射电路用于通过所述第一耦合电极和对端的第二耦合电极,以电场耦合的方式向所述对端发送信息,所述第一接收电路用于通过所述第一耦合电极和所述第二耦合电极,以电场耦合的方式接收所述对端发送的信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述通信装置应用于一副无线耳机中的第一耳机,所述第一耦合电极设置于所述第一耳机的杆 部,或者,所述第一耦合电极为所述第一耳机的扬声器的导电外壳。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述第一耦合电极设置于所述第一耳机的杆部的靠近所述第一耳机的耳塞的第一侧壁,或者,所述第一耦合电极设置于与所述第一侧壁相对的侧壁。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述第一发射电路发送的信息包括所述第一耳机的以下信息中的至少一项:
    状态信息、电池信息、配对信息以及语音信息。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述通信装置还包括:
    处理单元,所述处理单元用于;
    确定所述一副无线耳机是否由同一个用户佩戴;
    所述一副无线耳机不是由同一个用户佩戴时,控制所述第一耳机独立上传语音信息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于:
    接收所述对端发送的信息失败时,确定所述一副耳机不是由同一个人佩戴。
  18. 根据权利要求12所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述通信装置应用于充电盒,所述充电盒设置有用于容纳所述对端的槽或孔,所述第一耦合电极设置于所述槽或孔的侧壁。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述第一发射电路发送的信息包括所述充电盒的以下信息中的至少一项:
    状态信息、电池信息以及语音信息;
    其中,所述语音信息为所述充电盒从与所述充电盒连接的终端设备获取的信息。
  20. 根据权利要求12至19中任一项所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述第一耦合电极在第一平面的投影面积与所述第二耦合电极在所述第一平面上的投影面积之差小于或等于预设阈值,所述第一平面平行于所述第一耦合电极所在的平面或所述第二耦合电极所在的平面。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述第一耦合电极正对所述第二耦合电极设置。
  22. 根据权利要求12至21中任一项所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述第一发射电路用于:
    获取基带信号;

  24. 一种通信系统,其特征在于,所述通信系统应用于便携式设备;
    所述通信系统包括:
    权利要求12至22中任一项所述的通信装置和所述通信装置的对端。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的通信系统,其特征在于,所述通信装置应用于一副耳机中的第一耳机,所述对端为所述一副耳机中的第二耳机;或者,所述通信装置应用于第三耳机,所述对端为所述第三耳机的充电盒;或者,所述通信装置应用于第四耳机的充电盒,所述对端为所述第四耳机。
