具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1:一种儿童折叠床的锁定机构,如图1所示,包括底杆1、立杆支座2和控制座3,底杆1的两端分别枢接于立杆支座2和控制座3上。
在底杆1上套设有一滑移件4,滑移件4可于底杆1上滑移,结合附图2,在滑移件4上设置有与底杆1垂直设置的支撑脚43。
滑移件4与立柱支座和控制座3间分别连接有一第一连杆41和第二连杆42,第一连杆41的两端分别与滑移件4和立柱支座枢接,第二连杆42的两端分别与滑移件4和控制座3枢接。
其中,第一连杆41和第二连杆42连接于滑移件4的同一位置上。
如图1和图3所示,底杆1上转动连接有一卡扣件5,卡扣件5通过一销轴51与底杆1连接,销轴51贯穿底杆1的上下端。卡扣件5朝向滑移件4的一侧设置有朝向底杆1端面设置的卡勾52,如图2和图3所示,远离滑移件4的一侧于底杆1端面翘起形成避让空间,使得卡扣件5可以在底杆1上转动。
在避让空间内安装有锁定弹簧作为施力件6,卡扣件5翘起的顶端端面 为限位板53,锁定弹簧的两端分别低设在底杆1侧面和限位板53上。锁定弹簧的弹性力作用在卡扣件5上,在卡扣件5的卡勾52上产生向底杆1压设的作用力。
在卡扣件5远离滑移件4的一侧设置有挡板54,挡板54围住避让空间将锁定弹簧定位在避让空间内。
参照图2,滑移件4上设置有与卡勾52配合的卡接凸起44,卡接凸起44朝向卡扣件5的一侧为导向弧面441。
如图4和图5所示,在控制座3呈中空设置,其内设置有可上下移动的同步座7,同步座7的侧壁上设置有多个齿条71。在底杆1与控制座3连接的一端设置有同步齿轮11,同步齿轮11插设于底杆1的端面并通过螺栓固定。同步齿轮11与齿条71啮合,通过啮合使得在折叠过程中带动同步座7做升降动作。
如图4所示,在同步座7的顶部安装有顶盖8,顶盖8上转动连接有解锁件9,解锁件9呈长条形板状,转动连接点位于解锁件9的中间位置,在解锁件9的两端均设置有连接孔91,结合附图1所示,连接孔91上安装有拉绳10,拉绳10另一端连接于卡扣件5的限位板53上。其中,参照图2,限位板53两侧呈镂空设置供拉绳10连接。
如图4所示,解锁件9上安装有可以带动解锁件9转动的提手92,提手92与解锁件9间通过一连接结构连接。
参照图6,在顶盖8上设置有圆孔81,解锁件9上设置有圆筒转轴与圆孔81配合。
连接结构包括连接件94和限位件93,解锁件9内设有方形孔,限位件93和解锁件9分别设于顶盖8的两侧,限位件93插设于方形孔上并与解锁件9卡接实现在顶盖8上安装。
在限位件93内也设置有方形孔,连接件94呈长条形且至下而上依次穿 过限位件93和解锁件9与提手92枢接,在连接件94的两侧壁上均设置有限位凸起941与限位件93远离解锁件9的一端抵接。
其中,连接件94两侧贯穿形成中空结构,限位凸起941远离与提手92枢接的一侧呈倾斜设置,通过中空和倾斜设置结构,使得限位件93可以从解锁件9方向直接插设到限位件93中,通过中空产生的弹性以及倾斜产生的导向,完成限位件93与连接件94间的卡接。
展开时,滑移件4从立杆支座2方向向控制座3方向滑移,当完全展开时,滑移件4卡入到卡扣件5中,此时滑移件4的滑移被锁定,其无法再滑移,保持底杆1水平状态。
需要折叠时,通过提手92转动解锁件9,解锁件9转动拉动拉绳10,提过拉绳10的拉力拉动卡扣件5克服锁定弹簧的弹性力转动,此时滑移件4的限位状态接触,在向上提提手92时,在齿轮齿条71啮合的作用下,底杆1发生转动,从而带动滑移件4朝向立杆支座2方向滑移。
实施例2:如图7所示,与实施例1的不同之处在于,本实施例中施力件6为扭簧,扭簧套设在销轴51上,且扭簧的两扭转臂分别固定连接在底杆1和卡扣件5上。
实施例3:一种儿童折叠床,如图8所示,包括侧杆101、长横杆102、以及实施例1或实施例2中的锁定机构。
长横杆102短横杆103均设置为四个、拼构成长方形框架结构,其中,两长横杆102为一组、两短横杆103为一组构成儿童折叠床框架的长边和短边,两长横杆102间设置有第一中间盖104,两长横杆102的一端分别枢接在第一中间盖104的两侧,两短横杆103间设置有第二中间盖105,两短横杆103的一端分别枢接在第二中间盖105的两侧。
锁定机构的控制座3上设置四个立杆支座2,侧杆101也设置为四个、并分别插设在四个立杆支座2上。长横杆102组的两端分别与两侧杆101顶部枢接,短横杆103组的两端分别与两侧杆101顶部枢接形成稳定的框架结 构。
在立杆的顶部均设置有保护盖106。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种儿童折叠床的锁定机构,包括底杆(1)、以及分别枢接于底杆(1)两端的立杆支座(2)和控制座(3),其特征是:还包括套设在底杆(1)上的滑移件(4)、设于底杆(1)上受一作用力卡住滑移件(4)的卡扣件(5)、产生所述作用力的施力件(6)、两端分别与立杆支座(2)和滑移件(4)枢接的第一连杆(41)、两端分别与控制座(3)和滑移件(4)枢接的第二连杆(42)、以及设于控制座(3)上并与卡扣件(5)连接用于克服所述作用力的解锁件(9)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童折叠床的锁定机构,其特征是:所述卡扣件(5)转动连接于底杆(1)上,所述施力件(6)包括设于卡扣件(5)上的限位板(53)和两端分别抵设于限位板(53)和底杆(1)上的锁定弹簧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童折叠床的锁定机构,其特征是:所述卡扣件(5)转动连接于底杆(1)上,所述施力件(6)为两扭转臂分别连接于底杆(1)和卡扣件(5)上的扭簧。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的儿童折叠床的锁定机构,其特征是:所述卡扣件(5)上设置有卡勾(52),所述滑移件(4)上设置有与卡勾(52)配合的卡接凸起(44),所述卡接凸起(44)朝向卡扣件(5)的一侧为导向弧面(441)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童折叠床的锁定机构,其特征是:所述解锁件(9)转动连接于控制座(3)上,所述控制座(3)卡扣件(5)间连接有拉绳(10),所述拉绳(10)一端连接于解锁件(9)远离转动轴心的一端。
  6. 根据权利要求1或5所述的儿童折叠床的锁定机构,其特征是:所述控制座(3)内设置有可上下移动且表面分布有多个齿条(71)的同步座(7),所述解锁件(9)转动连接于同步座(7)上,所述底杆(1)端部设置有与齿条(71)啮合的同步齿轮(11)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的儿童折叠床的锁定机构,其特征是:所述解锁件(9)沿竖直方向转动连接于同步座(7)顶部,所述解锁件(9)上固定安装有提手(92)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的儿童折叠床的锁定机构,其特征是:所述同步座(7)的顶部设置有顶盖(8),所述提手(92)与解锁件(9)间通过一连接结构转动连接于顶盖(8)上;所述连接结构包括连接件(94)和限位件(93),所述限位件(93)和解锁件(9)间卡扣连接且分别设于顶盖(8)的两侧,所述连接件(94)至下而上依次穿过限位件(93)和解锁件(9)与提手(92)枢接、且连接件(94)的侧壁上设置有限位凸起(941)与限位件(93)远离解锁件(9)的一端抵接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童折叠床的锁定机构,其特征是:所述滑移件(4)上设置有支撑脚(43)。
  10. 一种儿童折叠床,其特征是:包括有权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的锁定机构。
