Abstract

本发明公开一种基于柔性屏应用的抽拉式展缩机构,包括结构主体,所述结构主体包括底座及设置于所述底座上的实现抽拉的活动块,所述活动块设有一内嵌的固定座,所述活动块上覆盖设置一柔性屏,所述底座上还设有齿轮轴、连接轴及实现连接定位的底部连接板。通过抽拉的方式带动柔性屏的展开与收缩,结构本身设计简单,满足柔性屏应用需求,不同于内折及外折打开方式,机构本身零配件相对较少,便于实现,在满足精度的同时,使用方便,造型美观。

基于柔性屏应用的抽拉式展缩机构 技术领域
本发明涉及柔性屏应用技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于柔性屏应用的抽拉式展缩机构。
背景技术
柔性屏幕,指的是柔性OLED。柔性屏幕的成功量产不仅重大利好于新一代高端智能手机的制造,也因其低功耗、可弯曲的特性对可穿戴式设备的应用带来深远的影响,未来柔性屏幕将随着个人智能终端的不断渗透而广泛应用。柔性屏手机是指采用可弯曲、柔韧性佳屏幕的手机,因为形似芒卷,又被称为卷芒手机。相较于传统屏幕,柔性屏幕优势明显,不仅在体积上更加轻薄,功耗上也低于原有器件,有助于提升设备的续航能力,同时基于其可弯曲、柔韧性佳的特性,其耐用程度也大大高于以往屏幕,降低设备意外损伤的概率。
要实现柔性屏折叠功能,除了屏幕本身之外,实现折叠的连接组件,即折弯处的连接轴设计亦是最大的技术难题。柔性屏的打开方式除了外折及内折外,还有多种方式,其中抽拉式的展开方式为其中之一,目前还没有专门的抽拉结构来实现。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种基于柔性屏应用的抽拉式展缩机构。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种基于柔性屏应用的抽拉式展缩机构,包括结构主体,所述结构主体包括底座及设置于所述底座上的实现抽拉的活动块,所述活动块设有一内嵌的固定座,所述活动块上覆盖设置一柔性屏,所述底座上还设有齿轮轴、连接轴及实现连接定位的底部连接板。
特别的,所述柔性屏与所述活动块上下包覆,通过抽拉回转实现展缩。
特别的,所述底座、固定座及活动块之间通过两侧的固定螺丝实现固定、连接及锁紧。
特别的,所述固定座一侧设有卡齿,所述卡齿与所述齿轮轴传动连接。
特别的,所述底部连接板一侧设有套筒,所述连接轴与所述套筒套置连接实现转动连接。
特别的,所述连接轴两端与所述底座固定处设有弹簧及定位稍,所述弹簧安置于所述定位稍上实现弹力并产生摩擦阻尼、扭力,在打开与闭合状态实现卡点作用。
特别的,所述连接轴包括第一连接轴及第二连接轴,且所述第一连接轴与第二连接轴的接头端分别设有连接头。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供的基于柔性屏应用的抽拉式展缩机构,通过抽拉的方式带动柔性屏的展开与收缩,结构本身设计简单,满足柔性屏应用需求,不同于内折及外折打开方式,机构本身零配件相对较少,便于实现,在满足精度的同时,使用方便,造型美观。

实施例1:
如图1-4所示,本实施例公开的一种基于柔性屏应用的抽拉式展缩机构,包括结构主体1,所述结构主体1包括底座2及设置于所述底座2上的实现抽拉的活动块3,所述活动块3设有一内嵌的固定座4,所述活动块3上覆盖设置一柔性屏5,所述底座2上还设有齿轮轴6、连接轴7及实现连接定位的底部连接板8。

上述实施例中,所述柔性屏5与所述活动块3上下包覆,通过抽拉回转实现展缩。所述底座2、固定座4及活动块3之间通过两侧的固定螺丝9实现固定、连接及锁紧。所述固定座4一侧设有卡齿41,所述卡齿41与所述齿轮轴6传动连接。所述底部连接板8一侧设有套筒81,所述连接轴7与所述套筒81套置连接实现转动连接。所述连接轴7两端与所述底座2固定处设有弹簧10及定位稍11,所述弹簧10安置于所述定位稍11上实现弹力并产生摩擦阻尼、扭力,在打开与闭合状态实现卡点作用。所述连接轴7包括第一连接轴71及第二连接轴72,且所述第一连接轴71与第二连接轴72的接头端分别设有连接头73。

本实施例提供的基于柔性屏应用的抽拉式展缩机构,通过抽拉的方式 带动柔性屏的展开与收缩,结构本身设计简单,满足柔性屏应用需求,不同于内折及外折打开方式,机构本身零配件相对较少,便于实现,在满足精度的同时,使用方便,造型美观。

  1. 一种基于柔性屏应用的抽拉式展缩机构,其特征在于:包括结构主体,所述结构主体包括底座及设置于所述底座上的实现抽拉的活动块,所述活动块设有一内嵌的固定座,所述活动块上覆盖设置一柔性屏,所述底座上还设有齿轮轴、连接轴及实现连接定位的底部连接板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于柔性屏应用的抽拉式展缩机构,其特征在于:
    所述柔性屏与所述活动块上下包覆,通过抽拉回转实现展缩。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于柔性屏应用的抽拉式展缩机构,其特征在于:
    所述底座、固定座及活动块之间通过两侧的固定螺丝实现固定、连接及锁紧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于柔性屏应用的抽拉式展缩机构,其特征在于:
    所述固定座一侧设有卡齿,所述卡齿与所述齿轮轴传动连接。
