但上述表带会给消费者的使用带来诸多的不便。比如由于两个子表带上卡扣孔分布位置的限制,使得表带会存在上个孔松,而下个孔紧的问题。另外,不同的消费者手腕大小不同,使得手表在佩戴时多余表带长度不同,降低了手表穿戴的舒适性和美观性;而且卡扣式表带穿戴不便,特别是消费者很难通过单手取摘手表,降低了消费者的穿戴体验。

具体地,所述铰杆组件3包括至少一组铰杆31,所述铰杆31包括相互铰接的第一铰杆311和第二铰杆312,所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312可以组成类似于X的形状,而且所述铰杆组件3包括多组所述铰杆31的情况下,多组所述铰杆31之间可以依次串联,以提高所述铰杆组件3拉伸和收缩的程度。另外,所述手表可以是传统的机械或者电子手表, 也可以是智能手表。
本申请实施例提供的所述手表通过所述铰杆组件3将所述表带2和所述表盘1连接,所述第一铰杆311和第二铰杆312相对转动时,可以灵活调整所述铰杆组件3的长度,而且所述紧固件4可以使所述铰杆组件3的长度可以固定在任意位置。使得所述手表的铰杆组件3和表带2可以进行连续伸展,进而适应不同用户手臂的佩戴要求。而且避免了传统手表的表带在佩戴时长短不一的问题,提高了手表的外观一致性,可以方便用户通过单手方便的取摘和佩戴手表。
可选地,所述手表还包括连接器5,所述第一铰杆311的端部通过所述连接器5与所述第二铰杆312的端部连接。
具体地,所述铰杆组件3包括多组所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312的情况下,多组所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312之间可以依次串联,以提高所述铰杆组件3拉伸和收缩的程度。而所述连接器5的设置可以保证相邻所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312在拉伸状态和收缩状态之间切换时的稳定性。比如图5中,所述铰杆组件3包括三组所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312,三组所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312之间通过所述连接器5依次串接。具体为,所述第一铰杆311的左端通过所述连接器5与相邻所述第二铰杆312的左端连接,所述第一铰杆311的右端通过所述连接器5与相邻所述第二铰杆312的右端连接。
可选地,参见图6,所述紧固件4包括第一磁性件41、第二磁性件42和铰轴32,所述第一磁性件41固定于所述铰轴32上,所述第二磁性件42活动设置于所述铰轴32上,所述铰轴32穿过所述第一铰杆311和第二铰杆312;
所述第二磁性件42在所述第一磁性件41的作用下与所述第一铰杆311或所述第二铰杆312相抵。
具体地,用户在拉动所述表带2时,所述第一铰杆311和第二铰杆312可以相对于所述铰轴32转动,进而起到调节所述铰杆组件3和表带2的 长度。而在手表佩戴好以后,所述表带2上没有了用户拉动的驱动力,此时所述第一铰杆311和第二铰杆312便会相对于所述铰轴32随意转动,无法保证所述手表使用时的佩戴稳定性。所述第二磁性件42和所述第一磁性件41之间会产生相互的电磁作用力,该电磁作用力可以是引力,也可以是排斥力,所述第二磁性件42在所述第一磁性件41的电磁作用下与所述第一铰杆311或所述第二铰杆312相抵,可以使得所述第一铰杆311和第二铰杆312相对于所述铰轴32保持不动,保证了所述铰杆组件3和表带2的整体长度,也就给用户的佩戴提供合适的表带长度,提高用户的佩戴舒适感。
可选地,参见图11和图12,所述第一磁性件41固定于所述铰轴32的一端,所述第二磁性件42设置于所述第一磁性件41和所述铰杆组件3之间;
所述第一磁性件41和所述第二磁性件42相互排斥。
具体地,所述第一磁性件41和所述第二磁性件42相互排斥的情况下,也就是所述第一磁性件41靠近所述第二磁性件42的一侧的极性与所述第二磁性件42靠近所述第一磁性件41的一侧的极性相同。由于所述第一磁性件41固定于所述铰轴32的一端,所述铰轴32的另一端可以具有轴帽,使得所述第二磁性件42和所述铰杆组件3夹设于所述第一磁性件41和上述轴帽之间,所述第二磁性件42在所述第一磁性件41的磁斥力作用下可以将所述第一铰杆311和第二铰杆312压紧,避免了所述第一铰杆311和第二铰杆312相对于所述铰轴32转动,保证了所述铰杆组件3和所述表带2的长度可以固定在任意位置。当用户用手拉动所述表带2时,用户施加给所述表带2的作用力传递至所述铰杆组件3,而在该作用力超过所述第二磁性件42对所述铰杆组件3的顶紧力时,所述铰杆组件3的第一铰杆311和第二铰杆312可以相对于所述铰轴32转动,实现了所述铰杆组件3和表带2整体长度的连续调节。
在另一种具体的实施方式中,所述第一磁性件41固定于所述铰轴32 的一端,所述第二磁性件42设置于所述铰杆组件3远离所述第一磁性件41的一侧;也就是所述铰杆组件3夹设于所述第一磁性件41和所述第二磁性件42之间。所述第一磁性件41和所述第二磁性件42相互吸引,所述第一磁性件41和所述第二磁性件42之间的磁吸力可以使得所述第二磁性件42将所述铰杆组件3顶紧,避免了所述第一铰杆311和第二铰杆312相对于所述铰轴32转动,同样保证了所述铰杆组件3和所述表带2的长度可以固定在任意位置。
可选地,所述紧固件4也可以为弹性件。
具体地,所述弹性件可以为弹簧、弹性塑料或者弹性橡胶,所述弹性件可以夹设于所述第一铰杆311和第二铰杆312之间;也可以是所述铰轴32的两端均具有轴帽,所述弹性件夹设于一个轴帽和所述铰杆31之间。
所述手表在佩戴状态或者闲置时,所述弹性件处于压缩状态,并且所述弹性件与所述第一铰杆311和/或所述第二铰杆312相抵,以使所述铰杆组件3的长度可以固定在任意位置;而在所述手表在需要佩戴或者需要取下时,用户可以拉动所述表带2,用户的拉力可以克服上述弹性件的抵接作用产生的摩擦力,进而将所述铰杆组件3拉开,便于用户将所述手表佩戴到手臂上或者将所述手表取下。
另外,所述弹性件也可以为扭簧,该扭簧夹设于所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312之间,而且该扭簧的两端分别与所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312连接。所述手表在佩戴状态或者闲置时,该扭簧处于压缩状态,并且该扭簧与所述第一铰杆311和/或所述第二铰杆312相抵,以使所述铰杆组件3的长度可以固定在任意位置;而在所述手表在需要佩戴或者需要取下时,用户可以拉动所述表带2,用户的拉力可以克服该扭簧的抵接作用产生的摩擦力,进而将所述铰杆组件3拉开,也就是将所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312拉开,所述铰杆组件3处于拉伸状态,便于用户将所述手表佩戴到手臂上或者将所述手表取下,而此时该扭簧发生扭曲变形。更重要的是,所述手表在佩戴好或者取下后,该扭簧的扭曲变 形产生的弹性力可以驱动所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312向初始状态的方向回转,所述铰杆组件3处于收缩状态,避免所述铰杆组件3被越拉越大。
可选地,参见图7和图8,所述连接器5内设置有两个第一球形槽51,所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312的端部呈球形,相邻所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312的端部与所述第一球形槽51嵌套配合;
所述铰杆组件3处于拉伸或者收缩的状态下,所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312能相对于所述连接器5转动。
具体地,所述铰杆组件3的多组所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312串联并形成可连续伸展铰杆时,相邻所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312中相互靠近的两个端部可以和两个第一球形槽51一一配合,如图8所示。所述第一球形槽51可以给相邻所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312中相互靠近的两个端部提供三个自由度,也就是相邻所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312中相互靠近的两个端部可以在X轴、Y轴和Z轴的三个方向上灵活转动,多组所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312在拉伸或收缩的过程中,相邻所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312中相互靠近的两个端部在灵活转动过程中可以保证所述铰杆组件3绕手腕的转动,使所述表带2和铰杆组件3可以贴合手腕方向伸缩,保证了所述手表佩戴时的舒适性。
可选地,参见图2,所述表盘1上相对设置有第二球形槽11,所述表带2的端部相对设置有第三球形槽21;
所述第一铰杆311的第一段与一个所述第二球形槽11嵌套配合,所述第二铰杆312的第二段与另一个所述第二球形槽11嵌套配合;
所述第一铰杆311的第三段与一个所述第三球形槽21嵌套配合,所述第二铰杆312的第四段与另一个所述第三球形槽21嵌套配合。
具体地,所述第一铰杆311和所述第二铰杆312为一组或者多组串联的情况下,所述第一铰杆311的第一段可以为所述第一铰杆311的首段, 所述第一铰杆311的第三段可以为所述第一铰杆311的尾端;所述第二铰杆312的第二段可以为所述第二铰杆312的首端,所述第二铰杆312的第四段可以为所述第二铰杆312的尾端,所述第一铰杆311的首段和所述第二铰杆312的首端可以共同连接于所述表盘1上的两个第二球形槽11内,所述第一铰杆311的尾端和所述第二铰杆312的尾端可以共同连接于所述表带2上的两个第三球形槽21内。通过所述第一铰杆311和第二铰杆312相对于所述铰轴32的转动,可以保证所述铰杆组件3和表带2整体长度的灵活调节。
可选地,参见图7、图9和图10,所述第一段包括第一子段3111和第二子段3112,所述第一子段3111和第二子段3112沿所述第一段的长度方向活动插接;所述第二段包括第三子段和第四子段,所述第三子段和第四子段沿所述第二段的长度方向活动连接。
具体地,由于两个所述第二球形槽11之间的距离保持固定,而所述第一铰杆311和第二铰杆312相对于所述铰轴32转动的过程中,所述第一段和所述第二段会相互靠近,也就是所述第一段会远离一个所述第二球形槽11,所述第二段会远离另一个所述第二球形槽11,这就可能导致所述第一段和所述第二段与所述第二球形槽11脱离。而所述第一段的第一子段3111和第二子段3112相互连接,比如相互插接配合,可以使得所述第一子段3111与一个所述第二球形槽11的相对位置保持不变,而仅仅是所述第二子段3112远离一个所述第二球形槽11,而所述第一子段3111和第二子段3112可以一直保持连接配合,形成了直线副的连接结构;相应地,所述第三子段与另一个所述第二球形槽11的相对位置保持不变,而仅仅是所述第四子段远离另一个所述第二球形槽11,所述第三子段和第四子段可以一直保持插接配合,形成了直线副的连接结构,如图3、图5和图7中的a、b、c和d位置所示,保证了所述铰杆31与所述表盘1的连接稳定性。另外,所述第三段和第四段可以具有与所述第一段和第二段相同的直线副结构,以保证所述铰杆31与所述表带2的连接稳定性,如图3、图 5和图7中的e、f、g和h位置所示。
可选地,参见图3和图4,所述表带2包括柔性本体22和连接于所述柔性本体22两端的连接座23,所述第三球形槽21设置于所述连接座23上;
所述连接座23与所述柔性本体22卡接配合。
具体地,为了提高用户佩戴所述手表的舒适性,可以将所述表带2的柔性本体22作为所述表带2的主体部分,所述柔性本体22具体可以为橡胶表带。而为了保证所述铰杆组件3与所述表带2连接的强度,所述连接座23可以采用硬塑料或者金属材质。另外,所述连接座23与所述柔性本体22卡接配合具体可以是,所述柔性本体22的端部具有倒T形凹槽,所述连接座23的端部具有倒T形凸块,该倒T形凸块与倒T形凹槽的卡接配合可以避免所述连接座23与所述柔性本体22的脱离,保证了所述表带2的结构完整性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种手表,包括:
    表盘;
    表带和铰杆组件,所述表带的两端均通过所述铰杆组件连接于所述表盘上;其中,所述铰杆组件包括相互铰接的第一铰杆和第二铰杆;
    紧固件,所述紧固件用于固定所述第一铰杆和所述第二铰杆的相对位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手表,其中,还包括连接器,所述第一铰杆的端部通过所述连接器与所述第二铰杆的端部连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的手表,其中,所述紧固件包括第一磁性件、第二磁性件和铰轴,所述第一磁性件固定于所述铰轴上,所述第二磁性件活动设置于所述铰轴上,所述铰轴穿过所述第一铰杆和第二铰杆;
    所述第二磁性件在所述第一磁性件的作用下与所述第一铰杆或所述第二铰杆相抵。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的手表,其中,所述第一磁性件固定于所述铰轴的一端,所述第二磁性件设置于所述第一磁性件和所述铰杆组件之间;
    所述第一磁性件和所述第二磁性件相互排斥。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的手表,其中,所述第一磁性件固定于所述铰轴的一端,所述第二磁性件设置于所述铰杆组件远离所述第一磁性件的一侧;
    所述第一磁性件和所述第二磁性件相互吸引。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的手表,其中,所述紧固件为弹性件。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的手表,其中,所述连接器内设置有两个第一球形槽,所述第一铰杆和所述第二铰杆的端部呈球形,相邻所述第一铰杆和所述第二铰杆的端部与所述第一球形槽嵌套配合;
    所述铰杆组件处于拉伸或者收缩的状态下,所述第一铰杆和所述第二 铰杆能相对于所述连接器转动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的手表,其中,所述表盘上相对设置有第二球形槽,所述表带的端部相对设置有第三球形槽;
    所述第一铰杆的第一段与一个所述第二球形槽嵌套配合,所述第二铰杆的第二段与另一个所述第二球形槽嵌套配合;
    所述第一铰杆的第三段与一个所述第三球形槽嵌套配合,所述第二铰杆的第四段与另一个所述第三球形槽嵌套配合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的手表,其中,所述第一段包括第一子段和第二子段,所述第一子段和第二子段沿所述第一段的长度方向活动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的手表,其中,所述表带包括柔性本体和连接于所述柔性本体两端的连接座,所述第三球形槽设置于所述连接座上;
    所述连接座与所述柔性本体卡接配合。
