Claims (13)
- 一种驱动控制电路板,连接于母线与负载之间,其中,所述驱动控制电路板包括:电流检测电路,串联于高压母线或低压母线中,用于检测所述母线的电流信号;控制电路,连接至所述电流检测电路,用于比较所述电流信号与第一预设阈值之间的大小关系,并根据所述大小关系生成对应的控制信号,生成相应的整流控制信号;整流桥,连接至所述控制电路,根据所述整流控制信号形成对应的导通回路,所述整流桥中包含的四个板桥元件均设置为可控开关管,所述可控开关管设有对应的体二极管。
- 根据权利要求1所述的驱动控制电路板,其中,所述可控开关管的驱动端连接至所述控制电路,所述可控开关管根据所述整流控制信号导通或截止。
- 根据权利要求2所述的驱动控制电路板,其中,所述体二极管在所述可控开关管处于截止且所述体二极管满足导通条件的情况下导通,所述体二极管的第一端与所述可控开关管的第一端相连接,所述体二极管的第二端与所述可控开关管的第二端相连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的驱动控制电路板,其中,所述整流桥具体包括:第一可控开关管,所述第一可控开关管的第一端连接至所述高压母线;第二可控开关管,所述第一可控开关管的第二端与所述第二可控开关管的第一端相连接,所述第二可控开关管的第二端连接至所述低压母线;第三可控开关管,所述第三可控开关管的第一端连接至所述高压母线;第四可控开关管,所述第三可控开关管的第二端与所述第四可控开关管的第一端相连接,所述第四可控开关管的第二端连接至所述低压母线。
- 根据权利要求4所述的驱动控制电路板,其中,还包括:容性元件,用于调整所述整流桥输出的电压信号,所述容性元件与所述整流桥相连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的驱动控制电路板,其中,所述容性元件的第一端与所述第一可控开关管的第二端相连接,所述容性元件的第二端与所述第三可控开关管的第二端相连接,所述容性元件的第二端接地。
- 根据权利要求4所述的驱动控制电路板,其中,所述控制电路具体用于:所述电流信号大于零且所述电流信号的幅值大于所述第一预设阈值,发送所述整流控制信号至所述可控开关管的驱动端,以使所述第一可控开关管和所述第三可控开关管导通,所述第二可控开关管和所述第四可控开关管截止;以及所述电流信号小于零且所述电流信号的幅值大于所述第一预设阈值,发送所述整流控制信号至所述可控开关管的驱动端,以使所述第一可控开关管和所述第三可控开关管截止,所述第二可控开关管和所述第四可控开关管导通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的驱动控制电路板,其中,还包括:电抗器,所述电抗器设置在所述高压母线上,用于降低流经所述高压母线的电流波动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的驱动控制电路板,其中,还包括:过流检测电路,所述过流检测电路分别与所述电流检测电路和所述整流桥相连接,用于所述电流信号大于第二预设阈值或在所述流信号小于第三预设阈值,发出电流比较信号至所述可控开关管,以使所述可控开关管截止。
- 根据权利要求9所述的驱动控制电路板,其中,还包括:分压电路,用于调整输出至控制电路的幅值,所述电流检测电路通过所述分压电路与所述控制电路相连接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的驱动控制电路板,其中,还包括:单向导通电路,用于接收到所述电流比较信号,将生成的所述可控开关管的截止信号发送至所述可控开关管,以使所述可控开关管截止。
- 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的驱动控制电路板,其中,所述可控开关管是三极管、绝缘栅双极型晶体管和金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管中任意一种。
- 一种空调器,其中,所述空调器包括:电机;如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的驱动控制电路板。
