一种功能性石材装饰板,包括至少一个复合板,所述复合板包括由上往下依次层叠设置的透光石材面板、导光板、安装板,所述导光板的侧边上装设有可将光线射入所述导光板内的照明光源,所述安装板上装设有传感器控制模块,所述传感器控制模块与所述照明光源电路连接。

进一步的,所述复合板还包括设置于所述透光石材面板和导光板之间的钢化玻璃。
进一步的,所述复合板的边缘包覆有封边机构。
进一步的,所述封边机构包括盖板和底板,所述盖板与所述透光石材面板上侧面相抵触,所述底板与所述安装板下侧面相抵触,并且该盖板和底板相互扣合以将所述复合板的边缘包覆并夹设于其间。
进一步的,还包括外置的悬挂式外接电源线,所述悬挂式外接电源线穿过所述封边 机构并与所述照明电源电连接。
和现有技术相比,本发明产生的有益效果在于:
1、本发明结构简单、实用性强,通过设置传感器控制模块与照明电源电路连接,使得复合板发光的启停方式变得多种多样,而不只是采用传统的按键式开关或遥控式开关,丰富了产品的种类,拓宽了市场。
2、在本发明中,通过设置声音传感器控制模块,使得用户可以通过声音控制复合板发光,并且通过设置复合板之间可以相互对接,扩宽了本石材装饰板的应用领域,既可以将多个复合板对接后的石材装饰板应用于墙壁、地板,还可以将多个复合板对接后的石材装饰板应用于箱体或其他立体式结构,应用场景非常丰富。
3、在本发明中,通过设置重量传感器控制模块,使得用户可以通过手按压或者脚踩踏等方式控制复合板发光,而设置钢化玻璃,则能够提高本石材装饰板的抗压能力,避免复合板因压力过大受损。
4、在本发明中,通过设置封边机构,既可以提高美观性,还能够提高安全性,避免照明光源外露的同时,也能够提高复合板的发光效果。
5、在本发明中,通过设置悬挂式外接电源线,使得本石材装饰板还能作为悬挂式装饰物,悬挂式外接电源线既能起到外接电源的作用,还能作为悬挂的线绳之用,一举两得。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
参照图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7和图8。一种功能性石材装饰板,包括至少一个复合板1,复合板1包括由上往下依次层叠设置的透光石材面板11、导光板12、安装板13,导光板12的侧边上装设有可将光线射入导光板12内的照明光源2,安装板13上装设有传感器控制模块,传感器控制模块与照明光源2电路连接。其中,照明光源2为LED灯条,透光石材面板11、导光板12、安装板13三者之间可以通过环氧树脂胶水等进行粘接;透光石材面板11可以为天然的花岗岩、大理石、砂岩、半宝石、石英石中的一种或两种以上拼花组合而成。本发明通过设置传感器控制模块与照明电源2电路连接,使得复合板1发光的启停方式变得多种多样,而不只是采用传统的按键式开关或遥控式开关,丰富了产品的种类,拓宽了市场。
参照图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7和图8。复合板1的形状可以是如三角形,圆环形等二维几何形状以外,也可以如球面状,曲面状等三维几何形状。球面状的复合板1只需将圆形的平面复合板1放入模具缸(缸底呈球状)中,对平面复合板1加热后从上往下施压,使平面复合板1变形直至与模具缸底贴合,再冷却定型最终形成球面状复合板。呈球面状,曲面状等三维几何形状的复合板可以很好的充当灯饰产品。
实施例一
参照图1、图2、图3。传感器控制模块包括声音传感器控制模块3。复合板1的个数为复数个;每个复合板1中,安装板13上均装设有与照明光源电路连接的公连接头131或母连接头132;复数个复合板1能够通过该公连接头和母连接头完成彼此间的对接,使得对接的各个复合板能够互相导通。公连接头131和母连接头132均装配有促使两者相吸,起固定作用的磁铁块(图中未体现),具体结构现有技术人员可以参考苹果公司(Apple Inc.)开发的如笔记本电脑等电子产品的电源连接头中的相关结构,在此不再赘述。并且,相对接的两个复合板1呈0~180°的夹角。具体使用时,可以将复数个复合板平铺并进行对接,或者复数个复合板两两垂直进行对接,或者将复数个复合板相互堆叠进行对接,可根据客户需求进行调整,图11、图12、图13和图14是不同形状的复合板相互拼接成一个整体的具体实施例。声音传感器控制模块3可以包括话筒、声控电路、可控硅SCR等。照明光源2与可控硅SCR串接后与外接电源相连,话筒接收声音信号,然后转换成电信号控制外接电源开启。具体的原理为:声控电路通过声音信号来控制硅SCR的导通状态,它的特点是声控电 路部分包括了电源控制部分,接到声音之后因为谐振放大就可以触动触发器,它被触发器触发后就能提供声控电路所需的直流电压。由于其为现有常规技术,此处便不再赘述。
通过设置声音传感器控制模块3,使得用户可以通过声音控制复合板1发光,并且通过设置复合板1之间可以相互对接,扩宽了本石材装饰板的应用领域,既可以将多个复合板1对接后的石材装饰板应用于墙壁、地板,还可以将多个复合板1对接后的石材装饰板应用于箱体或其他立体式结构,应用场景非常丰富。
实施例二
参照图4、图5、图6。传感器控制模块包括重量传感器控制模块4。复合板1还包括设置于透光石材面板11和导光板12之间的钢化玻璃14。至于钢化玻璃14与透光石材面板11之间、钢化玻璃14与导光板12之间,均可以采用环氧树脂胶水进行粘接。具体的,重量传感器控制模块4可以包括压力传感器、控制电路,照明光源2通过控制电路与外接电源相连,当压力传感器感应到对复合板施加的压力达到预设值时,能够使控制电路导通,进而让照明光源2发光。通过设置重量传感器控制模块4,使得用户可以通过手按压或者脚踩踏等方式控制复合板1发光,而设置钢化玻璃14,则能够提高本石材装饰板的抗压能力,避免复合板因压力过大受损。当然,除了重量传感器控制模块4以外,还可以使用其他类似的现有传感器实现照明光源2的自动启闭,在此不加赘述。
实施例三
参照图7和图8。复合板1的边缘包覆有封边机构5。封边机构5包括盖板51和底板52,盖板51与透光石材面板11上侧面相抵触,底板52与安装板13下侧面相抵触,并且该盖板51和底板52相互扣合以将复合板1的边缘包覆并夹设于其间。通过设置封边机构5,既可以提高美观性,还能够提高安全性,避免照明光源2外露的同时,也能够提高复合板1的发光效果。具体的,盖板51和底板52之间可以通过塑料卡扣53进行扣合连接,至于塑料卡扣的种类可根据客户的需求进行定制,现有市面上的塑料卡扣多种多样,便不再赘述。此外,盖板51与透光石材面板11上侧面之间、底板52与安装板13下侧面之间可以设密封胶圈等进行密封处理。当然,也可将盖板51和底板52一体成型制作,再将复合板嵌设于一体成型的盖板51和底板52内。
参照图7和图8。还包括外置的悬挂式外接电源线6,悬挂式外接电源线6穿过封边机构5并与照明电源2电连接。通过设置悬挂式外接电源线6,使得本石材装饰板还能作为悬挂式装饰物,悬挂式外接电源线6既能起到外接电源的作用,还能作为悬挂的线绳之用,一举两得。具体的,可在封边机构5的外周侧固定安装线绳固定架7,悬挂式外接电源线固 定连接在该线绳固定架7上,避免本石材装饰板悬挂时拉动该照明光源2。
以下为上述石材装饰板的实际应用举例。
参照图9,一种发光餐盘,包括盘体a1,该盘体a1的结构如上述任一一种实施例中的石材装饰板。其中,石材装饰板的照明光源a11弯曲设置在餐盘盘口的边缘内。而盘体a1的底部通过固化胶装配有与照明电源a11电连接的蓄电池供电模块a2。该发光餐盘的表面设有防水密封层(图中为体现),提高水密性,从而允许该发光餐盘像普通餐盘那样用水进行清洗。此外作为优选方案:蓄电池供电模块a2具有无线充电功能模块。该发光餐盘清洗闲置时可以放在与之相配的无线充电座上进行充电,让发光餐盘在使用时可以正常发光。当然蓄电池供电模块a2也可以嵌设于石材装饰板的内部,或者通过其他方式固设于盘体a1的其他部位。
参照图7、图8和图10,一种悬挂式音箱,包括音响模块b1和发光复合体b2,该发光复合体b2的结构如实施例三种的石材装饰板,该发光复合体的中部形成一镂空部,音响模块b固设于该镂空部。当然发光复合体b2的具体结构并不局限于此,外形上可以是其它几何结构,内部结构上也可以是如实施例一或者实施例二中所述石材装饰板那样。音响模块b可以通过螺丝或者固化胶等方式固定于发光复合体。作为优选方案,音响模块b1具备无线连接功能模块。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种功能性石材装饰板,包括至少一个复合板,所述复合板包括由上往下依次层叠设置的透光石材面板、导光板、安装板,其特征在于:所述导光板的侧边上装设有可将光线射入所述导光板内的照明光源,所述安装板上装设有传感器控制模块,所述传感器控制模块与所述照明光源电路连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述一种功能性石材装饰板,其特征在于:所述照明光源为LED灯条。
  3. 如权利要求1所述一种功能性石材装饰板,其特征在于:所述传感器控制模块包括声音传感器控制模块。
  4. 如权利要求3所述一种功能性石材装饰板,其特征在于:所述复合板的个数为复数个;每个复合板中,所述安装板上均装设有与所述照明光源电路连接的公连接头或母连接头;复数个所述复合板能够通过该公连接头和母连接头完成彼此间的对接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述一种功能性石材装饰板,其特征在于:相对接的两个所述复合板呈0~180°的夹角。
  6. 如权利要求1所述一种功能性石材装饰板,其特征在于:所述传感器控制模块包括重量传感器控制模块。
  7. 如权利要求6所述一种功能性石材装饰板,其特征在于:所述复合板还包括设置于所述透光石材面板和导光板之间的钢化玻璃。
  8. 如权利要求1所述一种功能性石材装饰板,其特征在于:所述复合板的边缘包覆有封边机构。
  9. 如权利要求8所述一种功能性石材装饰板,其特征在于:所述封边机构包括盖板和底板,所述盖板与所述透光石材面板上侧面相抵触,所述底板与所述安装板下侧面相抵触,并且该盖板和底板相互扣合以将所述复合板的边缘包覆并夹设于其间。
  10. 如权利要求4所述的一种功能性石材装饰板,其特征在于:所述该公连接头和母连接头均装配有促使两者相吸,起固定作用的磁铁块。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的一种功能性石材装饰板,其特征在于:复合板为任意二维几何形状或者任意三维几何形状。
  12. 如权利要求8所述一种功能性石材装饰板,其特征在于:还包括外置的悬挂式外接电源线,所述悬挂式外接电源线穿过所述封边机构并与所述照明电源电连接。
  13. 一种发光餐盘,包括盘体,其特征在于:所述盘体的结构如权利要求1至11任一所述的石材装饰板,且盘体装配有与照明电源电连接的蓄电池供电模块;该发光餐盘的表面设有防水密封层。
  14. 如权利要求13所述一种发光餐盘,其特征在于:所述蓄电池供电模块具有无线充电功能模块。
  15. 一种悬挂式音箱,包括音响模块,其特征在于:还包括发光复合体,该发光复合体的结构如权利要求1至12所述的石材装饰板,发光复合体的中部形成一镂空部,所述音响模块固设于该镂空部。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的一种悬挂式音箱,其特征在于:所述音响模块具备无线连接功能模块。
