Description

远红外护理机及其安全启停方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种护理机,尤其是涉及一种利用远红外对衣物、床单等日用品进行烘干杀菌等护理的仪器,也可安装于室内进行远红外加热或理疗。
背景技术
目前,人们清洗衣物后,通常先利用脱水机进行脱水操作,然后利用太阳光进行晾晒;但是,这样传统的衣服晾晒方式存在着诸多不利因素:
一、杀菌效果差:尤其是对于一些贴身的内衣物,阳光杀毒效果一般,而且若是遇到连续的阴雨天反而容易滋生细菌;
二、不卫生:传统晾晒方式是直接将衣物挂在室外通过阳光和空气流通进行晾晒,但是近年来随着空气环境的污染,PM2.5的污染,反而容易使得空气中混杂的脏污沾染在衣服上;
三、效率低:常规的晾晒方式通常要一天或者数天才能将衣物晾晒干,当连续阴雨天或者家中有小孩时,往往导致晾干不及时;
四、占用空间大:需要占用整个阳台进行晾晒,对于大城市寸土寸金的地方,缺乏如此多的场地来进行晾晒;
为此专利有企业开发了“衣服烘干机”来应付上述不足,但是常规的衣服烘干机仅仅采用了电加热的方式来进行烘干作业,功能单一,无法满足民众的要求;
对于远红外而言,自1800年德国科学家哈逊在研究太阳光谱时发现了红外线以来,红外线相关技术已广泛应用于工业生产、医学诊断、检测、治疗和预防保健上;根据生物学特点可将医用红外线分为近红外线、中红外线和远红外线。远红外线是指波长在3-1000
微米的红外线,其中波长4-20微米这一波段的红外线对人类的生存与生物的生长极为重要,远红外线对人体作用主要由远线外线的三个主要特性所决定(一是放射、二是强烈的渗透力,三是吸收、共振和共鸣)。人体表面接受远红外线,并由表及里传导渗透,被吸收产生温热效应,与体内组织细胞产生共振、共鸣,促进了活性。并且由于产生温热效应,使人体微血管扩张,自律性加强,血液循环加快,加速了细胞与血液的物质交换,从而促进了机体的新陈代谢。同时,远红外线提高吞噬细胞的吞噬能力,有利于慢性炎症的吸收、消散,适用于治疗各种类型的慢性炎症,如神经炎、肌炎、关节炎及内脏的一些慢性炎症。热能可降低感觉神经的兴奋性,并通过缓解肌肉痉挛、消肿、消炎和改善血液循环而治疗各种疼痛,如神经痛以及痉挛痛、炎症性和缺血性疼痛等;因此,远红外线在医学上被专家称为“生育光线”;为此,本专利在衣物烘干护理领域引入远红外线加热方式,替换传统的电加热方式以实现对衣物等日用品的护理;
同时,对于室内冬季加热而言,除去集中供暖方式,如今多采用油汀方式进行采暖,油汀方式容易引发室内空气干燥,因为油汀表面温度过高,容易对行动不便的老人和小孩造成意外伤害;为此,本专利在室内加热方面引入远红外加热方式,更为安全可靠。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种结构简单小巧、加热效果好且兼具理疗效果的远红外护理机。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:

一壳体,所述壳体内形成有风道,且壳体上设置的进风口和出风口分别与风道相连通;
一风机,该风机位于壳体的风道内;
至少一块远红外发热板,该远红外发热板位于壳体的风道内,且远红外发热板所在的平面与壳体风道内的风向相平行。

  8. 如权利要求7所述一种远红外护理机,其特征在于:所述面壳(1.2)上安装有装饰板(1.5)。
  9. 一种远红外护理机的安全启停方法,其特征在于:通过光线传感器获取柜门打开信息;所述方法的步骤为:
    步骤0:接通电源;
    步骤1:进入待机状态;
    步骤2:按下开关按键,风机和远红外发热板启动工作;
    步骤3:步骤2中风机(2)和远红外发热板(3)启动的同时计时器开始计时,当预设时间达到后,光线传感器检测柜门状态,若柜门处于开启状态,则停止风机(2)和远红外发热板(3),并则返回步骤1;若柜门处于关闭状态,则进入步骤4;
    步骤4、风机(2)和远红外发热板(3)正常工作,光线传感器按预定频率监控柜门开启和关闭状态,当光线传感器检测到柜门处于打开状态,则风机(2)和远红外发热板(3)停止工作,并返回步骤1。
  10. 如权利要求9所述一种远红外护理机的安全启停方法,其特征在于:步骤2、步骤3和步骤4中,当风机(2)和远红外发热板(3)处于启动工作状态和关闭状态时,分别由不同颜色的指示灯进行指示。
