Definitions
- the invention belongs to the field of agricultural plant protection, and in particular relates to a pesticide composition with improved properties, in particular to a composition for plant growth regulation.
- Thidiazuron is a new type of high-efficiency plant growth regulator. After being absorbed by plants, pyraclostrobin can promote the separation of tissues between petioles and stems and form natural shedding. It can be widely used in pesticides and fertilizers. It has strong biological activity, and its ability to induce plant cell division and callus formation is many times higher than that of general cytokinins. It can improve the absorption capacity of crops and increase photosynthesis, so as to achieve the purpose of increasing yield and improving quality. It can be used for all kinds of melons, fruits, vegetables, seedlings, flowers, grains, tobacco and other crops. It can also be used for tissue culture and genetic engineering. In terms of production, it can significantly increase the yield of crops, improve the quality, and have less useful quantity, no pollution to the ecological environment, and non-toxic to humans, livestock, birds, bees, and natural enemies.
- Indole-3-butanoic acid (1h-indole-3-butanoic acid) is an endogenous auxin that can promote cell division and cell growth, induce adventitious root formation, increase fruit setting, prevent fruit drop, and change the ratio of female to male flowers. It can enter the plant body through the tender skin of leaves, branches and seeds, and be transported to the functional parts along with the nutrient flow. Indole butyric acid can be absorbed through the roots, stems, leaves, and fruits of plants, but it has little mobility and is not easily decomposed by indole acetic acid oxidase, and its biological activity lasts for a long time.
- Forchlorfenuron is a phenylurea plant growth regulator with cytokinin activity. Its biological activity is 10-100 times higher than 6-benzylaminopurine. It is widely used in agriculture, gardening and fruit trees to promote cell division, promote cell expansion and elongation, promote fruit hypertrophy, increase yield, and keep fresh.
- the plant growth regulators on the market are mainly single agents, and the effect is single.
- the safety risk of common plant growth regulators is very high, and it is easy to cause crop growth abnormalities, rigid seedlings, fruit drop, and decreased yield. And the quality is reduced.

- the synergistic effect of Example 11 is not obvious, and the effect is additive.
- Application period cherry first flowering period and young fruit swelling period.
- the experiment was carried out in a cherry orchard in Fushan District, Yantai City, Shandong province.
- the sweet cherry trees were 7-year-old, and the cherry variety was Daihong Cherry. 24 trees were selected for each treatment.
- foliar spray spray once at the initial flowering stage and the young fruit swelling stage.
- the spray application amount is set according to the experimental design amount, and the single-plant plot is repeated 4 times, and the results are averaged. Investigate the fruit setting rate, cherry anthracnose incidence, single fruit weight and sugar content.
- Fruit setting improvement rate (%) (fruit setting rate after treatment-fruit setting rate of clear water control)/fruit setting rate of clear water control * 100%
- Single fruit weight increase rate (%) (single fruit weight after treatment-single fruit weight of clear water control) / single fruit weight of clear water control * 100%
- Table 2 Summary table of comprehensive determination of thidiazuron, indolebutyric acid and forchlorfenuron on cherry growth regulation
- the test data from Table 2 shows that the product of the present invention is applied at the initial flowering stage and the young fruit expansion stage, which can effectively regulate the healthy growth of cherries.
- Thidiazuron, indolebutyric acid and forchlorfenuron are in the ratio of (thidiazuron + indolebutyric acid) and forchlorfenuron in the ratio of 1: (0.005 ⁇ 0.5) (wherein, thidiazuron and indolebutyric acid)
- the weight ratio of cherries is 1: (0.01 ⁇ 10)
- the three have a good synergistic effect on physiological indicators such as the fruit setting rate of cherries, the prevention and control of fungal diseases, the weight of a single product, and the sugar content of cherries.
- the synergistic effect of Example 12 is not obvious, and the effect is additive.
