背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高和夏季天气愈发炎热,一般的电风扇已不能满足人们对于制冷的需求,然而空调价格高且耗电量大,普及度仍然有限,在这种情况下,空调扇应运而生,受到了广大消费者的欢迎。空调扇是一种电风扇加空调模式的家用电器,兼具送风、制冷与加湿等多功能于一身,可送出低于室温的冷风。与普通的电风扇相比,空调扇可以吹出冷风,还能增加空气湿度,与空调相比,它的功率又非常低,且价格方面非常具有亲和力,体积也较小,使用时易于搬动。空调扇本质上是一个装有水蒸发组件的电风扇,通过水蒸发吸热的原理对进入空调扇内部的热空气进行降温后再排出,从而达到制冷效果。现有的空调扇在使用过程中,通常会因喷淋式湿帘过饱和吸水而在通风口处向外喷水。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种空调扇,其湿帘过滤网上不会出现过度吸水问题,从而使通风口处不会出现喷水现象,且本空调扇结构简单,易于拆装。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
提供了一种空调扇,包括进风口、雾化部、湿帘过滤网、风扇与出风口,所述雾化部包括超声波雾化器与水箱,所述进风口与所述雾化部位于所述湿帘过滤网的第一侧,所述风扇与所述出风口位于所述湿帘过滤网的第二侧,所述超声波雾化器的出雾口正对所述湿帘过滤网,所述雾化部用于产生水雾,所述湿帘过滤网用于通过降温后的空气与水雾,所述风扇用于将降温后的空气与水雾吹出。

参照图1-3,示出了本发明一个实施例中空调扇的整体结构示意图及爆炸图。本实施例中的空调扇包括进风口1、雾化部2、风扇3、出风口4、外壳5、固定架6、湿帘过滤网7、提手8与底脚9。进风口1与出风口4分别位于外壳5上相对的两侧。雾化部2固定于外壳5与固定架6上。提手8固定于外壳5的顶部,底脚9固定于外壳5的底部。空调扇的底部还设有电池容置腔10,通过可拆卸的电池容置腔外壳51将电池容置腔10封闭或打开以进行电池的更换。在空调扇的顶部还设有用于放置PCB控制板的腔体11,PCB控制板用于控制空调扇使其进行工作。
在外壳5上相对的两侧上分别设置开口,以形成进风口1与出风口4。进风口1与雾化部2位于湿帘过滤网7的第一侧,风扇3与出风口4位于湿帘过滤网7的第二侧。雾化部2包括超声波雾化21与水箱22。水箱22的底部设有雾化槽221,水箱22与雾化槽221连通,水箱22内的水可在重力作用下流入雾化槽221内。雾化槽221的侧壁设有开口2211,超声波雾化器21固定于雾化槽221的外侧壁上,且超声波雾化器21的进水口211与雾化槽221侧壁的开口2211连通,以使得雾化槽221内的水能流入超声波雾化器21的进水口211进行雾化。超声波雾化器21的出雾口212正对湿帘过滤网7,从出雾口212喷出的水雾将直接喷射到湿帘过滤网7的表面。
在水箱22内部还设有水位调节装置以调节水位,且在水箱22的顶部设有水箱顶盖222,水箱顶盖222通过卡扣2221卡接于水箱22的顶部。在水箱22与水箱顶盖222之间还设有密封件223,以增加水箱22的密封性,防止水箱22内的水溢出损坏其他部件,且能避免水箱22内的水与空气重复接触而积累灰尘杂质与滋生细菌。
固定架6与外壳5之间通过卡扣连接及螺纹连接进行固定。固定架6上设有卡槽,湿帘过滤网7沿竖直方向卡入该卡槽内。固定架6上设有位于湿帘过滤网7两侧的限位板61与限位板62,以实现对湿帘过滤网7的外侧壁的限位固定。固定架6的两侧还分别设有伸出部63与伸出部64,伸出部63与外壳5进行卡接,伸出部64与风扇3进行卡接,以实现上述部件之间的固定。
使用空调扇时,先打开水箱顶盖222,向水箱22内加入适量水,并关闭水箱顶盖222。水箱22内的水流入雾化槽221内,进一步通过雾化槽221侧壁的开口2211流入与其连通的超声波雾化器21的进水口211。超声波雾化器21对流入其中的水进行雾化使其蒸发吸热进行降温,使得从出雾口212喷出的水雾温度降低。喷出的经过降温的水雾与进风口1进入的空气混合,对其进行降温。可以在水箱22内加入冰水,降温效果更佳。混合后的空气与水雾到达湿帘过滤网7表面时,湿帘过滤网7将大颗粒的水珠吸收,并控制空气流通量,保证湿帘过滤网7不会存在过度吸水问题,从而使出风口4处不会出现明显水珠。湿帘过滤网7可选择具有自吸水能力的棉布或无纺布或木浆纸或PP瓦楞,其吸水力强,可防止空调扇出现滴水现象,且可过滤掉空气中带入的灰尘与细菌等。透过湿帘过滤网7的低温空气与水雾在风扇3的带动下,经出风口4再次进入外部环境中,以此实现对外部环境的降温。

  1. 一种空调扇,其特征在于,包括进风口、雾化部、湿帘过滤网、风扇与出风口,所述雾化部包括超声波雾化器与水箱,所述进风口与所述雾化部位于所述湿帘过滤网的第一侧,所述风扇与所述出风口位于所述湿帘过滤网的第二侧,所述超声波雾化器的出雾口正对所述湿帘过滤网,所述雾化部用于产生水雾,所述湿帘过滤网用于通过降温后的空气与水雾,所述风扇用于将降温后的空气与水雾吹出。
