Abstract

The invention is related to a locking tensioner which is particularly used in connecting conductors to the utility pole in the energy transmission lines and also is used for making connection of any kind of tense wire and rope to the bearing poles and enables connection of conductor, cable and steel ropes to the bearing poles in an easy, fast manner without requiring any additional equipment and application by means of conical holder — spring system and can be reused since no part thereof is deformed.
