Description
本申请涉及照明装置技术领域,尤其指一种固线扣、固线结构及照明装置。
在电器(照明装置)中,为了保证结构的稳定和电器连接的安全可靠,需要将输入线与电器的壳体进行固定,同时满足安规要求。现在市场上的产品中,一般采用挤压输入线的绝缘表皮或在输入线的绝缘表皮上注塑复杂机构,易对输入线造成破损,导致不能无损安装。现有技术的安装方式有两种,第一种是单片式扣压式,采用压线扣通过螺钉将输入线固定在电器的壳体上,易破损输入线的绝缘层。第二种是输入线注塑固定式,该种方式需使用一个分离壳体与电器的壳体扣合在一起,通过螺钉固定,装配过程复杂繁琐,无法单面安装。
实用新型内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种便于单面安装且安全可靠的固线扣、固线结构及照明装置。
为了实现上述目的,本申请采用如下技术方案:
一种固线扣,包括底板,所述底板设有供输入线穿过的过线孔,所述底板的第一表面设有、或者所述底板的第一表面和第二表面分别设有沿所述过线孔的外侧周向间隔排列的多个第一干涉部和多个第二干涉部,所述第一干 涉部包括自所述底板的表面延伸出且与表面形成角度的第一弹性体和自所述第一弹性体远离所述过线孔一侧的外侧表面延伸突起的第一钩体;所述第二干涉部包括自所述底板的表面延伸出且与表面形成角度的第二弹性体和自所述第二弹性体靠近所述过线孔一侧的内侧表面延伸突起的第二钩体。
其中,所述第一干涉部和第二干涉部均为三个。
其中,三个所述第一干涉部沿所述过线孔的外侧周向均匀排布;三个所述第二干涉部沿所述过线孔的外侧周向均匀排布。

相较于现有技术,本申请具有以下优点:
本申请的固线扣实现输入线与电器壳体之间的固定,不需要使用螺钉,结构简单,而且仅在壳体的外部操作能实现固定安装,简化安装过程。

本申请固线扣的较佳实施例的一种,请参照图1至图3所示,固线扣1包括底座10,底板10设有供输入线穿过的过线孔11,过线孔11的形状为圆形,过线孔11也可以不限于圆形。底板10的第一表面102设有沿过线孔的外侧周向间隔排列的多个第一干涉部12和多个第二干涉部13。底座10的第二表面103为倾斜斜面,安装后美观,不伤人。第一干涉部12和第二干涉部 13的数量优选为三个以上,如图3所示,本实施例中,第一干涉部12和第二干涉部13均为三个。三个第一干涉部12和三个第二干涉部13均沿过线孔11的外侧周向均匀排列,第一干涉部12和第二干涉部13间隔交错排列。第一干涉部12包括自底板10的第一表面102延伸出且与第一表面102形成角度的第一弹性体121和自第一弹性体121远离过线孔11一侧的外侧表面延伸突起的第一钩体122。第二干涉部13包括自底板10的第一表面102延伸出且与第一表面102形成角度的第二弹性体131和自第二弹性体131靠近过线孔11一侧的内侧表面延伸突起的第二钩体132。本实施例中,第二干涉部13延伸出第一表面102的高度大于第一干涉部12延伸出第一表面102的高度,第一干涉部12高度与对应的壳体3厚度相适应,第二干涉部13的高度与固线凸环211相适应。
如图4-6所示,为本申请的使用状态,固线扣1与输入线2、壳体3配合使用,以将输入线2固定在壳体3上。输入线2包括绝缘表皮21和由绝缘表皮21包覆的导线22,输入线2的绝缘表皮21设有固线凸环211,固线凸环211在输入线2的绝缘表皮21外经过二次注塑加工形成。本实施例中,先将输入线2的一端自固线扣1设有第二干涉部13的一侧表面插入且穿入过线孔11,挤压第二干涉部13,使第二干涉部13的第二弹性体131发生变形向外侧张开,固线凸环211卡入多个第二干涉部13形成的空间中且固线凸环211被限位于第二钩体132与底板10的表面之间,即固线凸环211被夹持在多个第二干涉部13围成的空间中,实现输入线21与固线扣1之间的固定。壳体 3设有固线通孔31,将输入线2的另一端穿过固线通孔31,固线通孔31挤压第一干涉部12,使第一干涉部12的第一弹性体121变形向内压缩,第一干涉部12插入固线通孔31中,第一干涉部12恢复原状,壳体3被限位于第一干涉部12的第一钩体122与底板10的表面之间,即第一干涉部12与壳体3形成卡扣连接,实现输入线2与壳体3之间的固定。本申请的固线扣1实现输入线与电器壳体之间的固定,不需要使用螺钉,结构简单,而且仅在壳体的外部操作能实现固定安装,简化安装过程。
进一步的,第一干弹性体121和第二弹性体131与底板10的表面之间的角度优选为90度。也可以将第二弹性体131与底板10表面之间的角度设为85度,使第二弹性体13向过线孔11的内侧倾斜,能够更好地将夹紧固线凸环211。
进一步的,底板10的第一表面102还设有转动限位部101,转动限位部101与第一干涉部12位于底板10的同一侧表面上。转动限位部101自底板10的表面凸起延伸出,在壳体3的固线通孔31的边缘设有转动限位缺口32,转动限位缺口32与固线扣1的转动限位部101配合卡接连接,如图所示,转动限位部101卡入转动限位缺口32中,实现限制固线扣1和输入线2的转动,即固线扣1无法绕固线通孔31转动。
本实施例中,第一干涉部12与第二干涉部13位于底板10的同一表面,第一干涉部12到过线孔11中心的距离大于第二干涉部13到过线孔11中心的距离。第一干涉部12在插入壳体3的固线通孔31时,会被固线通孔31向 朝向过线孔11内侧挤压变形,第一干涉部12到过线孔11中心的距离大于第二干涉部13到过线孔11中心的距离实现第一干涉部12顺利变形,挤进固线通孔31中。
为了方便固线扣1的第一干涉部12挤进固线通孔31,在第一钩体12设有第一导向斜面123。为了方便固线凸环211卡入第二干涉部13形成的空间中,在第二钩体13设有第二导向斜面133。
本实施例中的固线扣1优选采用橡胶材料一体注塑成型。橡胶是具有可逆形变的高弹性聚合物材料,具有较好的抗扭抗挤压能力,降低损坏风险。
在上述实施例中,第一干涉部12和第二干涉部13均设在底板10的第一表面上,固线扣1比较紧凑美观,占用体积较小。在另外的实施例中(图未示出),第一干涉部12和第二干涉部13可以分别设于底板10的第一表面102和第二表面103上,当第一干涉部12插入固线通孔31时,第二干涉部12裸露于外部,能够实现固定将输入线2与壳体3的固定,第二干涉部13如果裸露于壳体3外部会导致美观度降低,而且裸露于外,容易被损坏。
如图4至6所示,本实施例的图4至6为了说明的简便,将壳体的其他部分舍弃,未予以显示,作为一种优选实施例,壳体可以为如图7所示壳体。公开了一种符合本申请较佳实施例的固线结构,包括:输入线2、壳体3和固线扣1,固线扣1为上述较佳实施例的固线扣。输入线2包括绝缘表皮21和由绝缘表皮21包覆的导线22,输入线2的绝缘表皮21设有固线凸环211,固线凸环211由输入线2经过二次注塑加工形成。输入线2自固线扣1的底 板10设有第二干涉部13的一侧表面插入过线孔11,挤压第二干涉部13,使第二干涉部13的第二弹性体131发生变形向外侧张开,固线凸环211卡入多个第二干涉部13形成的空间中且固线凸环211被限位于第二钩体132与底板10的表面之间,即固线凸环211被夹持在多个第二干涉部13围成的空间中,实现输入线2与固线扣1之间的固定。壳体3设有固线通孔31,输入线2插入固线通孔31,固线通孔31挤压第一干涉部12,使第一干涉部12的第一弹性体121变形向内压缩,固线扣1的第一干涉部12插入固线通孔31中,壳体3被限位于第一干涉部12的第一钩体121与底板10的表面之间,即第一干涉部12与壳体3形成卡扣连接,实现输入线2与壳体3之间的固定。本申请的固线结构不需要使用螺钉,结构简单,而且仅在壳体的外部操作能实现固定安装,简化安装过程。
进一步的,固线通孔31的边缘设有转动限位缺口32,底板10的表面设有转动限位部101,转动限位缺口32与固线扣1的转动限位部101配合连接。如图5所示,转动限位部101卡入转动限位缺口32中,实现转动限位,即固线扣1无法绕固线通孔31转动。
进一步的,固线凸环211的第一端2111设有防转台阶口212,防转台阶口212与第二钩体132配合卡接。使输入线2与固线扣1无法相对转动,即实现防止输入线2转动。
进一步的,固线凸环211设有防转台阶口212外的第二端2112设有导入斜面213,导入斜面213与第二钩体132的第二导向斜面133配合将固线凸 环211导入到多个第二干涉部13围成的空间中。
如图7和8所示,为本申请的一种照明装置的较佳实施例的分解图,该照明装置包括:壳体3、光源组件4、灯罩5、输入线2和固线扣1,光源组件4包括光源板41、设于光源板41的光源42以及与光源板41电连接的光源驱动43,光源组件4安装于壳体3中,灯罩5与壳体4连接并罩设光源组件4;输入线2穿固线扣1的过线孔11,固线扣1安装于壳体3的固线通孔31,以实现输入线2伸入壳体3与光源驱动43连接且输入线2固定安装于固线通孔31。另外,还包括两个端头6,两个端头6分别安装于壳体3的两端。
应当注意的是,本申请的实施例有较佳的实施性,且并非对本申请作任何形式的限制,任何熟悉该领域的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容变更或修饰为等同的有效实施例,但凡未脱离本申请技术方案的内容,依据本申请的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何修改或等同变化及修饰,均仍属于本申请技术方案的范围内。
Claims (12)
- 一种固线扣,其中:包括底板,所述底板设有供输入线穿过的过线孔,所述底板的第一表面设有、或者所述底板的第一表面和第二表面分别设有沿所述过线孔的外侧周向间隔排列的多个第一干涉部和多个第二干涉部,所述第一干涉部包括自所述底板的表面延伸出且与表面形成角度的第一弹性体和自所述第一弹性体远离所述过线孔一侧的外侧表面延伸突起的第一钩体;所述第二干涉部包括自所述底板的表面延伸出且与表面形成角度的第二弹性体和自所述第二弹性体靠近所述过线孔一侧的内侧表面延伸突起的第二钩体。
- 如权利要求1所述的固线扣,其中:所述第一干涉部和第二干涉部均为三个。
- 如权利要求2所述的固线扣,其中:三个所述第一干涉部沿所述过线孔的外侧周向均匀排布;三个所述第二干涉部沿所述过线孔的外侧周向均匀排布。
- 如权利要求1所述的固线扣,其中:所述底板的表面还设有转动限位部,所述转动限位部与所述第一干涉部位于同一侧表面上。
- 如权利要求1所述的固线扣,其中:该固线扣由橡胶材料一体注塑成型。
- 如权利要求1所述的固线扣,其中:所述第一干涉部到所述过线孔中心的距离大于所述第二干涉部到所述过线孔中心的距离。
- 如权利要求1所述的固线扣,其中:所述第一钩体设有第一导向斜面,所述第二钩体设有第二导向斜面。
- 一种固线结构,其中:包括:输入线、壳体和权利要求1至7任一项所述的固线扣,所述输入线的绝缘表皮设有固线凸环,所述壳体设有固线通孔,所述输入线自所述固线扣的底板设有第二干涉部的一侧表面插入所述过线孔,所述固线凸环卡入多个所述第二干涉部形成的空间中且所述固线凸环被限位于所述第二钩体与所述底板之间,所述输入线插入所述固线通孔,所述固线扣 的第一干涉部插入所述固线通孔中,所述壳体被限位于所述第一干涉部的第一钩体与所述底板之间。
- 如权利要求8所述的固线结构,其中:所述固线通孔的边缘设有转动限位缺口,所述转动限位缺口与所述固线扣的转动限位部配合连接。
- 如权利要求8所述的固线结构,其中:所述固线凸环靠近所述第二钩体的第一端设有防转台阶口,所述防转台阶口与所述第二钩体配合卡接。
- 如权利要求10所述的固线结构,其中:所述固线凸环远离所述第二钩体的第二端设有导入斜面,所述导入斜面与所述第二钩体的第二导向斜面配合将所述固线凸环导入到多个所述第二干涉部围成的空间中。
- 一种照明装置,其中,包括:光源组件、灯罩和权利要求8至11任一项所述的固线结构,所述光源组件包括光源板、设于光源板的光源以及与光源板电连接的光源驱动,光源组件安装于壳体中,灯罩与壳体连接并罩设光源组件;输入线穿固线扣的过线孔,固线扣安装于壳体的固线通孔,以实现输入线伸入壳体与光源驱动连接且输入线固定安装于固线通孔。
