目前,各类画作已走进家庭、艺术场馆等场所。通常情况下,已经安装好的画作不会轻易移动,如果需要对画作的画框进行清洁或者更换时,需要将画 作整体取下,借助拆装撬棒或者螺丝刀等辅助手段才能将画框进行拆装、更换。可以看出,画框的整体安装过程复杂及繁琐,需要用户提前准备好相关工具,且需要2次的拆装过程,浪费大量时间的同时也可能增加安全风险。
本公开实施例提供了一种框架,能够在一定程度上解决框架的外框拆卸不易的问题。
图1为根据本公开一实施例提供的一种框架的结构示意图;图2为根据本公开一实施例提供的另一种框架的结构示意图。如图1和图2所示,该框架包括内框10、罩于内框10之外的外框20以及用于将外框20与内框10可拆卸式固定的卡接机构30。例如,内框10围绕一开口区域设置,外框20可设置在内框10远离该开口区域的一侧;内框10可用于固定展品,也可为用于显示画作的显示面板的外部框体结构。
从上述实施例可以看出,本公开实施例提供的框架,通过设置卡接机构,使得外框可通过卡接机构与内框可拆卸式连接,从而能够很容易将外框拆下,从而在不需要借助任何工具的同时也不需要将已经挂起的画作取下的情况下就可方便的进行外框的更换。
例如,框架可以是用于展示画作的画框,也可以是用于展示其他内容(如广告)的框架,只要是具备框架结构的物品,均可使用前述的框架。例如,上述的外框可为木框,上述的内框可为显示面板的胶框。
在一些示例中,参考图1和图2,卡接机构30包括卡接配合部件31a/31b、传动部件32a/32b和触发部件33,卡接配合部件31a/31b被配置为将外框20与内框10卡接固定;触发部件33被配置为通过传动部件32a/32b带动卡接配合部件31a/31b实现外框与内框的彼此分离,以使外框20从内框10上拆卸。通过卡接配合部件、传动部件和触发部件的设计,使得当对触发部件进行触发操作时,即可经传动部件带动卡接配合部件实现外框与内框的彼此分离,从而实现外框从内框上拆卸。

在一些示例中,如图3a-3d所示,卡接配合部件31a/31b包括卡扣311a/311b,内框10包括卡槽312a/312b(参考图4a),传动部件为连杆321a/321b;卡槽312a/312b设置于内框的外侧壁,卡扣311a/311b、连杆321a/321b和触发部件33设置于外框20的内侧壁,且连杆321a/321b的第一端连接卡扣311a/311b,连杆321a/321b的第二端连接触发部件33,通过触发部件33带动连杆321a/321b运动使卡扣311a/311b与卡槽312a/312b分离。需要说明的是,这里仅仅是给出了卡接机构30的一种可选实施方式,实际上,可以知道,通过触发部件经传动部件带动卡接配合部件分离或卡接的实现方式还有很多种,只要其他可选实施方式在本公开的发明思路范围内,均应属于本公开的保护范围。
在一些示例中,如图3a-3d所示,连杆321a/321b在卡扣311a/311b与触发部件33之间设置有固定于外框20内侧的转轴322a/322b,触发部件33包括按键331和弹性件332,按键331与连杆321a/321b的第二端连接,弹性件332向按键331施加的弹力使连杆321a/321b带动卡扣311a/311b朝向卡槽312a/312b的方向运动,以使外框20与内框10连接时,卡扣311a/311b能够卡入卡槽312a/312b;按键331被按压时,连杆321a/321b以转轴322a/322b为旋转支点带动卡扣311a/311b产生与弹性件332受到的作用力方向相反的作用力,以使卡扣311a/311b离开卡槽312a/312b。
在一些示例中,如图3a-3d所示,按键331朝向内框10的一面设置弹性件332,按键331远离内框10的一面设置有凸起333,外框20的外侧壁上设置有通孔21(参考图4a),当外框20与内框10处于连接状态时,弹性件332与内框10的外侧壁接触且处于压缩状态,凸起333卡接在通孔21中。
在一些示例中,如图3a-3d所示,连杆321a/321b的中部设置有固定孔,外框20通过转轴322a/322b穿过固定孔与连杆321a/321b固定。这样,通过转轴将外框与连杆固定,使得卡接机构整体能与外框相固定,另一方面,转轴设置在连杆中部,以转轴为旋转支点,根据杠杆原理,可以实现连杆带动卡扣的功能。
在一些示例中,如图4c所示,转轴322a/322b可以通过设置在外框20背面的销孔2225与外框20相固定;这样,如图4a-4b所示,从外框20的正面将不能看到销孔和转轴,从而保证了美观。
在一些示例中,如图3a-3d所示,传动部件32a包括连杆321a,传动部件32b包括连杆321b,两根连杆321a、321b相对于触发部件33对称设置;卡接配合部件31a包括卡扣311a和卡扣311b,内框10包括卡槽312a和卡槽312b,两个卡扣311a、311b对应设置在两根连杆321a、321b上;对应于两个卡扣311a、311b,两个卡槽312a、312b设置于内框10的外侧壁(如图4a所示)。
在一些示例中,如图1所示,外框20的内侧壁设置有凹槽,传动部件32a/32b和触发部件33设置在凹槽内。这样,通过在外框内侧壁设置凹槽,使得传动部件32a/32b和触发部件33能够被容纳在外框内部而不外露,保持美观,同时也使框架整体更加紧凑,节约空间。
在一些示例中,如图2所示,卡接机构30包括两组,设置在相对于内框10的两侧。
例如,为了使外框和内框之间的固定更加稳固,卡接机构30可以包括四组,设置在相对于内框10的四周。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例的卡扣的固定位置位于框架的靠近边角的位置,防止产品碎角;同时由于长边的尺寸较长,卡扣仅存在于端位,容易引起产品的中间没有卡扣位置的强度较弱,会引起变形、破损等问题,本公开实施例还在中间位置增加了弹性件的结构也能很好的解决该问题,即按键位置既是打开外框的开关,又同时增加了紧固内框的功能。
本公开实施例提出了一种显示装置,能够在一定程度上解决框架的外框拆卸不易的问题。
如图5所示,显示装置包括:上述任一实施例提供的框架,以及显示面板40;显示面板40设置在框架的内框中。显示面板40中可以显示任何需要进行显示的内容,具体显示内容可以根据用户的实际需要进行选择和设置。
从上述实施例可以看出,本公开提供的显示装置,其框架通过设置卡接机构,使外框通过卡接机构与内框可拆卸式连接,从而能够很容易将外框拆下,在不需要借助任何工具的同时也不需要将已经挂起的显示面板取下即可方便的进行外框的更换。
本公开一实施例提供一种显示装置;如图5所示,该显示装置包括显示面板40和框架,框架包括外框和内框和卡接结构;图1为根据本公开一实施例提供的一种框架的结构示意图;图2为根据本公开一实施例提供的一种框架去掉外框之后的结构示意图。如图1和图2所示,外框20被配置为围绕显示面 板设置,且包括朝向显示面板的凹槽220;内框10设置于外框20靠近显示面板的一侧;卡接机构30至少部分设置于凹槽220内,并被配置为可将外框20与内框10可拆卸式固定。需要说明的是,上述的显示面板可用于显示画作以进行展示。
在本公开实施例提供的显示装置中,通过设置卡接机构,使得外框可通过卡接机构与内框可拆卸式连接,从而能够很容易将外框拆下,从而在不需要借助任何工具的同时也不需要将已经挂起的显示面板取下的情况下就可方便的进行外框的更换。另外,通过在外框内设置凹槽,使得卡接机构能够被容纳在外框内部而不外露,保持美观,同时也使框架整体更加紧凑,节约空间。
在一些示例中,如图1和图2所示,卡接机构30包括卡接配合部件31a/31b、传动部件32a/32b和触发部件33,卡接配合部件31a/31b被配置为将外框20与内框10卡接固定;触发部件33被配置为通过传动部件32a/32b带动卡接配合部件31a/31b实现外框与内框的彼此分离,以使外框20从内框10上拆卸。通过卡接配合部件、传动部件和触发部件的设计,使得当对触发部件进行触发操作时,即可经传动部件带动卡接配合部件实现外框与内框的彼此分离,从而实现外框从内框上拆卸。

在一些示例中,如图1和图2所示,卡接机构30还包括转轴机构350,转轴机构350包括固定在凹槽220内的转轴351,连杆321a/321b包括固定孔352,固定孔352位于第一端361和第二端362之间,且套设在转轴351上以使连杆321a/321b可绕转轴351转动;这样,可通过转轴将外框与连杆固定,使得卡接机构整体能与外框相固定,另一方面,转轴设置在连杆中部,以转轴为旋转支点,根据杠杆原理,可以实现连杆带动卡扣的功能。

在一些示例中,如图4a-4c所示,外框20包括:第一框体221、第二框体222和连接框体223;第二框体222与第一框体221体平行或大致平行设置;连接框体223将第一框体221远离显示面板的边缘和第二框体222远离显示面板的边缘连接,以形成凹槽220,第二框体222上设置有销孔2225,转轴351可固定在销孔2225中,卡接机构30通过销孔2225和转轴351固定在第二框 体222上,且至少部分位于凹槽220内部。由此,该框体的第一框体和连接框体上不用设置固定结构,当从第一框体观看时可避免销孔和转轴外露,从而保证了美观。需要说明的是,上述的大致平行包括第一框体和第二框体之间的夹角范围在85-95度范围之间的情况。
在一些示例中,如图5所示,显示面板40包括胶框10,该胶框10为上述的内框10。显示面板40中可以显示任何需要进行显示的内容,具体显示内容可以根据用户的实际需要进行选择和设置。
从上述实施例可以看出,本公开提供的显示装置,其框架通过设置卡接机构,使外框通过卡接机构与内框可拆卸式连接,从而能够很容易将外框拆下,在不需要借助任何工具的同时也不需要将已经挂起的显示面板取下即可方便的进行外框的更换。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种框架,包括用于固定展品的内框、罩于所述内框之外的外框以及用于将所述外框与内框可拆卸式固定的卡接机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的框架,其中,所述卡接机构包括卡接配合部件、传动部件和触发部件,所述触发部件被配置为通过所述传动部件带动所述卡接配合部件实现所述外框与所述内框的彼此分离,以使所述外框从所述内框上拆卸。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的框架,其中,所述卡接配合部件包括卡扣和卡槽,所述传动部件包括连杆;所述卡槽设置于所述内框靠近所述外框的外侧壁,所述卡扣、所述连杆和所述触发部件设置于所述外框,且所述连杆的第一端连接所述卡扣,所述连杆的第二端连接所述触发部件,通过所述触发部件带动所述连杆运动使所述卡扣与所述卡槽分离。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的框架,其中,所述连杆在所述卡扣与触发部件之间设置有固定于所述外框内侧的转轴,所述触发部件包括按键和弹性件,所述按键与所述连杆的第二端连接,所述弹性件向所述按键施加的弹力使所述连杆带动所述卡扣朝向所述卡槽方向运动,以使所述外框与所述内框连接时,所述卡扣能够卡入所述卡槽;所述按键被按压时,以所述转轴为旋转支点,所述连杆带动所述卡扣产生与所述弹性件受到的作用力方向相反的作用力,以使所述卡扣离开所述卡槽。

    内框,设置于所述外框靠近所述显示面板的一侧;以及
    卡接机构,至少部分设置于所述凹槽内,并被配置为可将所述外框与所述内框可拆卸式固定。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其中,所述卡接机构包括卡接配合部件、传动部件和触发部件,所述触发部件被配置为通过所述传动部件带动所述卡接配合部件实现所述外框与所述内框的彼此分离,以使所述外框从所述内框上拆卸。

  16. 根据权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,所述按键朝向内框的一面设置所述弹性件,所述按键远离内框的一面设置有凸起,所述外框的外侧壁设置有通孔,当所述外框与所述内框处于连接状态时,所述弹性件与所述内框的外侧壁接触且处于压缩状态,所述凸起卡接在所述通孔中。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,所述外框包括:
    第一框体;
    第二框体,与所述第一框体平行或大致平行设置;
    连接框体,将所述第一框体远离所述显示面板的边缘和所述第二框体远离所述显示面板的边缘连接,以形成所述凹槽,
    其中,所述第二框体上设置有销孔,所述第二框体被配置为通过所述销孔与所述转轴固定,所述卡接机构通过所述转轴固定在所述第二框体上,且至少部分位于所述凹槽内部。
  18. 根据权利要求14-17任一项所述的显示装置,其中,所述传动部件包括两根所述连杆,两根所述连杆相对于所述触发部件对称设置;
    所述卡接配合部件包括两个所述卡扣,所述内框包括两个所述卡槽,两个所述卡扣对应设置在两根所述连杆上;对应于两个所述卡扣,两个所述卡槽设置于所述内框的所述外侧壁。
  19. 根据权利要求12-18任一项所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述显示面板包括胶框,所述显示面板的胶框为所述内框。
