- 根据权利要求1所述的电磁波发生系统,还包括:检测单元,串联在所述匹配单元与所述电磁发生模块之间,配置为检测经过其的入射波信号和反射波信号的特定参数;和控制单元,配置为根据所述特定参数计算电磁波吸收率,并根据所述电磁波吸收率向所述匹配单元下发调节指令。

- 根据权利要求8所述的加热装置,其中,所述电磁波发生系统进一步设置为根据权利要求6所述的电磁波发生系统,其中所述检测单元、控制单元和匹配单元集成于一块电路板;且所述筒体由金属制成并设置为接地,所述电路板设置为与所述筒体导电连接。
