本申请涉及衣物处理技术领域,尤其是涉及一种衣物处理装置。
相关技术中的衣物处理装置的门体一端多铰接于前面板上等部件上,而前面板多由于支撑力不够容易导致门体下垂等现象发生,进而门体难以关闭。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种衣物处理装置,所述衣物处理装置的结构更稳定。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置,包括:支撑框架,所述支撑框架形成容纳空间;至少一个衣物处理模块,所述衣物处理模块至少部分适于被装配至所述容纳空间内,且所述衣物处理模块具有衣物取放口;至少一个门体,所述门体与所述支撑框架连接,用于打开和关闭所述衣物处理模块的衣物取放口。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置,与相关技术中的将门体铰接于前面板的技术方案相比,由于支撑框架的结构强度相较于前面板的结构强度较高,通过将门体与支撑框架直接连接,可以提高门体的安装稳定性和可靠性,从而使门体可以正常关闭,保证门体关闭后的密封性。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述衣物处理模块和所述门体分别至少包括两个且位置一一对应,至少两个所述衣物处理模块沿上下方向间隔布置,至少两个所述门体沿上下方向间隔布置以分别打开和关闭对应位置的所述衣物处理模块的衣物取放口。

下面结合图1-图42详细描述根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100。
如图1-图14所示,根据本申请一个实施例的衣物处理装置100包括支撑框架11、至少一个衣物处理模块和至少一个门体。
支撑框架11形成容纳空间,衣物处理模块至少部分适于被装配至容纳空间内,且衣物处理模块具有衣物取放口311,门体与支撑框架11连接,用于打开和关闭衣物处理模块的衣物取放口311。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100,与相关技术中的将门体铰接于前面板的技术方案相比,由于支撑框架11的结构强度相较于前面板的结构强度较高,通过将门体与支撑框架11直接连接,可以提高门体的安装稳定性和可靠性,从而使门体可以正常关闭,保证门体关闭后的密封性。
根据本申请的一个实施例,衣物处理模块和门体分别至少包括两个且位置一一对应,至少两个衣物处理模块沿上下方向间隔布置,至少两个门体沿上下方向间隔布置,从而分别打开和关闭对应位置的衣物处理模块的衣物取放口311。
具体地,如图2和图3所示,衣物处理装置100包括箱体10、第一衣物处理模块20、第二衣物处理模块30、第一门体151和第二门体152,第一衣物处理模块20设于箱体10内且包括第一衣物处理筒21,第二衣物处理模块30设于箱体10内且位于第一衣物处理模块20的上方,第二衣物处理模块30包括第二衣物处理筒31,第一衣物处理模块20和第二衣物处理模块30的前部分别具有衣物取放口311。
在一些实施例中,每个门体与支撑框架11可枢转地连接,其中,相邻两个门体之间通过中间铰链153连接在支撑框架11,位于最上部和位于最下部的门体通过端部铰链连接在支撑框架11。
参照图3以及图14-图17,第二门体152设于第一门体151的上方,第一门体151的上端以及第二门体152的下端通过中间铰链153连接在支撑框架11的中部,第一门体151的下端通过第一端部铰链154连接在支撑框架11的下端,第二门体152的上端通过第二端部铰链155连接在支撑框架11的上端,第一门体151和第二门体152可以整体安装在支撑框架11上且独立枢转,装拆方便。
如图16所示,在一些示例中,中间铰链153包括中间安装部1531和中间连接部1532,中间安装部1531通过紧固件固定在支撑框架11的前部,中间连接部1532与中间安装 部1531连接,中间连接部1532的上表面具有朝上延伸的上固定轴1533,上固定轴1533与相邻两个门体中的位于上部的门体配合,中间连接部1532的下表面具有朝下延伸的下固定轴1534,下固定轴1534与相邻两个门体中的位于下部的门体配合,结构简单、装拆方便。
在一些示例中,端部铰链包括端面安装部和端面连接部,端面安装部通过紧固件固定在支撑框架11的上部或下部,端面连接部与端面安装部连接,端面连接部具有与位于最上部的门体的上端面或位于最下部的门体的下端面配合的连接轴。
具体地,如图15所示,第二门体152的上端通过第二端部铰链155连接在支撑框架11,其中,第二端部铰链155包括第二端面安装部1551和第二端面连接部1552,第二端面安装部1551通过紧固件固定在支撑框架11的上部,第二端面连接部1552与第二端面安装部1551连接,第二端面连接部1552具有朝下延伸的上连接轴1553,上连接轴1553与第二门体152的上端面配合。
如图17所示,第一门体151的下端通过第一端部铰链154连接在支撑框架11,其中,第一端部铰链154包括第一端面安装部1541和第一端面连接部1542,第一端面安装部1541通过紧固件固定在支撑框架11的下部,第一端面连接部1542与第一端面安装部1541连接,第一端面连接部1542具有朝上延伸的下连接轴1543,下连接轴1543与第一门体151的下端面配合。
由此,第一门体151的上下两端以及第二门体152的上下两端均与支撑框架11实现枢转连接,有利于提高连接可靠性以及开闭过程中的运行稳定性。
根据本申请的一个实施例,在全部门体处于关闭衣物取放口311的位置的状态下,门体覆盖支撑框架11的整个前部区域。通过采用可以在关闭位置覆盖箱体10的整个前部区域的门体,不仅可以提升衣物处理装置100的整体外观的美观性,方便用户擦拭衣物处理装置100的外表面,易于清洁,而且门体可以对箱体10的整个前部区域形成保护作用和保温作用,提升衣物处理装置100的使用体验。
在一些实施例中,衣物处理装置100还包括:前面板12,前面板12设于支撑框架11的前部区域且具有至少一个开口1201,开口1201与衣物处理模块的数量相等且位置一一对应,其中,开口1201与对应位置的衣物处理模块的衣物取放口311连通,在全部门体处于关闭位置的状态下,门体关闭所有的开口1201且整个前面板12被覆盖。通过设置前面板12,可以提高衣物处理装置100的集成度和外形美观性,进一步提升用户的使用体验。
在一些示例中,支撑框架11包括基座111、第三竖梁112、第四竖梁113、第二竖梁114和连接横梁117。第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113间隔布置在基座111的前部,第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113分别自基座111向上延伸,第二竖梁114布置在基座111的后部且自基座111向上延伸,连接横梁117的两端与第三竖梁112的中部和第四竖梁113的中部连接,连接横梁117设有第一铰链安装座1172,用于安装中间铰链153。
在一些示例中,前面板12的中部具有安装凹部1202,安装凹部1202的底壁具有与 第一铰链安装座1172上的穿孔位置对应的安装孔3325,中间铰链153的中间安装部1531设于安装凹部1202内且通过紧固件与第一铰链安装座1172实现连接。在一些具体示例中,安装凹部1202的底壁可以设有避让口,从而适于将第一铰链安装座1172外露,方便将中间铰链153的中间安装部1531直接安装至第一铰链安装座1172上。
在进一步的示例中,支撑框架11还包括顶部连接架118,顶部连接架118与第三竖梁112、第四竖梁113和第二竖梁114中的每一个的上端连接,基座111具有底板1111以及连接在底板1111侧部的侧围板1112,第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113中的每一个的下端与侧围板1112连接。其中,侧围板1112的前表面以及顶部连接架118的上表面设有用于安装端部铰链的第二铰链安装座1113(1184)。
也就是说,侧围板1112的前表面设有第二铰链安装座1113,用于安装第一端部铰链154,前面板12的下部也设有一个安装凹部1202,第一端部铰链154的第一端面安装部1541设于该安装凹部1202内,从而通过紧固件与第二铰链安装座1113实现连接。进一步地,顶部连接架118的上表面设有一个第二铰链安装座1184,用于安装第二端部铰链155,即将第二端部铰链155的第二端面安装部1551直接安装在第二铰链安装座1184。
在一些示例中,门体的至少一部分边沿与前面板12的边沿平齐,例如,门体的形状为矩形,门体的两侧边沿与前面板12的两侧边沿平齐。
在一些示例中,门体的数量与开口1201的数量相等且位置一一对应,每个门体用于打开和关闭与其位置对应的开口1201。例如,门体包括多个,且多个门体相互独立以分别在打开位置和关闭位置之间活动,从而分别独立地打开和关闭对应位置的开口1201,不影响多个衣物处理模块的工作。
根据本申请的一个实施例,相邻两个门体之间形成间隙。例如,图14中的第一门体151和第二门体152之间形成间隙,从而不会产生干涉,能够实现独立枢转。
根据本申请的一个实施例,门体的制备材料至少包括隔热材料,从而提升门体对箱体10的整个前部区域的防护效果和保温效果。
在图4的示例中,第一衣物处理模块20包括第一衣物处理筒21,第一衣物处理筒21可以用于洗涤衣物,即第一衣物处理模块20形成为洗衣模块;第二衣物处理模块30包括第二衣物处理筒31,第二衣物处理筒31可以用于烘干衣物,即第二衣物处理模块30形成为干衣模块。当然,第一衣物处理模块20与第二衣物处理模块30的位置可以互换,并且第一衣物处理模块20与第二衣物处理模块30可以均形成洗衣模块;或者均形成干衣模块,对此本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要进行调整。
如图1-图12所示,根据本申请一个实施例的衣物处理装置100的支撑框架11包括:基座111和竖梁,竖梁自基座111向上延伸,竖梁为多根,且至少部分竖梁由至少两个子单元可拆卸地连接而成。
通过将至少部分竖梁由至少两个子单元可拆卸地连接而成,因此,在两个子单元拆开后,即形成无遮挡的较大的安装空间,从而便于部件的安装,例如,若将支撑框架11 应用到衣物处理装置100中,在竖梁的子单元拆开后,可以通过支撑框架11限定出较大的安装空间,用于安装衣物处理模块,待到衣物处理模块安装完毕后,再将其余子单元进行组装,组装方便。
在一些实施例中,基座111成型为方形基座111,竖梁为四根,即第一竖梁115、第二竖梁114、第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113,四根竖梁形成为自方形基座111的四个角向上延伸,从而利用四根竖梁之间限定出容纳空间。
在一些实施例中,位于方形基座111一侧的两个角分别设有第一竖梁115及第二竖梁114,所述第一竖梁115和/或第二竖梁114由至少两个子单元可拆卸连接而成。也就是说,第一竖梁115和第二竖梁114中的其中一个由至少两个子单元可拆卸连接而成;或者,第一竖梁115和第二竖梁114中的每一个由至少两个两个子单元可拆卸连接而成。
根据本申请的一个可选的实施例,第一竖梁115由两个子单元可拆卸地连接而成,其中,第一竖梁115的两个子单元分别为第一下竖梁1151和第一上竖梁1152,第一下竖梁1151自方形基座111向上延伸,第一上竖梁1152自第一下竖梁1151向上延伸,第一上竖梁1152的下端与第一下竖梁1151的上端可拆卸连接。
具体地,如图5-图9所示,竖梁包括两根短竖梁和三根长竖梁,两根短竖梁和三根长竖梁均沿上下方向延伸,其中一根短竖梁和三根长竖梁的下端分别连接在方形基座111的四个角,从而利用三根长竖梁的下部与该短竖梁限定出位于下部的第一容纳空间1101,而由于短竖梁高度较低,因此,在安装上部部件时不会形成干涉作用,即第四竖梁113和第二竖梁114之间形成较大的安装空间,上部部件可方便地通过该安装空间被装配至第二容纳空间1102内。待部件装配完成后,再将第二根短竖梁的下端与第一根短竖梁的上端连接,极大地提高了组装效率和结构稳定性。
根据本申请的另一个可选的实施例,第二竖梁114由两个子单元可拆卸地连接而成,其中,第二竖梁114的两个子单元分别为自方形基座111向上延伸的第二下竖梁1141和自第二下竖梁1141向上延伸的第二上竖梁1142,第二上竖梁1142的下端与第二下竖梁1141的上端可拆卸连接。
具体地,如图10至图12所示,竖梁包括四根短竖梁和两根长竖梁,其中四根短竖梁和两根长竖梁均沿上下方向延伸,其中两根短竖梁和两根长竖梁的下端分别连接在方形基座111的四个角,从而利用两根长竖梁的下部与这两根短竖梁限定出位于下部的第一容纳空间1101,而当第一上竖梁与第一下竖梁拆开,且第二上竖梁与第二下竖梁拆开后,框架上方即形成较大的安装空间,即第三竖梁及第四竖梁的后部形成该较大范围的安装空间,衣物处理模块可方便地通过该安装空间并被装配至支撑框架11内,待部件装配完成后,再将最后两根短竖梁的下端分别与两根短竖梁的上端连接,极大地提高了组装效率和结构稳定性,从而本实施例可以更加便捷地将衣物处理模块装配至第二容纳空间1102内。
下面结合附图1-图42,详细描述根据本申请的衣物处理装置100的一个具体实施例。
如图1-图4所示,衣物处理装置100包括箱体10、门体组件15、第一衣物处理模 块20和第二衣物处理模块30。
箱体10作为衣物处理装置100的框架结构,箱体10包括支撑框架11,支撑框架11包括方形基座111、多个连接横梁117、顶部连接架118、四根竖梁,即第一竖梁115、第二竖梁114、第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113,四根竖梁分别自方形基座111的四个角向上延伸,第一竖梁115和第二竖梁114设于方形基座111的位于后部的两个角,第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113设于方形基座111的位于前部的两个角。
方形基座111包括底板1111以及围设在底座32侧部的四个侧围板1112,相邻设置的两根竖梁的下端之间通过侧围板1112实现连接,相邻设置的两根竖梁的中部之间通过连接横梁117实现连接,每根竖梁的上端与顶部连接架118的四个角连接。
顶部连接架118、多个连接横梁117以及四根竖梁的下部之间限定出供第一衣物处理模块20装配的第一容纳空间1101,顶部连接架118、多个连接横梁117以及四根竖梁的上部之间限定出供第二衣物处理模块30装配的第二容纳空间1102。
如图5至图9所示,在一些可选的示例中,第一竖梁115包括两根短竖梁,即包括自方形基座111向上延伸的第一下竖梁1151和自第一下竖梁1151向上延伸的第一上竖梁1152,其中,第一上竖梁1152与顶部连接架118的沿前后方向延伸且位于右侧的一根横梁采用同一板材经弯折成型工艺一体成型,即本实施例中,第一上竖梁1152与顶部连接架118的一部分一体加工成型,二者不需要采用连接结构进行连接,而第一上竖梁1152的下端与第一下竖梁1151的上端可拆卸连接,并与连接横梁117连接,第二竖梁114、第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113均为长竖梁。
第二衣物处理模块30在装配前,第一下竖梁1151、第二竖梁114、第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113通过方形基座111以及多个连接横梁117组装,使第二竖梁114、第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113的上部限定出无遮挡的较大的安装空间,方便第二衣物处理模块30的装配,装配完成后再将连有顶部连接架118的第一上竖梁1152与第一下竖梁1151连接。
如图10至图12所示,在另一些可选的示例中,第一竖梁115和第二竖梁114分别包括两根短竖梁,即第一竖梁115包括自方形基座111向上延伸的第一下竖梁1151和自第一下竖梁1151向上延伸的第一上竖梁1152,第二竖梁114包括自方形基座111向上延伸的第二下竖梁1141和自第二下竖梁1141向上延伸的第二上竖梁1142。
其中,顶部连接架118的沿前后方向延伸且位于右侧的一根横梁与第一上竖梁1152采用同一板材经弯折成型工艺一体成型,顶部连接架118的沿前后方向延伸且位于左侧的一根横梁与第二上竖梁1142采用同一板材经弯折成型工艺一体成型,即本实施例中,第一上竖梁1152与顶部连接架118的一部分一体加工成型,第二上竖梁1142与顶部连接架118的另一部分一体加工成型,二者不需要采用连接结构进行连接,而第一上竖梁1152的下端与第一下竖梁1151的上端可拆卸连接且分别与连接横梁117连接,第二上竖梁1142的下端与第二下竖梁1141的上端可拆卸连接且分别与连接横梁117连接,第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113均为长竖梁。
第二衣物处理模块30在装配前,第一下竖梁1151、第二下竖梁1141、第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113通过方形基座111以及多个连接横梁117组装,然后将第二衣物处理模块30与第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113以及连接横梁117进行装配,最后将连有顶部连接架118的第一上竖梁1152、第二上竖梁1142分别与第一下竖梁1151和第二下竖梁1141连接。
关于上竖梁和下竖梁的连接方式,下面以第二上竖梁1142和第二下竖梁1141为例进行说明。如图11和图12所示,第二上竖梁1142的下端设有朝下延伸的竖梁连接片11421,第二上竖梁1142的竖梁连接片11421相对于第二上竖梁1142先朝外弯折后朝下延伸,以使第二下竖梁1141的上端外侧的至少一部分被竖梁连接片11421覆盖,第二上竖梁1142的竖梁连接片11421通过紧固件与第二下竖梁1141的上端连接,连接方便,保证二者的连接可靠性和稳定性。
关于竖梁与连接横梁117的连接方式,下面以第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113为例进行说明。如图5和图6所示,第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113的前侧表面的中部分别具有内凹的第一容纳凹部1131,每个第一容纳凹部1131的底壁具有卡孔11311,连接横梁117的两端分别设有朝下弯折的卡舌1171,连接横梁117的两端分别设置在第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113上的第一容纳凹部1131内,且卡舌1171朝下插接至卡孔11311内,从而将连接横梁117安装至第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113上。
关于竖梁与顶部连接架118的连接方式,下面以第四竖梁113为例进行说明。如图5以及图7、图8所示,第四竖梁113的上端具有呈90度布置的第一连接片1133和第二连接片1134,第一连接片1133上设有缺口11331和第一穿孔11332,第二连接片1134上设有第二穿孔11341,顶部连接架118的与第四竖梁113位置对应的一个角设有朝下延伸的第一连接翻边1182和第二连接翻边1183,第一连接翻边1182和第二连接翻边1183间隔布置,第一连接翻边1182上设有朝外弯折的插片11821和第一通孔11822,第二连接翻边1183上设有第二通孔11831。
组装时,将第一连接片1133设在第一连接翻边1182的外侧,第二连接片1134从第一连接翻边1182和第二连接翻边1183之间的间隙插入,然后将插片11821与缺口11331的配合,将第一连接片1133和第一连接翻边1182通过穿设于第一穿孔11332和第一通孔11822的紧固件实现连接,将第二连接片1134和第二连接翻边1183通过穿设于第二穿孔11341和第二通孔11831的紧固件实现连接,从而保证顶部连接架118与第四竖梁113的连接可靠性和稳定性。
如图32至图42所示,框架结构还包括多个面板,即前面板12、两个侧面板13、后背板以及顶板14。前面板12覆盖在支撑框架11的前部区域,并且前面板12具有两个沿上下方向间隔布置的开口1201,两个开口1201的位置与第一衣物处理模块20和第二衣物处理模块30的衣物取放口311位置对应,后面板覆盖在支撑框架11的后部区域,两个侧面板13覆盖在支撑框架11的左侧区域和右侧区域。
下面详细描述前面板12、位于左侧的侧面板13与支撑框架11的连接方式,其中, 第三竖梁112设于方形基座111的位于左前部的一个角,第三竖梁112的前侧表面设有框架连接孔1104、框架定位孔1106和框架穿孔1105,前面板12的左侧具有相对于前面板12的外表面凹陷设置的面板安装部121,面板安装部121上设有与框架连接孔1104位置对应的面板连接孔1211、与框架定位孔1106位置对应的面板定位孔1213、与框架穿孔1105位置对应的面板穿孔1212,位于左侧的侧面板13的前侧具有朝前面板12弯折的面板覆盖部131,面板覆盖部131的内侧设有卡槽1311。
面板安装部121通过穿设于面板连接孔1211和框架连接孔1104的面板连接件122与第三竖梁112相连。其中,面板连接件122包括面板连接部1221、定位柱1223和连接柱1222,面板连接部1221上设有连接凸起1224以限定出向下凹陷设置的凹槽1225,连接柱1222包括两个间隔布置的支脚12221。
组装时,可以先将前面板12的面板安装部121通过螺钉固定在第三竖梁112上,然后压紧面板连接件122的两个支脚12221,使连接柱1222依次穿过面板连接孔1211、框架连接孔1104,之后松开两个支脚12221,达到防脱效果,并将定位柱1223穿设框架定位孔1106和面板定位孔1213,将紧固件穿设于连接穿孔12211、面板穿孔1212和框架穿孔1105,从而进一步保证面板连接件122与面板安装部121以及第三竖梁112的连接可靠性;最后安装侧面板13,使侧面板13的面板覆盖部131覆盖前面板12的面板安装部121,然后向下推侧面板13,或者利用侧面板13的重力作用,使面板覆盖部131上的卡槽1311的上边沿卡入面板连接件122的凹槽1225内,如此,侧面板13的面板覆盖部131将前面板12的面板安装部121以及面板安装部121上的螺钉、面板连接件122遮挡,不影响框架结构的外观。
如图9和图33所示,位于第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113之间的连接横梁117的前表面设有第一铰链安装座1172,位于第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113之间的侧围板1112的前表面设有第二铰链安装座1113,以及顶部连接架118的上表面设有第二铰链安装座1184。前面板12的中部具有安装凹部1202,安装凹部1202的底壁具有与第一铰链安装座1172上的穿孔位置对应的安装孔3325,前面板12的下部也设有一个安装凹部1202,该安装凹部1202的底壁设有与第二铰链安装座1113(1184)上的穿孔位置对应的安装孔3325。
如图13至图17所示,衣物处理装置100的门体组件15包括第一门体151和第二门体152,第一门体151位于第二门体152的下方,第一门体151的上端和第二门体152的下端分别通过中间铰链153连接在支撑框架11,具体地,中间铰链153包括中间安装部1531和中间连接部1532,中间安装部1531设于安装凹部1202内且通过紧固件与第一铰链安装座1172实现连接,从而固定在安装支撑框架11的前部,中间连接部1532与中间安装部1531连接,中间连接部1532的上表面具有朝上延伸的上固定轴1533,上固定轴1533与第二门体152配合,中间连接部1532的下表面具有朝下延伸的下固定轴1534,下固定轴1534与第一门体151配合。
第一门体151的下端通过第一端部铰链154连接在支撑框架11的下端,第一端部铰 链154包括第一端面安装部1541和第一端面连接部1542,第一端面安装部1541设于安装凹部1202内且通过紧固件与第二铰链安装座1113实现连接,从而固定在支撑框架11的下部,第一端面连接部1542与第一端面安装部1541连接,第一端面连接部1542具有朝上延伸的下连接轴1543,下连接轴1543与第一门体151的下端面配合。
第二门体152的上端通过第二端部铰链155连接在支撑框架11的上端,第二端部铰链155包括第二端面安装部1551和第二端面连接部1552,第二端面安装部1551通过紧固件与顶部连接架118的上表面的第二铰链安装座1184实现连接,从而固定在支撑框架11的上部,第二端面连接部1552与第二端面安装部1551连接,第二端面连接部1552具有朝下延伸的上连接轴1553,上连接轴1553与第二门体152的上端面配合。
其中,如图13所示,第二门体152的朝内的一侧设有安装口1521,操控面板1523经安装口1521被安装至第二门体152的安装腔1520内,盖板1522适于可拆卸地封闭安装口1521,从而将操控面板1523封闭在第二门体152的安装腔1520内。
第一衣物处理模块20包括第一衣物处理筒21,第一衣物处理模块20可以为洗衣模块且安装在位于下方的第一容纳空间1101内,第二衣物处理模块30包括第二衣物处理筒31,第二衣物处理模块30可以为干衣模块且安装在位于上方的第二容纳空间1102内。干衣模块内设有与操控面板1523通讯的控制板,干衣模块的工作环境水分相对较少,不会对控制板造成损坏。
如图18至图26所示,干衣模块包括干衣单元和设于干衣单元的底座32下方的加强板33,干衣模块通过预装在干衣单元上的加强板33与支撑框架11实现连接。底座32与前面板12之间具有间隙。
其中,干衣单元的底座32内包括用于安装冷却风扇的吸风区321、风机安装腔322以及热泵安装腔323,加强板33具有多个与风机安装腔322导通的第一通风孔3311、多个第二通风孔3321以及与吸风区321位置对应的避让缺口336,加强板33的外周沿设有朝上弯折的第一安装翻边334,用于与连接横梁117连接,加强板33的外周沿还设有朝上弯折且位于第一安装翻边334内侧的第二安装翻边335,用于连接干衣单元的底座32。
加强板33大致形成方形板件且包括第一板部331以及相对于第一板部331凹陷设置且环绕第一板部331的第二板部332,第二板部332的前部形成超出底座32外周沿的延伸部,多个第二通风孔3321设于延伸部,多个加强凹部3313设于第一板部331且沿前后方向间隔布置,每个加强凹部3313沿左右方向延伸,多个加强凸部3323设于第二板部332且沿第一板部331的周向间隔布置,加强板33的外周沿还设有朝上弯折的固定翻边333,固定翻边333上设有固定孔3331,固定翻边333还具有沿其厚度方向贯通的插孔3332,加强板33的邻近插孔3332的位置设有安装凸台3324,安装凸台3324的顶部设有安装孔3325,例如,支撑结构312具有适于从插孔3332插入的插接部,以与安装凸台3324连接。
干衣模块工作时,位于洗衣模块的一部分空气从避让缺口336通过吸风区321与前 面板12之间的间隙流入吸风区321,用于冷却热泵系统,并且干衣模块与洗衣模块之间的空气还可以通过多个第二通风孔3321实现流通。
如图27至图31所示,干衣单元包括干衣筒以及设于干衣筒的前端和后端的支撑结构312,其中,位于干衣筒的前端的支撑结构312通过两个框架连接件313与第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113连接。
框架连接件313包括连接本体3134和两个连接臂3135,连接本体3134沿第三竖梁112或第四竖梁113的长度方向延伸,两个连接臂3135连接在连接本体3134的两端且朝支撑结构312延伸,连接臂3135相对于连接本体3134朝第二容纳空间1102内凹陷设置。其中,每个连接臂3135设有第一连接孔3131,连接本体3134设有朝向第三竖梁112或第四竖梁113弯折的第一固定凸起3132和第二固定凸起3133。
支撑结构312具有与第一连接孔3131位置对应的第二连接孔3121,框架连接件313与支撑结构312通过穿设于第一连接孔3131和第二连接孔3121的紧固件实现连接。
第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113中的每一个的前侧表面设有内凹的第二容纳凹部1132,第三竖梁112上的第二容纳凹部1132的底壁设有第一固定穿孔11321,第四竖梁113上的第二容纳凹部1132的底壁设有第一固定穿孔11321,框架连接件313设于第二容纳凹部1132内,设在第三竖梁112上的框架连接件313的第一固定凸起3132配合至第一固定穿孔11321内且第二固定凸起3133配合至第二固定穿孔11322内,从而实现第三竖梁112与框架连接件313的连接,设在第四竖梁113上的框架连接件313的第一固定凸起3132配合至第一固定穿孔11321内且第二固定凸起3133配合至第二固定穿孔11322内,从而实现第四竖梁113与框架连接件313的连接。

根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100的其他构成例如干衣模块、洗衣模块等以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (16)
- 一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,包括:支撑框架,所述支撑框架形成容纳空间;至少一个衣物处理模块,所述衣物处理模块至少部分适于被装配至所述容纳空间内,且所述衣物处理模块具有衣物取放口;至少一个门体,所述门体与所述支撑框架连接,用于打开和关闭所述衣物处理模块的衣物取放口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述衣物处理模块和所述门体分别至少包括两个且位置一一对应,至少两个所述衣物处理模块沿上下方向间隔布置,至少两个所述门体沿上下方向间隔布置以分别打开和关闭对应位置的所述衣物处理模块的衣物取放口。
- 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,每个所述门体与所述支撑框架可枢转地连接,其中,相邻两个所述门体之间通过中间铰链连接在所述支撑框架,位于最上部和位于最下部的所述门体通过端部铰链连接在所述支撑框架。
- 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述中间铰链包括:中间安装部,所述中间安装部部通过紧固件固定在所述支撑框架的前部;中间连接部,所述中间连接部与所述中间安装部连接,所述中间连接部的上表面具有朝上延伸且与相邻两个所述门体中的位于上部的门体配合的上固定轴,所述中间连接部的下表面具有朝下延伸且与相邻两个所述门体中的位于下部的门体配合的下固定轴。
- 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述端部铰链包括:端面安装部,所述端面安装部通过紧固件固定在所述支撑框架的上部或下部;端面连接部,所述端面连接部与所述端面安装部连接,所述端面连接部具有与位于最上部的所述门体的上端面或位于最下部的所述门体的下端面配合的连接轴。
- 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,在全部所述门体处于关闭所述衣物取放口的位置的状态下,所述门体覆盖所述支撑框架的整个前部区域。
- 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,还包括:前面板,所述前面板设于所述支撑框架的前部区域且具有至少一个开口,所述开口与所述衣物处理模块的数量相等且位置一一对应,其中,所述开口与对应位置的衣物处理模块的衣物取放口连通,在全部所述门体处于所述关闭位置的状态下,所述门体关闭所有的开口且整个所述前面板被覆盖。
- 根据权利要求7所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述门体的至少一部分边沿与所述前面板的边沿平齐。
- 根据权利要求7所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述门体的数量与所述开口 的数量相等且位置一一对应,每个所述门体用于打开和关闭与其位置对应的所述开口。
- 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述门体包括多个,且多个所述门体相互独立以分别在所述打开位置和所述关闭位置之间活动。
- 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述门体的制备材料至少包括隔热材料。
- 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述支撑框架包括:基座;竖梁,所述竖梁自所述基座向上延伸,所述竖梁为多根,且至少部分所述竖梁由至少两个子单元可拆卸地连接而成。
- 根据权利要求12所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述基座成型为方形基座,所述竖梁为四根,且四根所述竖梁形成为自所述方形基座的四个角向上延伸。
- 根据权利要求13所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,位于所述方形基座一侧的两个角分别设有第一竖梁及第二竖梁,所述第一竖梁和/或所述第二竖梁由至少两子单元可拆卸连接而成。
- 根据权利要求14所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述第一竖梁由两个子单元可拆卸地连接而成,其中,所述第一竖梁的两个子单元分别为自所述方形基座向上延伸的第一下竖梁和自所述第一下竖梁向上延伸的第一上竖梁,所述第一上竖梁的下端与所述第一下竖梁的上端可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求15所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述第二竖梁由两个子单元可拆卸地连接而成,其中,所述第二竖梁的两个子单元分别为自所述方形基座向上延伸的第二下竖梁和自所述第二下竖梁向上延伸的第二上竖梁,所述第二上竖梁的下端与所述第二下竖梁的上端可拆卸连接。
