在实际的结构设计过程中,工程师遇到了大量技术难题,将控制板总成设置在机门上,结构会复杂化,维修工人的维修工作困难,且控制板总成包括多个电路板,需要对各电路板进行安装结构的设计,以确定每个电路板均被稳定的固定,另外控制板总成容易受到灰尘和水的影响,因此还需要进行防护结构设计,确保各电路正常工作,不受外界环境影响。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。

参见图1-图12所示,本实施例提供一种衣物处理设备的门体,包括玻璃盆101和固定该玻璃盆101的框体组件,所述框体组件包括外框100和内框102,该门体还包括有控制板总成,所述外框100上开设有安装口1001,所述安装口1001周侧设置有装配结构,所述的控制板总成通过所述的装配结构安装在所述的安装口1001上。
本发明中,在衣物处理设备的门体的外框上设置控制板总成安装结构将控制板总成的各电路板均稳定的安装固定,且对控制板总成进行了防护结构设计,防止灰尘、水的影响,确保内部电路部件正常工作。
优选的,参见图2-图8所示,所述控制板总成包括有显示屏1031,所述装配结构包括显 示屏装配结构,所述的显示屏通过所述的显示屏装配结构安装在外框100上;
优选的,所述的显示屏装配结构包括设置在安装口周侧的多个卡爪8,所述显示屏通过所述的卡爪8卡接在安装口1001上。
优选的,所述控制板总成包括有电路板模块,所述的装配结构包括电路板装配结构,所述的电路板模块通过所述的电路板装配结构安装在外框上。
优选的,所述电路板装配结构包括设置在安装口周侧和/或偏离所述安装口设置在安装口的一侧或两侧的多个卡爪9,所述电路板模块通过所述各卡爪9卡接固定在外框上;

优选的,所述的电路板模块包括支架6,支架6包括安装显示电路板11的第一安装部61和安装控制电路板12的第二安装部62,显示电路板11设有与显示屏电连接的接线端口,所述电路板装配结构包括在所述安装口中部上下边沿设置的若干卡接所述第一安装部的卡爪,以将所述第一安装部61卡接固定在显示屏的后侧,所述电路板装配结构还包括偏离所述的安装口设置的若干卡接所述第二安装部62的卡爪,以将所述第二安装部62偏离显示屏卡接固定在显示屏1031的一侧。
在上述方案中,电路板装配结构对显示屏和电路板模块进行了适应性结构设计,将第一安装部固定在显示屏后侧,方便了显示电路板与显示屏的引线。
优选的,所述外框上开设有第一安装口4和第二安装口5,所述的第一安装口4上安装所述控制板总成的显示屏和所述的支架,所述控制板总成还包括有与所述的支架分离设置的具有触控开关的电源控制电路板3,所述的电源控制电路板3安装在所述的第二安装口5上;

在上述方案中,在衣物处理设备的门体的外框上设置控制板总成装配结构将控制板总成的各电路板均稳定的安装固定,且对控制板总成进行了防护结构设计即设计了壳体,该壳体密封保护所述的电路板总成,防止灰尘、水的影响,确保控制板总成内部电路部件正常工作。
优选的,所述壳体116具有容纳腔室和连通该容纳腔室的开口,所述的开口安装在所述的外框100上,所述的控制板总成位于所述的容纳腔室内。
在上述方案中,控制板总成的各部件容纳在壳体的容纳腔室内,壳体可对控制板总成的各部件进行防尘密封保护。
优选的,所述外框上设置有第一装配部,所述壳体对应设置有第二装配部,第一装配部和第二装配部直接卡接或通过紧固件间接连接装配,以将壳体固定在外框上。
在上述方案中,外框与壳体之间的装配结构可以为卡接结构也可以为紧固件连接装配结构。优选的,外框和壳体之间同时具有卡接结构和紧固件连接装配结构,从而起到了良好的固定装配效果。

在上述方案中,门体包括有控制板总成,控制板总成被安装在外框和内框之间,门体通过外框和内框两个框架进行装配对控制板总成具有保护的作用,对玻璃盆具有良好的固定效果,且该门体结构简单稳定,整体性强,美观实用。
优选的,所述的玻璃盆为中心向一侧内凹形成的盆状结构,盆状结构的边沿向外弯折形成环状的翻边121,所述内框和/或外框上设有与所述翻边121配合的安装部,所述玻璃盆的翻边与所述的安装部相配合,所述的内框和外框连接固定,将所述的翻边121固定在所述的安装部上。

一种衣物处理设备的门体,包括外框100、玻璃盆101和内框102,所述的外框100上安装有控制板总成,所述控制板总成部分被玻璃盆101覆盖,所述内框与外框100连接装配,将所述玻璃盆101的边沿夹持在两者之间,所述内框分成至少两部分,至少拆除其中的一部分对控制板总成进行检修。
外框100、玻璃盆101和内框102自外而内依次设置,控制板总成安装在外框100上并朝向内框102的一侧。目前,控制板总成通常设置在玻璃盆101的上部,这种设置方式使门体的直径较大,占用较大空间。
内框102为分体式结构,拆除内框的其中一部分形成缺口,维修人员即可穿过该缺口对控制板总成进行检修,不必将整个门体完全拆开进行维修,维修更加方便。使控制板总成部分被玻璃盆101覆盖,玻璃盆101可对控制板总成具有一定的挡水和防水功能,而且能够减小门体的直径,节约空间,在小型洗衣机上具有更大的应用前景。
进一步的方案,所述内框分成第一半框104和第二半框105,第一半框104与外框100连接将所述玻璃盆101的边沿夹持在两者之间,第二半框105与外框100和/或第一半框104连接,将控制板总成遮盖。
所述内框分成第一半框104和第二半框105,第一半框104和第二半框105共同围成内框,将第二半框105从外框100和/或第一半框104上拆下,控制板总成显露,即可对其进行维修。
玻璃盆101可以完全安装于第一半框104内,也可以部分安装于第一半框104内。
进一步的方案,所述的外框100上设置与用于安装控制板总成的安装口,控制板总成安装在外框的安装口上,所述的安装口1001与第一半框104避让设置。
安装口1001与第一半框104避让设置,将第二半框105拆下后,安装口1001处的安装结构完全裸露在外,便于将控制板总成从外框100上拆下。
所述控制板总成的下边沿低于玻璃盆101的上边沿,使控制板总成部分被玻璃盆101覆盖,安装口高于第一半框104的上边沿,使得安装口处的安装结构不被第一半框104遮盖,在将第二半框105拆下后,安装口处的安装结构完全位于第一半框104外,即使有部分安装结构位于玻璃盆101覆盖区域,由于玻璃盆101为透明的,不会阻挡视线,方便拆卸。
进一步的方案,内框具有安装玻璃盆101的避让口,第一半框104具有第一弧形缺口108,所述第二半框105具有第二弧形缺口109,所述第一弧形缺口108与第二弧形缺口109相对设置共同形成所述的避让口,所述控制板总成部分与所述的第二弧形缺口109相对,安装结构位于第一半框104的上边沿以上,并位于玻璃盆101以外。
玻璃盆101的边沿与避让口配合,将玻璃盆101放置在内框100上,所述控制板总成部分位于第二弧形缺口109处,使控制板总成部分被玻璃盆101覆盖,其他部分位于玻璃盆101外。安装口处的用于安装控制板总成的安装结构位于第一半框104的上边沿以上,并位于玻 璃盆101以外,在将第二半框105拆卸后,控制板总成的安装结构完全裸露在外,不会被第一半框104和玻璃盆101遮挡,更便于安装和拆卸。
最好是,控制板总成的下边沿与第一半框104的上边沿齐平,使控制板总成完全裸露于第一半框104外。
方案一,第一弧形缺口108和/或第二弧形缺口109的边沿上开设环形的配合面111,配合面111朝向玻璃盆101的一侧,玻璃盆101的边沿与配合面111相抵,将玻璃盆101定位在内框上。
第一弧形缺口108和第二弧形缺口109的边沿上均设置有配合面111,第一半框104和第二半框对接时,第一弧形缺口108边沿上的配合面111和第二弧形缺口109的边沿上的共同形成环绕凹腔的环形槽,玻璃盆的边沿与环形槽配合,将玻璃盆101定位在内框上。
方案二,第一弧形缺口108和/或第二弧形缺口109边缘上设有定位柱,定位柱朝向玻璃盆101的一侧,玻璃盆101的边沿与定位柱相抵,将玻璃盆101定位在内框上。
进一步的方案,还包括密封结构,所述密封结构设置在玻璃盆101边沿和避让口的边沿之间,用于将玻璃盆101与内框密封。
最好是,所述密封结构包括密封圈113,所述密封圈113的内侧设有与玻璃盆101的边沿对应的环形凹槽,所述玻璃盆101的边沿插入密封圈113的环形凹槽内,使密封圈113套在玻璃盆101的边沿上。密封圈113的环形凹槽,密封圈在玻璃盆101边沿的两侧均可实现密封功能,而且,密封圈113能够更牢固的固定在玻璃盆101的边沿上,不易滑落。
洗衣机的门体包括窗屏123、外框100、玻璃盆101、密封圈113和内框,窗屏123的内侧贴有触摸膜,窗屏123和外框100之间设置粘结结构,将窗屏123粘合在外框100上。粘结结构为双面胶带圈124。使用双面胶带圈124减少安装部件的裸露,更加美观。
所述密封圈113的内侧壁设有与玻璃盆101的边沿对应的环形凹槽,所述玻璃盆101的边沿插入密封圈113的环形凹槽内,使密封圈113套在玻璃盆101的边沿上。
其中,玻璃盆101包括盆体和翻边121。
外框100与第一半框104通过螺钉连接或者卡接,将玻璃盆101固定在外框和内框之间。第二半框105与外框100连接,将控制板总成遮盖。
第一半框104的上边沿与壳体116的下边沿齐平,安装结构中的卡爪、卡槽和连接座均位于第一半框104的上边沿以上,并且位于玻璃盆101外。在将第二半框105拆下时,卡爪、卡槽和安装耳完全裸露在外,可直接进行拆卸。
门体的安装方法,包括以下步骤:
将密封圈113套在玻璃盆101的边沿上,
将玻璃盆101的底部穿过第一弧形缺口108,玻璃盆101的定位凸部112插入配合面111的外扩槽内,玻璃盆101的边沿嵌在第一弧形缺口108的配合面111内;
再将外框100与第一半框104通过螺钉连接,将玻璃盆101的边沿(翻边)固定在外框100与第一半框104之间;
将第二半框105与外框100螺钉连接将控制板总成遮盖。
控制板总成的检修方法,包括以下步骤:
将第二半框105从外框100上拆下,壳体116的上部和朝向衣物投放口的一侧裸露;
旋转螺钉,将壳体116从外框100上拆下,向上提起壳体116,使控制板总成裸露进行维修。
本发明中的衣物处理设备优选包括箱体和上下安装在箱体内的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒,箱体上对应所述的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒分别设置有第一门体和第二门体,本发明上述实施中所限定的门体可以为所述的第一门体也可为所述的第二门体,优选为设置位置较高的第一门体。
其中需要注意的是,本发明上述不同实施例中的结构设计在其他各实施例可通用,并不是单独仅适用于具有文字描述的对应实施例。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容做出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理设备的门体,包括玻璃盆和固定该玻璃盆的框体组件,所述框体组件包括外框、中框和内框,其特征在于,所述的外框上安装有控制板总成,所述中框与内框连接装配,将所述玻璃盆的边沿固定在两者之间,所述的外框与内框和/或中框连接装配。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理设备的门体,其特征在于,所述的玻璃盆为中心向一侧内凹形成的盆状结构,盆状结构的边沿向外弯折形成环状的翻边,所述内框和/或中框上设有与所述翻边配合的安装部,所述玻璃盆的翻边与所述的安装部相配合,所述的内框和中框连接固定,将所述的翻边卡接在所述的安装部上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种衣物处理设备的门体,其特征在于,所述的安装部包括设置在中框和/或内框上的环形的配合面,所述的玻璃盆的翻边与所述的配合面接触配合;
    优选的,内框对应所述玻璃盆设置有避让口,所述中框上对应所述的避让口设置有开口,所述的安装部包括设置在所述避让口的边沿上的台阶面,和/或设置在所述开口的边沿上的台阶面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种衣物处理设备的门体,其特征在于,所述的安装部还包括有定位结构,玻璃盆安装在所述的环形的配合面时,该定位结构限制玻璃盆的转动;
    优选的,所述玻璃盆的翻边上凸出设置有定位凸部,所述的定位结构包括由所述的台阶面沿径向凸出形成的外扩槽,所述的定位凸部限位在所述的外扩槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种衣物处理设备的门体,其特征在于,所述内框对应中框和外框分别设置有第一连接结构和第二连接结构,内框通过第一连接结构与中框连接固定,通过第二连接结构与外框连接固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种衣物处理设备的门体,其特征在于,所述第一连接结构包括设置在内框上位于环形的配合面周侧的卡接结构和/或紧固件装配部,所述中框上对应设置有卡接结构和/或紧固件装配部,内框和中框通过所述的卡接结构和/或紧固件连接固定;
    所述的第二连接结构包括设置在内框上位于环形凹槽周侧的卡接结构和/或紧固件装配部,所述外框上对应设置有卡接结构和/或紧固件装配部,内框和外框通过所述的卡接结构和/或紧固件连接固定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种衣物处理设备的门体,其特征在于,所述的中框上对应内框和外框上的紧固件装配部设置有避让结构,紧固件穿过所述的避让结构两端分别装配在内框和外框上的紧固件装配部上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种衣物处理设备的门体,其特征在于,所述第二连接结构包 括设置在内框上的安装孔,所述外框上向所述安装孔凸出设置有连接座,所述避让结构包括设置在中框内部避让所述的连接座的避让孔和/或设置在中框边沿上避让所述的连接座的避让豁口;紧固件依次所述的安装孔、避让孔/避让豁口,装配在所述的连接座上。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种衣物处理设备的门体,其特征在于,所述外框的顶部开设有用于安装所述的控制板总成的安装口,外框的中部对应玻璃盆设置有透槽,所述透槽的顶部避让所述的安装口设置;
    优选的,所述透槽的顶部设置为水平的结构以避让所述的安装口。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种衣物处理设备的门体,其特征在于,所述中框的顶部对应所述的安装口向内框一侧凸出避让设置,以与外框之间形成用于装配所述控制板总成的安装空间。
