Abstract
本发明提供了一种扬声器,包括上盖、下盖和发声单体,上盖和下盖固定连接并形成一容纳腔,发声单体安装在容纳腔内,扬声器还包括安装于上盖的一凸起结构,凸起结构包括相对的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,发声单体包括音膜和盆架,音膜的下表面与盆架的上表面贴合在一起,所述音膜的侧面、盆架的侧面和凸起结构的第一侧壁围合形成一打胶槽;上盖设置有出音口和出音通道,出音通道的外端开口与所述出音口连通,所述出音通道的内端开口的底部与所述第二侧壁的底部连接在一起,所述第二侧壁部分挡住所述出音通道的内端开口。本发明所述凸起结构的设置,不仅能够起到防水的作用,同时其高度相比于支撑梁矮,基本不会影响声音的散发。
Description
本发明涉及电声转换器技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升,而用于播放声音的扬声器也被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备中。
如图1-图5所示,为现有的扬声器,该扬声器包括上盖1、与所述上盖1组配形成收容空间的下盖2、收容于所述收容空间内的发声单体,上盖1在靠近出音孔5的位置处设置有支撑梁11,在支撑梁11上面打胶来与单体胶合,使音膜3与盆架4的间隙不会进水从而实现防水。然而,支撑梁具有一定的高度,支撑梁的存在会较大障碍地阻挡出音通道6,从而影响发声性能。
本发明的目的在于提供一种扬声器,旨在解决支撑梁阻挡出音通道从而影响发声性能的技术问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种扬声器,包括上盖、下盖和发声单体,所述上盖和所述下盖固定连接并形成一容纳腔,所述发声单体安装在所述容纳腔内,扬声器还包括安装于所述上盖的一凸起结构,所述凸起结构包括相对的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述发声单体包括音膜和盆架,所述音膜的下表面与所述盆架的上表面贴合在一起,所述音膜的侧面、所述盆架的侧面和所述凸起结构的第一侧壁围合形成一打胶槽;所述上盖设置有出音口和出音通道,所述出音通道的外端开口与所述出音口连通,所述出音通道的内端开口的底部与所述第二侧壁的底部连接在一起,所述第二侧壁部分挡住所述出音通道的内端开口。
进一步地,所述凸起结构为锥形形状。
更进一步地,所述内端开口的底部与所述第二侧壁的底部之间通过一水平板面连接。
更进一步地,所述第一侧壁相对于所述水平板面的斜率低于所述第二侧壁相对于所述水平板面的斜率。
更进一步地,所述内端开口的底部与所述第二侧壁的底部之间通过一倾斜板面连接,且所述内端开口的底部比所述第二侧壁的底部低。
本发明所述凸起结构的设置,不仅能够起到防水的作用,同时其高度相比于支撑梁矮,基本不会影响声音的散发。

实施例1:
如图6-图9所示,一种扬声器,包括上盖10、下盖20和发声单体,所述上盖10和所述下盖20固定连接并形成一容纳腔,所述发声单体安装在所述容纳腔内,扬声器还包括安装于所述上盖10的一凸起结构40,所述凸起结构40包括相对的第一侧壁401和第二侧壁402,所述发声单体包括盆架302、收容于所述盆架302的振动系统和磁路系统,所述磁路系统用于驱动所述振动系统,所述振动系统包括固持于所述盆架302靠近所述上盖10一侧的音膜3011及驱动所述音膜3011振动发声的音圈。所述音膜3011的下表面与所述盆架302的上表面贴合在一起,所述音膜3011的侧面、所述盆架302的侧面和所述凸起结构40的第一侧壁401围合形成一打胶槽50,对该扬声器进行封装时,将胶水注入打胶槽50中,从而消除盆架302与音膜3011之间的间隙;所述上盖10设置有出音口101和出音通道102,所述出音通道102的外端开口与所述出音口101连通,所述出音通道102的内端开口的底部与所述第二侧壁402的底部连接在一起,所述第二侧壁402部分挡住所述出音通道102的内端开口。所述第二侧壁402比所述出音通道102高,从而能有效防止水从出音口101进入并经出音通道102流进单体内。
本实施例中,所述上盖10大致成矩形箱体状,所述下盖20呈平板状,和所述上盖10共同组配形成收容空间。具体地,所述下盖20与所述上盖10通过超声波焊接工艺固定。
如图7-图9所示,所述凸起结构40为锥形形状,但不局限于此,在其它实施例中,所述凸起结构40还可以是弧形凸起等形状,在此不再详述。
如图7所示,所述出音通道102的内端开口的底部与所述第二侧壁402的底部之间通过一水平板面连接。
如图8所示,所述第一侧壁401相对于所述水平板面的斜率低于所述第二侧壁402相对于所述水平板面的斜率。由于凸起结构40在打胶槽50端得预留更多的注胶空间,而靠近出音通道102端则只需能阻挡以防止水进入即可,故将第一侧壁401的斜率设置成低于第二侧壁402的斜率,这样不仅能很好的起到上述效果,同时还能降低所述凸起结构40的高度,从而增强出声效果。
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:所述出音通道102的内端开口的底部与所述第二侧壁(402)的底部之间通过一倾斜板面连接,且所述出音通道102的内端开口的底部比所述第二侧壁(402)的底部低。这种设置方式能很好地避免水滞留在出音通道102和第二侧壁4之间。

- 一种扬声器,包括上盖(10)、下盖(20)和发声单体,所述上盖(10)和所述下盖(20)固定连接并形成一容纳腔,所述发声单体安装在所述容纳腔内,其特征在于,扬声器还包括安装于所述上盖(10)的一凸起结构(40),所述凸起结构(40)包括相对的第一侧壁(401)和第二侧壁(402),所述发声单体包括音膜(3011)和盆架(302),所述音膜(3011)的下表面与所述盆架(302)的上表面贴合在一起,所述音膜(3011)的侧面、所述盆架(302)的侧面和所述凸起结构(40)的第一侧壁(401)围合形成一打胶槽(50);所述上盖(10)设置有出音口(101)和出音通道(102),所述出音通道(102)的外端开口与所述出音口(101)连通,所述出音通道(102)的内端开口的底部与所述第二侧壁(402)的底部连接,所述第二侧壁(402)部分挡住所述出音通道(102)的内端开口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述凸起结构(40)为锥形形状。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述内端开口的底部与所述第二侧壁(402)的底部之间通过一水平板面连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述第一侧壁(401)相对于所述水平板面的斜率低于所述第二侧壁(402)相对于所述水平板面的斜率。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述内端开口的底部与所述第二侧壁(402)的底部之间通过一倾斜板面连接,且所述内端开口的底部比所述第二侧壁(402)的底部低。
