本发明提供了一种扬声器装置,包括上盖、下盖和发声单体,支撑梁包括相邻的第一表面和第二表面,发声单体包括靠近上盖的第一端面、以及靠近出音口并与第一端面相邻的第二端面,并通过在这两者之间填充第一胶粘剂进行胶合密封以形成第一道防水结构,第二表面与第二端面相对,第一表面与第二表面的连接处往远离发声单体方向凹陷形成一储气槽,在第二表面与第二端面之间通过填充第二胶粘剂且所述第二胶粘剂渗流进所述储气槽中以进行胶合密封以形成第二道防水结构时被封堵的空气存储在储气槽中。在单体音膜面与盖板间正面的第一道防水屏障失效时,第二道防水结构的存在也可以起到防水效果,从而大大提高了扬声器装置的防水良率和防水可靠性。

Description

一种扬声器装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电声转换技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器装置。
背景技术
随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升,而用于播放声音的扬声器装置也被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备中。
然而,现有的扬声器装置存在防水性不强的不足之处。如附图1和附图2所示,为现有的扬声器装置,该扬声器装置包括上盖1、与所述上盖1组配形成收容空间的下盖2、收容于所述收容空间内的发声单体3,上盖1在靠近出音孔4的位置处设置有支撑梁11,所述单体3外形与上盖1配合定位。单体3侧面打胶时,因空气滞留在打胶槽的底面,不能完全填充单体3侧面与盖板1之间的间隙,这样,单体的侧面就不能起到防水的功能,当单体音膜面与盖板间胶水失效时,水会从单体侧面流入经单体内部而进入扬声器装置的后腔,损坏扬声器装置。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种扬声器装置,旨在解决单体侧面打胶时不能完全填充单体侧面与盖板之间的间隙,最终导致扬声器装置防水失效的技术问题。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案如下:一种扬声器装置,包括上盖、下盖和发声单体,所述上盖和所述下盖固定连接并形成一容纳腔,所述发声单体安装在所述容纳腔内,所述上盖开设有出音口且所述上盖往所述发声单体方向延伸出一支撑梁,所述支撑梁包括相邻的第一表面和第二表面,所述发声单体包括靠近上盖的第一端面、以及靠近所述出音口并与所述第一端面相邻的第二端面,所述第一表面与所述第一端面相对,并通过在这两者之间填充第一胶粘剂进行胶合密封以形成第一道防水结构,所述第二表面与所述第二端面相对,所述第一表面与所述第二表面的连接处往远离所述发声单体方向凹陷形成一储气槽,在所述第二表面与所述第二端面之间通过填充第二胶粘剂且所述第二胶粘剂渗流进所述储气槽中以进行胶合密封以形成第二道防水结构时被封堵的空气存储在所述储气槽中。
进一步地,所述第一表面与所述第二表面互相垂直。
更进一步地,所述第一表面与所述第二表面的连接处,朝垂直于所述第一表面方向内凹形成所述储气槽。
更进一步地,所述储气槽为方形槽。
进一步地,所述第一胶粘剂和所述第二胶粘剂均为胶水。
进一步地,所述上盖与所述发声单体之间还设置有定位结构。
更进一步地,所述定位结构包括定位柱和定位槽,所述定位柱和所述定位槽可互换的设置在所述上盖和所述发声单体上,所述定位柱和所述定位槽插接配合。
有益效果
本发明通过增设一个储气槽,用于储存未及时排出的空气,这样,在单体进行侧面打胶时,胶水能很好的将单体与支撑梁之间的间隙填充满,从而构筑形成第二道防水屏障,在单体音膜面与盖板间正面的第一道防水屏障失效时,第二道防水结构的存在也可以起到防水效果,从而大大提高了扬声器装置的防水良率和防水可靠性。

实施例1:
如图3-图7所示,一种扬声器装置,包括上盖10、下盖11和发声单体12,所述上盖10和所述下盖11固定连接并形成一容纳腔20,所述发声单体12安装在所述容纳腔20内,所述上盖10开设有出音口101且所述上盖10往所述发声单体12方向延伸出一支撑梁102,所述出音口101通过出音通道与所述容纳腔20连通,所述支撑梁102包括相邻的第一表面1021和第二表面1022,所述发声单体12包括靠近上盖10的第一端面121、以及靠近所述出音口101并与所述第一端面121相邻的第二端面122,所述第一表面1021与所述第一端面121相对并通过填充第一胶粘剂13胶合密封以形成第一道防水结构,所述第二表面1022与所述第二端面122相对,所述第一表面1021与所述第二表面1022的连接处往远离所述发声单体12方向凹陷形成一储气槽103,在所述第二表面1022与所述第二端面122之间通过填充第二胶粘剂14且所述第二胶粘剂14渗流进所述储气槽103中以进行胶合密封以形成第二道防水结构时被封堵的空气存储在所述储气槽103中。
如图3和图6所示,所述扬声器装置还包括一柔性线路板15,所述柔性线路板5为扬声器装置中常规的线路板,在此不再详述。
本实施例中,所述发声单体12包括盆架、收容于所述盆架的振动系统和磁路系统,所述磁路系统用于驱动所述振动系统,所述振动系统包括固持于所述盆架靠近所述上盖一侧的音膜及驱动所述音膜振动发声的音圈。如图4和图5所示,所述音膜的上表面即为所述发声单体12的第一端面121,所述音膜、所述音圈和所述盆架的右侧面组合形成所述发声单体12的第二端面122。
本实施例中,所述第一表面1021与所述第二表面1022互相垂直。
如图5和图7所示,所述第一表面1021与所述第二表面1022的连接处,朝垂直于所述第一表面1021方向(向上)内凹形成所述储气槽103。优选的,所述储气槽103为方形槽,但不局限于此,在其它实施例中,所述储气槽103还可以是圆形或者其它形状的凹槽,在此不再详述。
本实施例中,所述第一胶粘剂13和所述第二胶粘剂14均为但不局限于是胶水,在此不再详述。
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:所述上盖10与所述发声单体12之间还设置有定位结构。该定位结构的设置,可以让所述发声单体12更加便捷的安装到所述容纳腔20中。
本实施例中,所述定位结构包括定位柱16和定位槽17,所述定位柱16和所述定位槽17可互换的设置在所述上盖10和所述发声单体12上,即所述定位柱16设置在所述上盖10上,所述定位槽17设置在所述发声单体12上;或者所述定位柱16设置在所述发声单体12上,所述定位槽17设置在所述上盖10上。本实施例中,所述定位柱16和所述定位槽17通过插接进行配合。

  1. 一种扬声器装置,包括上盖(10)、下盖(11)和发声单体(12),所述上盖(10)和所述下盖(11)固定连接并形成一容纳腔(20),所述发声单体(12)安装在所述容纳腔(20)内,所述上盖(10)开设有出音口(101)且所述上盖(10)往所述发声单体(12)方向延伸出一支撑梁(102),所述支撑梁(102)包括相邻的第一表面(1021)和第二表面(1022),所述发声单体(12)包括靠近上盖(10)的第一端面(121)、以及靠近所述出音口(101)并与所述第一端面(121)相邻的第二端面(122),所述第一表面(1021)与所述第一端面(121)相对,并通过在这两者之间填充第一胶粘剂(13)进行胶合密封以形成第一道防水结构,所述第二表面(1022)与所述第二端面(122)相对,其特征在于,所述第一表面(1021)与所述第二表面(1022)的连接处往远离所述发声单体(12)方向凹陷形成一储气槽(103),在所述第二表面(1022)与所述第二端面(122)之间通过填充第二胶粘剂(14)且所述第二胶粘剂(14)渗流进所述储气槽(103)中以进行胶合密封以形成第二道防水结构时被封堵的空气存储在所述储气槽(103)中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述第一表面(1021)与所述第二表面(1022)互相垂直。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:在所述第一表面(1021)与所述第二表面(1022)的连接处,朝垂直于所述第一表面(1021)方向内凹形成所述储气槽(103)。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述储气槽(103)为方形槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述第一胶粘剂(13)和所述第二胶粘剂(14)均为胶水。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述上盖(10)与所述发声单体(12)之间还设置有定位结构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述定位结构包括定位柱(16)和定位槽(17),所述定位柱(16)和所述定位槽(17)可互换的设置在所述上盖(10)和所述发声单体(12)上,所述定位柱(16)和所述定位槽(17)插接配合。
