Description

扬声器单体 【技术领域】
本发明涉及电声转化技术领域,尤其涉及电声转换领域中的扬声器单体。
【背景技术】
现有技术的微型扬声器的发展愈发趋向于超薄化、大Xmax应用等方面,大Xmax应用,则要求扬声器本体的灵敏度高,且抗摇摆的能力强,并且目前常用的三磁路SLS扬声器整体灵敏度会较五磁路扬声器低,需提升当前三磁路SLS扬声器的灵敏度。
因此,有必要提供一种新型的三磁路SLS扬声器设计,在保证单体摇摆的同时,提升其整体的灵敏度。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种扬声器单体,其能解决提高扬声器单体整体的灵敏度的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种扬声器单体,包括具有收容空间的盆架、收容于所述盆架内的磁路系统和振动系统,所述磁路系统包括下夹板及贴设于所述下夹板的磁体部,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的上振膜、固定于所述上振膜朝向所述磁路系统一侧的音圈以及与所述音圈连接且固定于所述盆架的下振膜,所述下夹板包括相对设置的第一侧边以及连接所述第一侧边且相对设置的第二侧边,所述下夹板包括沿所述第一侧边向中间区域凹陷形成的缺口部,所述下夹板包括自所述缺口部边缘朝向所述下振膜弯折延伸的第一侧壁,所述下振膜设置避让所述第一侧壁的通口。
作为本发明的优选,所述下夹板包括自所述第一侧边朝向所述上振膜弯折延伸的第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁与所述第一侧壁间隔设置。
作为本发明的优选,所述磁体部包括设于所述下夹板中央位置的第一 磁体部以及设于所述第一磁体部两侧的第二磁体部,所述第二磁体部沿所述第二侧边设置。
作为本发明的优选,所述第一磁体部包括平行于所述第一侧边的第一侧面,所述第一侧壁与所述第一侧面的间距小于所述第二侧壁与所述第一侧面的间距。
作为本发明的优选,所述缺口部位于所述第一侧边中间。
作为本发明的优选,所述第二侧壁为两个,两个所述第二侧壁设于所述第一侧壁两边。
作为本发明的优选,还包括位于所述下振膜下方的柔性电路板。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的扬声器单体采用异形处理的下夹板配合设置有开口的下振膜结构,使得既能够保证下振膜对摇摆的抑制作用,同时能提升扬声器单体短轴的磁场强度,进而提升扬声器单体的整体灵敏度,有利于扬声器单体薄型化发展。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,依照本发明一实施例的扬声器单体100包括具有收容空间的盆架1、收容于所述盆架1内的磁路系统2和振动系统3;所述磁路系统2包括下夹板5及贴设于所述下夹板5的主磁钢21 和副磁钢23,副磁钢23的数量为两个,且两个副磁钢23分别位于主磁钢21相对的两侧;主磁钢21和副磁钢23之间形成第一磁间隙;所述磁路系统2还包括设置于主磁钢21上的主极芯22,以及环绕主极芯22设置的副极芯24,且所述副极芯24固定于盆架1上。
所述振动系统3包括固设于所述盆架1顶部的上振膜31、下振膜34和插入所述第一磁间隙并驱动所述上振膜31和下振膜34振动的音圈33,及位于所述下振膜34下方的柔性电路板4,上振膜31和下振膜34分别固定连接至音圈33的顶端和底端从而可随音圈33振动,所述柔性电路板4与音圈33电连接。上振膜31处还盖设有球顶32。
优选地,音圈33为框形结构,在本实施例中为截面为长方形的框形结构,包括两纵向边/长边和两横向边/短边;如图5所示,主磁钢21优选为长方体结构,沿周向包括一对纵向侧壁/长侧壁和一对横向侧壁/短侧壁。音圈33的两纵向边分别位于主磁钢21的纵向侧壁与两副磁钢23之间形成的两个第一磁间隙内。在本实施例中,主磁钢21和副磁钢23皆沿轴向极化,且极化方向相反,磁力线从主磁钢21出来后,经过主极芯22、音圈33的纵向边、副极芯24、副磁钢23、下夹板5后回到主磁钢21。主磁钢21和副磁钢23由永磁材料制成,主极芯22、副极芯24及下夹板5由导磁材料如碳钢制成。
下振膜34可以作为“摇摆抑制单元”来抑制扬声器自身的摇摆。由于“摇摆抑制单元”中的下振膜34的存在,导致原五磁路的扬声器最多只能设计成三磁路,使得扬声器整体的磁场强度(全频带灵敏度)会降低;其灵敏度降低的其主要是短轴无边磁,且下夹板5与音圈33之间间隙较大,造成音圈33短轴处的磁场强度贡献较小,从而使得扬声器的灵敏度不是很高。
为了解决这样的困境,在本实施例中,通过对扬声器单体100下夹板5做异形处理来解决上述问题。如图1和图5所示,具体的结构如下,下夹板5为平板状,包括底板51、从底板51的一侧向上延伸的第一侧壁52。同时,下振膜34对应第一侧壁52处设置有通口35,第一侧壁52穿过所 述通口35与主磁钢21的短侧壁之间形成第二磁间隙,音圈33的两短边分别位于两第二磁间隙内,从而使得音圈33的短边能够受到比较强的磁场作用。第一侧壁52的宽度应该略小于通口35的长度;这样能够有效的利用其内的空间。
将下振膜34的中间部分挖空,从而使得下夹板5中的一部分可穿过下振膜34到达对应主磁钢21横向侧壁的位置,从而既保证下振膜34对摇摆的抑制作用,同时又能提升单体短轴磁场强度(短轴磁间隙过大导致磁场强度较低),既而提升扬声器单体100整体的磁场强度及整体灵敏度。在竖直方向也即音圈33的轴向上,所述第一侧壁52顶部所在平面高于主磁钢21顶部所在平面,也即是第一侧壁52在竖直方向上的高度要不低于主磁钢21的高度。优选地,所述第一侧壁52顶部所在平面与主极芯22的顶面平齐,从而可有效地将主磁钢21产生的磁场引导经过音圈33的短边。
优选地,所述下夹板5包括自所述第一侧边朝向所述上振膜31弯折延伸的第二侧壁53,所述第二侧壁53与所述第一侧壁52间隔设置。所述磁体部包括设于所述下夹板5中央位置的主磁钢21以及设于所述主磁钢21两侧的副磁钢23,所述副磁钢23沿所述第二侧边设置。所述主磁钢21包括平行于所述第一侧边的第一侧面,所述第一侧壁52与所述第一侧面的间距小于所述第二侧壁53与所述第一侧面的间距。所述缺口部于所述第一侧边中间。所述第二侧壁53为两个,两个所述第二侧壁53设于所述第一侧壁52两边。
当音圈33中通入电流时,处于所述磁间隙中的音圈33会因为磁场的作用产生运动,随着电流的变化,这种运动也会随之发生变化,从而带动所述振膜上下振动,导致声音的产生。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的扬声器单体100采用异形处理的下夹板5配合设置有通口的下振膜34结构,使得既能够保证下振膜34对摇摆的抑制作用,同时能提升扬声器单体100短轴的磁场强度,进而提升扬声器单体100的整体灵敏度,有利于扬声器单体100薄型化发展。
需要说明的是,本发明中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、内、外、顶 部、底部……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种扬声器单体,包括具有收容空间的盆架、收容于所述盆架内的磁路系统和振动系统,所述磁路系统包括下夹板及贴设于所述下夹板的磁体部,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的上振膜、固定于所述上振膜朝向所述磁路系统一侧的音圈以及与所述音圈连接且固定于所述盆架的下振膜,其特征在于,所述下夹板包括相对设置的第一侧边以及连接所述第一侧边且相对设置的第二侧边,所述下夹板包括沿所述第一侧边向中间区域凹陷形成的缺口部,所述下夹板包括自所述缺口部边缘朝向所述下振膜弯折延伸的第一侧壁,所述下振膜设置避让所述第一侧壁的通口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器单体,其特征在于,所述下夹板包括自所述第一侧边朝向所述上振膜弯折延伸的第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁与所述第一侧壁间隔设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器单体,其特征在于,所述磁体部包括设于所述下夹板中央位置的第一磁体部以及设于所述第一磁体部两侧的第二磁体部,所述第二磁体部沿所述第二侧边设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器单体,其特征在于,所述第一磁体部包括平行于所述第一侧边的第一侧面,所述第一侧壁与所述第一侧面的间距小于所述第二侧壁与所述第一侧面的间距。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器单体,其特征在于,所述缺口部位于所述第一侧边中间。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器单体,其特征在于,所述第二侧壁为两个,两个所述第二侧壁设于所述第一侧壁两边。
