  • Security tabs (22.1) associated one elastic flap (22.2) structure are used means for preventing full close of the cap (20) until its first position before the initial opening. Before initial opening, the tips of security tabs (22.1) are trapped at trap corner (11.2) in stretching position, as shown in figure 6a.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de fermeture (1) qui fournit à l'acheteur final une garantie de première ouverture en permettant la déformation permanente par des projections circonférentielles (21.2) sur la partie supérieure plate (21) du capuchon (20) de la surface supérieure (31.1) de la partie supérieure de manchon en plastique (31) après une première tentative de refermeture non autorisée du système de fermeture (1). La présente invention permet une déformation permanente (31.5) sur la surface supérieure (31.1) du manchon externe en plastique lors d'une première tentative de refermeture non autorisée, grâce à une épaisseur de paroi supérieure réduite du manchon externe en plastique présent (30) à travers la trajectoire où des projections circonférentielles (21.2) sur la partie supérieure plate (21) du capuchon (20) coïncident.
