用户可通过在第一会话的显示位置进行选择操作,如点击鼠标,或者在第一会话对应的触摸屏位置进行触摸操作,并拖动第一会话至置顶会话区域的其他位置,那么在第一会话处于选中状态时,可将获取的拖动操作的结束位置作为第一会话的新的显示位置,从而在拖动操作的结束位置处显示第一会话,以更新第一会话在置顶会话区域中的显示位置。
本公开实施例的会话消息置顶处理方法,用户可以通过拖动操作调整置顶会话区域中各会话的显示位置,不仅满足了用户的个性化需要,而且提高了置顶会话区域中会话显示的灵活性。
当置顶会话区域中的会话较多时,在置顶会话区域若仅显示会话的图标,不方便用户查找到想找的会话。本实施例中,还可在置顶会话区域中显示会话名称缩写,如群名称缩写。下面结合图3进行说明,图3为本公开实施例提供的又一种会话消息置顶处理方法的流程示意图。
如图3所示,该会话消息置顶处理方法包括:
步骤301,客户端在确定当前会话列表区域中第一会话处于选中状态时,检测获取的操作是否满足预设的条件。
步骤302,若是,则将第一会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域中的预设位置。
本实施例中,步骤301-步骤302与上述步骤101-步骤102类似,故在此不再赘述。
步骤303,将第一会话的名称缩写对应显示在置顶会话区域的预设位置。
在将第一会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域的预设位置后,还可将第一会话的名称缩写对应显示在置顶会话的区域的预设位置。例如,将第一会话的名称缩写显示在第一会话图标的正下方。又如,将第一会话的会话消息的发送者的名称显示在第一会话图标的下方。
本公开实施例中,通过在置顶会话区域同时显示置顶会话的图标和名称缩写,使得用户可以根据会话的图标和名称缩写,在置顶会话区域中快速查找到会话。
在实际应用中,通过会话的名称缩写,可能用户也不容易辨认是否是要查找的会话。进一步地,在将第一会话的名称缩写对应显示在置顶会话区域的预设位置之后,客户端在检测到焦点当前所在的位置与预设位置匹配时,在第一会话的图标处显示第一会话对应的名称全称。
例如,当用户将鼠标放在置顶会话区域中某会话的显示位置时,或者触摸该会话的显示位置时,该会话图标处可浮动显示该会话对应的名称全称,当用户将鼠标移动到其他位置时,浮动显示的该会话的名称全称消失。
本公开实施例中,当客户端检测到焦点的位置位于置顶会话区域中会话的显示位置时,在会话的图标处显示会话的名称全称,从而可以方便用户获悉会话的名称,提高对会话消息的处理效率。
在实际应用中,客户端开启可能会不断的接收到新的会话消息,本公开实施例中,可通过图4所示的方法更新会话。图4为本公开实施例提供的再一种会话消息置顶处理方法的流程示意图。
如图4所示,该会话消息置顶处理方法包括:
步骤401,客户端在确定当前会话列表区域中第一会话处于选中状态时,检测获取的操作是否满足预设的条件。
步骤402,若获取的操作满足预设的条件,则将第一会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域中的预设位置。
本实施例中,步骤401-步骤402与上述步骤101-步骤102类似,故在此不再赘述。
步骤403,将第一会话的名称缩写对应显示在置顶会话区域的预设位置。
在将第一会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域的预设位置后,还可将第一会话的名称 缩写对应显示在置顶会话的区域的预设位置。例如,会话的名称缩写显示在会话图标的正下方。
步骤404,客户端在获取到会话消息时,判断会话消息所属的会话的名称是否位于置顶会话区域中。
客户端处于运行状态时,可能会不断地接收到新的会话消息,其中会话消息中可携带会话消息的发送者的用户标识、发送时间等等。
客户端在获取到会话消息时,根据发送会话消息的发送者的用户标识,确定会话消息所属的会话的名称,再根据该会话消息所属的会话的名称,判断该会话消息所属的会话的名称是否位于置顶会话区域中。也就是说,客户端在获取到会话消息时,根据会话消息所属的会话名称,判断会话消息所属的会话是否位于置顶会话区域。
步骤405,若会话消息所属的会话的名称位于置顶会话区域中,则在更新会话列表区域中与会话消息所属的会话的名称对应的会话的显示模式时,同步更新置顶会话区域中会话消息所属的会话的名称对应的未读消息数量。
由于置顶会话区域中的会话,同步显示在会话列表区域中,那么若获取的会话消息所属的会话的名称位于置顶会话区域中,可同步更新会话列表区域中该会话消息所属的会话和置顶会话区域中的该会话消息所属的会话。
具体而言,在更新会话列表区域中与该会话消息所属的会话的名称对应的会话的显示模式时,如更新显示内容、未读消息的数量等,同步更新更新置顶会话区域中该会话消息所属的会话的名称对应的未读消息数量。其中,可用数字标识未读消息的数量,该数字可显示在第二会话的图标设定位置,如右上角。
例如,置顶会话区域中某会话的名称对应的未读消息数量为10条,那么在接收到该会话的新的会话消息时,将会话列表区域中该会话的显示内容更新为会话消息的内容,并将置顶会话区域中该会话对应的未读消息数量更新为11条。
本公开实施例中,客户端在接收到会话消息时,若该会话消息所属的会话的名称位于置顶会话区域中,则通过同步更新会话列表区域中会话消息所属的会话的显示模式,和置顶会话区域中会话的对应的未读消息的数量,从而可以保证会话列表区域和置顶会话区域中同一会话的信息的同步更新,而且在置顶会话区域中每个会话上显示未读消息的数量,可以使用户熟知未处理的会话消息的情况。
在本公开的一个实施例中,在将第一会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域中的预设位置之后,客户端可能会接收到第一会话的普通会话消息,其中,普通会话消息是指对方发送的普通消息,第一会话可以是个人会话,也可以是群会话。
在获取到属于第一会话的会话消息后,判断会话消息是否为普通会话消息,比如判断 会话消息中是否包含特殊字符“@”等,若不包含,确定当前会话消息为普通会话消息。当在第一会话中获取到普通会话消息时,更新会话列表区域中与第一会话的名称对应的会话的显示模式,比如更新显示内容、未读消息的数量等,并在置顶会话区域中第一会话的图标中显示与普通会话消息对应的未读消息数量。比如,可在第一会话图标中用图标“P”表示普通会话消息,并在该图标上显示普通未读消息的数量。
本公开实施例中,在将第一会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域中的预设位置之后,当在第一会话中获取到普通会话消息时,同步更新会话列表区域中与第一会话的名称对应的会话的显示模式,和置顶会话区域中第一会话图标中显示与普通会话消息对应的未读消息数量,不仅可以保证会话列表区域和置顶会话区域中同一会话的会话信息的同步更新,而且在置顶会话区域中每个会话的图标中显示与普通会话消息对应的未读消息的数量,可以使用户熟知未处理的普通会话消息的情况。
在实际应用中,可以向某个人或者群会话中某个群成员发送定向消息,比如通过输入特殊字符“@”字符向某个人发送定向消息。为了提高用户对定向会话消息的处理效率,在本公开的一个实施例中,在将第一会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域中的预设位置之后,当在第一会话中获取到针对客户端用户的定向会话消息时,更新会话列表区域中与第一会话的名称对应的会话的显示模式,比如更新显示内容、未读消息的数量等,并在置顶会话区域中第一会话的图标中显示与定向会话消息对应的提醒标识。
其中,定向会话消息是指会话消息中指定处理该消息的用户的消息,提醒标识可以是用于指示定向会话消息的标识,如“@”等。
另外,在确定第一会话中是否包含针对客户端用户的定向消息时,可以通过判断消息中是否包含用于指示定向消息的标识确定,比如会话消息中包含“@”字符,且该字符后紧跟客户端用户的名称,则认为该消息是针对客户端用户的定向会话消息。
本公开实施例中,在将第一会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域中的预设位置之后,当在第一会话中获取到针对客户端用户的定向会话消息时,更新会话列表区域中与第一会话的名称对应的会话的显示模式,并在置顶会话区域中第一会话的图标中显示与定向会话消息对应的提醒标识,由此,在接收到定向会话消息时,不仅同步更新会话列表而且更新了置顶会话区域,而且通过提醒标识可以提醒用户有定向消息待处理,提高了消息的处理效率。
在本公开的一个实施例中,用户在向另一用户发送消息后,可能在一段时间内未收到用户的消息,这时发送消息的用户可以通过进行加急操作,提醒另一用户快速处理。其中,加急操作可以是输入特殊字符,比如输入“*”或者是“#”等,也可以是点击会话界面中的加急操作按钮等,这时接收方用户接收到加急会话消息,为了提高用户对加急会话消息 的处理效率,可以在置顶会话区域中显示加急标识和图标提醒状态。
具体地,当在第一会话中获取到针对客户端用户的加急会话消息时,更新会话列表区域中与第一会话的名称对应的会话的显示模式,比如更新显示内容、该会话的未读消息数量等,并在置顶会话区域中第一会话的图标中显示与加急会话消息对应的加急标识和图标提醒状态,比如在显示加急图标的同时,第一会话的图标闪烁显示。其中,第一会话可以是个人会话,也可以是群会话,加急标识可以根据需要设定。
本公开实施例中,在将第一会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域中的预设位置之后,当在第一会话中获取到针对客户端用户的加急会话消息时,更新会话列表区域中与第一会话的名称对应的会话的显示模式,并在置顶会话区域中所述第一会话的图标中显示与加急会话消息对应的加急标识和图标提醒状态,由此,在第一会话中获取加急会话消息时,不仅同步更新会话列表而且更新了置顶会话区域,而且通过显示加急标识和图标提醒状态可以提醒用户有加急消息待处理,提高了消息的处理效率。
在实际应用中,可通过鼠标点击或者触摸操作打开置顶会话区域中的会话,但是操作比较繁琐,会影响会话消息的处理效率。本公开实施例中,可通过快捷操作打开置顶会话区域中的任一会话,下面结合图5进行说明,图5为本公开实施例提供的还一种会话消息置顶处理方法的流程示意图。
如图5所示,该会话消息置顶处理方法包括:
步骤501,客户端在确定当前会话列表区域中第一会话处于选中状态时,检测获取的操作是否满足预设的条件。
步骤502,若获取的操作满足预设的条件,则将第一会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域中的预设位置。
本实施例中,步骤501-步骤502与上述步骤101-步骤102类似,故在此不再赘述。
步骤503,在获取到用于打开置顶会话区域中任一会话的快捷操作时,根据置顶会话区域中各会话当前的显示位置,确定当前的快捷操作对应的第二会话的名称。本实施例中,可通过快捷操作打开置顶会话区域中的会话。具体地,客户端在获取到用户的操作时,对操作进行解析,在确定操作是打开置顶会话区域中的任一会话的快捷操作时,可根据置顶会话区域中各会话当前的显示位置,确定当前的快捷操作对应的第二会话的显示位置,进而确定第二会话的名称。
作为一个示例,设定打开置顶会话区域中的会话的快捷操作为“Ctrl+会话的显示位置”,其中,会话的显示位置可用数字表示。当获取到打开置顶会话区域中的任一会话的快捷操作时,根据快捷操作中表示会话显示位置的数字,以及置顶会话区域中各会话当前的显示位置,查到找到置顶会话区域中与快捷操作中数字对应的会话,该会话的名称为当前的快 捷操作对应的第二会话的名称。
例如,快捷键“Ctrl+1”可打开置顶会话区域中的第一个会话,“Ctrl+2”可打开置顶会话区域中的第二个会话,“Ctrl+3”可以打开置顶会话区域中的第三个会话等等。
步骤504,将与第二会话的名称对应的会话内容显示在会话消息区域。
在确定当前快捷操作对应的第二会话的名称后,将第二会话的名称对应的会话内容显示在会话消息区域,以使用户在会话消息区域处理会话。
下面结合图6和图7进行说明,图6为本公开实施例提供的一种客户端显示界面的示意图一,图7为本公开实施例提供的一种客户端显示界面的示意图二。
图6中,显示界面的右侧是会话消息区域,显示界面左侧上方用方框标识出的区域是置顶会话区域,该置顶会话区域中包括两个被置顶的会话的图标。通过快捷键“Ctrl+2”可以打开置顶会话区域中的第二个会话,如图6中所示,在会话消息区域显示出第二个会话,同时会话列表区域中该会话处于选中状态。
另外,用户点击图6中置顶会话区域的“快速跳转”按钮,或者使用快捷操作“Ctrl+k”可以打开跳转入口,客户端界面上弹出该跳转入口,如图7所示。图7中,该跳转入口的下方显示有跳转列表,在跳转入口中除了可以直接搜索要打开的会话,而且重要的会话可以优先展示在跳转列表中,用户从跳转列表中可以选择要打开的会话。
本公开实施例中,客户端在获取到用于打开置顶会话区域中任一会话的快捷操作时,可以根据置顶会话区域中各会话的当前的显示位置,快速打开对应的会话,从而提高了用户对会话消息的处理效率。
为了实现上述实施例,本公开实施例还提出一种会话消息置顶处理装置。图8为本公开实施例提供的一种会话消息置顶处理装置的结构示意图。
如图8所示,该会话消息置顶处理装置包括:检测模块610、第一显示模块620。
检测模块610,用于客户端在确定当前会话列表区域中第一会话处于选中状态时,检测获取的操作是否满足预设的条件;
第一显示模块620,用于在获取的操作满足预设的条件时,将第一会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域中的预设位置。
在本公开的一个实施例中,检测模块610具体用于:检测当前显示的会话处理菜单中的置顶会话选项是否被选中;
或者,
检测当前获取的拖动操作的结束位置是否位于置顶会话区域。
在本公开的一个实施例中,该装置还包括:

本公开实施例的会话消息置顶处理装置,通过客户端在确定当前会话列表区域中第一会话处于选中状态时,检测获取的操作是否满足预设的条件;若是,则将所述第一会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域中的预设位置。由此,通过满足预设的条件的操作将会话列表区域中的会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域中,使用户根据置顶会话区域的图标处理消息,不仅提高了处理效率,而且将会话在会话列表区域和置顶会话区域同时显示,提高了会话展示的灵活性,方便用户操作。
为了实现上述实施例,本公开实施例还提出一种电子设备,包括处理器和存储器;
其中,处理器通过读取存储器中存储的可执行程序代码来运行与可执行程序代码对应的程序,以用于实现如上述实施例所述的会话消息置顶处理方法。
下面参考图9,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的终端设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图9示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。

  1. 一种会话消息置顶处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    客户端在确定当前会话列表区域中第一会话处于选中状态时,检测获取的操作是否满足预设的条件;
    若是,则将所述第一会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域中的预设位置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测获取的操作是否满足预设的条件,包括:
    检测当前显示的会话处理菜单中的置顶会话选项是否被选中;
    或者,
    检测当前获取的拖动操作的结束位置是否位于所述置顶会话区域。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述第一会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域中的预设位置之前,还包括:
    根据所述置顶会话区域中当前各会话的显示位置,确定所述预设位置;
    或者,
    根据获取的拖动操作的结束位置,确定所述预设位置。

    在所述第一会话处于选中状态时,根据获取的拖动操作的结束位置,更新所述第一会话在所述置顶会话区域中的显示位置。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述第一会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域中的预设位置之后,还包括:
    将所述第一会话的名称缩写对应显示在所述置顶会话区域的预设位置。
  6. 如权利要求1-4任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述第一会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域中的预设位置之后,还包括:
    当在所述第一会话中获取到普通会话消息时,更新所述会话列表区域中与所述第一会话的名称对应的会话的显示模式,并在所述置顶会话区域中所述第一会话的图标中显示与所述普通会话消息对应的未读消息数量。
  7. 如权利要求1-4任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述第一会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域中的预设位置之后,还包括:
    当在所述第一会话中获取到针对所述客户端用户的定向会话消息时,更新所述会话列表区域中与所述第一会话的名称对应的会话的显示模式,并在所述置顶会话区域中所述第一会话的图标中显示与所述定向会话消息对应的提醒标识。
  8. 如权利要求1-4任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述第一会话的图标同步显 示至置顶会话区域中的预设位置之后,还包括:
    当在所述第一会话中获取到针对所述客户端用户的加急会话消息时,更新所述会话列表区域中与所述第一会话的名称对应的会话的显示模式,并在所述置顶会话区域中所述第一会话的图标中显示与所述加急会话消息对应的加急标识和图标提醒状态。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述第一会话的名称缩写对应显示在所述置顶会话区域的预设位置之后,还包括:
    所述客户端在检测到焦点当前所在的位置与所述预设位置匹配时,在所述第一会话的图标处显示所述第一会话对应的名称全称。
  10. 如权利要求1-4任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述第一会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域中的预设位置之后,还包括:
    在获取到用于打开所述置顶会话区域中任一会话的快捷操作时,根据所述置顶会话区域中各会话当前的显示位置,确定当前的快捷操作对应的第二会话的名称;
    将与所述第二会话的名称对应的会话内容显示在会话消息区域。
  11. 一种会话消息置顶处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    检测模块,用于客户端在确定当前会话列表区域中第一会话处于选中状态时,检测获取的操作是否满足预设的条件;
    第一显示模块,用于在获取的操作满足预设的条件时,将所述第一会话的图标同步显示至置顶会话区域中的预设位置。
  12. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括处理器和存储器;
    其中,所述处理器通过读取所述存储器中存储的可执行程序代码来运行与所述可执行程序代码对应的程序,以用于实现如权利要求1-10中任一所述的会话消息置顶处理方法。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-10中任一所述的会话消息置顶处理方法。
