背景技术

虽然做饭及炒菜已无需人工操作,并且炒菜锅的锅内也可以通过清洗装置在每次炒完菜时进行清洗,但是有些设备例如炒菜锅的锅盖在使用一段时间后内部会堆积油迹。由于清洗装置不能进行清洗,长时间使用后锅盖的各个组件的死角位置及密封件内的折皱位置会堆积大量的油迹或残液,这些油迹或残液在炒菜时又会重新回流到菜品中,这会对健康造成影响。因此,这就需要人手及时清理锅盖。然而,现有的锅盖通常是使用螺丝将各个组件固定连接在一起的,当油迹或残液渗入到各个组件之间的间隙时,就需要使用螺丝刀等工具对组件进行拆卸清理,拆卸十分麻烦,这直接导致使用者对锅盖清洗的意愿及频率大幅降低,或者直接不清洗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种全自动智能炒菜机的锅盖装置,其可快速组装及拆卸,清洗方便。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种全自动智能炒菜机的炒菜锅。
本发明的第三目的在于提供一种全自动智能炒菜机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的锅盖装置包括旋转盘组件、锅盖胆组件及连接组件,所述连接组件包括连接公扣及连接母扣,所述连接公扣设置于所述旋转盘组件及所述锅盖胆组件的任一者,所述连接母扣设置于所述旋转盘组件及所述锅盖胆组件的另一者,所述连接公扣与所述连接母扣呈可拆卸地连接。
与现有技术相比,由于本发明通过在旋转盘组件、锅盖胆组件之间设置一连接组件,而所述连接组件是使用公扣及母扣的形式进行相互扣合连接的,所述公扣可以快速地与母扣连接及拆卸,因此,当公扣及母扣分别设置于旋转盘组件及锅盖胆组件两者时,旋转盘组件及锅盖胆组件即可实现快速安装及拆卸,从而使旋转盘组件及锅盖胆组件两者独立地分离出来,极大地方便锅盖装置清洗,使锅盖装置保持清洁,保证炒菜机菜品的卫生健康。

请参阅图12、图15及图16,所述锅盖本体121的边缘向内侧延伸出多个扣压脚121b,所述扣压脚121b围绕所述锅盖本体121的中心轴分布,所述固定圈122设有扣合孔1222,所述扣压脚121b穿过所述扣合孔1222及所述密封圈123并弯折地抵压所述密封圈123,从而将所述密封圈123压持于所述锅盖本体121的内侧。通过在所述锅盖本体121的边缘设置所述扣压脚121b,在所述固定圈122设有扣合孔1222,利用扣压脚121b与扣合孔1222相互扣合连接,可以使所述锅盖本体121与固定圈122及所述密封圈123能快速地组装,因此,无需使用螺丝等连接件,简化了锅盖胆组件12的结构,安装及拆卸更加方便快捷。
再请参阅图17、图18及图19,所述锅盖装置1还包括弹力装置6,所述弹力装置6设置于所述旋转盘组件11的内侧并弹性地抵顶所述锅盖胆组件12。所述弹力装置6包括扣件61及弹性件62,所述弹性件62设置于所述扣件61与所述旋转盘组件11之间,并提供一使所述扣件61抵顶于所述锅盖胆组件12的弹性力,所述弹性件62具体为压缩弹簧,当然也可以其他压缩后可反弹的弹性橡胶。
结合图18、图19及图20所示,所述旋转盘组件11的旋转盘113内侧开设有容置孔113d,所述容置孔113d为盲孔,所述扣件61滑动地设置于所述容置孔113d内。所述容置孔113d可以使所述扣件61能滑动,从而可以在所述弹性件62的作用下向外弹出并抵顶于所述锅盖胆组件12。具体地,所述扣件61的边缘的相对两侧分别设有凸块61a,所述容置孔113d的侧壁的相对两侧分别设有限位卡槽113e,两所述凸块61a分别滑动地容置于两所述限位卡槽113e内,并与所述限位卡槽113e抵顶。所述限位卡槽113e可以防止所述扣件61在弹性件62的弹力作用下过度地滑出所述容置孔113d,从而保证扣件61的正常工作。所述容置孔113d的侧壁的相对两侧还分别设有开口向内侧的导向槽113f,两所述导向槽113f分别与两所述限位卡槽113e连通,所述导向槽113f用于引导所述凸块61a进入所述限位卡槽113e内,从而实现凸块61a及所述弹性件62快速地安装于所述容置孔113d内,并且达到与所述限位卡槽113e抵顶的目的。通过利用所述弹性件62的弹性力驱使所述扣件61,进而使所述扣件61弹性地抵压于所述锅盖胆组件12上,从而在所述锅盖胆组件12与所述炒锅2盖合时既可以使炒锅2与所述锅盖胆组件12保持贴合密封状态,又可以对所述炒锅2及所述锅盖胆组件12提供一合紧力,保证两者能产生足够的摩擦阻力而同步旋转,有效防止打滑;另外,在炒锅2翻炒时,还可以减少对所述锅盖胆组件12的冲击,起到缓冲作用,避免所述锅盖胆组件12发生剧烈的震动。
另外如图18所示,所述扣件61呈圆形,所述扣件61的底部开设有空腔61b,并且在所述空腔61b的底部延伸出一定位部61c,所述弹性件62与所述扣件61抵触时其一端位于所述空腔61b内并且套接于所述定位部61c外,进而实现所述弹性件62与所述扣件61的定位。
综合上述并结合附图,下面对本发明锅盖装置1的组装过程进行详细描述,如下:
首先,先对所述旋转盘组件11进行组装,将所述上固定盘111、旋转盘113及下固定盘112三者的中心轴对应,然后将所述第一滚子114安装于所述第一滚子槽111a及第三滚子槽113a中,再将所述第二滚子115安装于所述第二滚子槽112a及第四滚子槽113b中。之后将所述上固定盘111及所述下固定盘112夹紧所述旋转盘113,并通过螺丝将所述上固定盘111及下固定盘112固定连接。之后,将所述弹性件62及所述扣件61依次放置于所述容置孔113d内,使所述扣件61的凸块61a容置于所述导向槽113f,再先按压所述扣件61使其压缩弹性件 62,之后再转动所述扣件61,使所述扣件61的凸块61a从所述导向槽113f滑向所述限位卡槽113e内,此时,所述扣件61在所述弹性件62的弹性回复力以及所述限位卡槽113e的限位作用下弹性地突出于所述旋转盘113。
然后,对所述排气管4及所述辅料转接管5进行组装,将所述排气管4的第一定位块41与所述第一连接套116的第一定位开口116a对准,然后使所述排气管4套接于所述第一连接套116内,这时所述第一定位块41卡于所述第一定位开口116a中。再将所述辅料转接管5的主管51上的第二定位块51a与所述第二连接套117的第二定位开口117a对准,然后使所述辅料转接管5套接于所述第二连接套117内,这时所述第二定位块51a卡于所述第二定位开口117a中。
之后,再对所述锅盖胆组件12进行组装,将所述密封圈123的扣合部1231包覆于所述固定圈122的抵压部1221上,再将所述固定圈122的抵压部1221压紧于所述锅盖本体121的容置槽121a内,与此同时,所述锅盖本体121的扣压脚121b伸出所述固定圈122的扣合孔1222中。再将所述扣压脚121b弯折,使所述扣压脚121b向外围压紧所述密封圈123,进而使所述锅盖本体121、固定圈122及密封圈123三者夹紧在一起。
最后,将所述锅盖胆组件12安装于所述旋转盘组件11上,具体是,将所述锅盖本体121的通孔12a与所述卡柱131以及所述弹性圆环132对准,所述锅盖本体121位于所述旋转盘组件11与所述弹性圆环132之间,然后使所述卡柱131穿过所述通孔12a及所述弹性圆环132,此时,所述卡柱131的头部131a穿过所述弹性圆环132并卡于所述弹性圆环132;所述弹力装置6的扣件61弹性抵压于所述锅盖本体121的外侧,并且,所述锅盖胆组件12可以在所述卡柱131的头部131a与所述旋转盘组件11之间的空间活动。至此,所述锅盖装置1即装配完成。
所述锅盖装置1在工作时盖合于所述炒锅2的锅口上,此时,所述密封圈123弹性地抵压于所述锅口上;当所述炒锅2转动时,所述炒锅2通过摩擦阻力带动所述锅盖胆组件12转动,所述锅盖胆组件12通过所述卡柱131带动所述旋转盘113转动,所述旋转盘113与所述上固定盘111及下固定盘112之间的滚子滚动,因此,所述上固定盘111及所述下固定盘112相对所述旋转盘113固定不动,而所述排气管4及所述辅料转接管5也固定不动。
与现有技术相比,由于本发明通过在旋转盘组件11、锅盖胆组件12之间设置一连接组件13,而所述连接组件13是使用公扣及母扣的形式进行相互扣合连 接的,所述公扣可以快速地与母扣连接及拆卸,因此,当公扣及母扣分别设置于旋转盘组件11及锅盖胆组件12两者时,旋转盘组件11及锅盖胆组件12即可实现快速安装及拆卸,从而使旋转盘组件11及锅盖胆组件12两者独立地分离出来,极大地方便锅盖装置1清洗,使锅盖装置1保持清洁,保证炒菜机菜品的卫生健康。
另外结合图21,本发明还公开了一种全自动智能炒菜机1000,包括炒菜锅100、支架200、下料机构300、油烟处理装置400、升降机构500、辅料存储装置600、垃圾处理器700及控制系统800,所述炒菜锅100包括炒锅2、炉体3及所述锅盖装置1,所述下料机构300设置于所述炒菜锅100的锅口上方,所述油烟处理装置400与所述锅盖装置1连通,所述炒锅2设置于所述炉体3内,所述炉体3呈倾斜地设置于所述支架200上,所述升降机构500的输出端与所述炉体3连接,以使所述炒锅2的锅口与所述锅盖装置1盖合或打开;所述辅料存储装置600设置于所述炒菜锅100的下方,所述垃圾处理器700设置于所述炒菜锅100的锅口下方,以收集处理炒菜锅100产生的垃圾。所述控制系统800控制所述炒菜锅100、下料机构300、油烟处理装置400、升降机构500、辅料存储装置600及垃圾处理器700协同工作。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化,仍属于本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种锅盖装置,其特征在于:包括旋转盘组件、锅盖胆组件及连接组件,所述连接组件包括连接公扣及连接母扣,所述连接公扣设置于所述旋转盘组件及所述锅盖胆组件的任一者,所述连接母扣设置于所述旋转盘组件及所述锅盖胆组件的另一者,所述连接公扣与所述连接母扣呈可拆卸地连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的锅盖装置,其特征在于:所述连接公扣为卡柱,所述卡柱设置于所述旋转盘组件的内侧,所述连接母扣为弹性圆环,所述弹性圆环设置于所述锅盖胆组件的内侧,所述锅盖胆组件设有通孔,所述卡柱的头部穿过所述通孔及所述弹性圆环并与所述弹性圆环卡持。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的锅盖装置,其特征在于:所述卡柱的头部的直径大于所述弹性圆环的内径,所述弹性圆环的内径大于所述卡柱的柱体的直径。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的锅盖装置,其特征在于:所述旋转盘组件包括上固定盘、下固定盘及旋转盘,所述上固定盘与所述下固定盘相互固定连接,所述旋转盘呈可旋转地夹于所述上固定盘与所述下固定盘之间,所述旋转盘设有所述连接公扣或所述连接母扣,所述上固定盘、所述下固定盘及所述旋转盘的中心轴同轴。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的锅盖装置,其特征在于:所述上固定盘的内侧设有围绕自身中心轴的第一滚子槽,所述下固定盘的外侧设有围绕自身中心轴的第二滚子槽,所述旋转盘的内、外两侧对应于所述第一滚子槽及第二滚子槽分别设有第三滚子槽及第四滚子槽,所述第一滚子槽与所述第三滚子槽之间设有第一滚子,所述第二滚子槽与所述第四滚子槽之间设有第二滚子。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的锅盖装置,其特征在于:所述旋转盘的中部开设有中心孔,所述中心孔的边缘的厚度大于所述旋转盘外边缘的厚度,所述第三滚子槽及第四滚子槽设置于所述中心孔边缘的内、外两侧。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的锅盖装置,其特征在于:所述上固定盘的中部开设有第一安装孔,所述下固定盘的中部开设有第二安装孔,所述中心孔、第一安装孔及第二安装孔三者对应,所述锅盖装置还包括引流管,所述引流管穿过所述第一安装 孔、中心孔及第二安装孔。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的锅盖装置,其特征在于:所述锅盖胆组件包括锅盖本体、固定圈及密封圈,所述密封圈设置于所述锅盖本体的内侧的边缘,所述固定圈将所述密封圈扣压于所述锅盖本体上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的锅盖装置,其特征在于:所述锅盖本体的边缘设有容置槽,所述容置槽的开口位于所述锅盖本体的内侧,所述密封圈包括扣合部,所述固定圈的内围设有抵压部,所述扣合部包裹于所述抵压部外,所述抵压部将所述扣合部抵压于所述容置槽内。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的锅盖装置,其特征在于:所述锅盖本体的边缘向内侧延伸出扣压脚,所述固定圈设有扣合孔,所述扣压脚穿过所述扣合孔及所述密封圈并弯折地抵压所述密封圈。
  11. 一种炒菜锅,其特征在于:包括炒锅、炉体及权利要求1至10任一项所述的锅盖装置,所述炒锅设置于所述炉体内,所述锅盖装置密封地盖合于所述炒锅的锅口上。
  12. 一种全自动智能炒菜机,其特征在于:包括支架、下料机构、炒菜锅、油烟处理装置、升降机构、辅料存储装置及控制系统,所述炒菜锅包括炒锅、炉体及权利要求1至10任一项所述的锅盖装置,所述下料机构设置于所述炒菜锅的锅口上方,所述油烟处理装置与所述锅盖装置连通,所述炒锅设置于所述炉体内,所述炉体呈倾斜地设置于所述支架上,所述升降机构的输出端与所述炉体连接,以使所述炒锅的锅口与所述锅盖装置盖合或打开;所述辅料存储装置设置于所述炒菜锅的下方,所述控制系统控制所述下料机构、炒菜锅、油烟处理装置、升降机构及辅料存储装置协同工作。
