技术领域
本申请涉及显示装置技术领域,特别涉及一种显示装置。
背景技术
目前,现有的液晶显示装置的模组架构归纳为两种,第一种架构为(从外到里)包括前框、胶框、膜片、玻璃板、反射片、及背板,玻璃板和反射片安装于背板,胶框安装于背板的周缘并与玻璃板连接,胶片和屏幕安装于胶框上,前框套设于胶框和屏幕周缘,致使模组架构结构件多,模组组装复杂,且成本高;
第二种架构为(从外到里)包括中框、膜片、玻璃板、反射片、及背板,中框安装于背板周缘,反光片、玻璃板、及膜片按顺序安装于背板上,屏幕安装于中框上,模组组装复杂。
技术解决方案
本申请的主要目的是提供一种显示装置,旨在提供一种组装简易,成本低,且厚度超薄的显示装置。
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的一种显示装置,包括:
夹紧组件,设有安装槽;
散热组件,包括散热器,所述散热器容纳并限位于所述安装槽内;
背光模组,包括玻璃板,所述玻璃板位于所述散热器背向安装槽的一侧,且所述玻璃板的两端延伸至与所述安装槽的端壁连接;以及
胶层,夹设于所述玻璃板和所述安装槽的端壁,设置为固定所述玻璃板。
可选地,所述显示装置还包括显示面板,所述显示面板设于所述玻璃板远离所述散热器的一侧。
可选地,所述背光模组还包括反射片,所述反射片夹设于所述散热器和所述玻璃板之间。
可选地,所述显示装置还包括后壳,所述后壳设于所述夹紧组件背离所述玻璃板的一侧,所述后壳具有设置为容纳外接设备的容纳空间。

散热器11远离夹紧组件20的一端凸设有凸台12,灯条35设于凸台12并与玻璃板31相对设置;
当灯条35点亮,光源将朝向玻璃板31射入,而玻璃板31将光线向四周散射,其中,光线折射至反射片32时,光线将朝向显示面板33进行反射,有效提高光线利用率;
进一步地,玻璃板31和显示面板33之间设有膜片,当玻璃板31朝向显示面板33传导光线时,光线将透过膜片,有效起到均匀光线,并且汇聚大角度光供正面观察的作用。
本申请技术方案通过,散热组件10的散热器11容纳于安装槽21A,以使夹紧组件20固定散热组件10,胶层40设于安装槽21A的端壁,玻璃板31的两端延伸至与胶层40远离夹紧组件20的一侧连接,一方面有效实现无边框无背板,且组装简易,成本低,还厚度超薄,另一方面通过散热器11将有利于散热,提高使用寿命。
具体地,安装槽21A的底壁开设有通孔2111,散热器11对应通孔2111开设有匹配孔111,散热器11通过螺栓与通孔2111和匹配孔111的配合固定于夹紧组件20。
可以理解的,螺栓与穿过通孔2111和匹配孔111将夹紧组件20固定于散热器11。显然,本设计不限于此,通孔2111和匹配孔111为螺纹孔,一螺钉和通孔2111与匹配孔111螺纹连接,有效实现稳固连接;
进一步地,当螺栓的长度大于通孔2111和匹配孔111的总深度,螺钉穿过通孔2111和匹配孔111将与反射片32抵接,有效将反射片32朝向玻璃板31挤压,使得反射片32夹持于螺钉与玻璃板31之间,形成固定。
当螺栓端部设有双面胶时,螺栓通过双面胶与反射片32进行连接,有效限制反射片32位于散热器11与玻璃板31之间,避免反射片32移动。
在一实施例中,夹紧组件20包括相对设置的两个夹紧件21,两个夹紧件21围合形成安装槽21A,每一夹紧件21包括挡板211和与挡板211呈夹角设置的夹板212,挡板211上开设有通孔2111。
夹紧件21的结构不限,能通过两个夹紧件21夹持散热器11的任意结构均同理包含在本申请的保护范围之内。在本实施例中,夹紧件21优选为L形结构,两个L形结构的夹紧件21有利于形成可限制散热器11移动的安装槽21A,为了进一步提高两个夹紧件21与散热器11的固定性,通孔2111设于挡板211,螺栓穿过通孔2111和匹配孔111使得夹紧件21固定于散热器11。
进一步地,本实施例中散热器11和每一夹板212之间均夹设有垫片22。
垫片22为缓冲垫,一方面有效避免散热器11与夹板212之间产生磨损,另一方面有效减震抗压。
在一实施例中,背光模组30还包括环绕玻璃板31和显示面板33周缘设置的装饰框34,装饰框34包括相连接的插板341和保护套342,插板341夹持于显示面板33和玻璃板31之间。
装饰框34为一体成型结构,有利于生产,提高生产效率;本实施例中,保护套342包括至少三边框,三个边框围合形成收容槽,插板341的一端连接三个边框,使得插板341将收容槽分隔成上槽和下槽,显示面板33容纳于上槽,玻璃板31容纳于下槽,其中,插板341与显示面板33之间通过黏胶固定连接,保护套342的内壁夹持玻璃板31的相对两侧,实现稳固连接,一方面有利于组装,提高生产效率,另一方面保护显示面板33和玻璃板31的周缘免受碰撞或者摩擦,避免磨损或者崩坏。
进一步地,保护套342远离插板341的一侧设有弹性层3421,可以理解的,通过弹性层3421的弹力有利于减少缓冲力,有效防碰撞。
在一实施例中,显示面板33和玻璃板31邻近于灯条35一侧的接缝处设有黏胶,显示面板33通过黏胶与玻璃板31连接。
黏胶可为EVA胶层40、胶水、或者双面胶,黏胶的厚度尺寸大于膜片和插板341的厚度尺寸,有效避免膜片和显示面板33相互影响,黏胶和插板341配合设于显示面板33一侧的四周边缘,实现显示面板33固定安装,以便显示面板33日后便于拆装维修。
在一实施例中,显示装置还包括后壳50,后壳50设于夹紧组件20背离玻璃板31的一侧,后壳50具有设置为容纳外接设备的容纳空间51。
本实施例中,后壳50设有连通容纳空间51的开口,两个夹紧件21间分别相对于后壳50开口的两侧,后壳50与两个夹紧件21的相对面分别设有滑槽和滑块,后壳50通过滑槽套设于滑块和两个夹紧件21滑动连接,有利于拆卸;
本实施例中,后壳50一侧设有若干连通容纳空间51的安装孔,每一安装孔设置为展示外接设备上的接口装置。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种显示装置,其中,包括:
    夹紧组件,设有安装槽;
    散热组件,包括散热器,所述散热器容纳并限位于所述安装槽内;
    背光模组,包括玻璃板,所述玻璃板位于所述散热器背向安装槽的一侧,且所述玻璃板的两端延伸至与所述安装槽的端壁连接;以及
    胶层,夹设于所述玻璃板和所述安装槽的端壁,设置为固定所述玻璃板。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括显示面板,所述显示面板设于所述玻璃板远离所述散热器的一侧。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述背光模组还包括反射片,所述反射片夹设于所述散热器和所述玻璃板之间。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括后壳,所述后壳设于所述夹紧组件背离所述玻璃板的一侧,所述后壳具有设置为容纳外接设备的容纳空间。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述安装槽的底壁开设有通孔,所述散热器对应所述通孔开设有匹配孔,所述散热器通过螺栓与所述通孔和所述匹配孔的配合固定于所述夹紧组件。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括显示面板,所述显示面板设于所述玻璃板远离所述散热器的一侧。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述背光模组还包括反射片,所述反射片夹设于所述散热器和所述玻璃板之间。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括后壳,所述后壳设于所述夹紧组件背离所述玻璃板的一侧,所述后壳具有设置为容纳外接设备的容纳空间。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述夹紧组件包括相对设置的两个夹紧件,两个所述夹紧件围合形成所述安装槽,每一夹紧件包括挡板和与所述挡板呈夹角设置的夹板,所述挡板上开设有所述通孔。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括显示面板,所述显示面板设于所述玻璃板远离所述散热器的一侧。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述背光模组还包括反射片,所述反射片夹设于所述散热器和所述玻璃板之间。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括后壳,所述后壳设于所述夹紧组件背离所述玻璃板的一侧,所述后壳具有设置为容纳外接设备的容纳空间。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述散热器和每一夹板之间均夹设有垫片。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,所述背光模组还包括反射片,所述反射片夹设于所述散热器和所述玻璃板之间。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括后壳,所述后壳设于所述夹紧组件背离所述玻璃板的一侧,所述后壳具有设置为容纳外接设备的容纳空间。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括显示面板,所述显示面板设于所述玻璃板远离所述散热器的一侧。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的显示装置,其中,所述背光模组还包括环绕所述玻璃板和所述显示面板周缘设置的装饰框,所述装饰框包括相连接的插板和保护套,所述插板夹持于所述显示面板和所述玻璃板之间。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的显示装置,其中,所述保护套远离所述插板的一侧设有弹性层。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的显示装置,其中,所述背光模组还包括灯条,所述散热器远离所述夹紧组件的一端凸设有凸台,所述灯条设于所述凸台并与所述玻璃板相对设置。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示面板和所述玻璃板邻近于所述灯条一侧的接缝处设有黏胶,所述显示面板通过黏胶与所述玻璃板连接。
