Abstract

Un ou plusieurs modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un procédé de création de groupe de projet, et un procédé et un dispositif de gestion de projet. Le procédé de création de groupe de projet peut comprendre les étapes suivantes : un client de messagerie instantanée envoie à un serveur une demande de création d'un groupe de projet, la demande comprenant un élément de projet et/ou un objet de rapport de projet d'un projet ; le serveur crée un groupe de projet en fonction de la demande, et ajoute l'élément de projet en tant qu'élément de groupe du groupe de projet ; le serveur établit une relation d'association entre l'objet de rapport de projet et le groupe de projet, et définit une autorisation d'obtention d'informations de l'objet de rapport de projet par rapport au groupe de projet, l'autorisation d'obtention d'informations étant utilisée pour obtenir des informations de rapport de projet générées par l'élément de projet pour le projet ; le serveur renvoie le résultat de création au client de messagerie instantanée.
