作为本发明的进一步改进,所述卡扣的中部通过转轴与支撑板基座转动连接,所述卡扣的两端设有缺口;所述卡槽的一侧设有凸出的卡位,所述卡槽的下部设有与卡扣的缺口相对的撞击角。进一步的,所述缺口为V型缺口。所述卡位位于卡扣行程上、并在卡扣旋转的范围内。采用此技术方案,当抬起面板时,支撑板伸出支撑板基座后,当支撑板基座的卡扣与支撑板的卡槽配合,就将支撑板卡住,面板此时也处于开启状态,与支架呈一定的角度固定。再向上抬起面板,使支撑板基座的卡扣与支撑板的卡槽脱离,然后放下面板,此时卡扣与卡槽脱开,持续放下面板,支撑板收拢到支撑板基座中,从而使面板与支架合拢,实现了收缩。
进一步的,所述卡位的顶部距离转轴的距离小于卡扣任一端的V型的缺口顶端距离转轴的距离。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述支撑板伸出使卡扣的缺口接触撞击角时,所述撞击角的顶点与卡扣的缺口的侧边接触。
所述撞击角的顶点位于以卡扣的转轴为圆心、卡扣的缺口的顶点为半径的圆外。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述支撑板设有限位槽,所述卡扣位于限位槽内,所述限位槽的宽度大于卡扣的宽度,所述限位槽与卡槽连通。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述卡扣为至少两个,分别位于支撑板基座的两侧,所述支撑板的两侧均设有卡槽,所述支撑板的侧边与支撑板基座的相对的一侧之间形成限位槽,所述卡槽与限位槽连通。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述支撑板基座设有滑道,所述支撑板与滑道配合,所述支撑板通过滑道与支撑板基座滑动连接;所述限位构件包括卡接件和配合件,所述卡接件为卡扣,所述卡扣设在支撑板基座的滑道内,并与支撑板的下部转动连接,所述配合件为位于支撑板基座上的卡条形的卡槽,所述卡槽沿纵向设有若干卡接槽, 所述支撑板设有用于安装卡扣的安装槽,所述卡扣与安装槽内的侧壁通过弹簧连接。
进一步的,所述卡扣为至少两个,分别位于支撑板基座的两侧,所述卡槽位于支撑板的两侧。进一步优选的,所述卡扣分别位于支撑板基座的两侧边上,所述卡槽位于与卡扣相对应的位置。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述卡扣的下部包括第一卡脚和第二卡脚,所述第一卡脚位于第二卡脚的外侧,且第一卡脚的底部超出第二卡脚,所述卡扣与安装槽内侧壁之间通过扭簧连接,所述安装槽的底部设有限位凸起,所述限位凸起位于第一卡脚的内侧,所述第二卡脚的底部不超过限位凸起的顶部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述支撑板与支撑板基座通过阻尼气动支撑杆连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述面板内设有可移动的拨钮,当面板与支架收拢时,移动拨钮使其与拨钮接触。采用此技术方案,可以在面板收拢时,使伸缩支撑板固定,便于携带。进一步的,面板收拢时,所述支架嵌入到面板的背部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述面板的下部设有可收拢的活动托板。采用此技术方案,在面板抬起时,打开此活动小托班可以方便放文具。
本发明还公开了一种读写平台,其包括支撑架和书写平台,所述书写平台设有如上任意一项所述的自动卡位限位读写板。自动卡位限位读写板的面板收拢时后,面板与书写平台的表面在一个平面内;抬起面板,面板与书写平台的表面呈钝角。进一步的,所述支架与书写平台连接。此读写平台可以为学生的书桌,也可以为设计人员所用的设计工作台。
本发明的自动卡位限位读写板,用途可做成独立的读写板、书桌面板、笔电底座。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
采用本发明的技术方案,通过其特殊的结构设计,实现自动卡位限位,伸缩、折叠和收放非常方便,而且纤薄,占地小,携带方便;用作支撑面板,就能提供自动卡定在某个斜度或多个可调的斜度的方便功能;可以方便的与各种工作平台、课桌等结合使用,改善中小学生的坐姿坐态,保护脊柱以及用眼健康;结构简单,成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的较优的实施例作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
如图1~图7所示,一种自动卡位限位读写板,其包括面板1、支架2和包含限位构件的伸缩支撑板3,所述面板1与支架2的一侧通过转轴转动连接;所述伸缩支撑板3包括支撑板31和支撑板基座32。所述支撑板基座32与支架2的另一侧通过转轴转动连接,所述支撑板31与面板1的背部通过转轴转动连接。所述支撑板基座32内设有滑道33,所述支撑板31伸入到滑道33中,所述支撑板31通过滑道33与支撑板基座32滑动连接。支撑板31伸出后,所述支撑板基座32通过限位构件与支撑板31连接。
进一步的,所述限位构件包括卡接件和配合件,所述卡接件设在支撑板基座32的滑道33内,所述配合件设在支撑板31的下部。本实施例中,所述卡接件为卡扣34,所述卡扣34与支撑板基座32转动连接。所述配合件为卡槽35。所述支撑板31设有限位槽36,所述卡扣34位于限位槽36内,所述限位槽36的宽度大于卡扣34的宽度,所述限位槽36与卡槽35连通,所述卡槽35的宽度大于限位槽36的宽度。即卡扣34在限位槽36内相对移动到卡槽35。所述卡扣34的中部通过转轴与支撑板基座32转动连接,所述卡扣34的两端对称的设有V型的缺口37。所述卡槽35的一侧设有凸出的卡位38,所述卡槽35的下部设有与卡扣34的缺口37相对的凸出的撞击角39,起到撞击卡扣34使其转动的作用。所述卡位38位于卡扣34的行程上、并在卡扣34旋转的范围内,即所述卡位38的顶部距离转轴的距离小于卡扣34任一端的V型的缺口37顶端距离转轴的距离。所述撞击角39的顶点位于以卡扣34的转轴为圆心、卡扣34的缺口37的顶点为半径的圆外。所述支撑板31伸出使卡扣34的缺口37接触撞击角39时,所述撞击角39的顶点与卡扣34的缺口37的侧边接触。正常情况下,卡扣34的长度方向与限位槽36延伸方向相同,两侧的缺口37位于长度方向上,缺口37位于竖直方向,这样,当卡扣34的缺口37撞击到撞击角39,撞击角39使卡扣34转动,使 得卡扣34位于卡位38的下方,当卡扣34接触到卡位38时,被卡位38卡住,起到限位的作用。
进一步的,所述面板1内设有可移动的拨钮4,当面板1与支架2收拢时,移动拨钮4使其与支架2接触,当需要打开面板1时,先拨动拨钮4,使其不与支架2接触,面板1和支架2可以发生转动,这样伸缩支撑板3就可以打开。这样,可以在面板1收拢时,固定面板1和支架2的相对位置,使得面板1与支架2不发生转动,从而固定伸缩支撑板3,便于携带。进一步的,所述面板1背部设有容纳支架2的凹槽,收拢时,支架2嵌入到面板1的背部。进一步的,所述面板1的下部设有可收拢的活动托板5。采用此技术方案,在面板1抬起时,打开此活动小托班可以方便放文具。
采用此技术方案,抬起面板1时,面板1相对于支架2转动,从而使得与面板1连接的支撑板31伸出于支撑板基座32,支撑板基座32也相对支架2转动;卡扣34与限位槽36相对移动,当卡扣34到达卡槽35时,卡扣34撞击到撞击角39,使得卡扣34转动,支撑板31相对支撑板基座32往回移动,使转动后的卡扣34的缺口37卡到卡位38中,从而实现限位。当收拢,将面板1再往上抬起一点,使卡扣34向着与原先相反的方向转动,回到或接近初始的状态,即卡扣34的长度方向与限位槽36延伸方向相同或接近相同,这样就可以顺利使得支撑板31缩回到支撑板基座32中,从而使得面板1收拢。
整个过程中,支撑板31伸出,并通过限位构件限位固定,实现自动卡位功能,用户不需要在面板1后面手动卡定或锁紧任何支撑物。闭合面板1时,只需把面板1稍稍向上提,再下放就能解除卡位38,顺势就可以一直放至最低,变回水平状态。使用方便,结构简单,可以做的很纤薄,灵活方便。
实施例2
如图8~图10所示,一种书桌,其包括支撑架6和桌面7,所述桌面7中设有实施例1所述的自动卡位限位读写板,所述支架2与桌面7连接。自动卡位限位读写板的面板1收拢时后,面板1与桌面7在一个平面内;抬起面板1,面板1与桌面7呈钝角,方便读写。本发明的自动卡位限位读写板,用途可做成独立的读写板、书桌面板、笔电底座。
实施例3
如图11~图12所示,一种办公桌,其包括办公桌台面8,所述办公桌台面8设有 实施例1所述的自动卡位限位读写板,所述自动卡位限位读写板的支架2与办公桌面8连接。自动卡位限位读写板的面板1收拢时后,面板1与办公桌面8在一个平面内;抬起面板1,面板1与办公桌面8呈钝角,方便读写。
实施例4
如图13~图14所示,一种电脑底座,所述电脑底座包含实施例1所述的自动卡位限位读写板结构,其包括面板1、支架2、包含限位构件的伸缩支撑板3和可移动的拨钮4,所述面板1内设有当面板1与支架2收拢时,移动拨钮4使其与支架2接触,当需要打开面板1时,先拨动拨钮4,使其不与支架2接触,面板1和支架2可以发生转动,这样伸缩支撑板3就可以打开。所述面板1上还设有散热机构9,所述散热机构9包括位于面板1上的散热槽和位于散热槽内的散热风扇。进一步的,本实施例中的支架2为支撑杆。
实施例5
在实施例3的基础上,如图15~图17所示,一种桌面板,其包括桌面板台面10,所述桌面板台面10设有如实施例1所述的自动卡位限位读写板,所述自动卡位限位读写板的支架2与桌面板台面10通过螺钉连接。自动卡位限位读写板的面板1收拢时后,面板1与桌面板台面10在一个平面内;抬起面板1,面板1与包括桌面板台面10呈钝角,方便读写。本实施例中,所述支架2与面板1的两侧连接。为了方便安装,所述支架2的两侧为L型结构。
实施例6
在实施例1的基础上,如图18~图19所示,一种自动卡位限位读写板,本实施例中,所述卡扣34为两个,分别位于支撑板基座32的两侧,所述支撑板31的两侧均设有卡槽35,所述支撑板31的侧边与支撑板基座32的相对的一侧之间形成限位槽36,所述卡槽35与限位槽36连通。所述卡扣34的两端对称的设有V型的缺口37,所述卡槽35的上部设有凸出的卡位38,所述卡槽35的下部设有与卡扣34的缺口37相对的凸出的撞击角39,起到撞击卡扣34使其转动的作用。工作原理与实施例1的相同。
实施例7
在实施例1的基础上,如图20-21所示,一种自动卡位限位读写板,本实施例中,所述限位构件包括卡接件和配合件,所述卡接件为卡扣41,所述卡扣41设在支撑板基座32的滑道内,并与支撑板31的下部转动连接,所述配合件为位于支撑板基座32上 与卡扣41位置对应的卡条形的卡槽42,所述卡槽42沿纵向设有若干卡接槽43,所述支撑板31设有用于安装卡扣41的安装槽,所述卡扣41与安装槽内与卡槽42相对的一侧的侧壁之间设有弹簧44。本实施例中,所述卡扣41为两个,分别位于支撑板31的两侧,所述卡槽42也为两个,位于支撑板基座32的两侧。
采用此技术方案,抬起面板1时,面板1相对于支架2转动,从而使得与面板1连接的支撑板31伸出于支撑板基座32,支撑板基座32也相对支架2转动;卡扣41与卡槽42相对移动,当卡扣41到达卡槽42的每个卡接槽43位置时,卡扣41在弹簧44的作用下与卡接槽43卡接,实现限位。反之同理,当收拢时,将面板1再往上抬起一点,使卡扣41向着与原先相反的方向转动,回到或接近初始的状态,这样就可以顺利使得支撑板31缩回到支撑板基座32中,从而使得面板1收拢。
实施例8
在实施例7的基础上,如图22-23所示,一种自动卡位限位读写板,本实施例中,所述卡扣41位于支撑板31的两侧边的下部,所述支撑板基座32的滑道33内、在位于支撑板基座32的外侧与支撑板31的侧边之间设有卡槽42,所述卡槽42为卡条形,且位置与卡扣41位置对应,所述卡槽42沿纵向设有若干卡接槽43。本实施例中的卡扣41的下部包括第一卡脚46和第二卡脚47,所述第一卡脚46位于第二卡脚47的外侧,且第一卡脚46的底部超出第二卡脚47。
所述支撑板31设有用于安装卡扣41的安装槽48,所述卡扣41与安装槽内与卡槽42相对的一侧的侧壁之间通过扭簧46连接,所述安装槽48的底部设有限位凸起49,所述限位凸起49位于第一卡脚46的内侧,用于限制第一卡脚46进入安装槽内。所述第二卡脚47的底部不超过限位凸起49的顶部。
采用此技术方案,抬起面板1时,面板1相对于支架2转动,从而使得与面板1连接的支撑板31伸出于支撑板基座32,支撑板基座32也相对支架2转动;卡扣41与卡槽42相对移动,当卡扣41到达卡槽42的每个卡接槽43位置时,卡扣41在扭簧45的作用下与卡接槽43卡接,实现限位。反之同理,当收拢时,将面板1再往上抬起一点,使卡扣41向着与原先相反的方向转动,回到或接近初始的状态,这样就可以顺利使得支撑板31缩回到支撑板基座32中,从而使得面板1收拢。

Claims (10)

  1. 自动卡位限位读写板,其特征在于:其包括面板、支架和包含限位构件的伸缩支撑板,所述面板与支架转动连接;所述伸缩支撑板的一端与支架转动连接,所述伸缩支撑板的另一端与面板的背部或侧边转动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动卡位限位读写板,其特征在于:所述伸缩支撑板包括支撑板和支撑板基座;所述支撑板与支撑板基座活动连接;所述支撑板与面板的背部或侧边转动连接,所述支撑板基座与支架转动连接;支撑板伸出后,所述支撑板基座通过限位构件与支撑板连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自动卡位限位读写板,其特征在于:所述支撑板基座设有滑道,所述支撑板与滑道配合,所述支撑板通过滑道与支撑板基座滑动连接;
    所述限位构件包括卡接件和配合件,所述卡接件设在支撑板基座,所述配合件设在支撑板的下部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的自动卡位限位读写板,其特征在于:所述卡接件为卡扣,所述卡扣与支撑板基座转动连接;所述配合件为卡槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的自动卡位限位读写板,其特征在于:所述卡扣的中部通过转轴与支撑板基座转动连接,所述卡扣的两端设有缺口;所述卡槽的一侧设有凸出的卡位,所述卡槽的下部设有与卡扣的缺口相对的撞击角。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的自动卡位限位读写板,其特征在于:所述支撑板伸出使卡扣的缺口接触撞击角时,所述撞击角的顶点与卡扣的缺口的侧边接触。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的自动卡位限位读写板,其特征在于:所述支撑板设有限位槽,所述卡扣位于限位槽内,所述限位槽的宽度大于卡扣的宽度,所述限位槽与卡槽连通。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的自动卡位限位读写板,其特征在于:所述支撑板基座设有滑 道,所述支撑板与滑道配合,所述支撑板通过滑道与支撑板基座滑动连接;所述限位构件包括卡接件和配合件,所述卡接件为卡扣,所述卡扣设在支撑板基座的滑道内,并与支撑板的下部转动连接,所述配合件为位于支撑板基座上的卡条形的卡槽,所述卡槽沿纵向设有若干卡接槽,所述支撑板设有用于安装卡扣的安装槽,所述卡扣与安装槽内的侧壁通过弹簧连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1~8任意一项所述的自动卡位限位读写板,其特征在于:所述面板内设有可移动的拨钮,当面板与支架收拢时,移动拨钮使其与支架接触。
  10. 读写平台,其特征在于:其包括支撑架和书写平台,所述书写平台设有如1~9任意一项所述的自动卡位限位读写板。
