Description

一种植绒式缓冲泡沫及头盔 技术领域
本实用新型涉及泡沫技术领域,更为具体的说,涉及一种植绒式缓冲泡沫及头盔。
背景技术
头戴式设备头部缓冲层主要是用来在头戴式设备受到外界冲击时,提供缓冲作用,保护头部,避免受到伤害的。缓冲层一般是采用泡沫材质,通常有EPS、EPP材质构成。在缓冲层与头部接触之间,一般会有一层内衬层,以提升佩戴舒适性。
技术问题
目前,头戴式设备的舒适程度尚有提升的空间。
技术解决方案
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种植绒式缓冲泡沫,能够增加头戴式设备整体的美观程度;通过增加缓冲层的功能性,如储热、吸汗、抗菌、阻燃等,来提升头戴式设备的舒适程度,更加提升了用户的使用满意度,可广泛适用于头戴式设备中。
为解决上述技术问题,一方面,本实用新型一实施例提供了一种植绒式缓冲泡沫,包括缓冲层,所述缓冲层包括依次叠置设置的缓冲泡沫层,胶结层,植绒功能层,所述胶结层用于胶结所述缓冲泡沫层和植绒功能层。
优选地,所述缓冲泡沫层包括聚苯乙烯泡沫、聚丙烯泡沫、醋酸乙烯类泡沫中的的任意一种或者多种混合。
优选地,所述植绒功能层包括纤维材料。
优选地,所述植绒功能层厚度为300-900μm。
优选地,所述植绒功能层厚度为500μm。
优选地,所述胶结层厚度为100~500微米。
优选地,所述缓冲泡沫层厚度为12~30毫米。
优选地,所述的植绒式缓冲泡沫还包括防潮层,所述防潮层粘连在所述植绒功能层上。
优选地,所述纤维材料包括聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维、锦纶纤维中的的任意一种或者多种混合。
另一方面,本实用新型一实施例提供了一种头盔,包括上述的植绒式缓冲泡沫。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,上述技术方案具有以下优点:一方面可以增加头戴式设备整体的美观程度;另一方面通过增加缓冲层的功能性,如储热、吸汗、抗菌、阻燃等,来提升头戴式设备的舒适程度,更加提升了用户的使用满意度。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
图1是本实用新型植绒式缓冲泡沫结构示意图。如图1所示,一种植绒式缓冲泡沫,包括缓冲层,所述缓冲层包括依次叠置设置的缓冲泡沫层1,胶结层2,植绒功能层3,所述胶结层2用于胶结所述缓冲泡沫层1和植绒功能层3。具体实施时,缓冲泡沫层包括聚苯乙烯泡沫、聚丙烯泡沫、醋酸乙烯类泡沫中的的任意一种或者多种混合。所述植绒功能层3包括纤维材料,其厚度可以根据需要设置为300~900μm ,例如可以设为900μm、500μm、300μm等。所述纤维材料包括聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维、锦纶纤维中的的任意一种或者多种混合。为了提升胶结层2其粘贴性,胶结层厚度可以根据需要设为100~500微米。为了提升缓冲泡沫层1的缓冲舒适度,可以根据需要将缓冲泡沫层1厚度设为12~30毫米。为了防止植绒式缓冲泡沫内部受潮,可以根据需要在植绒功能层3上粘连防潮层4。
可以通过以下方法对该缓冲泡沫进行制作:
(1)采用白电油等将缓冲泡沫洗净,去除脱模剂;
(2)采用水性胶黏剂,用喷涂方式均匀附着在缓冲泡沫上;
(3)利用静电吸附原理,将所需不同功能、尺寸的短纤维吸附在胶黏剂上;
(4)加热处理使其固化;
(5)利用压缩空气将未粘附上的纤维吹净,从而获得粘结牢固的植绒式泡沫。
以下具体来说明本实用新型植绒式缓冲泡沫的制备过程:
实施例1
(1)用干净的聚酯布吸附白电油将聚苯乙烯泡沫洗净,去除脱模剂;
(2)采用水性聚丙烯酸胶黏剂,用喷涂方式均匀附着在缓冲泡沫上,喷涂厚度在900μm;
(3)利用静电吸附原理,将0.7mm长度的带有抗菌剂的微纳米孔洞的聚酯纤维通过风道吸附在水性聚丙烯酸胶黏剂上;
(4)放置在烘箱中,调温至80℃,烘烤10小时,使其固化;
(5)利用压缩空气将未粘附上的纤维吹净,从而获得粘结牢固的抗菌、阻燃植绒式泡沫。
实施例2
(1)用干净的聚酯布吸附白电油将聚丙烯泡沫洗净,去除脱模剂;
(2)采用水性聚氨酯胶黏剂,用喷涂方式均匀附着在缓冲泡沫上,喷涂厚度在500μm;
(3)利用静电吸附原理,将0.9mm长度的混有石蜡基相变材料的锦纶纤维通过风道吸附在水性聚氨酯胶黏剂上;
(4)放置在烘箱中,调温至60℃,烘烤12小时,使其固化;
(5)利用压缩空气将未粘附上的纤维吹净,从而获得粘结牢固的可储热的植绒式泡沫。
实施例3
(1)用干净的聚酯布吸附白电油将聚苯乙烯泡沫洗净,去除脱模剂;
(2)采用水性聚丙烯酸胶黏剂,用喷涂方式均匀附着在缓冲泡沫上,喷涂厚度在300μm;
(3)利用静电吸附原理,将0.5mm长度的具有微纳米孔洞的中空聚酯纤维通过风道吸附在水性聚丙烯酸胶黏剂上;
(4)放置在烘箱中,调温至80℃,烘烤6小时,使其固化;
(5)利用压缩空气将未粘附上的纤维吹净,从而获得粘结牢固的易吸汗的植绒式泡沫。
植绒是利用电荷同性相斥异性相吸的物理特性,使绒毛带上负电荷,把需要植绒的物体放在零电位或接地条件下,绒毛受到异电位被植物体的吸引,呈垂直状加速飞升到需要植绒的物体表面上,由于被植物体涂有胶粘剂,绒毛就被垂直粘在被植物体上,从而使产品展现强烈的立体感、颜色鲜艳、手感柔和、豪华高贵等特征。由此可见,本实用新型植绒式缓冲泡沫将原本没有采用植绒工艺的泡沫赋予了良好外观的特性,使之更为美观,且保护了泡沫不易受外界损坏;
本实用新型植绒式缓冲泡沫通过将不同功能的短纤维进行附着,使原本只有防冲击功能的泡沫具有了其他特性,增加了产品的附加值。
本实用新型一实施例还提供了一种头盔,包括上述实施例的植绒式缓冲泡沫。
由上述说明可知,使用根据本实用新型的植绒式缓冲泡沫及头盔,一方面可以增加头戴式设备整体的美观程度;另一方面通过增加缓冲层的功能性,如储热、吸汗、抗菌、阻燃等,来提升头戴式设备的舒适程度,更加提升了用户的使用满意度,可广泛适用于头戴式设备中。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的植绒式缓冲泡沫,其特征在于,所述缓冲泡沫层(1)包括聚苯乙烯泡沫、聚丙烯泡沫、醋酸乙烯类泡沫中的的任意一种或者多种混合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的植绒式缓冲泡沫,其特征在于,所述植绒功能层(3)包括纤维材料。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的植绒式缓冲泡沫,其特征在于,所述植绒功能层(3)厚度为300-900μm。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的植绒式缓冲泡沫,其特征在于,所述植绒功能层(3)厚度为500μm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的植绒式缓冲泡沫,其特征在于,所述胶结层(2)厚度为100~500微米。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的植绒式缓冲泡沫,其特征在于,所述缓冲泡沫层(1)厚度为12~30毫米。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的植绒式缓冲泡沫,其特征在于,还包括防潮层(4),所述防潮层(4)粘连在所述植绒功能层(3)上。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的植绒式缓冲泡沫,其特征在于,所述纤维材料包括聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维、锦纶纤维中的的任意一种或者多种混合。
  10. 一种头盔,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9任意一项所述的植绒式缓冲泡沫。
