背景技术
随着科技的快速发展,在音频设备快速发展的过程中,人们对产品的功能性要求越来越强,对于发声设备,越来越多人对其音频性能提出了较高的要求。
相关技术中,前腔与机壳在出音孔周围密封配合,孔壁在一定程度上阻碍了气流向前流通,导致气流经过出音孔位置需要爬坡流通到机壳孔,导致出音通道曲折,不利于整机气流音和音频性能。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种发声设备,旨在解决现有技术中发声设备中前腔的气流不顺畅影响音频性能以及整体高度较高不利于节约空间的问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种扬声器,其包括上盖、与所述上盖围成一个容置空间的下盖、容置于所述容置空间的发声单体以及容置所述上盖的机壳,其特征在于,所述上盖包括与所述机壳内壁配合的底端面和侧端面,所述底端面与所述侧端面之间呈圆弧光滑过渡连接;所述发声单体与所述机壳之间合围形成前腔,所述机壳与所述侧端面配合的内壁上设置有与外界连通的机壳孔,所述机壳孔与所述前腔连通形成出声通道;在所述前腔周圈设置有贴靠于所述底端面与所述侧端面上的密封软材料,所述机壳内壁和所述底端面、所述侧端面共同夹紧所述密封软材料。
进一步地,所述密封软材料为一个整体环绕结构。
进一步地,所述密封软材料呈矩形圈状。
进一步地,所述密封软材料为注塑软胶或粘贴弹性泡棉或粘贴硅胶。
有益效果
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型上盖的侧端面与底端面光滑过渡连接,并在该底端面与侧端面上设置有密封软材料,密封软材料环绕在前腔的周围,这样前腔侧部位置与机壳孔相对,这样前腔中的气流不需要爬坡或弯折即可以顺畅地流通到机壳孔内,有利于改善整机气流和提高中高频SPL性能。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图4所示,是本实用新型实施例提供的一种发声设备。该发声设备包括上盖1、与上盖1围成一个容置空间的下盖2、容置于容置空间的发声单体3以及容置上盖1的机壳4,上盖1包括与机壳4内壁配合的底端面11和侧端面12,底端面11与侧端面12之间呈圆弧光滑过渡连接;发声单体3与机壳4合围形成前腔5,机壳4与侧端面12配合的内壁上设置有与外界连通的机壳孔41,机壳孔41与前腔5连通形成出声通道6;在前腔5周圈设置有贴靠于底端面11与侧端面12上的密封软材料7,机壳4内壁和底端面11、侧端面12共同夹紧密封软材料7。上盖1的侧端面12与底端面11光滑过渡连接,并在该底端面11与侧端面12上设置有密封软材料7,密封软材料7环绕在前腔5的周围,这样前腔5侧部位置与机壳孔41相对,这样前腔5中的气流可直接与机壳孔41连通,不需要爬坡或弯折,可以顺畅地流通到机壳孔41,有利于改善整机气流和提高中高频SPL(声压级)性能。
上述实施例中,如图4至图6所示,密封软材料7为一个整体。密封软材料7由侧端面12延伸至底端面11处,并围绕前腔5周缘,整个前腔5边缘进行了密封。由于密封软材料7延伸到了底端面11处,起到了和钢片或者塑料特征同样的密封作用,所以下盖2与机壳4的底板之间不再设置钢片或者塑料特征,此时单体位置高度空间堆叠由扬声器中的下盖2到发声单体3的距离+发声单体3高度+发声单体3的振幅空间组成,与现有技术相比,少了钢片或者塑料特征的竖直高度,从而降低了整体高度,节约整机空间。可选的,密封软材料7呈矩形圈状,在其他实施例中,密封软材料7也可以呈圆形圈状等,只要能够环绕整个前腔5周缘即可。可选的,密封软材料7为注塑软胶或粘贴弹性泡棉或粘贴硅胶或橡胶。注塑软胶可以是硅胶、TPU(Thermoplastic polyurethanes,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶)等注塑后弹性材料。
在其他实施例中,上盖1的侧端面12也可以呈倾斜设置的平面状,其下端向远离机壳4内壁的一侧倾斜,并与底端面11连接。该实施例同样能保证前腔5气流向机壳4孔流通的顺畅性。除上述结构外,该实施例的其他结构均与上述实施例相同,在此不再赘述。

  1. 一种发声设备,包括上盖(1)、与所述上盖(1)围成一个容置空间的下盖(2)、容置于所述容置空间的发声单体(3)以及容置所述上盖(1)的机壳(4),其特征在于,所述上盖(1)包括与所述机壳(4)内壁配合的底端面(11)和侧端面(12),所述底端面(11)与所述侧端面(12)之间呈圆弧光滑过渡相接;所述发声单体(3)与所述机壳(4)之间合围形成前腔(5),所述机壳(4)与所述侧端面(12)配合的内壁上设置有与外界连通的机壳孔(41),所述机壳孔(41)与所述前腔(5)连通形成出声通道(6);在所述前腔(5)周圈设置有贴靠于所述底端面(11)与所述侧端面(12)上的密封软材料(7), 所述机壳(4)内壁和所述底端面(11)、所述侧端面(12)共同夹紧所述密封软材料(7)。
