Description
本实用新型属于发声器技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
扬声器是常用于电子设备中的声学部件,是一种电声转换器,现有的扬声器通常包括具有空腔的壳体、振动结构和磁路结构,振动结构和磁路结构设置在壳体的空腔内且将空腔分隔为前腔和后腔。其中,振动结构包括音圈和振膜,振膜包括球顶和折环,球顶和音圈一般通过打胶粘接,由于打胶的量不好控制,容易出现胶量过多影响纯音良率的问题。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种扬声器,旨在解决现有技术中,球顶和音圈通过打胶粘接时,球顶和音圈之间打胶的胶量不好控制,影响纯音良率的问题。

请参阅图1至图7,为本实施例提供的一种扬声器,包括:具有容置腔的外壳1、装配在容置腔内的振动结构2和磁路结构3。振动结构2包括:固定于外壳1的振膜21以及驱动振膜21振动发声的音圈22,振膜21包括位于中间位置的球顶211以及与球顶连接的折环212,折环212包括固定于外壳1的第一固定部2121、与球顶211连接的第二固定部2122以及连接第一固定部2121和第二固定部2122的褶皱部2123,球顶211固定于第二固定部2122朝向音圈22的一侧,球顶211包括与音圈22连接的边缘部,边缘部包括自与音圈22连接的表面向远离音圈22方向凹陷的凹陷部2111。
本实施例的扬声器中,球顶211与音圈22连接的边缘部包括凹陷部2111,使球顶211与音圈22的内壁之间留有作为储胶空间的间隙,在球顶211与音圈22之间打胶后,胶水会储存在该间隙内,不会溢出到球顶211的下表面及音圈22的内壁,提高了扬声器的纯音良率。
具体地,仍请参阅图1至图7,在本实施例中,外壳1包括:盆架11和上盖12,盆架11呈矩形框的形状,盆架11上开设有通腔,上盖12盖合在通腔的顶部。磁路结构3包括:导磁轭31、磁体32和华司33。导磁轭31包括基板311和导磁侧板312,基板311为矩形板,导磁侧板312设置在基板311的周侧且突出于基板311的板面,当导磁轭31装配在盆架11上时,导磁侧板312伸入到通腔内,并且导磁侧板312和盆架11的内壁之间具有间隔。磁体32装配在导磁轭31的基板311上,导磁轭31的导磁侧板312围在磁体32的周围,导磁侧板312和磁体32之间具有间隙,华司33装配在磁体32的远离基板311的一侧。

- 一种扬声器,其特征在于,包括:具有容置腔的外壳、装配在所述容置腔内的振动结构和磁路结构,所述振动结构包括:固定于所述外壳的振膜以及驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈,所述振膜包括位于中间位置的球顶以及与所述球顶连接的折环,所述折环包括固定于所述外壳的第一固定部、与所述球顶连接的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部的褶皱部,其特征在于,所述球顶固定于所述第二固定部朝向所述音圈的一侧,所述球顶包括与所述音圈连接的边缘部,所述边缘部包括自与所述音圈连接的表面向远离所述音圈方向凹陷的凹陷部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述外壳包括:盆架和上盖,所述盆架上开设有通腔,所述上盖盖合在所述通腔的顶部。
