工业实用性
1、该火灾报警器相较于市面上的普通产品来说,具备在发生火灾时自主扑灭和在黑暗环境中对库房环境和火势进行摄录并传送给消防队员供其制定灭火计划和分配灭火人员的功能,实用性大大增强,不仅大大提高了消防队员灭火的效率还能最大程度上避免不必要的人员伤亡;

Claims (8)

  1. 一种智能火灾报警器,包括固定座(1)和筒体(3),其特征在于,所述固定座(1)、筒体(3)之间通过连接杆(2)相连接,所述筒体(3)的外侧壁上周向设置有多个支撑管(7),每个所述支撑管(7)远离筒体(3)的一端均通过第一阻尼转轴(8)转动连接有喷头(9),且所述筒体(3)的外侧壁上周向设置有多个烟雾传感器(13),所述筒体(3)的下端两侧均通过第二阻尼转轴(14)转动连接有盖板(15),两个所述盖板(15)关于筒体(3)的中轴线对称设置,所述筒体(3)内固定安装有箱体(10),所述筒体(3)的外侧壁上开设有通孔,所述通孔内安装有输水管(4),所述输水管(4)的竖直端延伸进筒体(3)内与箱体(10)相连通,多个所述支撑管(7)均通过连通管(6)与输水管(4)相连通;所述箱体(10)的上半部分内滑动连接有活塞板(11),所述箱体(10)的下半部分内插设并滑动连接有活塞杆(19),所述活塞板(11)与活塞杆(19)之间的部分填充有液压油(12),所述活塞杆(19)的下端固定连接有安装板(18),所述安装板(18)的两侧通过伸缩机构与箱体(10)的外侧壁相连接,所述安装板(18)的底部通过调节机构连接有夜视仪(24)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能火灾报警器,其特征在于,所述调节机构包括安装在安装板(18)底面上的低速液压马达(20),所述低速液压马达(20)的输出端上固定安装有转动座(21),所述转动座(21)的底面上固定连接有安装座(22),所述安装座(22)内通过轴承转动连接有转轴(23),所述转轴(23)上固定套设有齿轮(25),且所述夜视仪(24)固定套设在转轴(23)上,所述转动座(21)的底面固定安装有电动推杆(27),所述电动推杆(27)的输出端上固定连接有齿条(26),所述齿条(26)与齿轮(25)啮合连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能火灾报警器,其特征在于,所述伸缩机构包括固定安装在箱体(10)外侧壁上的伸缩杆(16),所述伸缩杆(16)的伸缩端与安装板(18)固定连接,所述伸缩杆(16)外套设有弹簧(17),所述弹簧(17)的上端与箱体(10)的外侧壁固定连接,所述弹簧(17)的下端与安装板(18)固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能火灾报警器,其特征在于,所述输水管(4)上安装有控制阀(5)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能火灾报警器,其特征在于,所述支撑管(7)的数量为六到八个,所述烟雾传感器(13)的数量为六到八个,所述支撑管(7)与烟雾传感器(13)之间错开排列。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能火灾报警器,其特征在于,所述弹簧(17)为拉伸弹簧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能火灾报警器,其特征在于,所述盖板(15)为半圆形,所述盖板(15)的半径与筒体(3)外径的二分之一相适配。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能火灾报警器,其特征在于,所述箱体(10)的外侧壁通过环氧树脂胶粘剂与筒体(3)的内侧壁固定连接。
