优选地,所述扭簧放置槽具有容纳扭簧其中一个自由端的自由端容置槽,所述扭簧放置槽上设置有供扭簧的另一个自由端伸出的自由端卡槽,所述自由端容置槽与自由端卡槽相对设置。扭簧的本体位于扭簧放置槽内,其一自由端位于自由端容置槽内,另一自由端位于自由端卡槽内。
优选地,带新型防尘门机构的电插塞连接器还包括盖板、挂钩、180°或90°直压式插芯、PCB板、若干卡刀、端子座、打线盖以及卡线装置,所述盖板转动设置在母座主体顶部,所述挂钩设置在母座主体的底部,所述180°或90°直压式插芯插入母座主体内,所述180°或90°直压式插芯、PCB板、若干卡刀、端子座、打线盖以及卡线装置依次连接,所述若干卡刀的前端连接PCB板,所述若干卡刀的后端穿过端子座并与从卡线装置后端穿入的电缆线连接。
优选地,所述母座主体为屏蔽母座,所述挂钩与屏蔽母座分离,所述挂钩从侧边卡入并与屏蔽母座的主体的挂钩槽配合;或所述母座主体为非屏蔽母座,所述挂钩与非屏蔽母座一体成型。
优选地,当母座主体为屏蔽母座时,所述挂钩槽内设有一限位固定卡柱,分离式的所述挂钩尾部设有一固定滑槽,且在所述固定滑槽的口部设有一限位挂钩,所述固定滑槽的口部为便于限位固定卡柱滑入的八字槽。八字槽的设置,可方便限位固定卡柱导入固定滑槽,安装时将分离式的挂钩由侧边延限位固定 卡柱卡入到位,固定滑槽口部的限位挂钩将限位固定卡柱卡住,使挂钩完整固定与于屏蔽母座上,不会因外力拉扯掉落。
一种电插塞连接器模组,包括至少一个上述的所述带新型防尘门机构的电插塞连接器及一个空配线架,至少一个所述带新型防尘门机构的电插塞连接器并排设置在空配线架上。
本发明电插塞连接器模组的有益效果是,将带上述的带新型防尘门机构的电插塞连接器应用在电插塞连接器模组上,同样,由于窗口设置呈封闭式,完全覆盖防尘门机构,使得灰尘不易进入窗口内部,限位结构用以限制防尘门外翻,与防尘门各结构配合使用,使得该电插塞连接器模组具有防尘效果好、插头与插芯接触稳定、外观更美观、使用更方便、寿命更长、防尘门不外翻的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
参见附图1-13所示,本实施例的一种带新型防尘门机构的电插塞连接器13,包括母座主体1,母座主体1上设置有窗口2,窗口2内设置有防尘门机构3,防尘门机构3包括防尘门3-1、扭簧3-3,窗口2内部上端的相对两侧设置有供防尘门3-1上端转动的防尘门卡柱2-1,防尘门3-1的上端为防尘门转动区域A,防尘门3-1内侧面设置有嵌入式的扭簧放置槽3-2,扭簧放置槽3-2的侧壁上设置有扭簧固定点,扭簧3-3套设在扭簧固定点上,防尘门3-1的顶部两侧通过扭簧3-3转动设置在防尘门卡柱2-1上,防尘门3-1的转动方向为向窗口2内部转动,窗口2采用封闭式窗口2,封闭式窗口2内部的四周内侧边框采用直角切面加工,使得该封闭式窗口2更贴合电插塞连接器插头,封闭式窗口2完全覆盖防尘门机构3,防尘门3-1上设置有防止防尘门3-1外弹的限位结构4。本实施例中的限位结构4设置在防尘门转动区域A的边框处,限位结构4包括设置在防尘门转动区域A的边框A1内侧(防尘门3-1上端内侧)的弧形结构4-1、以及设置在防尘门转动区域A的边框A1外侧(防尘门3-1上端外侧)的直角结 构4-2。
如图1、2所示,为了限位插芯,封闭式窗口2内的底部设置有插芯限位唇边5,插芯限位唇边5与防尘门转动区域A位于防尘门3-1的相对两端,插芯限位唇边5能有效防止插头插入后插芯单独受力且晃动,保证插芯与插头有效接触。
为了便于插头插入,则靠近防尘门转动区域A的防尘门3-1外侧的两端均设置有插头固定块3-1a,电插塞连接器插头插入后,插头固定块3-1a有效防止非意愿式拔出插头,使插芯与插头有效接触保证信号持续有效传输,两个插头固定块3-1a之间形成插头导向槽3-1b。为了便于插头插入,则如图5所示,与插头固定块3-1a相对的另一端的防尘门3-1外侧设置有插头限位块3-1c。
如图5所示,设置有插头限位块3-1c的防尘门3-1的一端两侧均设置有导电弹片避让槽3-1d。
如图9所示,扭簧放置槽3-2具有容纳扭簧3-3其中一个自由端的自由端容置槽3-2a,扭簧放置槽3-2上设置有供扭簧3-3的另一个自由端伸出的自由端卡槽3-2b,自由端容置槽3-2a与自由端卡槽3-2b相对设置。保证了扭簧3-3能准确安装。
如图1、2、10所示,带新型防尘门机构的电插塞连接器13还包括盖板5、挂钩6、180°或90°直压式插芯7、PCB板8、若干卡刀9、端子座10、打线盖11以及卡线装置12,盖板5转动设置在母座主体1顶部,挂钩6设置在母座主体1的底部,180°或90°直压式插芯7插入母座主体1内,180°或90°直压式插芯7、PCB板8、若干卡刀9、端子座10、打线盖11以及卡线装置12依次连接,若干卡刀9的前端连接PCB板8,若干卡刀9的后端穿过端子座10并与从卡线装置12后端穿入的电缆线连接。
母座主体1可以为屏蔽母座1a,挂钩6与屏蔽母座1a分离,挂钩6从侧边卡入并与屏蔽母座1a的主体的挂钩槽1b配合;当采用屏蔽母座1a时,挂钩槽1b内设有一限位固定卡柱1c,分离式的挂钩6尾部设有一固定滑槽6a,且在固定滑槽6a的口部设有一限位挂钩6b,固定滑槽6a的口部为便于限位固定卡柱1c滑入的八字槽6c。八字槽的设置,可方便限位固定卡柱导入固定滑槽6a,安装时将分离式的挂钩由侧边延限位固定卡柱1c卡入到位,固定滑槽口部的限位挂钩6b将限位固定卡柱卡住,使挂钩完整固定与于屏蔽母座1a上,不会因外力拉扯掉落。
母座主体1也可以为非屏蔽母座,挂钩6与非屏蔽母座一体成型。
如图14所示,一种电插塞连接器模组,包括上述带新型防尘门机构的电插塞连接器13、一个空配线架14,至少一个带新型防尘门机构的电插塞连接器13并排设置在空配线架14上
如图15所示,可以在所有网络配线架的应用,依实际使用需要增加穴数,增加了其实用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带新型防尘门机构的电插塞连接器(13),包括母座主体(1),所述母座主体(1)上设置有窗口(2),所述窗口(2)内设置有防尘门机构(3),所述防尘门机构(3)包括防尘门(3-1)、扭簧(3-3),所述窗口(2)内部的相对两侧设置有供防尘门(3-1)下端转动的防尘门卡柱(2-1),所述防尘门(3-1)内侧面设置有嵌入式的扭簧放置槽(3-2),所述扭簧放置槽(3-2)的侧壁上设置有扭簧固定点,所述扭簧(3-3)套设在扭簧固定点上,所述防尘门(3-1)通过扭簧(3-3)转动设置在防尘门卡柱(2-1)上,所述防尘门(3-1)的转动方向为向窗口(2)内部转动,其特征在于:所述窗口(2)采用封闭式窗口(2),所述封闭式窗口(2)完全覆盖防尘门机构(3),所述防尘门(3-1)上设置有防止防尘门(3-1)外弹的限位结构(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带新型防尘门机构的电插塞连接器(13),其特征在于:所述限位结构(4)设置在防尘门转动区域(A)的边框处,所述限位结构(4)包括设置在防尘门转动区域(A)的边框(A1)内侧的弧形结构(4-1)、以及设置在防尘门转动区域(A)的边框(A1)外侧的直角结构(4-2)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的带新型防尘门机构的电插塞连接器(13),其特征在于:所述封闭式窗口(2)内设置有插芯限位唇边(5),所述插芯限位唇边(5)与防尘门转动区域(A)位于防尘门(3-1)的相对两端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的带新型防尘门机构的电插塞连接器(13),其特征在于:所述封闭式窗口(2)内部的四周内侧边框采用直角切面加工。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的带新型防尘门机构的电插塞连接器(13),其特征在于:靠近所述防尘门转动区域(A)的防尘门(3-1)外侧的两端均设置有插头固定块(3-1a),两个所述插头固定块(3-1a)之间形成插头导向槽(3-1b);与所述插头固定块(3-1a)相对的另一端的所述防尘门(3-1)外侧设置有插头 限位块(3-1c);设置有所述插头限位块(3-1c)的防尘门(3-1)的一端两侧均设置有导电弹片避让槽(3-1d)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的带新型防尘门机构的电插塞连接器(13),其特征在于:所述扭簧放置槽(3-2)具有容纳扭簧(3-3)其中一个自由端的自由端容置槽(3-2a),所述扭簧放置槽(3-2)上设置有供扭簧(3-3)的另一个自由端伸出的自由端卡槽(3-2b),所述自由端容置槽(3-2a)与自由端卡槽(3-2b)相对设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的带新型防尘门机构的电插塞连接器(13),其特征在于:还包括盖板(15)、挂钩(6)、180°或90°直压式插芯(7)、PCB板(8)、若干卡刀(9)、端子座(10)、打线盖(11)以及卡线装置(12),所述盖板(15)转动设置在母座主体(1)顶部,所述挂钩(6)设置在母座主体(1)的底部,所述180°或90°直压式插芯(7)插入母座主体(1)内,所述180°或90°直压式插芯(7)、PCB板(8)、若干卡刀(9)、端子座(10)、打线盖(11)以及卡线装置(12)依次连接,所述若干卡刀(9)的前端连接PCB板(8),所述若干卡刀(9)的后端穿过端子座(10)并与从卡线装置(12)后端穿入的电缆线连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的带新型防尘门机构的电插塞连接器(13),其特征在于:所述母座主体(1)为屏蔽母座(1a),所述挂钩(6)与屏蔽母座(1a)分离,所述挂钩(6)从侧边卡入并与屏蔽母座(1a)的主体的挂钩槽(1b)配合;或
    所述母座主体(1)为非屏蔽母座,所述挂钩(6)与非屏蔽母座一体成型。
  9. 根据权利要求10所述的带新型防尘门机构的电插塞连接器(13),其特征在于:所述挂钩槽(1b)内设有一限位固定卡柱(1c),分离式的所述挂钩(6) 尾部设有一固定滑槽(6a),且在所述固定滑槽(6a)的口部设有一限位挂钩(6b),所述固定滑槽(6a)的口部为便于限位固定卡柱(1c)滑入的八字槽(6c)。
  10. 一种电插塞连接器母座模组,其特征在于:包括至少一个权利要求1至11中任意一项所述的带新型防尘门机构的电插塞连接器(13)、一个空配线架(14),至少一个所述带新型防尘门机构的电插塞连接器(13)并排设置在空配线架(14)上。
