本申请要求于2018年12月28日提交中国专利局、申请号为201811654322.2、发明名称为“移动终端外壳、移动终端及智能家居网络系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及移动终端技术领域,具体涉及一种移动终端外壳、移动终端及智能家居网络系统。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步,手机的使用也越来越广泛,现已成为人们生活中不可或缺的通讯工具。比如,除传统的通话及收发短消息的业务以外,手机还可以用于支付费用、播放视频、浏览网页等。
在实际生活中,经常出现忘记手机所在位置的情况。为了快速查找手机的位置,通常会在手机芯片中设置定位模块,基于该定位模块,确定手机的位置。
但是,在上述方案中,由于定位模块设置在手机芯片中,一旦手机关机,则无法对手机进行定位,为用户查找手机的位置增加难度。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是:如何降低用户查找手机的难度,提高用户体验。
为解决上述问题,本发明实施例提供了一种移动终端外壳,所述移动终端外壳,包括:设置在所述移动终端外壳上的无线模组及供电模块,其中:

与现有技术相比,本发明实施例的技术方案具有以下优点:
应用本发明的方案,由于无线模组设置在移动终端外壳上,并且,所述无线模组可以与智能家居网络的控制终端进行通信,在接收到所述智能家居网络的控制终端发送的查找所述移动终端的控制指令时,输出相应的位置提示信息,故即便移动终端关机,也不会影响无线模组与智能家居网络的控制终端之间的通信,由此可以降低用户查找移动终端的难度。另外,由于无线模组设置在移动终端外壳上,故在实现时,无需对移动终端内部芯片电路改动,故可以降低硬件实现难度。

具体实施方式
目前,通常会在手机芯片中设置定位模块,基于该定位模块,确定手机的位置。但是,由于定位模块设置在手机芯片中,一旦手机关机,则无法对手机进行定位,为用户查找手机的位置增加难度,并且,定位模块的设置,对手机芯片电路改动较大,增加了硬件实现难度。
针对该问题,本发明提供了一种移动终端外壳,所述移动终端外壳上设置有无线模组,所述无线模组可以与智能家居网络的控制终端进行通信,进而可以便于查找移动终端的位置。由于无线模组设置在移动终端外壳上,而非内部芯片上,故即便移动终端关机,也可以查找移动终端的位置,并且无需对手机内部芯片电路改动,降低了硬件实现难度。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例作详细地说明。
参照图1,本发明实施例提供了一种移动终端外壳10,所述移动终端外壳10可以包括:设置在所述移动终端外壳10上的无线模组11及供电模块12。
其中,所述无线模组11,适于与智能家居网络的控制终端进行通信,并在接收到所述智能家居网络的控制终端发送的查找所述移动终端的控制指令时,输出相应的位置提示信息。所述供电模块12,与所述无线模组连接,适于为所述无线模组供电。
在具体实施中,所述无线模组11可以是支持多种通信协议的模块,也可以是支持单种通信协议的模块,具体不作限制,只要能够与智能家居网络的控制终端进行组网,实现与智能家居网络的控制终端进行通信即可。
比如,无线模组11可以发送广播数据包,智能家居网络的控制终端在接收到该广播数据包后,与无线模组11之间建立无线网络连接,实现与无线模组11间的通信。
在具体实施中,所述无线模组可以采用多种方式输出位置提示信息,具体不作限制。
比如,可以在所述无线模组中设置蜂鸣器,通过蜂鸣器鸣叫的方式,输出位置提示信息。
又如,可以在所述无线模组中设置LED灯,通过LED灯闪烁的方式,输出位置提示信息。
再如,可以在所述无线模组中同时设置蜂鸣器及LED灯,同时通过蜂鸣器鸣叫的方式及LED灯闪烁的方式,输出位置提示信息。
在本发明的另一实施例中,为了便于对无线模组进行复位,以重新组网,可以在所述无线模组中设置复位按键。通过所述复位按键, 接收用户操作,对所述无线模组进行复位,以实现重新组网。
在具体实施中,所述供电模块可以存在多种形式,具体不作限制。比如,可以采用太阳能供电板作为供电模块,也可以采用电池组作为供电模块。
在本发明的一实施例中,为了节约成本,可以采用可充电电池组作为供电模块。
在本发明的另一实施例中,为了便于更换电池组,所述电池组为可拆卸电池组。
在具体实施中,所述无线模组及供电模块可以通过多种方式设置在所述移动终端外壳上,具体不作限制。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述无线模组及供电模块可以镶嵌于所述移动终端外壳内,即与所述移动终端外壳成为一体。
在本发明的另一实施例中,所述无线模组及供电模块可以粘贴于所述移动终端外壳的表面。此时,在需要为移动终端更换外壳时,将所述无线模组及供电模块重新粘贴于更换后的外壳即可,使用更加方便,避免影响用户查找手机。
在具体实施中,为了更加便于用户查找移动终端,提高查找效率,所述查找所述移动终端的控制指令可以为语音指令。在移动终端与智能家居网络的控制终端组网后,用户可以直接通过智能家居网络的控制终端输入语音指令来查找手机。
在具体实施中,所述智能家居网络的控制终端可以为智能音箱,也可以为其它终端,具体不作限制。
以亚马逊的Echo智能音箱为例,用户输入的语音指令为:Alexa,请找到我的手机。智能音箱收到该语音指令后,将该语音指令转换成无线信号和手机壳的无线模组进行通信。手机壳在收到该语音指令后,可以利用蜂鸣器鸣叫,来提示用户手机所在的位置,使得用户发 现手机。
本发明实施例还提供了一种移动终端,所述移动终端可以包括上述任一种所述的移动终端外壳。
在具体实施中,所述移动终端包括但不限于手机、笔记本、平板电脑以及车载电脑等设备。可以理解的是,具体所述移动终端为何种设备,均不构成对本发明的限制,且均在本发明的保护范围之内。
通过移动终端外壳与智能家居网络进行组网,从而可以使得用户能够快速查找到移动终端。并且,查找移动终端的过程,不受移动终端是否开机的限制。也就是说,即便移动终端关机,移动终端外壳因独立于移动终端内部芯片电路,故仍可以与智能家居网络的控制终端进行组网。
参照图2,本发明的实施例还提供了一种智能家居网络系统,所述系统可以包括:控制终端21、服务器22及上述的移动终端23。其中:
所述控制终端21,与所述服务器22及移动终端23连接,适于接收输入指令,将所述输入指令发送至所述服务器22;以及在所述输入指令为查找所述移动终端23的控制指令时,将所述查找所述移动终端23的控制指令发送至所述移动终端23;
所述服务器22,与所述控制终端21连接,适于对所述输入指令进行识别,并将识别结果发送至所述控制终端21;
所述移动终端23,与所述控制终端21连接,适于在接收到所述控制终端21发送的查找所述移动终端23的控制指令时,输出相应的位置提示信息。
在具体实施中,所述服务器22与控制终端21通过无线网络进行通信。所述服务器22可以识别输入指令,并向控制终端21返回识别结果。在所述输入指令为查找所述移动终端23的控制指令时,控制终端21将该输入指令发送至移动终端23。
具体地,控制终端21将该输入指令发送至移动终端23的无线模组,无线模组基于该输入指令,输出相应的位置提示信息。比如,可以通过蜂鸣器鸣叫,来提示用户移动终端23所在的位置,使得用户发现该移动终端23。
由上述内容可以看出,通过在移动终端上设置本发明实施例中移动终端外壳,进而由移动终端外壳与智能家居网络进行组网,通过智能家居网络与移动终端外壳之间的交互,达到查找移动终端的目的。
虽然本发明披露如上,但本发明并非限定于此。任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与修改,因此本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。
