随着科技进步,智能电视得到了广泛的应用。具体而言,能够实现上网、无线遥控功能,作为电视必不可少的控制入口,遥控器显得尤其关键。其无线遥控器例如可以采用传统蓝牙遥控器,低功耗蓝牙(Bluetooth Low Energy,BLE)遥控器等等。
然而,在使用过程中,由于无线连接的特点,容易发生用户一时找不到遥控器的问题。
在现有技术中,已经研发有预建立智能电视与无线遥控器之间的连接关系,进而通过智能电视的无线连接功能寻找遥控器的方法,然而,上述方法过于依赖智能电视,当脱离智能电视时,例如智能电视处于断电状态,则难以实现对遥控器进行寻找。
亟需一种寻找遥控设备的方法,可以不完全依赖智能电视而实现对遥控器进行寻找。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种寻找遥控设备的方法及装置、存储介质、终端设备、遥控设备,可以不完全依赖被控设备而实现对 遥控设备进行寻找。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种寻找遥控设备的方法,包括以下步骤:进入发送状态或接收状态中的第一种状态;与所述遥控设备建立连接关系,其中,所述遥控设备处于发送状态或接收状态中的第二种状态,所述第二种状态不同于所述第一种状态;响应于接收到的第一外部指令,向所述遥控设备发出寻找指令,以指示所述遥控设备发出警示信息。
可选的,所述发送状态为呼吸广播状态,和/或,所述接收状态为扫描侦听状态。
可选的,所述进入发送状态或接收状态中的第一种状态包括:响应于接收到的第二外部指令,进入所述第一种状态。

进一步,在本发明实施例中,通过设置终端设备接收第三外部指令,并响应于接收到的第二外部指令断开与所述遥控设备的连接关系,可以避免持续性地使终端设备与遥控设备保持连接关系,进一步有助于省电,降低成本。
进一步,在本发明实施例中,通过设置遥控设备接收第四外部指令,并响应于接收到的第四外部指令,停止发出所述警示信息,可以避免持续性地使遥控设备发出警示信息,有助于省电,降低成本。

在现有技术中,具有无线遥控功能的被控设备(如智能电视)得到了广泛的应用,然而容易发生用户一时找不到遥控设备,难以对被控设备进行控制的问题。
本发明的发明人经过研究发现,在现有技术中,已经研发有预建立被控设备与遥控设备之间的连接关系,进而通过被控设备的无线连接功能寻找遥控设备的方法。
然而,上述方法过于依赖被控设备,当脱离被控设备时,例如被控设备处于断电状态下,或者遥控设备中的无线模块丢失时,则难以实现对遥控设备的寻找。具体而言,现有的智能设备,如智能手机,平板电脑,智能电视,智能手环等终端设备,通常采用无线模块实现无线连接功能,例如蓝牙模块或者无线局域网(Wireless Fidelity,WiFi)模块,由于存在体积较小的设备,在实际使用中有可能发生无线模块丢失、被遗忘的问题。
在本发明实施例中,进入发送状态或接收状态中的第一种状态;与所述遥控设备建立连接关系,其中,所述遥控设备处于发送状态或接收状态中的第二种状态,所述第二种状态不同于所述第一种状态;响应于接收到的第一外部指令,向所述遥控设备发出寻找指令,以指示所述遥控设备发出警示信息。采用上述方案,通过设置终端设备进 入发送状态或接收状态中的第一种状态,遥控设备处于发送状态或接收状态中的第二种状态,可以使所述终端设备与所述遥控设备建立连接,进而在终端设备接收第一外部指令时,指示遥控设备发出警示信息,相比于现有技术中,预建立被控设备与遥控设备之间的连接关系,进而需要通过被控设备的无线连接功能寻找遥控设备,采用本发明实施例的方案,可以不完全依赖被控设备而实现对遥控设备进行寻找。

参照图1,图1是本发明实施例中第一种寻找遥控设备的方法的流程图。所述第一种寻找遥控设备的方法可以用于终端设备,还可以包括步骤S11至步骤S13:
步骤S11:进入发送状态或接收状态中的第一种状态;
步骤S12:与所述遥控设备建立连接关系,其中,所述遥控设备处于发送状态或接收状态中的第二种状态,所述第二种状态不同于所述第一种状态;
步骤S13:响应于接收到的第一外部指令,向所述遥控设备发出寻找指令,以指示所述遥控设备发出警示信息。
在步骤S11的具体实施中,所述终端设备进入发送状态或接收状态中的第一种状态。
具体地,所述终端设备可以是智能手机、平板电脑、智能手环、智能手表、智能语音音响等终端设备,可以供用户输入外部指令,并具有互联网接收、发送等功能。
其中,所述发送状态用于指示所述终端设备处于向外发送信息的状态,可以为呼吸广播状态。
在本发明实施例中,可以设置终端设备进入呼吸广播状态,是因为从BLE协议支持以及从设备的功耗来看,处于呼吸广播状态下, 比较容易实现与处于接收状态的其他设备进行无线连接,并且较为合理。
其中,所述接收状态用于指示所述终端设备处于接收信息的状态,可以为扫描侦听状态。
在本发明实施例中,可以设置终端设备进入扫描侦听状态,从而容易实现与处于发送状态的其他设备进行无线连接。
进一步地,所述进入发送状态或接收状态中的第一种状态的步骤可以包括:响应于接收到的第二外部指令,进入所述第一种状态。
在本发明实施例中,通过设置终端设备接收第二外部指令,并响应于接收到的第二外部指令进入所述第一种状态,可以避免使终端设备持续性地位于第一种状态,有助于省电,降低成本。
进一步地,所述终端设备接收第二外部指令的步骤可以是通过在终端设备上安装软件实现的,例如用户可以下载终端设备APP。
需要指出的是,当所述终端设备无法对接收到的指令进行解析时,例如当所述终端设备为智能音箱,难以自行解析接收到的指令,如难以解析以语音输入的方式发送的寻找遥控设备的指令时,可以通过连接服务器的方式,实现对所述指令的解析;还可以采用离线语音解析的功能,通过增加离线语音解析包,实现对所述指令的解析。
进一步地,所述第二外部指令的输入方式可以选自:语音输入、按键输入、触屏输入以及摄像头扫码输入。
优选地,所述第二外部指令的输入方式可以采用语音输入。
可以理解的是,随着语音识别,智能语音音响的发展,许多家用电器都可以通过语音指令来实现以往需要人手操作完成的动作。具体而言,语音识别技术的日益成熟,为智能语音指令控制设备,打下了坚持的基础。现在家庭语音智能音箱已得到了广泛普及,用户可以利用语音开关电灯、窗帘、操控电视等。
在本发明实施例中,通过智能语音终端入口,使用语音识别指令,有助于提高用户的便利性。
在本发明实施例中,通过设置外部指令的输入方式可以选自多种方式,可以使用户根据具体情况进行选择使用,从而提高用户输入外部指令的体验度。
在步骤S12的具体实施中,所述终端设备可以与所述遥控设备建立连接关系,其中,所述遥控设备处于发送状态或接收状态中的第二种状态,所述第二种状态不同于所述第一种状态。
需要指出的是,所述遥控设备和预设的被控设备之间可以具有预建立的配对关系。因此,在步骤S12中建立的连接关系是遥控设备在已有的配对关系的基础上的二次连接关系。
具体而言,所述遥控设备和被控设备之间可以采用前述协议建立通信,例如蓝牙协议、BLE协议、紫蜂(Zigbee)协议、无线局域网(Wireless Fidelity,WiFi)协议等。
需要指出的是,当配对完成后,可以设置所述被控设备将配对信息上传至服务器或发送至所述终端设备,以使服务器或终端设备可以存储所述配对信息。其中,所述服务器可以是互联网服务器、云服务器等设备,例如可以包括车联网服务器、物联网服务器等。可以理解的是,物联网的时代,也是智能电器的物联网时代。几乎所有的家电,都有了连接互联网的功能。借助于互联网的优势,突破了设备之间区域空间通信的劣势。
其中,所述配对信息可以包括遥控设备与被控设备之间预建立的配对关系,以及所述遥控设备的身份信息与设备识别信息之间的映射关系。
在本发明实施例中,通过设置被控设备将配对信息上传至服务器或发送至终端设备,可以终端设备可以直接或经由服务器间接地与所述遥控设备进行信息交互及信息解析。
在具体实施中,所述遥控设备可以是在与被控设备建立配对之后,进入发送状态或接收状态中的第二种状态的。
具体地,当所述终端设备进入的是发送状态时,所述遥控设备可以进入接收状态;当所述终端设备进入的是接收状态时,所述遥控设备可以进入发送状态。
在本发明实施例中,通过设置所述遥控设备在与被控设备建立配对之后,进入发送状态或接收状态中的第二种状态,相比于使所述遥控设备持续地处于第二种状态,有助于省电,降低成本,进一步地,所述遥控设备在与被控设备建立配对之后,遥控设备才会控制被控设备,用户也就更有寻找遥控设备的需要。
需要指出的是,终端设备与遥控设备分别处于发送状态或接收状态时,例如分别处于呼吸广播状态和扫描侦听状态时,可以采用适当的协议或连接方式使两者进行连接,在本发明实施例中,对于实现两者连接的具体协议或连接方式不做限制。
由于智能语音控制非常流行,且为当前智能家居发展的研究方向之一,此处采用所述终端设备为智能音响终端为例进行说明。
智能音箱终端收到语音指令,如用户发出语音指令:“寻找我的遥控器”。智能音箱终端可以通过服务器或离线解析软件对语音指令进行解析,然后利用自身的蓝牙模块发送寻找指令。此时,处于发送状态或接收状态的遥控设备会和智能音箱终端进行连接。在本发明实施例中,对具体的连接方式不做限制。
在步骤S13的具体实施中,终端设备可以响应于接收到的第一外部指令,向所述遥控设备发出寻找指令,以指示所述遥控设备发出警示信息。
具体地,所述外部指令可以为寻找所述遥控设备的指令,所述外部指令可以包含有所述遥控设备的身份信息,例如所述遥控设备的名称、遥控设备的设备号、遥控设备的MAC地址等信息,以使所述终 端设备可以直接或经由服务器间接地向所述遥控设备发送寻找指令。
具体地,所述遥控设备的设备号可以为产品号、流水号等,所述遥控设备的名称可以为出厂时定义的遥控设备名称,还可以为用户重命名的遥控设备名称,例如可以为“遥控器1号”、“Remote Control 1”、“RC1”等。
更具体地,以所述遥控设备被命名为RC1,第一外部指令的输入方式选自语音输入为例进行说明,则当用户需要查找该遥控设备时,可以使用语音输入的方式发出第一外部指令,例如:“Find RC1”或“寻找RC1”,则终端设备可以根据所述第一外部指令生成寻找指令,例如仍为“Find RC1”或“寻找RC1”。所述遥控设备RC1在接收到寻找指令后会发出警示信息,例如开启自带的蜂鸣器鸣叫,以此来提示用户。
其中,终端设备与遥控设备连接成功后,可以采用基于通用属性配置文件(Generic Attribute Profile,GATT)层的私有协议或者标准协议进行通信。在本发明实施例中,对于具体的通信协议的采用不做限制。
其中,所述警示信息可以用于提醒用户,使其获知遥控设备的位置。
具体地,所述警示信息可以选自以下一项或多项:语音提醒、警示灯、蜂鸣声以及振动提醒。
优选地,可以设置所述遥控设备发出蜂鸣声,以在所述遥控设备被遮挡时,仍然能够通知用户所在位置。
在本发明实施例中,通过设置多种警示信息,可以使用户根据具体情况选择使用,有助于提高用户的体验度。
进一步地,所述寻找遥控设备的方法还可以包括:响应于接收到的第三外部指令,断开与所述遥控设备之间的连接。
其中,所述第三外部指令的输入方式可以选自:语音输入、按键输入、触屏输入以及摄像头扫码输入,且优选的输入方式可以为语音输入。
需要指出的是,在终端设备断开与所述遥控设备之间的连接之后,所述遥控设备与被控设备之间的配对关系可以不受到终端设备的影响。

具体地,在现有的多种通信协议中,均具有单个设备可以连接多个其他设备的协议特性,例如在采用蓝牙协议、BLE协议进行的通信中,均可以利用单个设备连接多个设备。
更具体地,所述遥控设备可以是在与被控设备建立配对之后,进入发送状态或接收状态中的第二种状态的,从而为连接下一个设备 (例如所述终端设备)进行准备。

本发明实施例还提供了一种存储介质,其上存储有计算机指令,所述计算机指令运行时执行前文及图1至图2示出的寻找遥控设备的方法的步骤,或者执行前文及图3至图4示出的寻找遥控设备的方法的步骤。所述存储介质可以是计算机可读存储介质,例如可以包括非挥发性存储器(non-volatile)或者非瞬态(non-transitory)存储器,还可以包括光盘、机械硬盘、固态硬盘等。
本发明实施例还提供了一种终端设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器上存储有能够在所述处理器上运行的计算机指令,所述处理器运行所述计算机指令时执行前文及图1至图2示出的寻找遥控设备的方法的步骤。所述终端包括但不限于手机、计算机、平板电脑、智能音箱等终端设备。
本发明实施例还提供了一种遥控设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器上存储有能够在所述处理器上运行的计算机指令,所述处理器运行所述计算机指令时执行前文及图3至图4示出的寻找遥控设备的方法的步骤。所述终端包括但不限于遥控器等遥控设备。
虽然本发明披露如上,但本发明并非限定于此。任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与修改,因此本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种寻找遥控设备的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    进入发送状态或接收状态中的第一种状态;
    与所述遥控设备建立连接关系,其中,所述遥控设备处于发送状态或接收状态中的第二种状态,所述第二种状态不同于所述第一种状态;
    响应于接收到的第一外部指令,向所述遥控设备发出寻找指令,以指示所述遥控设备发出警示信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的寻找遥控设备的方法,其特征在于,所述发送状态为呼吸广播状态,和/或,所述接收状态为扫描侦听状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的寻找遥控设备的方法,其特征在于,所述进入发送状态或接收状态中的第一种状态包括:
    响应于接收到的第二外部指令,进入所述第一种状态。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的寻找遥控设备的方法,其特征在于,所述第一外部指令和/或第二外部指令的输入方式选自:
    语音输入、按键输入、触屏输入以及摄像头扫码输入。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的寻找遥控设备的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于接收到的第三外部指令,断开与所述遥控设备之间的连接。
  6. 一种寻找遥控设备的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    进入发送状态或接收状态中的第二种状态;
    与终端设备建立连接关系,其中,所述终端设备处于发送状态或接收状态中的第一种状态,所述第一种状态不同于所述第二种状态;
    从所述终端设备接收寻找指令,并根据所述寻找指令发出警示信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的寻找遥控设备的方法,其特征在于,所述发送状态为呼吸广播状态,和/或,所述接收状态为扫描侦听状态。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的寻找遥控设备的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于接收到的第四外部指令,停止发出所述警示信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的寻找遥控设备的方法,其特征在于,所述第四外部指令的输入方法选自:
    语音输入、按键输入、触屏输入以及摄像头扫码输入。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的寻找遥控设备的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于接收到的第五外部指令,断开与所述终端设备的连接关系。
  11. 一种寻找遥控设备的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一状态进入模块,适于进入发送状态或接收状态中的第一种状态;
    第一建立模块,适于与所述遥控设备建立连接关系,其中,所述遥控设备处于发送状态或接收状态中的第二种状态,所述第二种状态不同于所述第一种状态;
    发送模块,适于响应于接收到的第一外部指令,向所述遥控设备发出寻找指令,以指示所述遥控设备发出警示信息。
  12. 一种寻找遥控设备的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第二状态进入模块,适于进入发送状态或接收状态中的第二种状态;
    第二建立模块,适于与终端设备建立连接关系,其中,所述终端设备处于发送状态或接收状态中的第一种状态,所述第一种状态不同于所述第二种状态;
    接收模块,适于从所述终端设备接收寻找指令,并根据所述寻找指令发出警示信息。
  13. 一种存储介质,其上存储有计算机指令,其特征在于,所述计算机指令运行时执行权利要求1至5任一项所述寻找遥控设备的方法的步骤,或执行权利要求6至10任一项所述寻找遥控设备的方法的步骤。
  14. 一种终端设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器上存储有能够在所述处理器上运行的计算机指令,其特征在于,所述处理器运行所述计算机指令时执行权利要求1至5任一项所述寻找遥控设备的方法的步骤。
  15. 一种遥控设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器上存储有能够在所述处理器上运行的计算机指令,其特征在于,所述处理器运行所述计算机指令时执行权利要求6至10任一项所述寻找遥控设备的方法的步骤。
