如图1至图6所示,一种远红外理疗仪,包括截面为弧形的灯体1,在灯体1的内弧面上设置有若干个远红外线发射管2,远红外线发射管2电性连接在灯体1上的电路中,在灯体1上电性连接有插头,用于连接外界电源;为了提高远红外线理疗仪的安全性能,在灯体1位于远红外线发射管2的外部还拆卸连接有透明罩体3,透明罩体3不影响远红外光的照射;为了稳定的将透明罩体3和灯体1连接在一起,在透明罩体3上固定有第一固定块31和第二固定块32,在灯体1上固定有第三固定块11和第四固定块12,在第三固定块11内开设有滑槽110,在滑槽110内滑移连接有插块111,插块111在插槽310内滑移,并在第一固定块31上开设有供插块111插入的插槽310,在滑槽110槽底和插块111之间连接有弹簧311,将弹簧311的一端固定在插块111上,将弹簧311的另一端固定在滑槽110槽底,在弹簧311弹力的作用下,滑移在滑槽110内的插块111能插入到第一固定块31上的插槽310内,为了方便的控制插块111,在插块111上固定有拉杆1110,并在第三固定块11上开设有供拉杆1110穿过的槽口1111,当拉动拉杆1110时将带动插块111进入或脱离插槽310,同时在拉杆1110上螺纹连接有锁紧螺母1112用于锁定拉杆1110和插块111的位置,为了将插块111和第一固定块31之间锁定,在插块111和第一固定块31上共同开设有销孔1113,在销孔1113内插设有销钉1114,利用销钉1114将插块111和第一固定块31连接在一起;并且将第二固定块32和第四固定块12之间通过锁紧螺栓321连接;当使用者在使用远红外理疗仪进行理疗时,操作者可以将灯体1连同灯体1上拆卸连接的透明罩体3直接放置再胳膊处的皮肤上,灯体1内部具有内置电源,电源能为内置电路供电;灯体1内弧面上的若干个远红外线发射管2能够向皮肤发射远红外线,远红外线能对皮肤进行理疗;当远红外线发射管2损坏时,透明罩体3也可以方便的从灯体1上方便的拆卸下来,在拆卸时,拔出销孔1113内的销钉1114,拉动拨杆使得插块111脱离插槽310,再拆除锁紧螺栓321就能将透明罩体3 和灯体1之间拆卸;因此,远红外理疗仪除了具有体型较小,携带方便,能直接贴覆在胳膊上的皮肤对皮肤进行理疗的优点,还具有方便拆卸的优点。
如图1至图6所示,为了方便握持远红外线理疗仪,在灯体1上固定有把手杆13,灯体1上固定的把手杆13能方便操作者拿持远红外线理疗仪;同时在把手杆13的外壁设置有防滑垫130,把手杆13外壁的防滑垫130能增大操作者握持把手杆13时的手部摩擦力,能防止操作者手部发生打滑;并在销钉1114的端部开设有方槽11140,销钉1114端部的方槽11140能方便插入方形的起子,便于拆卸销钉1114;同时在拉杆1110远离插块111的一端固定有手柄1115,拉杆1110端部固定的手柄1115能方便操作者握持,方便操作者操作拉杆1110;同时在锁紧螺栓321的端部固定有两片旋转耳3210,锁紧螺栓321端部的旋转耳3210能方便操作者拧动锁紧螺栓321。
综上所述,本发明主要具有以下有益效果:
远红外理疗仪除了具有体型较小,携带方便,能直接贴覆在胳膊上的皮肤对皮肤进行理疗的优点,还具有方便拆卸的优点。
实施例2
与实施例1的不同之处在于,第二固定块32上涂覆有一层耐磨层,耐磨层的制备方法是:
取以下以重量计各组分原料备用:热固性丙烯酸树脂51.5份、钛白粉8份、高岭土10份、石墨22.9份、甲苯二异氰酸酯13份、一氯丙二醇8份、无水乙醇50份。
S1、预制有机溶剂:将热固性丙烯酸树脂、甲苯二异氰酸酯、一氯丙二醇、无水乙醇混合后加热至40℃,搅拌均匀后,保温7min;
S2、制备耐磨涂料;将高岭土、石墨、钛白粉依次加入到S2中的有机溶剂中,搅拌均匀后,将温度加热至48℃后保温12min;
S3、处理:将S2所得的耐磨涂料进行超声波处理0.5h,然后降温至室温,于1050r/min转速搅拌0.5h;
S4、涂覆:将S3得到的耐磨涂料用喷枪均匀的喷覆在第二固定块32的表 面;
S5、干燥:将S4得到的第二固定块32放置到阴凉通风处进行吹干5h。
本实施例中,第二固定块32与锁紧螺栓321螺栓连接,两者之间产生剧烈的摩擦,会加快第二固定块32的磨损速度,在第二固定块32上涂覆有一层耐磨层,可以有效缓解第二固定块32的磨损,保护了第二固定块32,有效延长其使用寿命。
实施例3
与实施例2的不同之处在于,对耐磨层的配方比重进行改进,并重新喷覆在第二固定块32上,防腐层的制备方法是:
取以下以重量计各组分原料备用:热固性丙烯酸树脂51.5份、钛白粉8份、高岭土10份、石墨22.9份、甲苯二异氰酸酯13份、一氯丙二醇8份、无水乙醇50份。
S1、预制有机溶剂:将热固性丙烯酸树脂、甲苯二异氰酸酯、一氯丙二醇、无水乙醇混合后加热至40℃,搅拌均匀后,保温7min;
S2、制备耐磨涂料;将高岭土、石墨、钛白粉依次加入到S2中的有机溶剂中,搅拌均匀后,将温度加热至48℃后保温12min;
S3、处理:将S2所得的耐磨涂料进行超声波处理0.5h,然后降温至室温,于1050r/min转速搅拌0.5h;
S4、涂覆:将S3得到的耐磨涂料用喷枪均匀的喷覆在第二固定块32的表面;
S5、干燥:将S4得到的第二固定块32放置到阴凉通风处进行吹干5h。
本实施例仅对配方比重进行调整,用于比较得出最优配方。
实施例4
与实施例2的不同之处在于,对耐磨层的配方比重进行改进,并重新喷覆在第二固定块32上,防腐层的制备方法是:
取以下以重量计各组分原料备用:热固性丙烯酸树脂49.5份、钛白粉7 份、高岭土8份、石墨20.1份、甲苯二异氰酸酯12份、一氯丙二醇7.5份、无水乙醇45份。
S1、预制有机溶剂:将热固性丙烯酸树脂、甲苯二异氰酸酯、一氯丙二醇、无水乙醇混合后加热至40℃,搅拌均匀后,保温7min;
S2、制备耐磨涂料;将高岭土、石墨、钛白粉依次加入到S2中的有机溶剂中,搅拌均匀后,将温度加热至48℃后保温12min;
S3、处理:将S2所得的耐磨涂料进行超声波处理0.5h,然后降温至室温,于1050r/min转速搅拌0.5h;
S4、涂覆:将S3得到的耐磨涂料用喷枪均匀的喷覆在第二固定块32的表面;
S5、干燥:将S4得到的第二固定块32放置到阴凉通风处进行吹干5h。
本实施例仅对配方比重进行调整,用于比较得出最优配方。
将实施例1、2、3、4中所得的第二固定块32进行耐磨强度和剥离强度测试,记录下测试的数据,并基于实施例1的数据进行归一化,结果如表1所示。

第二固定块32与锁紧螺栓321螺栓连接,两者之间产生剧烈的摩擦,会加快第二固定块32的磨损速度,在第二固定块32上涂覆有一层耐磨层,可以有效缓解第二固定块32的磨损,保护了第二固定块32,有效延长其使用寿命。从表中数据可以看出,涂覆耐磨涂料后,第二固定块32的耐磨强度有了明显的增强,而实施例4明显效果最佳,所以确定的最优原料配方是:热固性丙烯酸树脂49.5份、钛白粉7份、高岭土8份、石墨20.1份、甲苯二异氰酸酯12份、一氯丙二醇7.5份、无水乙醇45份。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种远红外理疗仪,包括截面为弧形的灯体(1),其特征在于:所述灯体(1)的内弧面上设置有若干个远红外线发射管(2),所述灯体(1)在远红外线发射管(2)的外部还拆卸连接有透明罩体(3),所述透明罩体(3)上固定有第一固定块(31)和第二固定块(32),所述灯体(1)上固定有第三固定块(11)和第四固定块(12),所述第三固定块(11)内开设有滑槽(110),所述滑槽(110)内滑移连接有插块(111),所述第一固定块(31)上开设有供插块(111)插入的插槽(310),所述滑槽(110)槽底和插块(111)之间连接有弹簧(311),所述弹簧(311)的一端固定在插块(111)上,所述弹簧(311)的另一端固定在滑槽(110)槽底,所述插块(111)上固定有拉杆(1110),所述第三固定块(11)上开设有供拉杆(1110)穿过的槽口(1111),所述拉杆(1110)上螺纹连接有锁紧螺母(1112),所述插块(111)和第一固定块(31)上共同开设有销孔(1113),所述销孔(1113)内插设有销钉(1114),所述第二固定块(32)和第四固定块(12)之间通过锁紧螺栓(321)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种远红外理疗仪,其特征在于:所述灯体(1)上固定有把手杆(13)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种远红外理疗仪,其特征在于:所述把手杆(13)的外壁设置有防滑垫(130)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种远红外理疗仪,其特征在于:所述销钉(1114)的端部开设有方槽(11140)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种远红外理疗仪,其特征在于:所述拉杆(1110)在远离插块(111)的一端固定有手柄(1115)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种远红外理疗仪,其特征在于:所述锁紧螺栓(321)的端部固定有两片旋转耳(3210)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种远红外理疗仪,其特征在于:所述第二固定块(32)上涂覆有一层耐磨层,所述耐磨层的配方是:
    取以下以重量计各组分原料备用:热固性丙烯酸树脂47.5-51.5份、钛白粉6-8份、高岭土6-10份、石墨17.3-22.9份、甲苯二异氰酸酯11-13份、一氯丙二醇7-8份、无水乙醇40-50份。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种远红外理疗仪,其特征在于:所述耐磨层的制作方法是:
    S1、预制有机溶剂:将热固性丙烯酸树脂、甲苯二异氰酸酯、一氯丙二醇、无水乙醇混合后加热至40-42℃,搅拌均匀后,保温7-8min;
    S2、制备耐磨涂料;将高岭土、石墨、钛白粉依次加入到S2中的有机溶剂中,搅拌均匀后,将温度加热至45-48℃后保温10-12min;
    S3、处理:将S2所得的耐磨涂料进行超声波处理0.5-1h,然后降温至室温,于1050r/min转速搅拌0.5h;
    S4、涂覆:将S3得到的耐磨涂料用喷枪均匀的喷覆在第二固定块(32)的表面;
    S5、干燥:将S4得到的第二固定块(32)放置到阴凉通风处进行吹干3-5h。
