Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐磨地坪涂料,由主漆和固化剂混合而成,其中主漆由如下重量份数的原料制成:羟基丙烯酸树脂40‑60份、钛白粉10‑15份、硫酸钡10‑15份、二甲苯7‑15份、溶剂3‑8份、功能性填料4‑7份、分散剂1‑2份、流平剂0.2‑0.5份、消泡剂0.2‑0.5份;固化剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:异氰酸酯三聚体8‑15份。本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:1)选用聚氨酯树脂体系,聚氨酯树脂中的大量的氢键保证涂层体系具有优异的耐磨性;2)使用异氰酸酯三聚体为聚氨酯固化剂,控制反应体系的交联密度,增加涂层的韧性;3)优化聚氨酯指数(NCO/OH);4)选用具有极好耐磨性的功能填料,优化添加比例。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及一种耐磨地坪涂料。
背景技术
在地坪涂料中,最关键的一个技术指标是地坪材料的耐磨性。在GB/T 22374-2008《地坪涂装材料》中,要求溶剂型和无溶剂型地坪面漆的耐磨性为30mg(750g,500r)。但在实际使用表明,该数值要求偏低,如耐磨性在25mg左右的材料,使用一年后就有明显的磨损。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于克服上述现有技术缺陷,提供一种耐磨地坪涂料,采用先进的聚氨酯树脂反应技术,配合高性能的功能填料,共同提高地坪产品的耐磨性至10mg以下。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种耐磨地坪涂料,由主漆和固化剂混合而成,其中主漆由如下重量份数的原料制成:羟基丙烯酸树脂40-60份、钛白粉10-15份、硫酸钡10-15份、二甲苯7-15份、溶剂3-8份、功能性填料4-7份、分散剂1-2份、流平剂0.2-0.5份、消泡剂0.2-0.5份;固化剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:异氰酸酯三聚体8-15份。
优选地,主漆由如下重量份数的原料制成:羟基丙烯酸树脂52.5份、钛白粉12份、硫酸钡12份、二甲苯10份、溶剂6份、功能性填料5.5份、分散剂1.2份、流平剂0.4份、消泡剂0.4份;固化剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:异氰酸酯三聚体12份。
优选地,羟基丙烯酸树脂的固含量为65-75%。
优选地,羟基丙烯酸树脂的固含量为70%。
优选地,溶剂为丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。
优选地,钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
优选地,硫酸钡的目数为800目。
优选地,功能性填料的目数为1000目。
功能性填料可以采用本领域公知的种类,比如滑石粉、高岭土、碳酸钙等,分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂同样也可以采用本领域公知的种类。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
1)选用聚氨酯树脂体系,聚氨酯树脂中的大量的氢键保证涂层体系具有优异的耐磨性;
2)使用异氰酸酯三聚体为聚氨酯固化剂,控制反应体系的交联密度,增加涂层的韧性;
3)优化聚氨酯指数(NCO/OH);
4)选用具有极好耐磨性的功能填料,优化添加比例。

下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明,以下实施例为本发明具体的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受下述实施例的限制。
实施例1
一种耐磨地坪涂料,由主漆和固化剂混合而成,其中主漆由如下重量份数的原料制成:羟基丙烯酸树脂52.5份、钛白粉12份、硫酸钡12份、二甲苯10份、溶剂6份、功能性填料5.5份、分散剂1.2份、流平剂0.4份、消泡剂0.4份;固化剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:异氰酸酯三聚体12份。
羟基丙烯酸树脂的固含量为70%。溶剂为丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。硫酸钡的目数为800目。功能性填料的目数为1000目。
实施例2
一种耐磨地坪涂料,由主漆和固化剂混合而成,其中主漆由如下重量份数的原料制成:羟基丙烯酸树脂40份、钛白粉10份、硫酸钡10份、二甲苯7份、溶剂3份、功能性填料4份、分散剂1份、流平剂0.2份、消泡剂0.2份;所述固化剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:异氰酸酯三聚体8份。
羟基丙烯酸树脂的固含量为65%。溶剂为丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。硫酸钡的目数为800目。功能性填料的目数为1000目。
实施例3
一种耐磨地坪涂料,由主漆和固化剂混合而成,其中主漆由如下重量份数的原料制成:羟基丙烯酸树脂60份、钛白粉15份、硫酸钡15份、二甲苯15份、溶剂8份、功能性填料7份、分散剂2份、流平剂0.5份、消泡剂0.5份;所述固化剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:异氰酸酯三聚体15份。
羟基丙烯酸树脂的固含量为75%。溶剂为丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。硫酸钡的目数为800目。功能性填料的目数为1000目。
对上述实施例1所得的耐磨地坪涂料进行性能测试,得到的结果如下表。

1.一种耐磨地坪涂料,其特征在于由主漆和固化剂混合而成,其中所述主漆由如下重量份数的原料制成:羟基丙烯酸树脂40-60份、钛白粉10-15份、硫酸钡10-15份、二甲苯7-15份、溶剂3-8份、功能性填料4-7份、分散剂1-2份、流平剂0.2-0.5份、消泡剂0.2-0.5份;所述固化剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:异氰酸酯三聚体8-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨地坪涂料,其特征在于所述主漆由如下重量份数的原料制成:羟基丙烯酸树脂52.5份、钛白粉12份、硫酸钡12份、二甲苯10份、溶剂6份、功能性填料5.5份、分散剂1.2份、流平剂0.4份、消泡剂0.4份;所述固化剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:异氰酸酯三聚体12份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐磨地坪涂料,其特征在于所述羟基丙烯酸树脂的固含量为65-75%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐磨地坪涂料,其特征在于所述羟基丙烯酸树脂的固含量为70%。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐磨地坪涂料,其特征在于所述溶剂为丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐磨地坪涂料,其特征在于所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐磨地坪涂料,其特征在于所述硫酸钡的目数为800目。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐磨地坪涂料,其特征在于所述功能性填料的目数为1000目。
