首先需要说明的是,本申请提及的分组可以是任意形式的分组。为了方便说明,本申请实施例以护理组为分组形式进行举例说明。在其他实施例中,也可以采用其他形式的分组,例如简单的区域分组方式。通常的,一个护理组可以对应一个护士。
本申请提及的床位,可以理解为病床,也可以理解为与病床对应的床旁监护设备。床位号可以是指病床的标识号,也可以理解为与病床对应的床旁监护设备的标识号。
在一实施例中,提供一种分组切换方法,如图1所示,该方法可以包括:

本发明实施例提供的一种分组切换方法适用于中心监护系统为工作在 不同时间段的护士快速定位各自所负责病人的场景下。
本发明实施例中,中心监护系统实时监控当前时间,当中心监护系统判断出当前时间所属的预设工作时间段发生变化时,中心监护系统获取到切换指令,此时,中心监护系统根据切换指令确定出待切换的第一预设工作时间段。
本发明实施例中,中心监护系统接收到分组切换操作,此时,中心监护系统获取到分组切换操作对应的切换指令,中心监护系统根据该切换指令确定出待切换的第一预设工作时间段。
示例性的,切换指令具体可以是系统自动监测到预设工作时间段(例如班次)的改变而生成的,或者响应用户的某一操作而生成的。

需要说明的是,由于医院为各个工作时间段的护士分配监护床位的分 组规则普遍相同,即采用相同的预设床位分组配置,当需要按照普遍的分组规则进行床位分组时,中心监护系统可以利用预设床位分组配置,为工作在不同预设工作时间段内的护士分配对应的床位,进而能够提高床位分组的速度。
本发明实施例中,中心监护系统中预先建立了预设工作时间段和床位分组对应关系表,用于为每一个预设工作时间段设置相应的床位分组信息,当中心监护系统获取到当前时间之后,中心监护系统判断当前时间所属的预设工作时间段,当中心监护系统判断出当前时间属于第一预设工作时间段时,中心监护系统从预设工作时间段和床位分组对应关系表中,查找第一预设工作时间段对应的第一预设床位分组和第一床位分组显示类型。
本发明实施例中,预设工作时间段可以使用APN排班方式进行划分,即8点-16点为A班、16点-24点为P班、24点-次日8点为N班。
本发明实施例中,第一预设床位分组为工作在第一预设工作时间段中的每个护士对应的床位分配信息。
本发明实施例中,当中心监护系统接收到床位分组设置指令时,中心监护系统根据床位分组设置指令进入床位分组设置界面,并在床位分组设置界面,获取为预设工作时间段配置的床位分组信息,最后将预设工作时间段和预设工作时间段对应的床位分组信息添加至预设工作时间段和床位分组对应关系表中。
本发明实施例中,床位分组设置界面包括床位列表菜单和护理组菜单。其中,护理组菜单用于设置预设工作时间段,以及将待分组床位分配至工作在预设工作时间段的护理组(即将预设工作时间段和预设工作时间段对应的床位分组信息添加至预设工作时间段和床位分组对应关系表中),床位列表菜单用于添加待分组床位。
具体的,中心监护系统在床位分组设置界面,获取为预设工作时间段配置的床位分组信息的过程为:在床位分组设置界面的床位列表菜单中, 中心监护系统接收床位添加指令,并根据床位添加指令确定待分组床位;在床位分组设置界面的护理组菜单中,中心监护系统接收时间设置指令,并根据时间设置指令设置预设工作时间段;之后,中心监护系统在护理组菜单中,接收床位分组指令,以根据床位分组指令将待分组床位分配至工作在预设工作时间段的护士,得到床位分组信息;或者,在分组菜单中,接收床位分组指令,并根据床位分组指令将工作在预设工作时间段的组分配至待分组床位,得到床位分组信息。
本发明实施例中,当中心监护系统建立了预设工作时间段和床位分组对应关系表之后,中心监护系统将预设工作时间段和床位分组对应关系表(其中包括了床位分组信息)传输至监控设备中,其中,监控设备为与中心监护系统连接的设备。
可选的,监控设备包括工作站、查看站、手机查看器和床边机等,具体的根据实际情况进行选择,本发明实施例不做具体的限定。

病人监测界面的一种显示方式请参考图11-12。需要说明的是,在图11-12中,当需要进行设置时,可以在当前界面调出设置菜单。当然,图11-12所示的病人监测界面也可以理解为当前设备在进行护理组设置时的一个预览界面。
当中心监护系统从预设工作时间段和床位分组对应关系表中,查找出第一预设工作时间段对应的第一预设床位分组之后,中心监护系统按照第一床位分组显示类型,在病人监测界面显示第一预设床位分组中的待显示床位。按照第一床位分组显示类型,在病人监测界面显示第一预设床位分组中的待显示床位,应当理解为,按照第一床位分组显示类型,在病人监测界面显示第一预设床位分组中的待显示床位对应的床位信息、分组信息、病人监测信息,以及其他需要显示的信息等。
本发明实施例中,中心监护系统从预设工作时间段和床位分组对应关系表中,查找第一预设床位分组对应的第一床位分组显示类型,并按照第一床位分组显示类型,在病人监测界面显示第一预设床位分组。
本发明实施例中,床位分组显示类型包括颜色、数字和符号中的至少一种,具体的根据实际情况进行选择,本发明实施例不做具体的限定。
具体的,第一床位分组显示类型包括颜色,中心监护系统按照第一床位分组显示类型,在病人监测界面显示第一预设床位分组中的待显示床位的过程为:中心监护系统将病人监测界面划分成至少一个显示区域;中心监护系统分别在至少一个显示区域显示待显示床位的床位监测信息;中心监护系统分别在至少一个显示区域对应的至少一个显示子区域中,显示待显示床位的颜色标识。
需要说明的是,中心监护系统在建立预设工作时间段和床位分组对应关系表时,为每一个预设床位分组设置了不同的床位分组显示类型,此时,在病人监测界面能够更加清晰的显示不同护士所负责的病人(床位)。
本发明实施例中,中心监护系统通过网络对一个科室或者多个科室的监护仪进行连接,以实时集中监护各个监护仪监测到的病人的体征信息。如图2所示,中央站(CS,Central Station)1和中央站2通过中心网络(Central Network)与查看服务器(Viewer Server)、工作站(WS,Work Station)和查看站(VS,View Station)进行数据交互,手机查看器(Mobile Viewer)通过无线网络接入中心网络中,其中,中央站1和中央站2互相可进行数据交互,中央站1和中央站2通过监控网络监控床边机。
本发明实施例中,中心监护系统将预设的床位分组信息等同步至工作站、查看站、手机查看器、床边机等设备上,保证在中心网络拓扑中的任意一个设备中均能查看到床位分组情况。
进一步地,中心监护系统通过床边机实时监控待显示床位对应的病人的生命体征,当中心监护系统检测出待显示床位中的第二床位的病人生命 体征异常时,中心监护系统判断当前时间是否处于第一报警时间段,当当前时间处于第一报警时间段时,中心监护系统利用第一报警音量(例如低报警音量或高报警音量)进行报警。
示例性的,当中心监护系统在晚上2点接收到床位1的报警信息时,中心监护系统切换成低报警音量进行报警;当中心监护系统在白天接收到床位的报警信息时,中心监护系统切换成高报警音量进行报警。

本发明实施例中,当用户需要为工作在不同工作时间段的护士设置所负责的床位时,用户在中心监护系统的显示界面上点击床位分组设置按钮,此时中心监护系统接收到床位分组设置指令,中心监护系统进入床位分组 设置界面。
本发明实施例中,床位分组设置界面至少包括床位列表菜单和护理组菜单,用户可以利用床位列表菜单和护理组菜单来建立预设工作时间段和床位分组对应关系表。
S202、中心监护系统在床位分组设置界面的床位列表菜单中,接收床位添加指令,并根据床位添加指令确定待分组床位。
当中心监护系统进入床位分组设置界面之后,中心监护系统就要在床位分组设置界面的床位列表菜单中,接收床位添加指令,并根据床位添加指令确定待分组床位。
本发明实施例中,用户在床位分组设置界面中点击床位列表菜单,此时,在床位分组设置界面上显示床位列表菜单对应的床位设置子界面,在床位设置子界面中显示有单个添加栏和批量添加栏,其中单个添加栏用于一次添加一个床位,而批量添加栏用于一次添加多个床位。
本发明实施例中,中心监护系统在单个添加栏中接收输入的床位号,并将床位号添加至待分组床位中。
示例性的,如图4所示,在系统设置界面(床位分组设置界面)上,用户依次点击设备管理-床位列表菜单,此时,中心监护系统进入到床位设置子界面,在床位设置子界面中显示有单个添加栏、批量添加栏和已添加床位栏,用户在单个添加栏的输入床位号栏中输入床位号,并点击单个添加栏中的添加按钮,此时,中心监护系统将该床位号添加至待分组床位中,并显示在已添加床位栏中。
本发明实施例中,中心监护系统批量添加指定数量的床位号至待分组床位中。
具体的,中心监护系统在批量添加栏中至少接收输入的起始床位号和床位数量,并从起始床位号开始,将床位数量的床位号添加至待分组床位中,或者,中心监护系统接收预设组合操作,并根据预设组合操作确定出 指定数量的所述床位号,之后将指定数量的床位号添加至待分组床位中。
本发明实施例中,床位设置子界面中显示有全部床位,中心监护系统根据用户执行的预设组合操作,从全部床位中确定出指定数量的床位号,并将其添加至待分组床位中。
可选的,预设组合操作可以为在有键盘的设备上用按住control键多选再添加的方式,在触屏设备上点击床位图标再添加的方式;具体的根据实际情况进行选择,本发明实施例不做具体的限定。
示例性的,如图4所示,在床位设置子界面中的批量添加栏中包括“床号前缀”、“起始序号”、“床号后缀”和“床位数量”四个输入栏;其中“床号前缀”和“床号后缀”是非必须输入项,且输入内容可以是汉字、英文字母、数字等多种字符,“起始序号”和“床位数量”是必须输入项,且输入内容必须为数字;当用户输入了至少包含了“起始序号”和“床位数量”的输入项时,中心监护系统在批量添加栏的下方自动生成床位预览,当用户确认了输入项的内容时点击“确认添加”完成添加床位,此时,中心监护系统将批量添加的床位显示在已添加床位栏中。

示例性的,如图5(a)所示,在系统设置界面上,用户依次点击病人管理-护理组菜单,此时,中心监护系统进入到护理组设置子界面,用户点击班次添加按钮(添加工作时间段按钮),如图5(b)所示,在护理组设置子界面弹出“编辑班次”弹出框,其中“编辑班次”弹出框中包括“班次名称”、“班次起始时间”和“班次结束时间”,用户分别在“班次名称”、“班次起始时间”和“班次结束时间”输入名称、开始时间和结束时间,并点击弹出框的确认按钮,此时,中心监护系统完成设置预设工作时间段的过程,如图5(c)所示,中心监护系统设置了三个班次,分别为班次1(08:00-16:00)、班次2(16:00-24:00)和班次3(24:00-08:00)。
需要说明的是,S202和S203为S204之前的两个并列的步骤,具体的根据实际情况进行选择,本发明实施例不做具体的限定。
S204、中心监护系统在护理组菜单中,接收床位分组指令,并根据床位分组指令将待分组床位分配至工作在预设工作时间段内的不同的护理组,得到床位分组信息。

示例性的,如图6(a)所示,在护理组设置子界面,用户点击护理组添加按钮,在护理组设置子界面弹出“编辑护理组”弹出框(空白床位分组),其中,“编辑护理组”弹出框中包括“护理组名称”和“护理组颜色”,用户分别在“护理组名称”和“护理组颜色”中输入护理组名称(床位分组名称)并选择护理组颜色(床位分组显示类型),之后点击弹出框的确认按钮,此时,中心监护系统完成设置预设床位分组的设置过程,如图6(b)所示,中心监护系统将预设床位分组显示在预设护理组栏中,之后,如图6(c)所示,用户点击预设护理组图标,进入添加床位模式,用户从待分组床位中选定第一床位,如图6(d)所示,此时第一床位的颜色为预设护理组图标的护理组颜色,此时完成为预设床位分组分配第一床位的过程,当用户再次点击该预设护理组图标时,中心监护系统退出添加床位模式。
本发明实施例中,一个护士对应一个预设床位分组,且不同的预设床位分组对应的床位分组显示类型不同,护士可以根据对应的预设床位分组的床位分组显示类型,确定自身所监护的病人的床位。
进一步地,本发明实施例不限定在护理组菜单中设置预设工作时间段和预设护理组的顺序,具体的设置顺序可根据实际情况进行选择,本发明实施例不做具体的限定。
S205、中心监护系统将预设工作时间段和预设工作时间段对应的床位分组信息添加至预设工作时间段和床位分组对应关系表中。

本发明实施例中,中心监护系统将预设床位分组对应的床位分组信息等同步至工作站、查看站、手机查看器和床边机上,保证在中心网络拓扑中的任意一个设备中均能查看到床位分组情况。
进一步地,中心监护系统通过床边机实时监控预设床位分组对应的病人的生命体征,当中心监护系统检测出预设床位分组中的第二床位的病人生命体征异常时,中心监护系统判断当前时间是否处于第一报警时间段,当当前时间处于第一报警时间段时,中心监护系统利用第一报警音量(例如低报警音量或高报警音量)进行报警。
示例性的,当中心监护系统在晚上2点接收到床位1的报警信息时,中心监护系统切换成低报警音量进行报警;当中心监护系统在白天接收到床位的报警信息时,中心监护系统切换成高报警音量进行报警。
可以理解的是,中心监护系统建立待分组床位和预设床位分组的对应关系,并按照预设床位分组对应的床位分组显示类型显示待分组床位,此时护理组与床位绑定,即使床位对应的病人更换,该床位还是对应有负责 的护士,进而降低了查找新病人的速度。

  1. 一种分组切换方法,其特征在于,包括:
    当获取到切换指令时,根据所述切换指令确定待切换的第一预设工作时间段;
    从预设工作时间段和床位分组对应关系表中,查找所述第一预设工作时间段对应的第一预设床位分组和第一床位分组显示类型;
    按照所述第一床位分组显示类型,在病人监测界面显示所述第一预设床位分组中的待显示床位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述切换指令确定待切换的第一预设工作时间段之前,所述方法还包括:
    当接收到床位分组设置指令时,根据所述床位分组设置指令进入床位分组设置界面;
    在所述床位分组设置界面,获取为所述预设工作时间段配置的床位分组信息;
    将所述预设工作时间段和所述预设工作时间段对应的床位分组信息添加至所述预设工作时间段和床位分组对应关系表中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述床位分组设置界面,获取为所述预设工作时间段配置不同的床位分组信息,包括:
    在所述床位分组设置界面的床位列表菜单中,接收床位添加指令,并根据所述床位添加指令确定待分组床位;
    在所述床位分组设置界面的分组菜单中,接收时间设置指令,并根据所述时间设置指令设置预设工作时间段;
    在所述分组菜单中,接收床位分组指令,并根据所述床位分组指令将所述待分组床位分配至工作在所述预设工作时间段的组,得到所述床位分组信息;或者,在所述分组菜单中,接收床位分组指令,并根据所述床位 分组指令将工作在所述预设工作时间段的组分配至所述待分组床位,得到所述床位分组信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述床位添加指令确定待分组床位,包括:
    在单个添加栏中接收输入的床位号,并将所述床位号添加至所述待分组床位中;
    或,批量添加指定数量的床位号至所述待分组床位中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述批量添加指定数量的床位号至所述待分组床位中,包括:
    在批量添加栏中至少接收输入的起始床位号和床位数量,并从起始床位号开始,将所述床位数量的床位号添加至所述待分组床位中;
    或者,接收预设组合操作,根据所述预设组合操作确定出所述指定数量的所述床位号,将所述指定数量的所述床位号添加至所述待分组床位中。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述时间设置指令设置预设工作时间段,包括:
    当接收到点击添加工作时间段按钮的点击操作时,新建一个空白工作时间段,所述空白工作时间段包括名称框、开始时间框和结束时间框;
    当分别在所述名称框、所述开始时间框和所述结束时间框中接收到输入的名称、开始时间和结束时间时,将所述名称、所述开始时间和所述结束时间添加至所述空白工作时间段中,得到所述预设工作时间段。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述床位分组指令将所述待分组床位分配至工作在所述预设工作时间段的组,包括:
    当接收到点击添加分组按钮的点击操作时,新建一个空白床位分组;
    为所述空白床位分组设置床位分组名称和床位分组显示类型,得到预设床位分组;
    从所述待分组床位中,为所述预设床位分组分配第一床位,以在所述 病人监测界面中按照所述床位分组显示类型显示所述第一床位。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述切换指令确定待切换的第一预设工作时间段之前,所述方法还包括:
    按照预设床位分组配置,为所述预设工作时间段分配所述床位分组信息。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述床位分组显示类型包括颜色、数字和符号中的至少一种。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在病人监测界面显示所述第一预设床位分组中的待显示床位之后,所述方法还包括:
    当监测出所述待显示床位中的第二床位的病人生命体征异常时,判断当前时间是否处于第一报警时间段;
    当所述当前时间处于所述第一报警时间段时,利用第一报警音量进行报警。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述预设工作时间段和所述预设工作时间段对应的床位分组信息添加至所述预设工作时间段和床位分组对应关系表中之后,所述方法还包括:
    将所述预设工作时间段和床位分组对应关系表传输至监控设备中,所述监控设备为与中心监护系统连接的设备。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一床位分组显示类型包括颜色,所述按照所述第一床位分组显示类型,在病人监测界面显示所述第一预设床位分组中的待显示床位,包括:
    将所述病人监测界面划分成至少一个显示区域;
    分别在所述至少一个显示区域显示所述待显示床位的床位监测信息;
    分别在所述至少一个显示区域对应的至少一个显示子区域中,显示所述待显示床位的颜色标识。
  13. 一种分组切换方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    基于床位分组设置操作,确定待分组床位、预设工作时间段和预设床位分组;所述预设床位分组基于所述待分组床位确定得到;
    将所述待分组床位、所述预设工作时间段和所述预设床位分组进行关联;
    将关联后的所述待分组床位、所述预设工作时间段和所述预设床位分组保存至预设工作时间段和床位分组对应关系表中。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述床位分组设置操作至少包括床位添加操作、时间设置操作和分组设置操作。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于床位分组设置操作,确定待分组床位、预设工作时间段和预设床位分组,包括:
    基于所述床位添加操作,确定所述待分组床位;
    基于所述时间设置操作,确定开始时间和结束时间;将所述开始时间至所述结束时间之间的时间段确定为所述预设工作时间段;
    基于所述分组设置操作,新建所述预设床位分组。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述将所述待分组床位、所述预设工作时间段和所述预设床位分组进行关联,包括:
    建立所述预设工作时间段和所述预设床位分组的对应关系;
    建立所述预设床位分组和所述待分组床位的对应关系。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述分组设置操作包括分组添加操作和分组编辑操作;所述基于所述分组设置操作,新建所述预设床位分组,包括:
    基于所述分组添加操作,新建一个空白床位分组;
    基于所述分组编辑操作,为所述空白床位分组设置床位分组名称和床位分组显示类型,得到所述预设床位分组。
  18. 一种分组设置方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    在床位分组设置界面,建立待分组床位和预设床位分组的对应关系;
    获取待显示床位;
    从所述待分组床位和预设床位分组的对应关系中,查找所述待显示床位对应的床位分组显示类型;
    按照所述床位分组显示类型,在病人监测界面显示所述待显示床位。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述建立待分组床位和预设床位分组的对应关系,包括:
    当接收到床位添加指令时,根据所述床位添加指令确定待分组床位;

    为所述空白床位分组设置所述床位分组显示类型,得到所述预设床位分组;
    从所述待分组床位中,依次为所述预设床位分组分配床位,得到所述待分组床位和所述预设床位分组的对应关系;
    或者,为所述待分组床位分配所述预设床位分组,得到所述待分组床位和所述预设床位分组的对应关系。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述床位分组显示类型包括颜色、数字和符号中的至少一种。
  21. 一种中心监护系统,其特征在于,所述中心监护系统包括:处理器、存储器、显示器及通信总线,所述显示器,用于按照所述第一床位分组显示类型,在病人监测界面显示所述第一预设床位分组中的待显示床位,所述处理器用于执行如权利要求1-20任一项所述的方法。
  22. 一种存储介质,其特征在于,其上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-20任一项所述的方法。
