Description

一种环保便携式锐器盒 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗废物处理领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种环保便携式锐器盒。
背景技术
锐器盒是一种医用收纳盒,用于收集注射器、小玻璃制品、刀片、缝合针等锐器,锐器盒为一次性使用,按国家要求,规定在24小时内必须由医疗废物处置单位回收,在48小时内彻底安全焚化。
在锐器盒使用时,需要将使用过的注射器、小玻璃制品、刀片、缝合针等锐器丢弃在锐器盒内,由于现有锐器盒的投入口处常常得不到有效的封闭,当锐器盒不小心造成倾覆时,锐器盒内的锐器常常会造成洒落,这就造成了医疗污染,具有很大的安全隐患;除此之外由于一些注射器长度较长,较长的锐器直接放置在锐器盒内会占用较多空间,使得锐器盒可供放入锐器的空间变小,减小了锐器盒的空间使用率。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种环保便携式锐器盒,以解决背景技术中提到的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种环保便携式锐器盒,包括盒体和盒盖,所述盒体的开口端外缘具有外螺纹,所述盒盖上具有正截面为L形的环部,所述环部的竖直段内缘具有与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹,所述盒体上还开设有环槽,所述盒盖的底端与所述环槽之间螺纹连接,所述盒盖上开设有投入口,所述盒盖的所述投入口处设置有两个半圆形压块,所述盒盖上开设有两个供所述半圆形压块滑移的第一滑槽,所述第一滑槽槽壁和 两个所述半圆形压块之间分别连接有若干个第一弹簧,两个半圆形压块上均开设有半圆形的槽口,两个所述半圆形压块上的所述槽口处分别固定有切割刀片。
通过采用上述技术方案,将盒体与盒盖之间用两处螺纹进行螺纹锁紧能加强盒体和盒盖之间的密封,防止发生漏液;当锐器盒在正常状态时,在第一滑槽内第一弹簧的作用下,两个半圆形压块将相互贴合,将锐器盒上盒盖处的投入口进行封闭,这就能够防止锐器盒在倾覆时锐器盒内的利器洒出造成污染;当使用锐器盒丢弃利器时,可以拉动其中一个半圆形压块,将盒盖上的投入口打开一部分,若是觉得利器过长,可以松动半圆形压块,在第一弹簧的作用下,半圆形压块上半圆形的槽口处的切割刀片将利器进行裁切,将利器截短,从而能够变相的提高锐器盒内的空间使用率。
进一步地,其中一个所述半圆形压块顶部螺纹连接有拉杆,所述盒盖上开设有供所述拉杆穿过的豁口。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过拉动螺纹连接在半圆形压块上的拉杆运动,能够带动半圆形压块在第一滑槽内滑移,从而方便打开盒盖上用于丢弃锐器的投入口。
进一步地,所述盒盖的顶部卡接有堵板,所述堵板圆心处开设有方便锐器放入的通槽,所述堵板上还开设有供所述拉杆穿过的腰型槽。
通过采用上述技术方案,卡接在盒盖顶部的堵板能够保护锐器盒在盒盖投入口处丢锐器时,锐器掉落在盒盖上,对盒盖造成污染。
进一步地,所述堵板内部开设有若干个第二滑槽,若干个所述第二滑槽内均滑移连接有插块,所述插块和第二滑槽槽底之间均连接有第二弹簧,所述盒盖上开设有若干个供所述插块插入的插槽。
通过采用上述技术方案,在第二滑槽中第二弹簧的作用下,滑移连接在堵板内的插块将插入到盒盖上的插槽中,从而将堵板卡接固 定。
进一步地,所述盒体上具有与其一体成型的第一固定块,所述第一固定块上通过若干个第一锁紧螺栓拆卸连接有挂杆,所述挂杆上具有方便所述盒体挂置的U形挂口。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过利用挂杆能够方便的将锐器盒挂置在架子上,能够有效的防止锐器盒发生倾覆,且挂杆上的U形挂口使得挂杆挂置更加稳定。
进一步地,所述堵板在靠近所述半圆形压块的一面具有与所述堵板一体成型的挡环,所述挡环的内径与所述通槽的半径相同。
通过采用上述技术方案,挡环能够防止锐器掉落到堵板和盒盖投入口之间的空腔内。
进一步地,所述盒体上具有与其一体成型的第二固定块,所述第二固定块内开设有供放置标签的放置槽,所述第二固定块上还螺纹连接有第二锁紧螺栓。
通过采用上述技术方案,在放置槽内可以放置标签,可以方便锐器投入者了解锐器盒的使用状况,利用第二锁紧螺栓能够方便的将放置槽内标签的位置锁定。
进一步地,所述盒盖的外壁还涂覆有一层闪光漆,所述闪光漆由如下方法制备:
取以下以重量计各组分原料备用:乙烯基树脂36-38份、醇酸树脂22-24份、氨酯级无水醋酸丁酯21-23份、乙烯基酯树脂11-13份、氨基树脂12-14份、乙二胺四乙酸8-10份、乙醇6-8份、钛白粉5-8份、甲酰胺1-3份、硼硅酸铝12-14份、苯乙烯6-10份、异辛酸钴催化剂2-3份、水90-100份;
S1、制作第一预制备液:将乙烯基树脂、醇酸树脂、氨酯级无水醋酸丁酯、乙烯基酯树脂、氨基树脂以及乙二胺四乙酸和乙醇混合均匀后加入到反应釜内,保持反应釜内部温度在168-172℃温度下 20-24min;
S2、制备第二预制备液:将钛白粉、甲酰胺、硼硅酸铝、苯乙烯、异辛酸钴催化剂和水混合搅拌均匀;
S3、制备闪光漆:将S2得到的第二预制备液加入到反应釜中的第一预制备液中,充分混合均匀冷却到室温,得到闪光漆;
S4、喷涂:将S3得到的闪光漆用喷枪均匀喷涂到盒盖的表面。
进一步的,所述S1中将乙烯基树脂、醇酸树脂、氨酯级无水醋酸丁酯、乙烯基酯树脂、氨基树脂以及乙二胺四乙酸和乙醇混合均匀后加入到反应釜内,保持反应釜内部温度在170℃温度下22min。
进一步的,所述S4喷涂之后,盒盖外表面闪光漆的厚度为0.4mm。
通过采用上述技术方案,盒盖上的闪光漆较为亮眼,使得锐器盒的位置更加显眼,对锐器盒使用者有提示效果。
综上所述,本发明主要具有以下有益效果:
一、将盒体与盒盖之间用两处螺纹进行螺纹锁紧能加强盒体和盒盖之间的密封,防止发生漏液;

实施例1
参考图1、图2、图3和图4,一种环保便携式锐器盒,包括盒体1和盒盖2,其中在盒体1的开口端外缘具有外螺纹100,在盒盖2上具有正截面为L形的环部21,其中在环部21的竖直段内缘具有与外螺纹100配合的内螺纹210,在盒体1上还开设有环槽11,盒盖2的底端与环槽11之间螺纹连接,当盒盖2拧在盒体1开口的外部时,正截面为L形的环部21处的内螺纹210将和盒体1外壁上的外螺纹100拧紧,盒盖2位于环槽11中的部分将和盒体1上环槽11螺纹拧紧,即采用了两处螺纹同时拧紧,能防止漏液;为了方便投入锐器,在盒盖2上开设有投入口22,并在盒盖2的投入口22处设置有 两个半圆形压块221,两个半圆形压块221沿水平方向滑移连接在盒盖2上的投入口22处,在盒盖2上开设有两个供半圆形压块221滑移的第一滑槽2210,在第一滑槽2210槽壁和两个半圆形压块221之间分别连接有三个第一弹簧2211,在第一弹簧2211的作用下,两个半圆形压块221将会相互抵接,从而能够将锐器盒整体封闭;为了实现对锐器的切割,在两个半圆形压块221上均开设有半圆形的槽口2212,在两个半圆形压块221上的槽口2212处分别固定有切割刀片2213,两个切割刀片2213均为不锈钢刀片,且形状结为半圆形;故将盒体1与盒盖2之间用两处螺纹进行螺纹锁紧能加强盒体1和盒盖2之间的密封,防止发生漏液;当锐器盒在正常状态时,在第一滑槽2210内第一弹簧2211的作用下,两个半圆形压块221将相互贴合,将锐器盒上盒盖2处的投入口22进行封闭,这就能够防止锐器盒在倾覆时锐器盒内的利器洒出造成污染;当使用锐器盒丢弃利器时,可以拉动其中一个半圆形压块221,将盒盖2上的投入口22打开一部分,若是觉得利器过长,可以松动半圆形压块221,在第一弹簧2211的作用下,半圆形压块221上半圆形的槽口2212处的切割刀片2213将利器进行裁切,将利器截短,从而能够变相的提高锐器盒内的空间使用率。
参考图3和图6,为了操控半圆形压块221,在其中一个半圆形压块221顶部螺纹连接有拉杆2215,在盒盖2上开设有供拉杆2215穿过的豁口23,通过拉动螺纹连接在半圆形压块221上的拉杆2215运动,能够带动半圆形压块221在第一滑槽2210内滑移,从而方便打开盒盖2上用于丢弃锐器的投入口22;为了封闭盒盖2的敞口,在盒盖2的顶部卡接有堵板24,在堵板24圆心处开设有方便锐器放入的通槽241,并在堵板24上还开设有供拉杆2215穿过的腰型槽242,卡接在盒盖2顶部的堵板24能够保护锐器盒在盒盖2投入口22处丢锐器时,锐器掉落在盒盖2上,对盒盖2造成污染。
参考图1和图3,为了方便堵板24的安装,在堵板24内部开设有两个第二滑槽243,在两个第二滑槽243内均滑移连接有插块2431,在插块2431和第二滑槽243槽底之间均连接有第二弹簧2432,在盒盖2上开设有两个供插块2431插入的插槽25,在第二滑槽243中第二弹簧2432的作用下,滑移连接在堵板24内的插块2431将插入到盒盖2上的插槽25中,从而将堵板24卡接固定。
参考图8和图9,由于传统的锐器盒都是放在桌面或者地面上,容易发生碰撞倾覆,为了防止锐器盒发生碰撞倾覆,在盒体1上具有与其一体成型的第一固定块12,并将第一固定块12上通过两个第一锁紧螺栓121拆卸连接有挂杆122,其中在挂杆122上具有方便盒体1挂置的U形挂口1221,通过利用挂杆122能够方便的将锐器盒挂置在架子上,能够有效的防止锐器盒发生倾覆,且挂杆122上的U形挂口1221使得挂杆122挂置更加稳定。
参考图1和图2,同时将堵板24在靠近半圆形压块221的一面具有与堵板24一体成型的挡环244,其中挡环244的内径与通槽241的半径相同,挡环244能够防止锐器掉落到堵板24和盒盖2投入口22之间的空腔内。
参考图5和图7,为了对锐器盒作出标记,在盒体1上具有与其一体成型的第二固定块13,在第二固定块13内开设有供放置标签的放置槽131,并在第二固定块13上还螺纹连接有第二锁紧螺栓132,在放置槽131内可以放置标签,可以方便锐器投入者了解锐器盒的使用状况,利用第二锁紧螺栓132能够方便的将放置槽131内标签的位置锁定。
实施例2
与实施例1的不同之处在于在盒盖2的外壁涂覆有一层闪光漆,根据国家标准,锐器盒的盒体1需要醒目,故锐器盒的盒体1一般为 橙色或者红色,为了使得锐器盒整体更加醒目,在盒盖2的外壁还涂覆有一层闪光漆,其中闪光漆由如下方法制备:
取以下以重量计各组分原料备用:乙烯基树脂36份、醇酸树脂22份、氨酯级无水醋酸丁酯21份、乙烯基酯树脂11份、氨基树脂12份、乙二胺四乙酸8份、乙醇6份、钛白粉5份、甲酰胺1份、硼硅酸铝12份、苯乙烯6份、异辛酸钴催化剂2份、水90份;
S1、制作第一预制备液:将乙烯基树脂、醇酸树脂、氨酯级无水醋酸丁酯、乙烯基酯树脂、氨基树脂以及乙二胺四乙酸和乙醇混合均匀后加入到反应釜内,保持反应釜内部温度在170℃温度下22min;
S2、制备第二预制备液:将钛白粉、甲酰胺、硼硅酸铝、苯乙烯、异辛酸钴催化剂和水混合搅拌均匀;
S3、制备闪光漆:将S2得到的第二预制备液加入到反应釜中的第一预制备液中,充分混合均匀冷却到室温,得到闪光漆;
S4、喷涂:将S3得到的闪光漆用喷枪均匀喷涂到盒盖2的表面。

S1、制作第一预制备液:将乙烯基树脂、醇酸树脂、氨酯级无水醋酸丁酯、乙烯基酯树脂、氨基树脂以及乙二胺四乙酸和乙醇混合均匀后加入到反应釜内,保持反应釜内部温度在170℃温度下22min;
S2、制备第二预制备液:将钛白粉、甲酰胺、硼硅酸铝、苯乙烯、异辛酸钴催化剂和水混合搅拌均匀;
S3、制备闪光漆:将S2得到的第二预制备液加入到反应釜中的第一预制备液中,充分混合均匀冷却到室温,得到闪光漆;
S4、喷涂:将S3得到的闪光漆用喷枪均匀喷涂到盒盖2的表面。
进一步的,所述S4喷涂之后,盒盖2外表面闪光漆的厚度为 0.4mm。
由于盒盖2上的闪光漆较为亮眼,使得锐器盒的位置更加显眼,对锐器盒使用者有提示效果。
对实施例2-8中涂覆有闪光漆的盒盖2进行表面硬度和剥离强度的测试,为了便于比较,所有实施例的数据基于实施例2的数据进行归一化。

由上可知,由于实施例5中盒盖2的表面硬度和剥离强度的测试结果比其他实施例中涂覆有闪光漆的盒盖2要高,故实施例5中给出的闪光漆的制备方法是最优选择。
本具体实施例仅仅是对本发明的解释,其并不是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员在阅读完本说明书后可以根据需要对本实施例做出没有创造性贡献的修改,但只要在本发明的权利要求范围内都受到专利法的保护。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种环保便携式锐器盒,包括盒体(1)和盒盖(2),其特征在于:所述盒体(1)的开口端外缘具有外螺纹(100),所述盒盖(2)上具有正截面为L形的环部(21),所述环部(21)的竖直段内缘具有与所述外螺纹(100)配合的内螺纹(210),所述盒体(1)上还开设有环槽(11),所述盒盖(2)的底端与所述环槽(11)之间螺纹连接,所述盒盖(2)上开设有投入口(22),所述盒盖(2)的所述投入口(22)处设置有两个半圆形压块(221),所述盒盖(2)上开设有两个供所述半圆形压块(221)滑移的第一滑槽(2210),所述第一滑槽(2210)槽壁和两个所述半圆形压块(221)之间分别连接有若干个第一弹簧(2211),两个半圆形压块(221)上均开设有半圆形的槽口(2212),两个所述半圆形压块(221)上的所述槽口(2212)处分别固定有切割刀片(2213)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保便携式锐器盒,其特征在于:其中一个所述半圆形压块(221)顶部螺纹连接有拉杆(2215),所述盒盖(2)上开设有供所述拉杆(2215)穿过的豁口(23)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种环保便携式锐器盒,其特征在于:所述盒盖(2)的顶部卡接有堵板(24),所述堵板(24)圆心处开设有方便锐器放入的通槽(241),所述堵板(24)上还开设有供所述拉杆(2215)穿过的腰型槽(242)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种环保便携式锐器盒,其特征在于:所述堵板(24)内部开设有若干个第二滑槽(243),若干个所述第二滑槽(243)内均滑移连接有插块(2431),所述插块(2431)和第二滑槽(243)槽底之间均连接有第二弹簧(2432),所述盒盖(2)上开设有若干个供所述插块(2431)插入的插槽(25)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保便携式锐器盒,其特征在于:所述盒体(1)上具有与其一体成型的第一固定块(12),所述第一固定块(12)上通过若干个第一锁紧螺栓(121)拆卸连接有挂杆(122),所述挂杆(122)上具有方便所述盒体(1)挂置的U形挂口(1221)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种环保便携式锐器盒,其特征在于:所述堵板(24)在靠近所述半圆形压块(221)的一面具有与所述堵板(24)一体成型的挡环(244),所述挡环(244)的内径与所述通槽(241)的半径相同。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保便携式锐器盒,其特征在于:所述盒体(1)上具有与其一体成型的第二固定块(13),所述第二固定块(13)内开设有供放置标签的放置槽(131),所述第二固定块(13)上还螺纹连接有第二锁紧螺栓(132)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保便携式锐器盒,其特征在于:所述盒盖(2)的外壁还涂覆有一层闪光漆,所述闪光漆由如下方法制备:
    取以下以重量计各组分原料备用:乙烯基树脂36-38份、醇酸树脂22-24份、氨酯级无水醋酸丁酯21-23份、乙烯基酯树脂11-13份、氨基树脂12-14份、乙二胺四乙酸8-10份、乙醇6-8份、钛白粉5-8份、甲酰胺1-3份、硼硅酸铝12-14份、苯乙烯6-10份、异辛酸钴催化剂2-3份、水90-100份;
    S1、制作第一预制备液:将乙烯基树脂、醇酸树脂、氨酯级无水醋酸丁酯、乙烯基酯树脂、氨基树脂以及乙二胺四乙酸和乙醇混合均匀后加入到反应釜内,保持反应釜内部温度在168-172℃温度下 20-24min;
    S2、制备第二预制备液:将钛白粉、甲酰胺、硼硅酸铝、苯乙烯、异辛酸钴催化剂和水混合搅拌均匀;
    S3、制备闪光漆:将S2得到的第二预制备液加入到反应釜中的第一预制备液中,充分混合均匀冷却到室温,得到闪光漆;
    S4、喷涂:将S3得到的闪光漆用喷枪均匀喷涂到盒盖(2)的表面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种防污涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S1中将乙烯基树脂、醇酸树脂、氨酯级无水醋酸丁酯、乙烯基酯树脂、氨基树脂以及乙二胺四乙酸和乙醇混合均匀后加入到反应釜内,保持反应釜内部温度在170℃温度下22min。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种防污涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S4喷涂之后,盒盖(2)外表面闪光漆的厚度为0.4mm。
